CSA 팽창재를 사용한 무수축 콘크리트 현장적용사례 연구 (Practical Application of Nonshrinkage Concrete Using CSA Expansive Additive)

  • In this study. use if CSA expansive additive for concrete is discussed, particulary applications to partial compacting the concrete structure of spillway gate located in Youngjong new airport construction field. Before the field applications, several basic laboratory test were carried out in order to clarify the material characteristics and to decide mix proportions. As the result the concrete using CSA expansive additive show similar workability and compressive strength to that of OPC concrete. Forethemore, it can be concluded that the use of CSA component is effective to prevent shrinkage crack and to achive volume stabiliy of concrete structure.

He-Cd 레이져를 이용한 비정질 칼코계나이드 박막의 relief 격자 형성 (Amorphous chalcogenide thin films of relief grating formation by using He-Cd laser)

  • In this thesis, we observed the optical characteristic of amorphous chalcogenide thin films by He-Cd laser. Also, grating formation by He-Ne laser and He-Cd laser. After analyze diffraction efficiency of the time on the $Ag(200{\AA})/As_{40}Ge_{10}Se_{15}S_{35}$ thin films. The result diffraction efficiency of Maximun 0.2% reduced according to time grating formation by He-Ne laser. Diffraction efficiency of Maximun 0.1% showed stabiliy characteristic according to time grating formation by He-Cd laser.

  • Ni-silicide has low thermal stabiliy. This point is obstacle to apply NiSi to devices. So In this paper, we have studied for obtain thermal stability and analysis of dopant dependency of NiSi. And then we applied Ni-silicide to devices. To improvement of thermal stability, we deposit Ni70/Co10/Ni30/TiN100 to sample. Co midlayer is enhanced thermal stability of NiSi. Co/Ni/TiN, this structure show very difference between n-poly and p-poly in sheet resistance. But Ni/Co/Ni/TiN, structure show less difference. Also junction leakage is good.

  • In adaptive control, the lack of persistent and rich excitation causes the estimated parameters to drift, which degrade the performance of the system and may introduces instability to the system in a stochastic environment. To solve the problem of the parameter drift, the concept of single parameter adaptation is presented. For the parameter identification, a priori error is directly used for adaptation error. The structure of the controller is based upon the minimum variance control technique. The stability and robustness analysis is carried out by the sector stability theorem for the second order system. The computer simulation is performed to justify the theoretical analysis for the various cases.
