병원을 이용하는 임산부들의 산과적 지식정도에 관한 일 조사 연구 (A STUDY TO DETERMINE THE LEVEL OF OBSTETRIC KNOWLEDGE OF PREGNANT WOMEN AND POSTPARTUM MOTHERS)

  • The purpose of this study was to investigate the level of obstetric knowledge of pregnant women and postpartum mothers, and to contribute the data to community health teaching program as well as maternity nursing. 385 pregnant women and postpartum mothers visited at or admitted to Seoul Adventist Hospital were sampled. The results of the study were as follows. 1. 97.9% of the subjects were between the age of 21 to 35, most of them (82.9%) were housewives with high school education and with a middle class family background. 2. The first symptoms of pregnancy were amenorrhea (70.4%), nausea & vomiting (23.9%), change of skin color (1.6%). 3. 77.9% of the subjects did not know how to deal with morning sickness. 4. 52.9% did not know when the sex determination of the fetus-occurs. 5. Concerning the fetus position; 77.1% of them believed it lies head down. head up (12.0%). and not knowing (10.9%). 6. 73.2% recognized the need for a well balanced food during pregnancy. 7. As to the dangerous symptoms during pregnancy: vaginal bleeding was considered the 1st, edema, the and, continuous abdominal pain, the 3rd. 82% of them would confer with physician in case of vaginal bleeding. As to the type of activities restricted by pregnancy: hard exercise was considered first, travel the second, and coitus during 1st and last trimester of pregnancy the 3rd. 8. 82.4% of them visited antenatal clinic at the second or third month of amenorrhea and 88.5% realized the regular physical examination imperative. 9. The purpose of urine test was recognized correctly by 44.7%, blood test: 89.4%, B. P. and weight check ; 69.9%. 10. The need of breast care during pregnancy was recognized by 76.9% of the subject. 11. 75.8% realized that prenatal exercise was needed. The higher the education the better the understanding of the need for it before delivery. 12. The concept of postpartum period was understood correctly by 54.4%. 13. The state of uterus after delivery was understood correctly by 49.1% only. 14, Regarding the management of colostrums: 48.3% knew it was to feed infants, and it was to squeeze and discard 43.4%. 15. Dealing with postpartum exercise; 67.8% answered it was needed, 9.1% not needed, not heard about 23, 1%.

돈사 악취 저감을 위한 바이오필터 개발 (Development of Biofilter for Reducing Offensive Odor from Pig House)

  • 국내에서 구입이 용이한 부숙수피와 펄라이트를 부피비 7:3으로 혼합하여 혼합충전재에 암모니아 산화균 Rhodococcus equi A3와 황 산화균 Alcaligenes sp. S5-5.2를 접종한 후, 개발한 양압식 상향류 방식의 바이오필터에 혼합충전재를 충전하여 돈사에서 발생하는 암모니아 및 황화수소에 대한 악취가스 제거성능을 실험을 실시하였다. 혼합충전재에 미생물을 접종한 후 72시간동안 순치하였을 때의 미생물 생균수와 24시간 간격으로 측정하였을 때의 미생물 생균수가 거의 같은 것으로 나타났다. 이는 개발한 바이오필터가 미생물의 생육조건을 유지하는데 성공했다고 판단된다. 또한 암모니아 가스의 유입농도는 평균 $22.8{\pm}5.2mgL^{-1}$이었고, 배출농도는 평균 $2.1{\pm}0.3mgL^{-1}$, 제거율은 90.8%이었다. 흐리고 황화수소의 유입농도는 평균 $2.7{\pm}1.2mgL^{-1}$이었고, 배출농도는 $0.5{\pm}0.2mgL^{-1}$, 제거율은 81.5%로 비교적 높았다. 이와 같이 부숙수피와 펄라이트를 혼합하여 만든 혼합충전재를 충전한 바이오필터가 악취가스 제거율이 비교적 높고 가격이 저렴한 것을 고려해 볼 때, 기존의 다른 충전재을 이용한 바이오필터보다 개발한 바이오필터가 양돈가에서 이용하는데 유리한 것으로 판단된다.

  • 산지(영천군 청통면 신원리), 평지(영천군 신령면 연정리) 강변지(영천군 금호읍 냉천동)의 과수원에서 각각 '후지'과실을 채취하여 대구시 인근의 과실품질을 조사하였다. 결과는 다음과 같다. 1 각 지역 공히 품질이 평균적인 과실을 채취하였고 강변지 과실 중량이 40g정도 작았고, 과실종경 최소치가 다른 지역에 비해 작았다. 평지 과실의 횡경은 최대치, 최소치 모두 산간지보다 큰 것으로 나타났다. 과형지수는 강변지 과실이 다른 지역에 비해 편원형이었다. 이러한 과형의 차이는 온도, 토양수분함량 등에 의한 것으로 생각된다. 과실 착즙률은 각 지역간 유의한 차가 인정되지 않았다. 2. 각 지역 공히 후지과실 전당의 50%정도가 프락토즈인 것으로 나타났고, 산지의 슈크로즈, 프락토즈, 솔비톨 함량이 다른지역에 비해 높은 수치를 나타내었으나 글루코즈는 다른 지역에 비해 낮은 수치를 나타내었고, 당도는 전당함량과 거의 같은 수치를 나타내었다. 3. 각 지역 공히 후지과실 전산의 98% 정도가 능금산이었고 시트르산이 2%를 차지하였다. 산지과실의 능금산 함량이 다른지역에 비해 높은 수치를 나타내었고 적정산은 전산함량과 거의 같은 수치를 나타내었다.

피부염에 의해 유발된 척수후각세포의 Activity 변동에 관한 연구 (Modification in the Responsiveness of Cat Dorsal Horn Cells during Carrageenin-Induced Inflammation)

  • The present study was undertaken to investigate modification in electrophysiological characteristics of cat dorsal horn cells resulting from carrageenin-induced inflammation. The followings were studied; 1) the time-course of changes in responses of the WDR (wide dynamic range) cell 1-3h after subcutaneous injection of carrageenin in its receptive field; 2) the responses of the same dorsal hern cells before and after induction of inflammation; 3) the effect of inflammation on the responsiveness of dorsal horn neurons to algogens (bradykinin & potassium); and 4) the effect of inflammation on the activity of WDR cell following administration of indomethacin and clonidine. Though responses of WDR neuron were increased dramatically during first 1h, the maximal enhancement was observed 3h after induction of inflammation especially by repetitive light tactile stimulus. Following carrageenin injection the majority of WDR neurons (10/15 units) showed enhanced responses to all the mechanical stimuli while in 3 cases responsiveness were intensified during activation by one tactile stimulus (brush or pressure). One cell was unaffected by inflammation and in another case the response was enhanced only to noxious stimulus. Five of 9 cells that could initially be driven by noxious stimulus were activated more strongly by same stimulus and even by tactile stimulus (pressure) following inflammation. In 2 cases neurons were sensitized only to noxious stimulus whereas in another 2 cells that did not show enhanced responses to noxious stimulus responses to light tactile stimulus (pressure) appeared after inflammation. Of 16 LT cells tested 6 responded to squeeze while 4 showed the characteristics of WDR cell following inflammation. No modification in responsiveness was recognized in 3 cells whereas response to only brush was enhanced in another 3 neurons. Following carrageenin injection responses of LT cell to bradykinin or $K^{+}$ were not altered whereas those of WOR neurons to bradykinin or $K^{+}$ were suppressed in 22.2% and 33.3% of cases, respectively. In two of 8 activity of HT cells were inhibited by bradykinin while in five of 8 responsiveness to $K^{+}$ were rather enhanced by inflammation. In the rest inflammation was ineffective. In inflammation-induced animal the receptive field of LT cell was not changed whereas those of WDR cell and HT cell were tremendously expanded. The enhanced responses of WDR neurons to mechanical stimuli resulted from inflammation were suppressed by intravenously injected indomethacin and clonidine suggesting that postaglandin is involved in inflammation-induced sensitization of these cells. The involvement of peripheral and central mechanisms in the modification in responsiveness of dorsal horn cells in the carrageenin-induced inflammation was discussed.

초음파를 이용한 비파괴방법에 의한 SiC/AC8A금속 복합재료의 미시조직 평가 (Non-Destructive Evaluation of Microstructure of SiC/AC8A Composite Material by Ultrasonic Measurement)

  • 초음파법을 이용한 금속 복합재료의 비파괴 평가 방법을 확립하기 위하여 용탕단조법으로서 SiC/AC8A 합금계 금속 복합재료를 제조하였다. 이때 입자의 크기가 기계적 특성과 초음파 특성에 미치는 영향을 검토하기 위하여 강화 입자의 크기를 4.86, 8.09, $11.44{\mu}m$로 서로 다른 세 종류로 달리하였으며, 또한 강화입자 함유량이 초음파 특성에 미치는 영향을 검토하기 위하여 각 강화 입자의 크기에 대하여 강화 입자 함유율을 14, 22.5, 27.5, 35%의 네 종류로 시료를 준비하였다. 이와 같은 시료에 대하여 기계적 성질중에서 가장 기본이 되는 탄성계수에 대하여 초음파 음속법을 이용하여 그 유효성 및 측정 정도에 대하여 검토를 하였으며 초음파 음속, 감쇠 특성을 이용한 금속 복합재료의 미세조직 평가 방법에 대하여서도 검토하였다. 그 결과, 초음파 음속법에 의한 탄성계수 측정은 기계적 시험에 의한 변형률 측정법과 같은 측정 정도를 나타낼 수 있을 정도로 유효할 뿐만 아니라 초음파 음속, 감쇠 특성을 이용하면 금속 복합재료의 조직 인자중 특히 강화 섬유의 크기 및 함유율을 비파괴적으로 정도 높게 평가할 수 있다는 것을 알았다.

VLCC 축계 시스템의 유연성 확보 방안에 관한 연구 (A Study on Flexibility Acquisition Method for VLCC Shaft System)

  • VLCC 추진축계의 선미관 후부 베어링에서 주로 발생하는 발열 사고는 프로펠러 하중이 추진축을 처지게 하여 후방부에 과도한 국부압착압력이 작용하는 것이 주된 원인이다. 최근 VLCC는 엔진 출력이 크고 축 직경이 증가하는 반면 선미관전부 베어링과 후부 베어링 사이의 간격이 상대적으로 짧아져 축계 시스템의 유연성이 저하되는 경향이 있으며, 이로 인해 발열 사고 가능성에 대한 우려가 커지고 있다. 본 연구에서는 선체의 변형에 대한 축계의 유연성을 확보하기 위한 방안으로 선미관 전부 베어링을 삭제하고 선미관 후부 베어링만을 설치한 새로운 축계 시스템의 적용 가능성을 검토하였다. 국부압착압력의 계산에 있어서는 접촉 너비를 따라 반 타원 형상의 압력 분포를 가정한 Hertzian 접촉 조건을 도입하였으며, 엔진 가동 상태의 프로펠러 하중, 열 효과 및 선체 변형을 고려하였다. 제안된 축계 시스템에 대한 해석을 통해 선미관 후부 베어링의 축 접촉면 재료인 화이트 메탈에 부분 경사를 추가 시공함으로써 설계 요구 조건이 만족됨을 확인하였다. 제안된 축계 시스템의 적용을 통해 발열 사고 예방을 위한 축계 유연성 확보 뿐 만 아니라 시스템의 단순화를 통한 설치비용의 감소 등 부가적인 효과도 기대할 수 있다.

열연화주입형 gutta percha와 resilon의 유변학적 특성 (Rheological characterization of thermoplasticized injectable gutta percha and resilon)

  • 연구목적: 본 연구의 목적은 열연화주입형 gutta percha와 resilon의 온도 변화에 따른 점탄성 변화를 관찰하고 조작성을 비교하기 위함이다. 연구 재료 및 방법: Obtura-II 시스템을 이용하여 세 종류의 gutta percha와 resilon을 $140^{\circ}C$$200^{\circ}C$로 가열한 후 사출 온도를 측정하였다. 점도계를 이용하여 온도 변화에 따른 재료들의 점탄성 특성(전단탄성계수, G'; 전단점성계수, G"; 손실 탄젠트, tan${\delta}$; 복소점도, ${\eta}^*$)을 관찰하였다. 점도계와 차동주사열측정기(DSC)로 재료들의 상전이 온도를 측정하였고 가압법으로 $60^{\circ}C$$40^{\circ}C$에서 재료들의 점조도를 비교하였다. 결과: 세 종의 gutta perchas는 온도에 따라 서로 다른 점탄성 특성을 나타냈다. $40-50^{\circ}C$에서 연화된 재료의 고체화 상변이가 일어났고, 점도계와 DSC로 측정된 상변이 시작 온도는 유사하였다. 상변이 시작 온도와 가압 시 점조도는 재료들마다 차이를 보였다(p < 0.05). Resilon은 gutta percha와 비슷한 유변학적 특성을 보였다. 결론: 열연화된 근관충전재는 냉각과정 동안 유변학적 특성의 변화를 나타냈고 재료들마다 서로 다른 점탄성 특성은 근관 내주입 시와 충전 시 서로 다른 조작성을 보임을 알 수 있다.

반응소결법으로 제조한 Iron Aluminide-Cu 및 Ni-P 피복 $SiC_p$ 예비성형체의 특성평가 (Characteristic Evaluation of Iron Aluminide-Cu and Ni-P Coated $SiC_p$ Preform Fabricated by Reactive Sintering Process)

  • Effects of coating treatment of metallic Cu, Ni-P film on $SiC_p$, for $SiC_p$/iron aluminide composites were studied. Porous hybrid preforms were fabricated by reactive sintering after mixing the coated $SiC_p$, Fe and Al powders. Then the final composites were manufactured by squeeze casting after pouring AC4C Al alloy melts in preforms. The change of reactive temperature, density, microstructure of the preforms and microstructure of the composites were investigated. The exprimental results were summarized as follows. The thickness of Cu and Ni-P metallic layer formed on $SiC_p$ by electroless plating method were about $0.5{\mu}m$ and coated uniformly. There was no remakable change in the ignition temperature with variation of the mixing ratio of Fe and Al powder while in the case of coated $SiC_p$ it was lower about $20^{\circ}C$ than in the non-coated $SiC_p$. The maximum reaction temperature increased with increasing Al contents, but decreased with increasing $SiC_p$ contents. Expansion ratio of preform after reactive sintering increased with amount of Cu coated $SiC_p$. In the case of Fe-70at.%Al, the expansion ratio was about 7% up to 8wt.% of $SiC_p$, addition but further addition of $SiC_p$, increased the ratio significantly. And in the case of Fe-50 and 60at.%Al, it was about 20% up to 16wt.% of $SiC_p$ addition and about 28% in 24wt.% of $SiC_p$, addition. The microstructures of compounds showed that the grains became finer as amount of $SiC_p$, and mixing ratio of iron powder increased and the shape of compounds was changed gradually from irregular to spheroidal.

용탕단조법에 의한 AC8A/$Al_2O_3$ 복합재료의 기계적 성질에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Mechanical Properties of AC8A/$Al_2O_3$ Composites.)

  • In this study the fabrication technology and mechanical properties of AC8A/$Al_2O_3$ Composites by squeeze casting process were investigated to develope for application as the piston materials that require good friction, wear resistance, and thermal stability. AC8A/$Al_2O_3$ composistes without a porosity and the break of preform were fabricated at the melt temperature of $740^{\circ}C$, the preform temperature of $500^{\circ}C$, and mold temperature of $400^{\circ}C$ under the applied pressure of $1200kg/cm^2$ as the results of the observation of microstructures. As the results of this study, the tensile strength of AC8A/$Al_2O_3$ composites was not increased linearly with $Al_2O_3$ volume fraction and so it seemed not to agree with the rule of mixture, which had been used often in metal matrix composite. Also the tensile strength after thermal fatigue test was little different from that before the test. Consequently it was thought that AC8A/$Al_2O_3$ composites fabricated under our experimental conditions had a good thermal stability and subsequently a good interface bonding. Wear rate(i.e., volume loss per unit sliding distance) of AC8A/$Al_2O_3$ composites was decreased with $Al_2O_3$ volume fraction and the sliding speed at both room temperature and $250^{\circ}C$ and so there was a good correlation between wear rate and hardness. Also the wear rate of AC/8A20% $Al_2O_3$ composities was obtained the value of $1.65cm^3/cm$ at sliding speed of 1.14m/sec as compared with about $3.0\;{\times}10^{-8}cm^3/cm$ hyereutectie Al-Si alloy(Al-16%Si-2%Cu-1%Fe-1%Ni), which applied presently for piston materials. The wear behavior of $Al_2O_3$ composites was observed to a type of abrasive wear by the SEM view of wear surface.

  • Human being can't live without nature, then the changes of nature affect human body. It means that human body has corresponding changes to the KI(vital energy) of nature. There is a stream of changes in human body which circulate mysteriously and punctually by the laws of nature. If this stream of changes fits into human's life style, it would be most effective. It has a certain mode continuously. So if a person has a habit fitting into it, he will get the healthiest body. Then the researcher tries to explain the changes in human body by the time, mainly focused on within 24 hours. it is showing not only the oriental view, but also the western's. The researcher can find the coincidence as followings. At In-Si(3-5 am), the body function and the body temperature get to the bottom, therefore it's good for him to wake up and to run the vital energy. At Sa-Si(9-11 am), the patience on pain anxiety and the psychic concentration get to the top, he'd better start the work. At O-Si(11am-1pm), the heart energy has a vital move, then the blood concentration of Hb(hemoglobin) gets to the top. At Mi-Si(1-3 pm), the muscle strength, the squeeze, and the breathing rate increase. The reflex nerve sensitivity gets to the top. Creativity, observation, and working efficiency go high, so it's time to work hard. At Hae-Si(9pm-1am), the body function falls, sleeping is needed. At Chuck-Si(1-3 am), the cell spontaneity gets to the top, immune lymphocyte moves actively, and the blood concentration of growth hormone gets to the top. These are liver's work. In west, there has been active studies on how to reduce the side effect by using a person's bio-rhythm based on the 'time treatment', and how to reorganize the bio-rhythm by using the machine and the age resistance based on the 'bio-watch'. Though the 'time treatment' means something, the artificial resistance on bio-rhythm seems to give bad effects to human body. If a person lives by regimen of oriental medicine, he will maintain the healthiest body. Regimen is that human body follows the laws of nature, and moves its mysterious, Punctual and periodical changes.
