네모파 흡착 벗김 전압전류법에 의한 플루오로퀴놀론 계 항생제의 검출 (Determination of Fluoroquinolone Antibacterial Agents by Square Wave Adsorptive Stripping Voltammetry)

  • 플루오로퀴놀론 계 항생제들의 전기화학적 거동을 카본 페이스트 전극 (carbon paste electrode ; CPE)을 사용하여 순환 전압전류법 (cyclic voltammetry)과 네모파 흡착 벗김 전압전류법 (square wave adsorptive stripping voltammetry)으로 연구하였다. Enrofloxacin (ENR), Norfloxacin (NOR), Ciprofloxacin (CIP), Ofloxacin (OFL), Levofloxacin (LEV) 등 5가지 플루오로퀴놀론 계 항생제에 대한 전기화학적 분석을 수행하였다. pH 4.5인 아세트산 완충 용액 (acetate buffer) 에서 플루오로퀴놀론 계 항생제의 산화 전위는 Ag/AgCl 기준 전극에 대하여 각각 ENR : 0.952V, NOR : 1.052 V, CIP : 1.055 V, OFL : 0.983 V, LEV : 0.990 V 의 값을 나타내었으며, 네모파 흡착 벗김 전압전류법에 의한 산화 전류는 $0.2\;{\mu}M$에서 $1\;{\mu}M$ 사이의 농도영역에서 각 항생제의 농도와 선형을 나타내었다.

Frequency Characteristics of Surface Wave Generated by Single-Line Pulsed Laser Beam with Two Kinds of Spatial Energy Profile Models: Gaussian and Square-Like

  • Using a single-line pulsed laser beam is well known as a useful noncontact method to generate a directional surface acoustic wave. In this method, different laser beam energy profiles produce different waveforms and frequency characteristics. In this paper, we considered two typical kinds of laser beam energy profiles, Gaussian and square-like, to find out a difference in the frequency characteristics. To achieve this, mathematical models were proposed first for Gaussian laser beam profile and square-like respectively, both of which depended on the laser beam width. To verify the theoretical models, experimental setups with a cylindrical lens and a line-slit mask were respectively designed to produce a line laser beam with Gaussian spatial energy profile and square-like. The frequency responses of the theoretical models showed good agreement with experimental results in terms of the existence of harmonic frequency components and the shift of the first peak frequencies to low.

  • An improved triangular/square-wave VCO using OTAs is presented. It consists of two OTAs, a timing capacitor, and a resistor. A prototype circuit built with commercially available components exhibits less than 0.01% nonlinearity in its current-to-frequency transfer characteristic from 0.2 to 14 kHz and 450 ppm/$^{\circ}C$ temperature coefficient of frequency over $-20^{\circ}C$ to $40^{\circ}$.

  • The purpose of this paper is to analyze the harmonics of power electronics equipment, especially 3 phase square-wave inverter. In this paper, we simulated 3 phase square-wave inverter by using the matlab and analyzed the simulated output waveforms to analyze the harmonics included in the inverter. In the matlab we expressed to amplitude and phase of harmonics current, and calculated to total harmonics distortion of out voltage.

속도맥동 및 위치오차를 최소로 하는 전류원 TPWM 인버터의 변조도 결정 (Decision of Modulation Index of Current-Source TPWM Inverter for Minimization of Speed Ripple and Position Error)

  • In this paper, we determined the modulation index for minimization of speed ripple and position error using maximum speed ripple (SRF) and maximum position error(PEF) in current source TPWM inverter. Through computer simulation, we compared with total current harmonic distortion, SRF and PEF for square wave modulation method and TPWM method. As a result, it turns out that square wave modulation method is superior to TPWM method of 3 pulses per half cycle in speed ripple and position error contents. And TPWM is better than square wave method when pulse number is more than 5. Also, in these pulse numbers, moduladtion index of minimum speed ripple and munimum position error is 0.91.

다제품 저장창고의 재고관리를 위한 적응 모형예측 제어기 (Warehouse Inventory Control System Using Periodic Square Wave Model)

  • An inventory control system was developed for a distribution system consisting of a single multiproduct warehouse serving a set of customers and purchasing products from multiple vendors. Purchase orders requesting multiple products are delivered to the warehouse in a process. The receipt of customer orders by the warehouse proceeded in order intervals and in order quantities that are subject to random fluctuations. The objective of warehouse operation is to minimize the total cost while maintaining inventory levels within the warehouse capacity by adjusting the purchase order intervals and quantities. An adaptive model predictive control algorithm was developed using a periodic square wave model to represent the material flows. The adaptive concept incorporated a stabilized minimum variance control-type input calculation coupled with input/output stream parameter predictions. The effectiveness of the scheme was demonstrated using simulations.

  • 이 연구에서는 퇴적암, 화성암, 변성암군의 10개 암종-1,417개의 시험자료를 이용하여 탄성파속도와 각종 역학적 parameter간의 상관성해석을 시행하였다. 해석 과정에서 나타나는 암종과 역학 parameter간의 거동특성이 상의함을 구명하였으며, 거동이 동일한 암종들을 모집단으로 상관성 해석을 하였다. 각종 시험자료는 표본의 규모 검정과 Chi-Square검정을 거친 후 해석에 임하였다. 도출된 추정식들은 95% 신뢰도가 확보됨을 확인할 수 있었다.

Experimental and numerical investigations on axial crushing of square cross-sections tube with vertical wave

  • In this paper, wavy square absorbers were experimentally and numerically investigated. Numerical simulations were performed with LS-Dyna software on 36 wavy absorbers and their crushing properties were extracted and compared with the simple one. The effect of different parameters, including wave height, wave depth, and wave type; either internal or external on the crushing characteristics were also investigated. To experimentally create corrugation to validate the numerical results, a set of steel mandrel and matrix along with press machines were used. Since the initial specimens were brittle, they were subjected to heat treatment and annealing to gain the required ductility for forming with mandrel and matrix. The annealing of aluminum shells resulted in a 76%increase in ultimate strain and a 60% and 56% decrease in yield and ultimate stresses, respectively. The results showed that with increasing half-wave height in wavy square absorbers, the maximum force was first reduced and then increased. It was also found that in the specimen with constant diameter and half-wave depth, an increment in the half-wave height led to an initial increase in efficiency, followed by a decline. According to the conducted investigations, the lowe maximum force can be observed in the specimen with zero half-wave depth as compared to those having a depth of 1 cm.

경계요소법(境界要素法)을 이용한 중복파(重複波)의 재현(再現) (Simulation of Standing Wave using Boundary Element Method)

  • 해안구조물에 작용하는 설계파압(設計波壓)을 수치적으로 계산하기 위해서는 먼저 쇄파한계(碎波限界)에 가까운 큰 중복파랑을 수치적으로 재현할 필요가 있다. 이를 위해서는 지배방정식(支配方程式)과 비선형항(非線形項)을 포함하는 경계조건을 효과적으로 반영해야 하며 특히, 자유표면(自由表面) 경계조건(境界條件)에서의 속도의 제곱항의 처리가 중요하다. 본 연구에서는 Newton 방법을 이용하여 제곱항을 충실히 반영하므로써 일반적인 셜계파 성향에 거의 상응하는 중복파랑을 재현하였으며 기존의 섭동법(攝動法) 또는 Fourier 전개 기법 및 수리실험 결과와 비교하여 그 정확도를 검토하였다.

네모파 전압전류법 측정을 위한 블루투스 기반 휴대형 포텐쇼스탯 (A Portable Potentiostat with Bluetooth Communication for Square wave Voltammetry Measurement)

  • This paper describes the development of a portable potentiostat which can perform square wave voltammetry on electrochemical sensors and wireless transmission of the measured data to a smartphone using Bluetooth. The potentiostat consists of a square wave potential pulse generation circuit for applying the potential pulse to the electrochemical sensor, a reduction/oxidation (or redox) current measurement circuit, and Bluetooth for wireless data transmission to an Android-based smartphone. The measured data are then processed to show the output graph on the smart phone screen in real time. This data transformation into a graph is carried out by developing and installing a simple transformation application software in the Android-based smartphone. This application software also enables the user to set and change the measurement parameters such as the applied voltage range and measured current range at user's convenience. The square voltammetry output data measured with the developed portable potentiostat were almost same as the data of the commercial potentiostat. The measured oxidation peak current with the commercial potentiostat was $11.35{\mu}A$ at 0.26 V and the measured oxidation peak current with the developed system was $12.38{\mu}A$ at 0.25 V. This proves that performance of the developed portable measurement system is comparable to the commercial one.
