제주지역에서 귤응애에 대한 Petroleum Spray Oil의 방제효과 및 식물독성 (Efficacy and phytotoxicity of a petroleum spray oil for control of citrus red mite in Jeju island)

  • 인축독성 및 잔효성이 낮은 환경친화적인 Petroleum spray oil(PSO; DC-Tron $Plus^{(R)}$)의 살포에 따른 귤응애에 대한 방제효과 및 약해발생에 관하여 포장조건하에서 검토하였다. PSO를 0.25%, 0.33%, 0.5% 및 1%를 처리한 결과, 귤응애에 대한 방제효과는 모든 농도에서 대조약제(tebufenpyrad, bifenazate, sun spray oil)와 비교하여 비슷하거나 뛰어났으며, 약효도 40일 이상 장기간 지속되는 경향을 나타냈다. 그런데 PSO 0.5% 이상 처리시에는 감귤잎에 유침상 증상이 일부 나타났으나 2개월후에 거의 사라졌으며, 낙엽율과 낙과율은 다소 증가하는 경향이었다. 그리고 PSO 1%를 감출 더뎅이병 및 검은점무늬병의 적용약제와 각각 혼용처리한 결과, 더뎅이병 방제약제인 Fluazinam 수화제와 혼용한 경우 일부 신초가 타거나 일부 신엽에 흑점이 발생하였다. 이러한 약효와 약해 결과를 고려해 볼 때 귤응애 방제를 위한 하절기 PSO 적정 살포농도는 0.25% 또는 0.33% 정도일 것으로 판단된다.

산업용 Y-jet 노즐의 설계변수 및 압력 조건에 따른 분무특성에 관한 연구 (A Study on Spray Characteristics according to Design Parameters and Pressure Conditions of Industrial Y-jet Nozzle)

  • The Y-jet nozzle has benefits such as simple design and wide operating conditions. Because of these benefits, it is used in various combustion devices including industrial boilers. The most important variables in the design of the Y-jet nozzle are the mixing chamber length, the supply diameter of the liquid fuel and gas, and the exit orifice diameter. In addition, because of the use of a twin-fluid, optimized data is required depending on the spray condition. In this study, spray experiment was carried out under the pressure condition of 7 bar or more, which is the spraying condition used in industry. There was no change in flow rate with the length of the Y-jet nozzle mixing chamber, but the difference in SMD was confirmed. Adjusting the exit orifice diameter is most important to achieve the desired flow rate. Changes in the liquid and gas inlet port diameters ratio were found to be help improve the operating range and significant difference in SMD was observed.

사형 주조에서 바인더 젯 3D 프린터를 이용한 기계적 물성 향상을 위한 공정 연구 (A Study on the Process for Improving Mechanical Property of Sand Casting by Using the Binder Jetting Method)

  • Among the Additive Manufacturing (AM) technologies, the Binder-Jetting printing technology is a method of spraying an adhesive on the surface of powder and laminate layer by layer. Recently, this technique has become a major issue in the production of large casting products such as ship-building, custom vehicles and so on. In this study, we performed research to make actual mold castings and increase mechanical property by using special sand and water-based binders. For use as a mold, it has a strength of more than 3MPa and permeability. Various experiments were carried out to obtain suitable them. The major process parameters were binder jetting volume, binder types, layer thickness and heat treatment condition. As a result of this study, the binder drop quantity was measured to be about 60 pico-liter, layer thickness was 100㎛ and the heat treatment condition was measured about 1,000℃ and compressive strength were measured to be more than 5MPa. The optimum condition of this experiment was established through actual casting of aluminum. The equipment used in this study was a Freeforms T400 model (SFS Co., Ltd.), and the printing area of 420 * 300 * 250mm and resolution of 600dpi can be realized.

Picoxystrobin 살포후 강우를 고려한 지렁이 위해성 평가 (Earthworm Risk Assessment of Picoxystrobin Considering Rainfall after Spraying)

  • 본 연구는 우리나라 과수에서 사용되는 살균제인 picoxystrobin의 지렁이에 대한 독성 및 위해성 평가를 위하여 수행되었다. Picoxystrobin 원제(99.3%)의 지렁이에 대한 급성독성($LC_{50}$)은 10.93 mg/kg이었으며, 액상수화제(25%)도 원제와 유사한 8-16 mg/kg을 나타내었다. 이러한 독성값은 현재 우리나라의 등록농약에 대한 지렁이 평가기준에는 문제가 없는 수치이나, 실제 약제살포 후 강우를 예상한 모의시험에서 시험개시 24시간 내에 모든 지렁이가 치사하는 양상을 보였다. 이러한 결과는 약제의 특성과 살포 이후 강우를 고려한 위해성 평가의 필요성을 보여주고 있다.

최적 고속화염용사법으로 제조된 Diamalloy4006 코팅의 내마모 특성 (Wear Property of Diamalloy-4006 Coating Prepared by OCP HVOF Thermal Spraying)

  • The effects of coating parameters were investigated in wear resistance coatings of Diamalloy-406 on Inconel 718 to obtain an optimum coating condition by high velocity oxy-fuel spraying. The coating parameters, the flow rates of source gases (hydrogen and oxygen), the powder feed rate, and the spray distance, were designed by the Taguchi method. The optimal conditions were determined: oxygen flow rate 34 FRM, hydrogen flow rate 57 FRM, powder feed rate 35 g/min, and spray distance 7 inch. Friction coefficients of the coating and the substrate decreased with an increasing sliding surface temperature from $25^{\circ}C$ to $450^{\circ}C$. The friction coefficient of Diamalloy-4006 coating decreased as the sliding surface temperature increased from $0.43{\pm}0.01$ at $25^{\circ}C$ to $0.29{\pm}0.01$ at $450^{\circ}C$. The wear trace and wear depth of the coating were smaller than the substrate at all temperatures tested. The relationship between spray parameters and wear resistance was discussed extensively, based on the measured roughness, hardness, and porosity in each coating.

  • 본(本) 연구(硏究)는 인체(人體)에 해(害)로운 농약(農藥)으로 부터 운전자(運轉者)를 보호(保護)하기 위하여 무인(無人) 스피드 스프레이어를 개발(開發)할 목적(目的)으로 수행(遂行)하였으며 무선(無線) 전파(電波) 리모콘에 의한 원격제어(遠隔制御) 시스템을 개발(開發)하기 위하여 수행(遂行)한 결과(結果)를 요약(要約)하면 다음과 같다. 1. 234채널, 16명령을 발신(發信)할 수 있는 VHF 대 전파(電波) 리모콘을 제작(製作)하여, 스피드 스프레이어의 원격제어(遠隔制御)에 편용가능(便用可能)하였다. 2. 시판(市販)되고 있는 무선전화기(無線電話機)의 방식(方式)인 DTMF방식(方式)을 채용(採用)한 무선 리모콘을 사용(使用)할 경우 시판 무선전화기(無線電話機) 사용(使用)이 가능(可能)하여 송수신(送受信)기의 별도(別途) 제작(製作)이 필요 없는 잇점이 있었다. 3. 무선(無線) 전파(電波) 리모콘과 원칩 마이크로 컴퓨터를 이용(利用)하여 염가(廉價)이고 컴팩터한 원격조종(遠隔操縱) 조향장치(操向裝置) 및 원격조종(遠隔操縱) 변속장치(變速裝置), 원격조종(遠隔操縱) 약액(藥液) 살포장치(撒布裝置) 등(等)의 원격제어(遠隔制御) 시스템 제작(製作)이 가능(可能)하였다.

$TiO_2$ 및 Ag 스퍼터링-$TiO_2$ 플라즈마 용사피막의 광전류 및 광분해 특성 (Photoelectrical Conductivity and Photodegradation Properties of $TiO_2$ and Ag Sputtered $TiO_2$ Plasma Spraying Coatings)

  • In this study, we investigated photocatalytic ability of plasma sprayed $TiO_2$ and Ag sputtering $TiO_2$(Ag-$TiO_2$) coatings. A sputtering processes were adopted to coat the surface of $TiO_2$ with Ag(99.99%). Ag was sputtered at 10mA, 450V for $1{\sim}11$ seconds. $TiO_2$ and Ag-$TiO_2$ coatings were heat-treated at 250, 300, 350, $400^{\circ}C$ for $0{\sim}240$seconds. Photoelectrical conductivity was measured by four-point probe, and photodegradation was calculated by UV-V is spectrometer. Microstructure observation of $TiO_2$ and Ag-$TiO_2$ coatings were investigated by SEM. Crystal structure of $TiO_2$ and Ag-$TiO_2$ coatings were investigated by XRD. Qualitative analyses of $TiO_2$ and Ag-$TiO_2$ coatings were conducted by EDX. When $TiO_2$ coatings were heat-treated at $350^{\circ}C$ for 30 sec, photoelectrical conductivity and photodegradation were best. And in XRD analysis result, (101)/(110) relative intensity ratio of $TiO_2$(rutile) was comparably changed with photoelectrical conductivity. When Ag-$TiO_2$ coatings were heat-treated at $350^{\circ}C$ for 30 [sec] after sputtering Ag for 7 sec, Photoelectrical conductivity and photodegradation are best. Surface of coatings in such condition has very small and uniform Ag particles.

  • The automatic control system in the greenhouse have to be developed to the direction of considering various factors the variables such as condition of the cultivation and greenhouse, the properties and types of products. Therefore, it is more important to set up variables appropriately than the problems of automatic control system itself, and the automatic control system which satisfy these problems should be simplified in the aspect of operation. In addition, even the individual automations are not perfect yet, so more studies are required for the development of comprehensive automatic system in korea. This study was carried out to automatize environment control systems for greenhouse, especially from most intensive labor requiring parts such as watering, irrigating liquefied fertilizer, spraying chemicals, mixing and ventilation system, etc. The results are summarized as follows. 1. Control type tensiometer was expected to be desirable in the automation of watering system, therefore, a new tensiometer was designed and developed through this study. 2. The chemical spraying system developed through this study was found to be excellent in the aspect of operation. 3. When pulse type water discharge meter was used in the mixing of liquefied fertilizer and chemical solution, the error of mixing were range $\pm$0.1~0.15%. 4. The water level switch of electrod type used for controlling water level was found to be affective in both control performance and operation cost. 5. The water and level control system can be omitted if each tank size are standardized in accordance with greenhouse size, therefore, the installation cost might be significantly reduced. 6. The developed general controller was excellent in hardware parts, but still remained to be improved in software parts.

  • 본 연구는 시설재배에서 상추품종별 살포농약의 잔류양상을 구명하기위하여 실시하였다. 농약살포직 후의 alpha-cypermethrin과 imidacloprid의 상추 중 잔류량은 품종의 외관에 따라 크게 상이하였다. 살포 후 경과일수별 상추 중 잔류농약의 감소는 작물의 증체에 의한 희석효과보다는 햇빛에 의한 분해 및 관수에 의한 세척효과가 더 큰 것으로 보였다. 엽채소류인 상추는 작물을 group화 함에 있어 품종간의 차이로 고려해야 함이 인정되었다.

  • 절화 국화 '백마'의 수확 후 수송조건 및 생장조절제 처리가 선도유지 및 품질에 미치는 영향을 알아보기 위하여 절화 국화 '백마'를 공시재료로 사용하였다. 수송조건 실험 결과 저장온도에 따른 절화 품질은 $5^{\circ}C$ 저온 저장시 상온(대조구)저장과 $20^{\circ}C$ 저장 보다 효과적임을 확인하였다. 또한 수송방법에 따른 절화 품질은 물올림 처리 후 수직 수송방법이 다른 처리구에 비하여 우수한 효과를 나타내었다. 특히 생장조절제 uniconazole $10mg/L^{-1}$ 문무 처리는 개화를 지연시켜 선도를 유지시켰으며 daminozide 1,000배 분무 처리는 꽃목 굽음을 지연시켜 절화 국화 품질 유지에 우수한 결과를 나타내었다.
