최근 이산화탄소에 따른 지구온난화 문제와 배기가스의 저감을 위하여 하이브리드 자동차가 각광을 받고 있다. 하이브리드 자동차는 기계적인 엔진과 전기적인 모터시스템이 결합된 동력구조를 갖는다. 차량의 주행조건에 따라 하이브리드 자동차의 구동을 위해 필요로 하는 에너지의 흐름은 달라진다. 본 논문에서는 실시간 모니터링 시스템을 이용한 하이브리드 자동차 교육용 콘텐츠에 관한 연구를 대상으로 한다. 하드웨어와 버추얼 프로그램으로 구성된 실시간 모니터링 시스템을 이용하여 하이브리드 자동차의 전체적인 운행을 주행조건별로 시뮬레이션을 통해 모사하고, 하드웨어를 통해 학습할 수 있는 방법에 대해 기술한다.

Recently the endangered species of wild fauna and flora used in TCM have been held under a spotlight by CITES-implementing countries. USA and other western countries have suspected Oriental countries might not keep the regulation of CITES effectively for the continuous use of endangered species such as tiger bone, rhino horn, bear gallbladder and others. However, most of Oriental countries have tried to keep CITES truly. The misunderstanding of culture and thought in Oriental countries can be one of important factors. Thus, for effective implementation of CITES, we have to keep communication with western countries especially in the principles of TCM or others and vice versa. In addition, TCM using countries and counterpart countries should prevent illegal trade of endangered species in TCM and also fry to develop natural or synthesized substitutes for endangered species. We have to continue to develop methods to artificially propagate endangered species, while trying to alleviate the ethical problems entailed by breeding in captivity. In south Korea we also have to make known our implementation of CITES such as reinforced law for prohibition of using CITES items, public awareness by training program, brochure and surveys to other countries.

본 연구에서는 국내 지식경영 분야의 연구동향들이 어떻게 전개되어 왔는지 살펴보기 위해 한국지식경영학회의 지식경영연구 학술지에 2000년 부터 2015년까지 게재된 총 352개의 논문의 1496개의 키워드를 대상으로 그래프 이론 및 네트워크 모델을 이용하여 추세를 분석하였다. 분석 결과를 통하여 최근 각광받고 키워드들, 네트워크의 중심에서 멀어진 키워드들, 그리고 키워드들 간의 단절고리에 대하여 알아보았다. 연구자들은 본 연구결과를 활용하여 향후 지식경영 분야 후속연구의 설계 및 주제선정을 위한 기초자료로 삼을 수 있을 것이다.

최근 U-Korea 구축을 위한 다양한 연구가 진행되고 있으며, 특히, RFID 기술은 유비쿼터스 핵심 기술로 부각되고 있다. 그러나 RFID 응용 시스템에서의 하드웨어적인 기반기술에 비해 상위 레벨의 애플리케이션 개발은 미흡한 실정이다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 유비쿼터스 상에서의 RFID 기술을 이용한 사용자 중심 환경의 응용 서비스중의 하나인 효율적인 헬스케어 애플리케이션을 제안하고 구현하고자 한다. 제안된 시스템은 RFID 태그와 모바일 기기를 기반으로 환자의 위치 정보 및 변경되는 진료 처방에 대한 데이터 정보를 효율적으로 전송 및 관리할 수 있는 시스템이다. 따라서 또한 물리적인 요소와 다양한 서비스로의 확장성을 제공하기 위한 프레임워크를 기반으로 모바일 단말기와 응용 서버의 애플리케이션 구현을 통하여 전체 시스템의 높은 실효성을 제공한다.

The Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism has been implementing the 'Local Government 3D Contents Production Support Project' since 2010 to foster the 3D contents industry and secure high-quality 3D contents of local governments. This is part of national support for securing 3D media contents of local governments. In particular, stereo-scopic 3D animation is in the spotlight as media contents appropriate for simultaneous implementation of pleasure of narrative and high-level of presence to promote tourism resources of local governments. But existing stereo-scopic 3D animation-related studies are mostly concentrated in three dimensional effect expression for particular scenes or theater. Therefore, this study extracted elements required for storytelling planning by analyzing production cases of stereo-scopic 3D animation using tourism resources of local governments which have been recognized for a high quality of work.

최근 들어서 가상화 기술이 유망기술로 인정받고 있지만, 이 기술은 이미 1960년대부터 시작된 기술이었다. 이때의 기술은 시스템을 효율적으로 사용하기 보다는 서비스에 목적을 두어 가상화가 되었고, 이후 기술이 지속적으로 발전하면서 x86 기반의 서버에서 가상화 기술이 실제적으로 적용되고 있다. 가상화 기술을 이용하는 가장 큰 이유는 경제적인 이득일 것이다. 서버들을 따로 따로 운영해야 할 경우, 전기세와 서버 구입비용 및 유지보수 비용 등이 많이 들지만, 이것을 가상화 기술로 통합하게 되면 서비스는 똑같이 할 수 있으면서 운영비(인건비 포함)가 상대적으로 절감되기 때문이다. 본 논문에서는 이러한 가상화 기술의 트렌드를 분석하고 서버통합 방안에 대한 로드맵을 제안하였다.

The location based service means the service using the location information and the service used based on the location information comes into the spotlight as the critical information of the future mode townsman ubiquitous-City construction. LBS settles down as the core element of ITS or the telematics as the cutting edge technology appearing according to the power generation of the mobile communication technology and recently gradually broadens a range to the public safety service including the distribution management, the asset management, a children and old and the weak protection means, the disaster preparation rescue service like the E-911 of U.S. In the national, the technical regulations about the ground wave LBS was established at November 2005 for the first time in the country. but it actually operated and problems were deduced. Therefore, in this paper, domestic and foreign LBS usage trend and technical standards case try to be analyzed for the revision of the technical regulations of the ground wave LBS serviced in the national and the national technical standards bill for the revision tries to be prepared based on this.

센서 네트워크 기술이 각광을 받으면서 다양한 종류의 센서 노드로 구성된 유비쿼터스 센서 네트워크에 대한 연구가 활발히 진행되고 있다. 특히 센서 네트워크에서는 각 센서 노드의 에너지 소모를 최소화하여 에너지 소모를 줄임으로써 네트워크의 지속시간을 늘이는 것이 무엇 보다도 중요하다. 기존의 MAC(Medium Access Control) 프로토콜은 채널 폴링 기법을 이용하여 효율적인 에너지 관리에 대한 해결책을 제시 하였으나 각 노드의 Duty Cycle이 길어짐으로써 발생하는 에너지 소모에 대한 해결책은 제시하지 못하였다. 센서 네트워크에서 센서 노드를 디자인할 때 중요한 고려사항 중 하나가 제한된 자원을 가진 센서 네트워크에서 주어진 에너지 소모를 최소화 하여서 네트워크 수명을 연장하는 것이다. 본 논문에서는 센서 노드의 에너지 소모를 줄이기 위해 제안된 라우팅 프로토콜을 비교 에너지 소모를 줄이는 방안을 제시 한다.

Performance assessment was introduced to improvement of self-directed learning and method of assessment for differenced learning as the seventh educational curriculum is enforced. Performance assessment is overcoming limitation about problem solving ability and higher thinking abilities assessment that is problem of a written examination and get into the spotlight by way for quality of class and school normalization. But, performance assessment has problems about possibilities of assessment fault by appraisal, fairness, reliability, and validity of grading, ambiguity of grading standard, difficulty about objectivity security etc. This study proposes fuzzy performance assessment system to solve problem of the conventional performance assessment. This paper presented an objective and reliable performance assessment method through fuzzy reasoning, design fuzzy membership function and define fuzzy rule analyzing factor that influence in each sacred ground of performance assessment to account principle subject. Also, performance assessment item divides by formation estimation and subject estimation and designed membership function in proposed performance assessment method. Performance assessment result that is worked through fuzzy performance assessment system can pare down burden about appraisal's fault and provide fair and reliable assessment result through grading that have correct standard and consistency to students.

The demand of smart phone that recently came into spotlight as a new media is sharply increasing not only in Korean market but also in worldwide market but the academic study on this is still in the beginning stage. Hence, it would be a well-timed topic for discussion to make a systematic investigation and analysis. The technology acceptance model used in this study as a theoretical frame can set various external factors in introduction of new information technology as variables. This study made an assumption that such external factors would influence on perceived usefulness, easiness and amusement and such perceived awareness would make an impact on user's satisfaction and repurchase intention. This study proposed an empirical model in order to find out the recommendations and repurchase intention for new media, smart phone. This study model was validated to be very effective model that can explain more concretely and systematically for repurchase of smart phone. In conclusion, this paper illustrates a paradigm shift in smart environment to smart device manufacturers under fierce competition in the world market as well as various analysis results on consumer's use patterns according to such paradigm shift, which shall be utilized as useful information when establishing a marketing strategy for smart phone.
