Heungtaryeong Archive is a massive information date base warehouse which systematically stores digital dates in relation to dance, such as traditional dance, modem dance, dance sports and etc. The Heungtaryeong Archive is a research that cannot be conducted in a short period of time, in which the dances may be forgotten. Therefore, this is a meaningful research that the forgettable traditional culture is stored in the date base (warehouse). 'Heungtaryeong Archive in this research' presents the possibility of advertisement, education, research and development, and popularization of dance through on-line network system.

With the increase in interest in health in the society, a variety of fusion studies have been conducted by ICT to sports. This study develops a smart bicycle that is run only when a rider maintains balance, and proposes an interface of studio space where the smart bicycle can be experienced. The studio consists of interactive smart bike, a geodesic dome for immersion of content for a single person, and virtual reality content that is implemented to enjoy various sceneries in real space. This study contributes to attempts of design and production of studio that is optimized to interactive space of smart bike for single person. This studio has a scalable interface, which can be applicable to various other interactive contents for sportainmnet.

The purpose of this research is to present an opinion on the development of a systematic program for the training of talented students at domestic universities for overseas employment, effective usage of overseas field practice and internship, and the importance of the programs that can provide prepared future Taekwondo professional with the opportunities to be successfully employed by desired overseas institutes worldwide. The objects of research were 15 persons who experienced overseas internship. The results of the research obtained through in-depth interviews were; firstly, the merits and demerits of internship; secondly, the changes made after experiencing internship; and thirdly, what they want to say to their juniors who are preparing for internship.

This research analyze the current status pertaining to the sport industry's information system and information network in Korea to propose integrated information network of sport industry construction measures with the goal of optimizing vertical and horizontal network formation, and knowledge information sharing and dissemination. To construct integrated information network of sport industry, literature examination and meeting of experts to search for measures are utilized. This paper analyze the realities of the sport industry's information system and information network in Korea to propose the following when it comes to the measures to realize sport industry's information integration. First, DB for sport industry relate information that factored in the Ontology is being developed. In other words, it is necessary to design a DB that factors in the Semantic Web. Second, once the DB relate to the sport industry that factored in the Ontology is developed, it is necessary to build RSS/Atom based active network that enables exchange of organic information among them.

public certification is some kind of electric ID which can prove the valid user, based on open KEY. usually it had been used in the field of government complaint, e-commerce, financial. but recently it expands the its use range through computerization of work process of diversity fields such as e-sports, property, medical industry. because of this reason, importance for user certificate process is gradually rose. The purpose of this paper is looking at the method for user certification of public certificates and draw a way for enforce the user certification process by Vulnerability Analysis. To draw the alternative we study the Authentication Principle and policy structure of public certification system by researching references, has drew the limitation for policy of certification. we provide the guideline to enforce the user certification through conclusion which has been drew from previous step.

This study found the following results through the comparative analysis of the history and development process of the Korean·U.S. women's soccer. First, the Korean women's soccer has a long history compared to U.S. soccer. However, the environmental factors such as the Korean war made the long years of gap. Second, to vitalize the women's soccer team in school, the legal and financial base are needed. School Sports Promotion Acts needs to be revised based on the Title IX in U.S. Third, in terms of professional soccer, many women's soccer players play abroad and are recognized. However, women's professional soccer players treatment is not enough compared to men's soccer. Therefore, corporate's financial support and the proper distribution of budget from the Korea football association are required.

The purpose of this research is to clarify the relationship between participation motivation of physical education and welfare service participants and physical health, emotional health and satisfaction of living in an integrated structure. The following results were obtained from the actual analysis by voting for general adult males and females participating in the National Physical Fitness 100 program. It was found that the external motivation had a positive effect on physical health and emotional health, internal motivation had a positive effect on physical health and satisfaction of life. It was found that physical health had a positive effect on emotional health and satisfaction of life and emotional health had a positive effect on the satisfaction of life. Therefore, participants participating in welfare services are expected to maintain their physical fitness and health through of National Physical Fitness 100 program physical strength and to improve the satisfaction of life and emotional health.

Purpose: This study proposes a method for developing a model that predicts the probability of traffic accidents in advance to prevent the most frequent traffic accidents in the military. Method: For this purpose, CRISP-DM (Cross Industry Standard Process for Data Mining) was applied in this study. The CRISP-DM process consists of 6 stages, and each stage is not unidirectional like the Waterfall Model, but improves the level of completeness through feedback between stages. Results: As a result of modeling the same data set as the previously constructed accident investigation data for the entire group, when the classification criterion was 0.5, Significant results were derived from the accuracy, specificity, sensitivity, and AUC of the model for predicting traffic accidents. Conclusion: In the process of designing the prediction model, it was confirmed that it was difficult to obtain a meaningful prediction value due to the lack of data. The methodology for designing a predictive model using the data set was proposed by reorganizing and expanding a data set capable of rational inference to solve the data shortage.

The purpose of this study was to analyse a causal relationship between collective emotion and behavior to sport issues in SNS. For the purpose, 5 sports issues with obvious collective behavior and 5 concerned articles in typical portal sites were selected. From those, each 100 comments with highest recommendation and 5 obvious actions made by the crowd were sampled as the analysis subjects. The results of statistical analyses on collective emotion and behavior materials were as follows. First, collective emotions showed differences by the sports issues. Second, there was a significant causal relationship between collective emotion and behavior in SNS. This study could receive a favorable evaluation due to the statistical analysis on a causal relationship between collective emotion and behavior.

This study was conducted to compare the lap time of high school boys' K-2 1000m final at the $99^{th}$ National Sports Festival with the lap time of the World Championship final held in 2018 and to find an optimal pacing strategy to enhance the performance. The high school boys' average final record was 242.89 seconds, and the top international's 199.58 seconds. There was 43 seconds difference in records and by lap-time it were 9, 12, 9, and 13 seconds behind every 250m. World Championship players used the Super Fast-Even Pacing-Even Pacing-Spurt strategy. The $1^{st}$ to $3^{rd}$ ranked high school boys used Slow-Fast-Super Slow-Super Fast strategy, and $4^{th}$ to $9^{th}$ ranked boys used Fast-Slow-Fast-Slow strategy. The high school boys need to modify their pacing strategies to achieve world-class performance.
