Recently, various types of information and communication technology (ICT) such as cloud computing, big data, and virtual reality have been progressed in the world. Also, it is expected that there are many domestic and foreign visitors in Gangwon-do due to the Pyeongchang winter olympic games in 2018. In this environment, it is necessary to improve the competitiveness of Gangwon-do in winter sports areas exploiting both existing IT infrastructure and application technologies. In this paper, for sustainable development of Gangwon-do winter sports IT industry after the Olympics, we propose efficient implementation methods of 3 winter sports IT convergence services and Gangwon-do ICT activation strategy. The proposed 3 winter sports IT service areas are as follows. 1) Realistic winter sports IT service, 2) Winter sports medical IT service 3) Winter sports record analysis IT service.

The purpose of this study is to investigate the effect of college students' interest in sports media on sports values and sports activities. In order to identify the purpose of this study, college students aged 20 years or older living in Jeonnam region in 2021 were selected as the population. A total of 300 subjects (150 males and 150 females) were selected using the convenient sampling method. The survey tool consisted of a questionnaire on a 5-point scale. Also, the collected data were statistically processed using SPSS version 20.0. The results obtained through this research procedure are as follows. First, it was found that college students' interest in sports media had a partial influence on sports values. Second, it was found that college students' interest in sports media partially affected their participation in sports. Third, it was found that college students' participation in sports had a partial effect on sports values.
Objective: The purpose of this study is to analyze trends related to sports and artificial intelligence (AI) to understand the trends and how they change according to time, and to establish methods to apply AI in sports. Both macro and micro perspectives related to sports utilization of AI were analyzed. Method: In this study, after analyzing and discussing various information related to the use of artificial intelligence in the sports through a search of academic journals, papers, books, and websites published recently at nationally and internationally, the application plan of artificial intelligence in the sports field was presented. Results: 1) Motion analysis technology using artificial intelligence is effective in sports where posture is important, and if it provides systematic feedback and training methods, it can help improve performance. 2) The introduction of a sports referee judgment system using artificial intelligence is expected to improve performance by restoring factual judgment and objective fairness in sports games. 3) Artificial intelligence will provide coaching staff and players with a variety of information to help improve performance through systematic coaching and improving feedback and enhanced training methods. 4) It is judged that artificial intelligence-related to sports ethics, sports ICT, sports marketing, sports prediction, etc. We think that based on the current AI research trends will have a positive impact on all sports-related areas, helping to revitalize sports. Conclusion: Motion analysis technology using artificial intelligence, sports referee judgment system, coaching using artificial intelligence, and artificial intelligence are judged to have a positive effect on all sports-related areas and help revitalize sports.
This paper focuses on the sports look expressed in 20th century fashion. It is Age of Sport just as rock'n roll became dominant cultural form of the 1960's and 1970's . In the 1990's the sportsware is fashion. Designers gazing into the future are inspired by the details and functionality of clothing for snow boarding , skiing , motorbike racing and fitness. No doubt fashion in 2000 will also be full of references to it. Since the late 1960's the sportswear that was originally a term for clothing worn for various sports activities in the 1890's has changed and is now considered as fashion for day as well as evening. This has occurred primarily in the U.S. due to the adoption of less formal lifestyles by Americans. while the sportwear is the term which stemmed from the need for functionality in sports, sports look is the style inspired by the formative elements, that is, the details, the shilhouette, and the colors of the sportswear. New technologies for sports, the powerful influence of youthful culture, and the celebritizations of the sports stars made the sports look much hipper and more popular. It can be categoried into three aesthetic values, I. e., the functional sports look,, purism and no useless ornament, the street sports look with fun, androgynous and unisex mode and the mix and match of different texture and colors, and the futuristic sports look with new high tech fabrics and avant-garde style.
Purpose: Sports is an activity created by human beings and is related with natural and human environments, and it is a physical activity which inherently interacts with geographical properties. With the above views, it is clear that sports reflect human culture and physical environment, which are closely related to places or spaces in terms of origin, propagation and diffusion, or geography in a broader sense. This study explored the relationships between sporting activities and geography with an environmental view. Research design, data, and methodology: The study employed qualitative methodology to review the association between sport and geographical perspective. The study reviewed the broad documents including journals, periodicals, reports and so forth. Results: First, since its inception in the 1960s, research on sports geography has been steadily studied in many international geography and non-geographic research journals. Second, it reflects the distinct characteristics of the relationship between sports and geography (relationship with physical geography and humanities). Third, as a spatial approach to sports, it is the place of sports, globalization of sports, and the tourist attraction of sports. Conclusion: the findings of this study provides insights for sport geography and could be applied to the current sports industry. Further implications were discussed.
The purpose of this study is to examine the unique differentiation of dance-sports costume design and improve the professionalism of design in this field. for this, the documentary study and practical case study have been executed. the visual data in 'weave' prosperity data and a dance-sports technical book are used. The results of this study are as follows. First, dance-sports costume has the general character of dance costume, and it belongs to the category of stage costume. Second, the physical characteristics peculiar to dance-sports costume come from its specialized usage in dance-sports. Third, the design of dance-sports costume changes accordingly with the situation it is worn: exercise costume, party costume, competition costume. Fourth, arranged dance-sports costume trends since 1998. It had shown biennial changes in shilhouette.
It is a complex project to construct the standard system of sports events. Sports events standard system covers from the implementation plan to the evaluation work after the smooth implementation of sports events, involving many links. Large-scale sports events have extremely high media value. However, the successful organization and operation of large-scale sports events face many problems to be overcome, especially in terms of event safety. Although the organizers and organizers of large-scale events have invested many resources for the safe holding of sports events, violence similar to "football hooligans" in Europe is endless. At present, compared with Western countries, the standardization of sports events in China is low, and there is a problem of a late start and huge difference with Western developed countries. Knowing the construction of the standardization system's situation in China, we have summarized the data related to 15 sports events held in Chengdu is the last 5 years. By analyzing the problems in the process of holding these 15 events and the reflections of participants on the experience of sports events, the problems in the development of the standard system of sports events are discussed in depth. The final conclusion is that the system structure of China's sports events is not so good and athletes have a poor experience. China's sports event system still has many problems. Finally, we built a sports event standardization model using Internet of Things, and after a practical test we found that it has a good effect. Finally, we combined the current situation of sports event standardization system in China and put forward the following suggestions: laws and regulations related to the standard system of sports events must be formulated at the national level. The implementation level must strengthen the degree of integration of sports events and technology. To improve the quality of human resources in the management of sports events. The article puts forward targeted solutions, which play a great role in promoting the perfection and completeness of China's standard system for sports events. At the same time, it also promotes economic development and improves China's international status.
As sports infiltrates each field of modern society and becomes familiar, sports wear was changed functionally and was introduced and enveloped into everyday dress. Modern sports wear has been the settled in everyday life deeply and become the clothes of life which are worn regardless of place, time and age. The aim of this paper was to clarify what kind of fashion of sports style would be given to the modern people. In this study, sports wear which has become everyday dress classified from a gender point of view. It was divided into masculine image, feminine image, and neutral image. Sports wear of masculine image generated a silhouette which emphasized the shoulder with the aspiration for youth and health. Wide shoulder was considered as the symbol of masculine beauty and the expression of healthy beauty. It was reflected well in body conscious look. And owing to the development of up-to-data materials, innovation of design, and the study of human body technology, the functional character was settled in the sports wear which showed masculine image. Sports wear of feminine image was represented fashion of body exposure, body feet with body conscious look, and romantic mode. This image was expressed fashion as comforts, pleasant, active design, materials, color, and romantic feminine beauty. Sports wear of neutral image was expressed into unisex clothes. This cloths have no difference in gender, age, and class. It was used as casual sports wear. In the 1960s, young generation participated in such street sports as street basketball and skate. They usually sore the sports wears of neutral image such as cycling, skating, and ski. In the materials of sports, the development of up-to-data material like lycra made the sayings lifelike, “up-to-data material is the second skin” It show that glamorous feminine image and strong masculine image coexisted. The contemporary concept of sportswear is no longer limited to those clothes for sports found in such places like tennis court or swimming pool. Now, the sports wear become more like casual activity wear all classes of people can enjoy in their life regardless of where they are, when they wear, and even how old they are.
An ADR arbitration system has a necessary value in the sports industry for settlement of disputes. Sports disputes should be resolved independently by enacting internal regulations within the basic principles of national law rather than treated as a civil action. If the dispute is not fair and transparent, it may cause distrust. Because an arbitration system has values such as speed, flexibility of economic decisions, professionalism of arbitrator and confidentiality of arbitration-related information, the efficiency of the arbitration system for conflict resolution has emerged recently. We have to assign sports experts to reactivate sports arbitration commission committees which existed from 2006 to 2009 in Korea. Many countries, such as the UK, USA, Canada, New Zealand, Hungary, the Netherlands, Poland, Germany, and Japan, which attain advancement of sports and the International Court of Arbitration establish and run their own sports arbitration agencies. However, Korea disbanded its sports arbitration commission committee for political and economic reasons. In 2012, after their disbanding, athlete Kim Yeon-kyoung came into conflict with Heungkuk Life over terms of free agent acquisition and international transfer certification. Finally they were able to settle those political conflicts. However if there had been related laws in Korea, they could have resolved those problems easily without international disputes. Practically, it would have been almost impossible for Kim Yeon-kyoung to win the dispute. But her problem became an issue after the London Olympics, so she could win. Although it is well for her to take an active role on the international stage, it left much to be desired on account of the intervention of political circles in order to resolve the conflict. If the sports arbitration commission committee in Korea had still been active, it could have come to a peaceful settlement domestically. Therefore we have to reestablish a Korean sports arbitration committee centered around experts of sports law.

The purpose of this study is to examine the effects of university students' media sports immersion experience through social media on exercise immersion and exercise continuation. This research target was first selected as a population of university students who have contacted media sports aged 20 or older living in Gwangju Metropolitan City in 2019. The sampling procedure was divided into five parts: Dong-gu, Seo-gu, Nam-gu, Buk-gu, and Gwangsan-gu in Gwangju, and 300 men and women were sampled using cluster random sampling. After individually entering coded data into the computer, the statistical program (SPSS Windows.20.0 Version) was used. The results obtained through this research process are as follows. First, it was found that university students' immersion to media sports had a partial effect on their commitment to exercise. Second, it was found that university students' immersion in media sports had a partial effect on the continuation of the exercise. Third, it was found that college students' exercise commitment has a partial effect on exercise continuation.
