The purpose of this study is to examine the state of utilization in sport facilities at a university and drew up the improvement plan for all students. To accomplish this work, the survey of the 445 students(male 221, female 224) were collected. The collected data were analyzed through the frequency analysis. All of sports facility is used for wide range of student who like to use as their leisure in order to learn variety experience for spending their spare time. Also sports facility of university accomplish social education function to all member of university. Having sports facility for university can also work as a promotion and new impression to people its university image as well as welfare for staff. Especially, excellent sports facility at university can provide public service to local people where university is located. Having sport facility at university is directly related to development of university in many way, university is required to implement effective program for operating sport facility at university.

Renovation of existing sports facilities or construction of temporary ones for international complex games requires a wide variety of hundreds of sub construction projects to be awarded at the same time but there are few precedents required regarding the study of tendering process required in such cases. As award of construction contracts to build sports facilities for various international complex games is a critical determinant of fate of international complex games in the initial phase, it is very critical that adequate construction tendering process bedetermined. This research is aimed to study tendering cases for renovation or construction of critical international sports facilities to enhance efficiency of facility construction and define most reasonable tendering approach to satisfy schedule constraints often associated with international complex games and contribute to improvement of international competitiveness of their host cities and propose a direction for further development. This study also provides inputs to subsequent sports events of comparable scale to minimize trial and error.

The purpose of this study is to examine the impacts of neighborhood sports activity facilities on the exercise time and subjective health level using the National Sport Participation Survey data(2013-2015) in Seoul, Korea. We conducted path analysis including exercise time, subjective health level and various environmental factors. From the survey data, we extracted individual's characteristics including subjective health and exercise time. In addition, we calculated physical environment variables of neighborhood units. The results of this study are as follow. First, most of moderating variables such as gender, age, income and job showed expected relationships with exercise time or subjective health level. Second, the perceived level regarding neighborhood sports facilities such as public sports facilities had a strong positive association with exercise time and subjective health level. Third, the area of public sports facility, neighborhood park and the number of schools had positive effects on the exercise time and subjective health level. Lastly, land use mix and the number of intersections showed a positive effects on exercise time. To sum up, the results indicated that public sports facility, neighborhood park and perceived environment on neighborhood sports facility are critical factors of residents' exercise time and subjective health level.

우리나라의 상업스포츠시설은 선진 국가에 비견해 볼 때 아직도 미흡한 점이 많으며, 여러 가지 해결해야 할 시설경영적 사회제도적 문제점을 지니고 있다. 상업스포츠시설의 발전을 위해서는 시설경영 능력을 제고하고 사회제도적 자원을 확대해야 한다. 첫째, 시설경영능력을 제고하기 위해서는 지도자 처우개선 및 고용확대, 경영 마케팅 능력 강화, 서비스품질 및 고객만족 향상, 시설의 현대화에 노력을 집중시켜야 한다. 둘째, 사회제도적 지원 확대를 위해서는 전문인력 양성 배치의 강화, 스포츠시설 규제완화 제도개선, 조세 금융 지원 확대, 스포츠시설업 정보망 구축 등에 많은 노력을 기울여야 한다. 결국, 상업스포츠시설업 주체는 시설경영 능력 향상을 위한 혁신적 노력을 기울여야 하며, 정부나 지자체에서는 상업스포츠시설이 발전할 수 있는 최적의 사회환경을 만들어 주어야 할 것이다.

본 연구는 국내 수상스포츠 시설의 서비스스케이프가 고객만족 및 참여행동에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지를 규명하여 운영방안의 기초자료를 제공하고자 했다. 따라서 수상스포츠 시설을 경험한 사람들 중 20대 이상 참여자를 표본으로 선정했다. 조사는 2022년 4월 25일부터 7월 15일까지 비대면으로 실시했으며, 총 243부의 데이터를 최종 분석에 이용했다. 자료처리는 SPSS(ver. 21.0) 프로그램을 활용해 빈도분석, 탐색적 요인분석, 문항내적일관성, 상관분석, 단순 및 다중회귀 분석을 실시했다. 본 연구의 주요 결과, 첫째, 수상스포츠 시설 서비스스케이프가 편리성, 공감성, 시설환경 순으로 가치에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘쨰, 수상스포츠 시설 고객만족이 참여행동에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 수상스포츠 시설 서비스스케이프가 시설환경, 서비스, 편의성, 공감성 순으로 참여행동에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다.

The plan of developing a fishing village and port will be indirectly funded by the government. In the short term, there will be five different multi-functional fishing village models which are based on the first industry to attach to the third industry of marine sports experience tourism. In the long run, they have to be reached gradually. The popular scenic spot of the marine sports experience tourism is made by human resources and fundamental installations considering that it must be done in unpolluted water. It is necessary to separate the fish harbor into two sides. One side is an existing fishing industry. The other side is made up of several pontoons for the marine sports equipment of the marine mooring. It is necessary to build facilities, such as the mooring facility, the storage facility, the repair-check facility, supply-cleaning facility, information booth, accommodations, education facility, and a marine culture exchange facility.

생활체육(life-time sports)은 태어나서 죽을 때까지 평생에 걸친 체육 스포츠 활동을 일상생활 내용으로 하는 것이다. 생활체육의 주목적은 신체활동의 부족, 자기표현의 기회상실, 인간관계 등과 관련하여 신체활동을 통해 체력을 단련하고 생황에 활력을 가져 보다 밝고 풍요한 생활을 영위하는 데 있으며 국내 생활수준의 향상에 힘입어 향후 생활체육시설은 급증 할 것으로 예측된다. 이러한 이유로 본 논문에서는 생활체육시설이 주로 옥외에 설치되어 있어 야간에 시설을 이용 할 경우 필수적 시설인 조명설비에 대한 실제 설계의 예(춘천 공지천 공원)를 들고 이를 통하여 타 지역의 생활체육시설의 조명계획과 설계에 도움이 되도록 제시하였다.

본 연구는 강원도 내 소재된 공공체육시설 안전관리 실태를 분석하여 도민들이 안전하게 이용할 수 있는 정책방향을 모색하고자 하였다. 이를 위해 중앙 정부와 강원도 차원의 체육시설 안전관리 정책동향, 강원도 체육시설 안전관리 실태분석 등을 종합적으로 검토해 보았다. 강원도 체육시설 안전관리 정책방향에서는 강원도 체육시설 안전관리 실태분석에서 도출된 시사점을 토대로 다음과 같은 정책추진 방향을 제안하였다. 첫째, 지역에서 설립한 개발 및 도시 공사, 대학, 협동조합 등을 활용한 전문기관 지정 운영, 체육시설 관련 안전관리사 운용요원 양성 및 육성 등을 제안하였다. 둘째, 강원도 차원의 체육시설 안전관리 우수시설 지정 및 표창, 안전하고 대응 사례 발표회 개최, 스포츠안전체험한마당 개최, 스포츠안전교실 운영, 홍보만화 제작 등의 체육시설 안전문화 진흥 기반 조성을 제안하였다. 셋째, 타 시·도에 비해 많은 레저스포츠시설에 대한 안전관리 체계 기반을 마련할 것을 제안하였다. 넷째, 강원도 지역여건에 부합하는 체육시설 안전관리 지원조례 제정 등 제도적 기반 마련 및 강원도형 체육시설 안전관리 기본계획을 수립할 것을 제안하였다.

운동을 통한 건강증진에 대한 관심이 증가하면서 공공체육시설에 대한 수요는 꾸준히 증가하고 있다. 그러나 공공체육시설의 공급 계획에 비해 운영과 관리에 대한 연구는 부족한 상황이다. 이와 같은 맥락에서 본 연구는 국민체육진흥기금지원 체육시설 사업인 국민체육센터와 개방형체육관에 대한 빅데이터 분석을 통해 시설 활성화 방안을 모색하였다. 2015년 1년 간 뉴스, 블로그, 까페 등 인터넷 문서를 분석한 결과 국민체육센터와 개방형 체육관은 유사한 이용행태를 보이면서도 다른 수요를 갖고 있는 것으로 나타났다. 두 시설 모두 주민의 체육장소로 이용되고 있으나 국민체육시설이 좀 더 전문적인 프로그램을 보이는 반면 개방형 체육관은 생활체육공간으로 이용되는 차이를 보였다. 한편 두 시설 모두 운동 이외 산책, 소풍 등 휴식을 목적으로 방문하는 비율이 높아 시설 활성화를 위해서는 편의시설 확충과 다양한 기능의 복합이 필요할 것으로 보인다.

A fitness facility in an apartment complex is not a simple sports facility. It has important roles in improving the residents' physical and mental health, and in forming a sense of community. This study analyzed the number of users in the fitness facility of the apartment complex, which is a significant criterion in determining the dimension. A comparative analysis between the past and the present function and dimension was performed in finding out the optimal solutions. In conclusion, the number of users in the fitness facility is influenced not by the number of households in the complex but by the facility's size and creating a desired environment. The users' favorite sports equipments were figured out to meet those needs. Moreover, comparing the facilities' size, user satisfaction, area per person, an optimal dimension for the facility, and rates of equipments were found out.
