전파정보 수요조사와 개방 방안 연구 (Demand survey of spectrum information and a study on plan for disclosing spectrum information to the public)

  • ICT 산업의 패러다임과 무선통신 서비스 진화에 따라 전송매체인 전파에 대한 수요가 급증되는 상황에서 전문가 및 일반국민을 대상으로 주파수, 무선국 및 연구개발 자료등 전파와 관련된 전파정보 수요조사를 실시하였고 이를 바탕으로 수요자가 요구하는 개방의 우선순위를 정하였다. 또한, 미국, 영구, 호주, 일본 등 해외 주요국의 전파정보개방 현황, 개방 원칙 및 예외사항, 개방시스템 등을 분석하였다. 본 논문에서는 이러한 분석을 통해 우리나라의 전파정보 개방 전략 방향성을 수립하였으며 향후 과제로서 법제화방안 및 전파정보를 효율적으로 관리 및 통제할 수 있는 체계의 수립을 제안하였다.

Feasibility study on a stabilization method based on full spectrum reallocation for spectra having non-identical momentum features

  • Methodology for suppressing or recovering the distorted spectra, which may occur due to mutual non-uniformity and nonlinear response when a multi-detector is simultaneously operated for gamma spectroscopy, is presented with respect to its applicability to stabilization of spectra having the non-identical feature using modified full spectrum reallocation method. The modified full-spectrum reallocation method is extended to provide multiple coefficients that describe the gain drift for multi-division of the spectrum and they were incorporated into an optimization process utilizing a random sampling algorithm. Significant performance improvements were observed with the use of multiple coefficients for solving partial peak dislocation. In this study, our achievements to confirm the stabilization of spectrum having differences in moments and modify the full spectrum reallocation method provide the feasibility of the method and ways to minimize the implication of the non-linear responses normally associated with inherent characteristics of the detector system. We believe that this study will not only simplify the calibration process by using an identical response curve but will also contribute to simplifying data pre-processing for various studies as all spectra can be stabilized with identical channel widths and numbers.

  • We developed a new program for automatic continuum normalization of Echelle spectrographic data. Using this algorithm, we have determined spectral continuum of almost BOES data. The first advantage of this algorithm is that we can save much time for continuum determination and normalization. The second advantage is that the result of this algorithm is very reliable for almost spectral type of spectrum. But this algorithm cannot be applied directly to the spectrum which has very strong and broad emission lines, for example Wolf-Rayet type spectrum. We implanted this algorithm to the program which was developed in the previous study. And we introduced more upgraded BOES data reduction program. This program has more convenient graphical user interface environment, so users can easily reduce BOES data. Lastly, we presented the result of study on line profile variation of magnetic Ap/Bp stars analyzed using this program.

무선인지 애드 혹 네트워크를 위한 순차적 협력 스펙트럼 센싱 기법 (An contention-aware ordered sequential collaborative spectrum sensing scheme for CRAHN)

  • 최근 들어 무선인지 애드 혹 네트워크(CRAHN)는 임시적으로 활용되지 않은 라이선스 스펙트럼을 기회주의적 방법으로 사용하여 통신하는 차세대 애드 혹 네트워크로 각광받고 있다. 여타 무선인지 시스템에서와 같이, 정확한 스펙트럼 센싱은 무선인지 애드 혹 네트워크 구현을 위한 필수 요소 기술이다. 중앙 제어국 중심의 협력 스펙트럼 센싱 기법은 센싱 성능을 향상 시킬 수 있으나, 무선인지 애드 혹 네트워크와 같은 비인프라망에서는 중앙 제어국이 없어 협력 센싱 구현이 어렵다. 본 논문에서는 무선인지 애드 혹 네트워크를 위한 새로운 순차적 협력 스펙트럼 센싱 기법을 제안한다. 제안된 기법에서는 Dempster Shafer 이론 기반으로 국부 스펙트럼 센싱 데이터의 신뢰도가 가장 높은 인지 노드가 임시 중앙국이 되어 주변 센서 노드로부터 스펙트럼 센싱값을 수집하여 스펙트럼 사용 유무에 대한 최종 결정을 만들고 그 최종 결정을 이웃 노드들에게 전송한다. 또한 본 논문에서는 분산 방법으로 개별 인지 노드들이 자신의 센싱 데이터를 효율적으로 교환하기 위한, 센싱데이터 신뢰도 순서 기반의 전송 메커니즘을 제안하였다. 시뮬레이션을 통해 제안된 방식은 기존 중앙 제어국 중심의 협력 스펙트럼 센싱 기법과 유사한 스펙트럼 센싱 성능을 제공하는 동시에, 최종 스펙트럼 결정까지 소요되는 센싱 데이터 수집시간 및 교환되는 센싱 데이터 량을 현저히 줄일 수 있음을 보였다.

Fatigue wind load spectrum construction based on integration of turbulent wind model and measured data for long-span metal roof

  • Aiming at the problem that fatigue characteristics of metal roof rely on local physical tests and lacks the cyclic load sequence matching with regional climate, this paper proposed a method of constructing the fatigue load spectrum based on integration of wind load model, measured data of long-span metal roof and climate statistical data. According to the turbulence characteristics of wind, the wind load model is established from the aspects of turbulence intensity, power spectral density and wind pressure coefficient. Considering the influence of roof configuration on wind pressure distribution, the parameters are modified through fusing the measured data with least squares method to approximate the actual wind pressure load of the roof system. Furthermore, with regards to the wind climate characteristics of building location, Weibull model is adopted to analyze the regional meteorological data to obtain the probability density distribution of wind velocity used for calculating wind load, so as to establish the cyclic wind load sequence with the attributes of regional climate and building configuration. Finally, taking a workshop's metal roof as an example, the wind load spectrum is constructed according to this method, and the fatigue simulation and residual life prediction are implemented based on the experimental data. The forecasting result is lightly higher than the design standards, consistent with general principles of its conservative safety design scale, which shows that the presented method is validated for the fatigue characteristics study and health assessment of metal roof.

데이터 정보를 이용한 흑색 플라스틱 분류기 설계 (Design of Black Plastics Classifier Using Data Information)

  • In this paper, with the aid of information which is included within data, preprocessing algorithm-based black plastic classifier is designed. The slope and area of spectrum obtained by using laser induced breakdown spectroscopy(LIBS) are analyzed for each material and its ensuing information is applied as the input data of the proposed classifier. The slope is represented by the rate of change of wavelength and intensity. Also, the area is calculated by the wavelength of the spectrum peak where the material property of chemical elements such as carbon and hydrogen appears. Using informations such as slope and area, input data of the proposed classifier is constructed. In the preprocessing part of the classifier, Principal Component Analysis(PCA) and fuzzy transform are used for dimensional reduction from high dimensional input variables to low dimensional input variables. Characteristic analysis of the materials as well as the processing speed of the classifier is improved. In the condition part, FCM clustering is applied and linear function is used as connection weight in the conclusion part. By means of Particle Swarm Optimization(PSO), parameters such as the number of clusters, fuzzification coefficient and the number of input variables are optimized. To demonstrate the superiority of classification performance, classification rate is compared by using WEKA 3.8 data mining software which contains various classifiers such as Naivebayes, SVM and Multilayer perceptron.

Post-earthquake warning for Vrancea seismic source based on code spectral acceleration exceedance

  • Post-earthquake crisis management is a key capability for a country to be able to recover after a major seismic event. Instrumental seismic data transmitted and processed in a very short time can contribute to better management of the emergency and can give insights on the earthquake's impact on a specific area. Romania is a country with a high seismic hazard, mostly due to the Vrancea intermediate-depth earthquakes. The elastic acceleration response spectrum of a seismic motion provides important information on the level of maximum acceleration the buildings were subjected to. Based on new data analysis and knowledge advancements, the acceleration elastic response spectrum for horizontal ground components recommended by the Romanian seismic codes has been evolving over the last six decades. This study aims to propose a framework for post-earthquake warning based on code spectrum exceedances. A comprehensive background analysis was undertaken using strong motion data from previous earthquakes corroborated with observational damage, to prove the method's applicability. Moreover, a case-study for two densely populated Romanian cities (Focsani and Bucharest) is presented, using data from a $5.5M_W$ earthquake (October 28, 2018) and considering the evolution of the three generations of code-based spectral levels for the two cities. Data recorded in free-field and in buildings were analyzed and has confirmed that no structural damage occurred within the two cities. For future strong seismic events, this tool can provide useful information on the effect of the earthquake on structures in the most exposed areas.

과실의 비파괴 당도 예측 모델의 성능향상을 위한 투과스펙트럼의 전처리 (Preprocessing of Transmitted Spectrum Data for Development of a Robust Non-destructive Sugar Prediction Model of Intact Fruits)

  • 본 연구는 초당 2개의 속도로 이송되는 사과를 대상으로 측정된 투과 에너지 스팩트럼 데이터를 이용하여 사과의 당도예측 모델을 개발하기 위해 각종 전처리가 당도 예측 모델의 정밀도에 미치는 영향을 구명하고, 신뢰성이 높은 당도 예측 회귀 모델을 개발하기 위해 수행되었다. 스펙트럼의 산란 보정, 노이즈 감소 등을 위해 1차미분, MSC, SNV, OSC 및 이들 조합으로 구성된 전처리 알고리즘을 프로그래밍하고, 이들 전처리를 스펙트럼데이터에 적용한 결과 특히 MSC SNV에 의해 각 파장에서의 투과에너지와 당도와의 상관관계가 전처리를 하지 않은 경우에 비해 현저히 증가하였다. 각종 전처리를 수행한 후 당도 예측 회귀 모델을 개발하고, 검정한 결과, 전처리 방법에 따라 예측모델의 SEP가 최대 1.265%brix 에서 최소 0.507%brix로 큰 차이를 나타내었다. 이는 SEP를 최소화하기 위해 주어진 스펙트럼 데이터의 특성에 알맞는 전처리 방법이 개발 또는 선택되어야 함을 의미한다. MSC 와 SNV는 예측 정밀도와 밀접한 관계가 있으며, OSC는 PLS의 factor 수와 관계되는 것으로 판단되었다. 1차미분은 오히려 모델의 예측 성능을 저하시키는 것으로 나타났다. 이는 실시간으로 측정된 투과스펙트럼에 상대적으로 노이즈 성분이 많이 포함되어 이들 성분이 미분에 의해 강조된 것으로 판단되었다. 본 연구에 사용된 스펙트럼 데이터의 경우 MSC와 OSC 전처리를 수행한 당도예측모델이 $R^2=0.8823$, SEP=0.5071%brix, bias=0.0327로 가장 우수하였다.

Phase Noise Effects on the Pulse Pair Spectrum Moment Estimates in a Doppler Weather Radar

  • A weather radar usually extracts the necessary information from the return Doppler spectrum moment estimates. Phase stability is a very important factor in obtaining accurate and reliable information in a Doppler weather radar system since the system phase noise may seriously degrade the weather spectrum moment estimation quality. These spectrum moment estimates are commonly obtained using the pulse pair method which is simple to implement and fast enough to process an enormous amount of weather radar data in real time. Therefore, an analytical method is developed in this paper to analyze and quantify the phase noise effects on the pulse pair spectrum moment estimates in terms of the phase noise power and broadness.

틸트 로터 무인항공기의 피로하중 스펙트럼 생성 및 피로해석 (The Development of Fatigue Load Spectrum and Fatigue Analysis for the Tilt Rotor UAV)

  • In this paper, the fatigue load spectrum for tilt rotor UAV is developed and fatigue analysis is achieved for flaperon joint. Tilt rotor UAV has two modes which are helicopter mode when UAV is taking off and landing and fixed wing mode when UAV is cruising. To make fatigue load spectrum, FELIX for helicopter mode and TWIST for fixed wing mode are used. And Fatigue analysis of flaperon joint is achieved using fatigue load spectrum we obtained. When S-N test data are analyzed, we use the Kriging meta model to get probability S-N curve for whole range of material life. The result which is life of flaperon joint obtained by suggested fatigue analysis procedure in this paper is compared with that obtained by MSC/Fatigue.
