  • The current sea route sign system based on an electronic marine chart only has a data manufacture specification for uses at ECDIS. Therefore, it has a limitation in expressing various sea route data and falls short of productivity as it is frozen to prevent being changed for a long time. Also, it cannot satisfy requirements from high tech such as lattice structure data and time series information. Currently, although it builds each independent operation system based S-57, it has been found that it is the most important requirement from consumers that the entire monitoring system can mutually interwork by standardizing and uniting formats of all protocols. In addition, current status information and alarm system is using AIS, TRS, WCDMA telecommunication and processing all the data after saving it into each different server. Lighthouse lantern which currently has used was utilized to do a performance test of a developed system. All of created data was trasmitted through the RS-232, It is clear that the data was received by a situation monitoring system. In addition, when the data was transmitted after saving in a database, same data was ordinarily received. In this thesis, we will implemented the status information and alarm system of Marine transportation facilities which is a sea route sign system based on S-63 electronic marine chart, S/W, after uniting each different protocol and making combined system.

  • The computing systems of today expanded business trade and distributed business process Internet. More and more systems are developed from components with exactly reusability, independency, and portability. Component based development is focused on advanced concepts rater than passive manipulation or source code in class library. The primary component construction in CBD. However, lead to an additional cost for reconstructing the new component with CBD model. It also difficult to serve component information with rapidly and exactly, which normalization model are not established, frequency user logging in Web caused overload. A lot of difficult issues and aspects of Component Based Development have to be investigated to develop good component-based products. There is no established normalization model which will guarantee a proper treatment of components. This paper elaborates on some of those aspects of web application to adapt user requirement with exactly and rapidly. Distributed components in this paper are used in the most tiny size on network and suggest the network-addressable interface based on business domain. We also discuss the internal and external specifications for grasping component internal and external relations of user requirements to be analyzed. The specifications are stored on Servlets after dividing the information between session and entity as an EJB (Enterprise JavaBeans) that are reusable unit size in business domain. The reusable units are used in business component through query to get business component. As a major contribution, we propose a systems model for registration, auto-arrange, search, test, and download component, which covers component reusability and component customization.

  • In text-to-speech systems, the conversion of text into prosodic parameters is necessarily composed of three steps. These are the placement of prosodic boundaries. the determination of segmental durations, and the specification of fundamental frequency contours. Prosodic boundaries. as the most important and basic parameter. affect the estimation of durations and fundamental frequency. Break prediction is an important step in text-to-speech systems as break indices (BIs) have a great influence on how to correctly represent prosodic phrase boundaries, However. an accurate prediction is difficult since BIs are often chosen according to the meaning of a sentence or the reading style of the speaker. In Japanese, the prediction of an accentual phrase boundary (APB) and major phrase boundary (MPB) is particularly difficult. Thus, this paper presents a method to complement the prediction errors of an APB and MPB. First, we define a subtle BI in which it is difficult to decide between an APB and MPB clearly as a variable break (VB), and an explicit BI as a fixed break (FB). The VB is chosen using the classification and regression tree, and multiple prosodic targets in relation to the pith and duration are then generated. Finally. unit-selection is conducted using multiple prosodic targets. In the MOS test result. the original speech scored a 4,99. while proposed method scored a 4.25 and conventional method scored a 4.01. The experimental results show that the proposed method improves the naturalness of synthesized speech.
