MOS silicon solar cells have been developed using the fixed (interface) charge inherent to thermally oxidized silicon to induce an n-type inversion layer in 1-10 ohm-cm p-type silicon. Higher collection efficiencies are predicted than for diffused junction cells. Without special precautions a conversion efficiency of 14.2% is obtained. A MOS silicon solar cell is described in which an inversion layer forms the active area which is then contacted by means of a MOS grid. The highest efficiency is obtained when the resistivity of the substrate is high.

The evaluation of the after-school program depends on whether it achieves its objectives or not so far which makes that it is not easy to figure out which mechanism is attributed to the consequences of the program. This study aims at developing the logic model of the after-school program and follows the processes such as literature review, opinion survey by specialists and in-depth interview with stakeholders. The target program of the study was focused on the special ability aptitude education in the elementary schools. The initial developed theory model was validated and finalized through being reviewed by specialists and teachers in charge of target schools. Based on the framework of logic model, the models are composed of context, components, activities, output/short term outcomes, and long term outcomes. As the key factors of the after-school program, amicable communication between the stakeholders, quality of the program in itself, follow-up management, counseling and guidance for students, instructors' expertise, and quality management of the program were drawn.

Locking sheet is to display the contents of interlocking equipment for safe train drive in stations. It is being used as a basic information for interlocking equipment and for route control condition and the discussion for train operation between related parties. In spite of importance of this, there was no other way except depending on the work by hands from each stage(drawing, examination, discussion, approval) due to non-existing any tool. It is written it takes 30days from drawing to approval by procedures. However, it is required over the days in real time due to argument of each party. Furthermore on drawing of locking sheet, special conditions applied in accordance with situations of each station occasionally are different depending on the person in charge. Therefore, it is urgent to make up Logic Tree to accept special conditions of all stations. Automation Program for Drawing and Examination of Locking Sheet is to improve inefficient interlocking operation which was operated by hands in accordance with custom as automated system. The target of this program is to minimize the processing time and potential errors by personal work and set up standards for Logic Tree of special condition.

This study has investigated Linear Programming (LP) applications to special decision making problems in managerial accounting with the help of spreadsheet Solver tools. It uses scenario approaches to case examples having three products and three resources in make-and-supply business operations, which is applicable to cases having more variables and constraints. Integer Programmings (IP) are applied in order to model situations when products are better valued in integer values or logical constraints are required. Three cases in one-time-only special order decisions include Goal Programming approach, Knapsack problems with 0/1 selections, and fixed-charge 0/1 integer modelling techniques for set-up operation costs. For the decisions in outsourcing problems, opportunity-costs of resources expressed by shadow-prices are considered to determine their precise contributions. It has also shown that the improvement in work-shop operation for an unprofitable product must overcome its 'reduced cost' by the sum of direct manufacturing cost savings and its shadow-price contributions. This paper has demonstrated how various real situations of special decision problem in managerial accounting can be approached without mistakes by using LP's and IP's, and how students both in accounting and management science can acquire LP skills in their education.

각국의 과학기술연구개발 투자는 자연의 법칙 규명과 진리탐구에서 벗어나 국가발전의 핵심적인 경쟁력확보 및 삶의 질 향상을 목적으로 하고 있다. 이러한 국가경쟁력을 확보하기 위해서 국가가 시행하는 여러 정책 중에서 정부의 막대한 예산이 투입되는 국가연구개발사업은 사회에 미치는 여러 가지 파급효과를 고려해 보았을 때 중요한 위치를 차지하고 있다. 연구관리 전문기관은 국민의 세금으로 조성된 정부 R&D 정부예산을 정부를 대신하여 연구기획 관리 평가의 공적기능을 민간조직의 형태로 추진하는 점에서 볼 때 준공공부문에 해당하는 특성을 가지고 있다. 정부 R&D 투자의 중요한 주체로서의 연구관리 전문기관의 그 역할의 중요성에도 불구하고, 부처 중심의 정부연구개발예산 편성으로 인해 그 중요성이 간과되어 왔다. 각 부처에 산재해 있는 연구관리 전문기관에 대한 국가적 차원의 현황 파악과 이를 바탕으로 한 이론적 논의가 본격적으로 다루어진 선행연구가 부족하여 관련 정책을 수립하고 시행하는데 많은 어려움이 노정되고 있다. 이에 연구관리 전문기관의 현황파악을 통하여 현상을 분석하고 개념적 특성을 도출하여 유형화를 시도하였다.

우리 지구 상에서의 테러행위는 날이 갈수록 점점 더 증가해 가고 있다. 테러의 공격목표 또한 다양해지고 있으며, 최근에는 다중 이용시설을 포함한 국가중요시설을 주요 표적으로 삼고 있다. 국가중요시설의 경비는 그 일부분을 2001년부터 특수경비에서 담당해 오고 있으나, 법 제도의 미비 등 여러 문제로 인해 아직 완전히 정착하지 못하고 있는 실정이다. 본 연구는 현행 특수경비원 교육훈련제도가 안고 있는 문제점을 도출하고, 그에 따른 개선방안을 연구 제시함으로써 특수경비원의 전문화는 물론, 나아가 특수경비제도의 발전을 도모하고자 한다. 교육훈련을 통한 특수경비원의 전문화를 위한 제도발전 방안으로 우선, 신임교육의 일괄적인 교육체계를 공통교육과 전과교육으로 구분하여 교육하되 과목과 시간을 일부 조정해서 시행하고, 새로운 경비 '전문교육기관'의 설립과 함께, 교육 대상자의 교육 입교실태와 교육기관에 대한 실질적인 확인 감독활동을 강화해 나가야 한다. 또한, 교육 책임기관에서 명확한 교육목표와 지침을 주기적으로 시달하고, 교관 선발기준과 절차를 정립하여 이를 통해 전문화된 교관을 선정토록 하며, '교재편찬 위원회'를 신설하고 위원회에서 집필진을 엄선하고 이들이 교재를 편찬하는 등 교육지원적인 면도 보완해 나가야 할 것이다.

본 연구는 전문도서관 중에서 경제사회 분야 전문도서관의 일반적인 현황과 전자자료의 장서개발 현황을 수서 업무와 장서개발정책에 중점을 두고 조사 분석하여, 실제로 전자자료의 장서개발에 활용할 수 있는 장서개발정책 수립 방안을 제시하는데 있다. 연구 결과 전문도서관의 전자자료 장서개발정책을 수립하기 위한 방안을 제시하면 첫째, 전문도서관 운영의 기본방향과 목표에 따라 단계별로 전자자료의 장서개발과 관련된 여러 요소를 성문화된 정책으로 명시한다. 둘째, 전자자료의 정책을 수립하기 위해 도서관 내에 도서선정위원회 또는 장서개발위원회 등과 같은 조직을 구성해야 한다. 셋째, 전자자료가 일반적으로 인쇄자료에 비해 고가이며, 전문지식을 필요로 하므로 단독으로 구입하기보다는 전문도서관간에 협력을 바탕으로 컨소시엄을 구성하고 유리한 조건에서 구입 비용을 절감해야 한다. 넷째, 전자자료 장서개발 사서는 전자정보 환경에서의 역할과 전문성을 갖출 수 있도록 실질적인 장서개발 업무능력을 제고해야 한다. 다섯째, 전자자료의 활성화를 위해 예산 확보를 위한 정책적인 전략을 세워야 할 것이다.

The purpose of this survey is to grasp the special school therapeutic education teachers, stress degrees in the real educational fields, and to campare the different stress degrees by the teaching responsibilities, by set by age, by the careers of special teaching profession, by his or her assiduity by the academic careers and teacher qualification, and by the reasons of stress. To perform this survey, the writer analyzed the answer sheets of the questionnairs returned by 85 special school therapeutic education teachers all over the country. The results of the analysis are as follows: First, the mean value of stress by the whole teachers was shown as endurable, and there was no difference among stress towels by the teaching responsibilities. As for the ratio of teachers confronted with the dangerous level of stress. the teachers taking charge of feebleminded school teachers the highest ratio, and those charging of deaf & dumb school teachers, the lowest. Second, the comparison by age didn't result in any difference, but in the relation of age to the handicap division there appeared meaningful differences. That is in the case of the therapeutic education theachers charging of crippled school, it revealed that the older they were, the more stress they suffered. In the case of the teachers charging of visually deaf & dumb school the tendency was opposite. The comparison by the special teaching profession careers, there showed no difference in the stress degree. The high or low academic careers didn't make any influence on the therapeutic education teachers stress degree. Third, The revealed on the highest stress degress, because reasons of relation the student's parents with students behavior.

연구에서 나노 알루미나와 마그네지아의 첨가에 의한 304 스테인레스 스틸에 $170^{\circ}C$ 2시간 열 경화시켰다. 레이저유도 분광학에 의한 코팅된 시료를 전하결합 장치와 SEM을 활용한 장치를 설계하여 시험 측정하였다. 이 결과 나노 알루미나와 마그네지아가 함유된 세라믹 코팅이 나노 무기화합물이 함유되지 않은 시료보다 부착성, 내스크래치성이 우수하였으며, 또한 산용액속에서 시료의 질량감소의 변화가 매우 작았다. 그리하여 본 연구는 304 스테인레스 스틸의 내부식성을 개선하기 위해 시료가 코팅되었으며, 분석공정이 설계되어 고분해능 CCD와 함께 분석되었다. 요즈음, 스테인레스 스틸의 코팅은 산업에 특이응용이 발전됨에 따라 위생학, 우주항공, 기기장치, 관측 등의 분야 등에 산업적 요구가 증가되고 있다.

Recently several hospitals have established a new nursing position so called, 'the nurse in charge of education (NCE).' The job description of NCE is to give a detail explanation on examination or test introduced to patients or a guide for those who are not familiar to hospital facilities at the out-patients level. The motivation of NCE position is the quality improvement in patient education on the sophisticated procedures or the follow up care for medical purposes to improve their compliances, as well in delivering services for outpatients or visitors in more informative and efficient way. The application of NCEA has been turned out positive and effective in patient satisfaction and unit management. However, special attention is brought to the scope and depth of the contents of education delivered by NCE which might overlap with the duty of physicians by the Medical Act. It is needed to clarify the role and job description of NCE in the context of Medical Act. The engagement of NCE to the Advanced Nursing Practitioner (ANP) is one of the possible solutions for a duty charge on patient education since ANP is a legislatively official position with higher license of RN at master level. Further discussion is needed to elaborate and arrange the details on the scope and content of patent education among health science professionals including RN, ANP and physicians.
