To live comportably, proper air and lighting environment are necessary, environment is obtained by excuting. We can get the lighting environment with excuting day-lighting and artificial lighting suittably. The developing trend of fluorescent light lamp call for low power and high lighting efficiency. Nowadays, The 26 mm FL is developed and in wide use in this proper, the character of 26 mm FL is discussed, same improvement are proposed.

Chattering phenomenon is an abrupt relative vibration between the strip and rolls of rolling machine in working. It inevitably results from the progress of the degeneration in the mill facilities. This research was carried out in order to analyze the characteristic and find the cause of chatter mark in finishing mill and it was founded that major causes are facility character of driving part and special condition in case of excessive roll force.

Illinois issues the following standard teaching certificates : Early Childhood (birth-grade 3), Elementary (grades K-9), High School (grades 6-12) Special (grade K-12), School Service Personnel, and Administrative. Any of the preceding certificates can be issued on a provisional (maximum of two fiscal years) basis to qualifying individuals. Other certificates issued are : Substitute, Provisional Vocational, Temporary Provisional Vocational, Part-Time Provisional, and General. To obtain an Early Childhood, Elementary, High School, or Special certificate in Illinois, you must either complete an approved teacher education program or be an experienced, licensed teacher seeking a subsequent certificate through transcript evaluation. You must meet all other requirements for the particular certificate you are seeking, For school Service Personnel and Administrative certificates you must have completed a state approved program before you may apply. The Standard Elementary Certificate, High School Certificate, and Special Certificate are valid for four years for teaching. These certificates may be issued to graduates with a bachelor's degree from a recognized college who have successfully completed the required certification examinations and who present certified evidence of having earned credits. All individuals receiving certificates must be of good character and in good health, and be at least 19 years of age and a citizen of the United States or legally present and authorized for employment.

When producing partial denture using a Chrome-cobalt alloy being used universally, 45 pattern of them to compare casting characters according to 5 burying methods(special ring method, plastic ring method, general metal ring method) and 5 casting directions(straight, upper, lower, left and right directions) were compared and evaluated. The results were as follows : 1. The comparison of casting characters in accordance with burying type shows that the special ring method to install blind air vent using utility wax was the highest rate of 76.9%, followed by 69.1% of the plastic ring to cast without ring and 61.1% of the metal ring method being used universally respectively. Namely the special ring method was best. The significant level was P<0.05 statistically. 2. The comparison of casting character in accordance with casting directions shows that the straight casting was the highest of 77.9%, and followed by right casting of 74.2%, left casting of 66.7%, upper casting of 63.5%, and lower casting of 62.9% respectively, Namely the straight casting was best.

Representing all the parts of human body visible to fit into the script, it can be told that real make-up has been done. Based on the point of view. it will be different from others. To become the beautiful, beauty make-up has to be done, however, to be someone described in the script or any other factions after analyzing characters of being represented, special make-up fits into that category. In the special make-up, there are two different pins: one is 2 dimension make-up which is describing images using dots, lines and colors and other is 3 dimension which will include necessary shapes to figure. Even though there seems to be different between modern technologies and handy work, since accurate measures and graphics have to be used to make perfect character describes in the script, more investments and studies than before have to be made. Real attraction of 3 dimension make-up is building up the images and shapes using unseen abstract images having analyzing characters. It will be decided in the working process called modeling. As having distinguished this part from other make-ups as named prosthetics make-up, proposing means and measures of prosthetics make-up will actually help the others who are studying make-up.

본 논문에서는 문서 영상의 그림 영역에서 통계적 분석을 통한 단어 영상을 추출하는 방법을 제안한다. 제안 방법은 그림 영역의 구성 요소를 문자 성분과 그래픽 성분으로 분류하기 위하여 연결요소에 대한여 통계적 분석 방법인 상자그림 분석을 적용하고, 분류된 문자 성분들에 대하여 지역적 밀집도를 분석하여 문자 영역을 추출한다. 추출된 문자 영역에서 투영 히스토그램 분석을 통하여 문자열을 추출하고, 문자열을 단어단위 영상으로 분리하기 위하여 투영 히스토그램 분석과 갭 군집화, 특수 기호 검출 등을 수행한다. 제안 방법은 임계값의 사용 대신에 그림 영역의 구성 요소들에 대하여 통계적 분석을 수행하기 때문에 그림의 형태 변화에 민감하지 않으며, 지역적 밀집도 분석으로 보다 정확한 문자 영역을 추출하였다. 또한 제안 방법의 응용 분야인 주제어 검색을 위한 오프라인의 전처리에 해당하는 문서 영상의 단어단위 영상 추출에 적용하여 제안 방법에 대한 연구의 필요성을 제시하였다.

애니메이션을 처음 만드는 초보 애니메이터들에게 어려운 것 중 한 가지는 바로 타이밍을 잡는 것이다. 애니메이션에서 타이밍은 캐릭터에게 생동감을 가지게 하며, 캐릭터의 감정을 전달하는 역할을 한다. 애니메이션에서 어떠한 상황이나 분위기에 맞는 타이밍이 주어져야만 그 대상의 무게와 크기를 반영할 수 있기 때문에 타이밍을 공식화 하는 것은 불가능한 일이며, 자신만의 타이밍을 잡는 것이 중요하다. 이러한 타이밍과 밀접한 관계를 가지게 되는 것이 애니메이션 사운드인데 어떠한 사운드를 정하는지에 따라서 애니메이션의 분위기가 결정되며 정확한 화성코드와 음악만으로 극적인 연출을 할 수 있다. Mickey Mousing 이란 움직이는 동작과 음악을 일치시키는 기법을 말하며, 본 논문은 Mickey Mousing 기법을 중심으로 애니메이션 사운드를 이용하여 사운드의 리듬과 템포에 따른 애니메이션 캐릭터의 움직임과 타이밍을 잡는 방법을 '톰과 제리', '크리스마스의 악몽'을 통하여 제시하고자 한다.

Sea casualties may happen in ship, cargo and the others concerned with sea transportation. : the shipo-wer, marine insurer and salvage company have been endeavored to compensate salvage award with some rule and regulation such as Marine Insurance Act, York Antwerp Rules and Average adjustment rules. Once sea casualties happened, the salvage contract is established between the owners, marine insurance and salvage company, the contract are divided into so many kinds of them. In this paper, we have an analysis on the character of the salvage contract whether the characteristic contents of them are in benefit to any party or not. In this connection with these positive or negative character of the contract, it is worthwhile to compare the actual salvage expenses contract with no cure no pay contract. LOF 1990 has been revised recently, which is based on no cure no pay, expecially, the special compensation, safety net clause of LOF 1990 could be understood in the view of the prevention of sea pollution and the preservation of sea circumstances in the world. Salvage has the complicated and quality, because the adjustment of almost salvage charges have been treated through the other sea casualties which is accompanied by and mixed with. Besides of the importance of salvage contracts, we are in need to understand that what the diversified character of salvage charges are. Furthermore the owners should carefully select the insured conditions on Hull Insurance according to the type of his company, operating ocean route, loading cargo and etc. In this paper, we would try to analyze the character of the salvage award such as General Average, Sue and Labour Charges and Particular charges. We would like to propose that the uniformed system of the salvage award. Compensation should be built up for the effective and efficient salvage operation and for reducing the claims and conflicts from the concerned parties. To this end, we could expect that the uniformed system for salvage award compensation will come to be the benefit of all owners, insurers, salvage company.

최근 국내 완구 시장은 <터닝메카드>에 등장하는 유닛을 캐릭터 상품으로 제작한 '터닝메카드'열품이 불고 있다. 국내 캐릭터 라이선싱 산업에서 완구 산업은 애니메이션이나 특수촬영물 등 어린이를 타깃으로 한 콘텐츠가 방영되는 기간에 트렌드가 급격하게 변화하는 모습을 보이고 있다. 이는 콘텐츠를 통해 캐릭터를 인지하고, 스토리의 진행에 따라 몰입과 충성도가 높아지면서 마케팅 효과로 이어지기 때문이다. 이러한 효과는 소비자가 재미를 얻음으로 인해 자발적으로 콘텐츠에 참여하게 되는 게이미피케이션으로, 몰입과 충성심이 형성되어 캐릭터 상품의 구매로 이어지는 메커니즘으로 볼 수 있다. 따라서 본 연구는 현재 완구 시장에서 인기를 끌고 있는 <터닝메카드>의 애니메이션과 완구 상품을 연구하여, 게이미피케이션 요소를 분석 하였다. 연구 결과, <터닝메카드>의 스토리 구조는 게임과 같은 지속성을 지니고 있는데, 주인공이 매 화마다 문제를 해결하고 그에 대한 적절한 보상체계가 이루어지는 게이미피케이션을 형성하는 요건이다. 이렇듯 게이미피케이션이 나타나는 <터닝메카드>의 스토리를 이용자들로 하여금 콘텐츠에 대한 높은 충성도를 형성한다. 게다가 콘텐츠에 대한 충성도는 캐릭터 완구 상품의 구매로 이어지는데 캐릭터 완구 상품은 애니메이션에 나타난 스토리를 기반으로 한 배틀 규칙과 보상체계를 마련하면서 높은 몰입과 충성도를 형성 할 뿐만 아니라 완구 상품에 대한 활용도를 높여 지속적인 판매가 나타나고 있다.

The purpose of this paper is to study on the aesthetic modernity of Baekseok's poetry. They say that Baekseok's poetry have the motives of the folk-customs and his native language which have been studied for the purpose of showing the subject character of Baekseok's poetry. Baekseok's poetry consisted of the dark imagery are based on the reality of our national loss and his lose living, so the approaching for the purpose of showing the subject character is more suitable for the understanding of the world of his poetry. But this paper Is approached by what the aesthetic modernity of Baekseok's poetry is, because the understanding of how the modem poetry are composed of is more important reading pattern on them. The special feature of his poetry is composed of the ironic poetics figured by the anti-subjectivity like the stylistic of the Imagism, the child narrator, and the pessimist narrator. His poetry written by the Imagism stand for the Apollo Modernism, and his poetry written by the child narrator and the pessimist narrator stand for the Dionysus Modernism. His poetry anti-subjected through the Imagism have been written with the motives of the home-nature and the native people, which have created the objective modernity. His poetry through the child narrator have been written with the motives of our folk-customs, and them through the pessimist narrator have been written with the paradoxical speech, which have created the subjective modernity. Especially, the Shamanism-poetry through the child narrator have created the aesthetik of the Schreckens. Others have created the ironic poetics through the anti-subjectivity and the exaggerated paradoxical rhetoric. In conclusion, it is more reasonable point of view that the special feature of Baekseok's poetry is based on the dual modernism like the Apollo and the Dionysus.
