Members of the family Parviluciferaceae (Alveolata, Perkinsozoa) are the well-known dinoflagellate parasitoids along with Amoebophrya ceratii species complex and parasitic chytrid Dinomyces arenysensis and contain six species across three genera (i.e., Parvilucifera infectans, P. sinerae, P. rostrata, and P. corolla, Dinovorax pyriformis, and Snorkelia prorocentri) so far. Among Parvilucifera species, the two species, P. infectans and P. sinerae, are very similar or almost identical each other morphologically and genetically, thereby make it difficult to distinguish between the two. The only main difference between the two species known so far is the number of sporangium wall (i.e., 2 layers in P. infectans vs. 3 layers in P. sinerae). During sampling in Masan bay, Korea during the spring season of 2015, the dinoflagellate Akashiwo sanguinea cells infected by the parasite Parvilucifera were observed and this host-parasite system was established in culture. Using this culture, its morphological and ultrastructural features with special emphasis on the variation in the number of sporangium wall over developmental times, were investigated. In addition, the sequences of rDNA regions and ${\beta}-tubulin$ genes were determined. The result clearly demonstrated that the trophocyte at 36 h was covered with 4 layers, and then outer layer of the sporocyte gradually degraded over time, resulting in wall structure consisting of two layers, with even processes being detached from 7-day-old sporangium with smooth surface, indicating that the difference in the number of layers seems not to be an appropriate ultrastructural character for distinguishing P. infectans and P. sinerae. While pairwise comparison of the large subunit rDNA sequences showed 100% identity among P. infectans / P. sinerae species complex, genetic differences were found in the small subunit (SSU) rDNA sequences but the differences were relatively small (11-13 nucleotides) compared with those (190-272 nucleotides) found among the rest of Parvilucifera species (P. rostrata and P. corolla). Those small differences in SSU rDNA sequences of P. infectans / P. sinerae species complex may reflect the variations within inter- strains of the same species from different geographical areas. Taken together, all morphological, ultrastructural, and molecular data from the present study suggest that they are the same species.

역사적으로, 삶의 환경의 변화에 따라 사물과 타인을 보는 시선이 변화되었다. 따라서 현대사회의 시선의 성격을 분석하고 시각디자인이 티율적인 시선을 생산, 분배하는데 일조한다는 관점에서 본 논의를 서술하고 있다. 현대사회의 일상을 이루고 있는 시각환경인 도시경관, 패션, 소비제품, 각종 인쇄물, 광고등은 대중에게 특정한 방식의 시선을 보내고 대중은 자본주의적 소비관습에 감연된 시선으로 대상을 보게 된다. 이러한 시선의 기원은 19세기말 자본주의 체제에서 자본형성에 '가시적 체계' 가 개입함과, 근대 시민사회 형성에 있어서 '시선' 이 체계유지적 권력으로 작용함으로써 대중은 권력의 객체가 되어 타율적인 시선을 내면화시켰다는 관점에서 출발한다. 시선이 몰입을 통하여 동선으로 이어지는 과정에서 욕망이 창출되는 방식에 70년대 이후 본격적 소비자본주의사회에서의 유효수요 창출로서의 '상품미학' 이 관여한다. 상품미학의 작동은 역으로, 대상인 상품이 대중에게 보내는 특정한 시선이 성립되는 방식으로서, 대상이 '볼거리' 로 전환될 때 대중에게 유혹의 눈길을 보내어 대중을 소비자 혹은 관음증의 시선을 가진 구경꾼으로 만든다. 이러한 논의를 통하여 광고를 중심으로, 시각디자인에서 생산된 이미지에 내재한 상품미학적 시선의 역기능이 노출된다. 따라서 권력으로서의 시선에 대한 탐사를 통한 자율적 시각표현전략이 요구되며, 사회문화적인 위상을 지니고있는 시각디자인물의 자기성찰적 비평이 요구된다.

현대 대도심 지하철은 밀폐된 공간으로 노선에 따라 다수의 역이 연결되어 있어 길찾기의 문제의 발생 빈도가 높은 것으로 알려져 있다. 따라서 이용자가 자신의 위치를 인지할 수 있도록 장소적 정보를 최대한 표현하는 시각적 장소지시단서(visual cue)가 제공되어야 할 필요성이 제기되고 있다. 본 연구는 대중교통수단으로서의 지하철 사용이 늘어감에 따라 길찾기 관련 문제들에 대한 관심이 증가하는 상황에서 서울, 동경, 타이페이 주요 지하철역의 장소지시적 단서로서 역할하는 환경디자인 사례 및 사용된 디자인 기법을 조사 분석함으로써 이용자를 위한 길찾기 지원 디자인 가이드라인 도출에 기여하는 목적을 가진다. 이론연구 결과, 시각적 장소지시단서의 유형으로 유도표식, 구역차별화, 랜드마크의 방법이 도출되었고 사례조사를 통하여 유도표식에서 노선색선의 상하배열, 양면배열, 변형 그래픽 기법이, 구역차별화에서는 벽면과 바닥패턴, 기둥과, 벽면의 강조색, 마감 재료 사용에 의한 차별화 기법이, 그리고 랜드마크에서는 수퍼그래픽, 상징물, 예술장식, 장식조명 등에 의한 기법들이 도출되었다. 서울 조사대상역의 경우, 연결노선의 색을 이용한 유도 표식이 가장 적극적으로 사용되고 있었으며 바닥패턴이나 강조색을 이용한 벽면과 기둥에 의한 구역차별화도 적극 도입하고 있었다. 또한 호돌이, 훈민정음과 같은 장소의 이해를 돕는 랜드마크적 요소도 적극 활용되고 있었다. 동경 조사대상역의 경우, 유도표식에 의존하기 보다는 구역 차별화의 방법을 적극 활용하는 것으로 나타났는데 이는 공간구조와 지시내용의 복잡성 때문인 것으로 해석된다. 타이페이시 조사대상역의 경우, 전반적으로 단순하며 통일된 이미지로서 장소지시는 최소한의 표식선이나 랜드마크에 의존하고 있었다. 특히 구역차별화의 사례가 미약하였는데 이는 대부분 역이 광장형의 오픈 스페이스로서 개방된 시야가 확보되기 때문인 것으로 해석된다. 본 연구의 결과는 향후 다양한 검증을 통하여 보다 정확한 길찾기 지원적 측면의 환경디자인 가이드라인 제시로 이어져야 할 것이다.

Nowadays senile dementia is on the rise as consequence of serious social problem because of it is old aged society by improvement of medical service. However remedial approach is not being done because of we still don't have an infallible cure of dementia and dementia is been hard to cure. Thus it is introduced in this study to the concept of Occupational therapy, which is one of the remedies. I tried to find out which remedy is the best to cure demented elderly and which is been able to use on field. For this study, I applied a developed Occupational therapy program in actual practice. First, I chose nine demented elderly who are lived in 'David's house' located in Daejon metropolitan city, and I separated them in three groups for this study. Second, I applied each Occupational therapy to first and second group, and I did not apply any Occupational therapy to third group. The first and second group was applied the program, two times a week for an hour, for three months. The measurement of Cognitive function was practiced five times - one time before applying the Occupational therapy by MMSE-K, and three times during applying the program, and one time after ending of the program. The measurement of ADL was practiced two times - one time before applying the Occupational therapy by the Barthel ADL, and one time after one month from ending the program. Effectiveness of Occupational therapy and possibility of application of Occupational therapy program are proved because of this study shows the Occupational therapy keeps well the cognitive function and the ADL function of demented elderly, improves those functions, affects positively to the whole life. However we must develop Occupational therapy, which is proper to a trait of character, and expanded application is needed. In addition, temporary remedy must not be performed but continuous cure. This study will be complement by studying about special situation researcher cannot control something like unexpected death of demented elderly by other diseases.

본 연구는 2009년 7월부터 2010년 2월까지 실시된 부산대학교 체육영재센터의 체육영재양성 사업에 참가한 스포츠심리 분야의 현장사례 연구이다. 부산대 체육영재센터는 부산 울산 경남의 초등학교 1,2,3 학년 중 남 여 구분없이 학교장의 추천을 받아 3차에 걸친 운동능력 검사와 운동적합률 검사를 통해 60명(육상:40명, 수영:10명, 체조: 10명)의 체육영재를 선발하여 운영하였다. 하계 및 동계 캠프와 매주 토요일을 활용하여 종목별 전문훈련을 진행하였다. 스포츠 심리학 분야에서는 몇 가지 실험적인 현장적용을 시도하였고, 다음과 같은 시사점을 얻을 수 있었다. 첫째, 초등학교 저학년들의 경우에는 보충설명을 제공하면 검사지를 통한 심리측정이 가능하고, 3학년의 경우는 추가 설명이 없어도 충분히 실시할 수 있었다. 둘째, 다중지능검사는 체육영재들의 지능을 검사하는 방법으로 유용하며, 심리상담 기초자료로써 효휼성이 높았다. 셋째, 체육영재들의 성격은 대체로 외향적이면서 직관과 감정을 선호하는 것으로 제시되었다. 넷째, FAIR 집중력 검사에서는 사후 측정 시 유의하게 향상된 것으로 제시되어, 체육영재 프로그램이 주의 집중력을 높이는데 긍정적으로 작용하였다. 다섯째, 자체 개발한 체육과제 집착력 검사지와 체육활동 자기관리 검사지는 추가적인 타당도와 신뢰도 검사과정을 거친다면 공식적인 심리측정 도구로 활용될 수 있다는 가능성을 발견하였다.

트릭스터는 고대부터 '속임수를 쓰는 자'라고 정의되어 왔다. 다시 말해 속임수를 통해 다른 인물과는 다른 자신만의 특징을 드러내고, 어떤 상황에서든지 그 상황을 자신에게 유리하게 만드는 능력을 가진 자라는 것이다. 본고는 기존 트릭스터 연구에서 논한 트릭스터의 기본 개념과 특징을 살펴보고, 탈춤에서 트릭스터 유형에 해당하는 말뚝이에 대해 알아보는 데 그 목적을 둔 연구이다. 트릭스터는 '속이는 자'이기는 하지만 성격이 애매하고 정상적이지 않으며, 경계성 또는 이중성, 다가치성의 특성을 가지고 있기 때문에 단순히 '속이는 자'로만 정의할 수 없다. 트릭스터의 특성을 말함에 있어 "경계성"은 중요한데 공간, 시간, 사회, 언어 등 모든 면의 경계에 존재하면서 속이고, 장난하고, 욕심을 채우면서 사회질서를 공격하는 특성을 가진 인물이기 때문이다. 탈춤에 등장하는 인물인 말뚝이는 신분은 천하지만 양반에게 거침없는 공격을 하는 인물이다. 이는 당시 삼정문란과 잦은 외침으로 양반의 무능력과 부도덕함을 느낀 민중들의 마음을 대변하는 대리자의 모습인 것이다. 말뚝이는 언어유희를 통해 양반을 조롱하고 비하하며, 자신의 행동이 가져올 결과를 두려워하지 않고 현재에 충실한 모습들을 보이는데 이는 트릭스터로서의 성격을 가진다고 할 수 있다.

오늘날 애니메이션이나 영화에서 가장 효과적인 제작방식으로 사용되고 있는 2D, 3D 컴퓨터그래픽스는 사물표현, 배경연출 및 특수효과 등을 넘어서 그동안 인간의 고유 영역으로 여겨져 왔던 배우의 연기에까지 그 영역이 확대되고 있다. 그러나 뛰어난 소프트웨어도 사용자의 감각적 표현에 따라 그 표현의 정도는 많은 편차를 보인다. 2D소프트웨어와 3D소프트웨어 간에도 차이가 있다. 메뉴 구조나 명령체계와 같은 객관적 사실만 보더라도 2D 소프트웨어에 비해 3D소프트웨어는 하드웨어 성능과 소프트웨어 기능에 의존하는 정도가 훨씬 더 크다. 이러한 3D 소프트웨어의 기능 의존적 특성으로 인해 사용자의 빠른 기능 습득과 그것을 사용한 효과적 연출이 영상 및 애니메이션 산업에서 생산성을 높이는 중요한 부분이 되었다. 이에 학교 교육에서도 이러한 산업계의 요구에 맞추어 3D소프트웨어 수업을 실시하고 있으나 강사 수급, 시간 배분 및 교육 환경 등의 문제로 다양한 3D 소프트웨어를 모두 교육하지 못하고 있으며 그 기능습득의 정도에도 산업계의 빠른 발걸음을 따라가기에 부족한 부분이 있다. 본 연구는 이 같은 학교교육의 제한적 환경 속에서 3D소프트웨어 교육효과를 증대하기 위해 산업계에서 어떤 3D소프트웨어들을 사용하고 있는지 알아보고 이에 부응하기 위해 대학교육과정에서는 어떤 그에 맞는 3D소프트웨어 교육을 어떻게 실시해야 하는지를 가장 많은 인지도를 가진 Maya와 3ds Max를 통해 알아보고자 한다.

Among many open libraries under the rule of the Japanese imperialism, only the railroad library as the character of special library under the control of the Japanese Government General is remarkable for having opened its facilities to outsiders as well as the interior users. This study tries a) To look into what were the colonial background, aim and motive of the establishment of the railroad library under the Japanese rule, b) To analyze its activities and the change of its organization, c) And to find out its vestiges an the effects which it has on our country's library circles. The following are the result: A. The railroad library under the rule of the Japanese imperialism functioned as a public library by the outside book's circulation rather than the interior using. B. The outsiders were qualified to use it only when they got the joint guarantee for the city resident, which means that the o n.0, pportunity of the circulation was not free for the Koreans rather than the Japanese. C. From the aspect of collections, technical books such as natural science, and reference ones tended to be collected, and their whole composition was focused on the materials for the Japan-Korea identification scheme and development of the national spirit as the Japanese empire's subjects. D. In the respect of its organization, all the clerical employees, as well as the chief librarian were composed of the Japanese. Although the Koreans were in principle prohibited from working there, a few of them were employed as guard or servant as the China-Japan War was close to the end. E. The area of the outside book's, circulation service was expanded throughout the whole region along the railroad connecting Pusan with Manchuria. Such a service activity which contained several meanings, was tried by means of culture's books, circuit's books, train's books, hotel's books, mind's development books and reader's reading books etc. F. Such matters as the limitation on book circulating and the quantity of circulation book, the paid circulation and the partial restriction on free circulation mean the wartime system under the rule of the Japanese imperialism and also a n.0, ppeared as a factor of hampering the Koreans from getting accustomed to using library, which has affected them until now. G. The noticeable thing in the service activity is shown in attempting the diversified and positive way of service like free circulation in order to solidify the attitude of the Koreans toward war by organizing mind's development books as well as culture's books with the China-Japan War. H. On the other hand, it can not be passed over that the diversified service activity of the railroad library played a role of bridge in turning of today's library circles of ours to the modernization.

본 연구는 한반도 특산식물 누른괭이눈(C. flaviflorum Ohwi)의 보전과 활용을 위하여 근연분류군과의 비교를 통한 형태학적 특성 조사와 새로운 분포지의 보고를 목적으로 하였다. 본 연구에서 새롭게 확인된 형질은 지하로 벋는 줄기의 생성과 잎 표면의 무모로, 전자는 본 분류군에 대한 선행연구 중 Hara를 제외한 모든 연구에서 언급되지 않은 형질이며, 후자는 Ser. Pliosa 내의 변종의 동정에 매우 중요한 형질임에도 본 종을 발표한 Ohwi를 포함한 모든 연구자들이 기재하지 않았던 중요한 형질이다. 한국특산식물인 본 종은 현재까지 한반도 북부지역에만 한정 분포한다고 알려져 왔는데 본 연구에서 한반도 중부아구인 경기도 가평군과 강원도 철원군, 충청북도 영동군에 분포하는 것이 1943년 이후 처음으로 확인되었다. 따라서 본 종의 분포에 관한 정밀한 연구와 환경부 식물구계구분에 의한 특정식물종으로의 지정 등을 통한 관리가 필요하다.

All kinds of art are the creatures of the daly and reflect the society and the life of the day in literary works. So, in which literary works, we can find the styles of those who lived in the specified days. And the styles of its character's costume are expressed with the day'mood and cultural backgrounds. In this study, we studied on the general meaning, which was shown in the Costume of early Ch'ing Dynasty that was forming the Costume of dress through dividing into the underwear and the outer garment in $\ulcorner$Dream of the read Chamber$\lrcorner$. During the Ch'ing Dynasty, according to the rule : Men followed it but women not" , they held on to the costume of them (both the Man and the Han) with a high pressure and a conciliatory policy. As a result, I have known that there is the Soojean clothe(수전의), which is the late Myung Dynasty's one and their is also Skirt (군), which held on the Costume of the Myung's. Hence in the Ch'ing , there are a lot of difference in the Costume , the economy and the politic because the ruler was not the han but the Ch'ing. Those characters are as follows. first, on the side of the style , it is occured in the coat and the over jacket of the round neckline. The style of the sleeves are also the tightly(고착). Second, on the side o f the material, the use of the furs are found. It seems that are influence of the north area. Third, it is involved not the traditional Costume of the Han, but the over jacket(which is waistlength), These characters had taken root into the Costume of the Ch'ing Dynasty. In case of the jacket, which are found in the novel most frequently , it was represented by the tight jacket (소오), the long jacket (대오), the short jacket(단오) and the Sam (삼). The skirt was used by women only. the Slacks were trousers only for men, so it was not foujnd in the women's wear. In the vest, the over jacket and coat, which are for putting on, its material, insiqnia and varied embroidery are very brillant and elaborate. The used materials are the silks , furs, wools and cottons. Among the dick silks are used most frequently . in case of the over jacket, the precious and varied furs are used for the collar, the sleeve or the decoration and the lining cloth. In the novel, mean followd the Costume of the Man and women followed the Costume of the Han. Especially, it is a special costume that there were women in male attire. Finally, the costume of the Ch'ing had built the unique one with holding on the advantage and the short point s of the northen race and the Han's. Also , I can find the brilliant , eleborate Customes of the aristocratic class in the novel.
