노르웨이에는 최근 20여년간 전세계 해지터널의 반이상인 약 30개의 해저터널이 건설되었다. 이중 17개의 해저터널의 최소심도는 56 m이며 암반두께는 $23{\sim}49m$였다. 최근 수년간 해저터널을 건설하면서 매우 복잡하고 어려운 지반을 경험하면서 터널의 안정성과 누수 등을 결정하는 핵심요소들에 대해 좀 더 명확한 이해가 요구되고 있다. 해저터널은 육상터널과는 여러 가지 면에서 커다란 차이가 있는 데 특히 사업대상지역이 물로 덮혀있어 특별한 조사방법이 적용되어야 하며 조사결과에 대한 해석에서는 육상터널의 경우에서보다 더 많은 불확실성이 있다는 점이다. 해수의 유입가능성이 많은데 지형에 따라서는 펌프를 이용하여 터널밖으로 퍼내야하며 유입된 해수는 염분을 함유하고 있어 터널장비 및 지보재에 부식 등 심각한 영향을 준다. 노르웨이의 해저터널자료 분석을 통하여 수심, 최소 암반두께, 누수 등 국내 해저터널 설계시 고려해야 할 설계요소들을 제시하고자 한다.

Objective: The ECG which used for this paper, is analysis result from alogrisms of arrythmia, and we have studied that how we could certain Cold(寒)type or Heat(熱) type and that Deficiency(虛) type or Excess(實)type of organs from various special diseases, and we obtained like these results. Method & Conclusion: 1. we depend on our examination about Pulse(脈) because we can't discriminate arrythmia using ECG analysis instruments. 2. We obtained that Cold(寒) type diseases had wave that prolonged above normal baseline and ST wave which had downward aptitude. 3. We obtained that Heat(熱) type diseases had the fibrillation which had shortend wave that compare to normal and had downward aptitude or negative aptitude. 4. We obtained that Respiratory system (肺) diseases had wave that is within normal or is short of normal range and had much fluctuation in potential difference or trans on P wave. 5. The character of EKG which presented about diseases of gastric systems is prolonged above narmal range of wave, and the ECG had represented mixed wave with Heat(熱) type when accompany inflammatory in gastric system. 6. The wave of Blood Stasis(瘀血) type had upward aptitude of QRS wave, and the wave of anemia or blood loss type(少血) had downward aptitude of QRS wave, the wave which had both Cold(寒)) and Heat (熱) represented mixed waves. 7. The Knotted Pulse(結脈) and Intermittent Pulse(代脈)is corresponded with sinus brady cardia, and the Swift Pulsle(疾脈) is corresponded with fibrillation. 8. We pay attention to the relations of formations about pressures pulse from formations of EMD( electromechanical dissociation ). Result : From these results, we will have to study about ECG which using in tests of change of Parkinsons disease.

최근에 TV 방송에서 가상스튜디오나 가상캐릭터와 같은 가상현실(VR: Virtual Reality) 기술이 자주 사용되고 있으며 증강현실 (AR: Augmented Reality) 기술에 대한 관심도 높아지고 있다. 본 논문에서는 증강현실 기술을 방송에 응용한 가상스크린 시스템에 대해 소개한다. 가상스크린 시스템은 움직이는 색상패턴 패널을 추적하여 실시간으로 그 위에 동영상을 합성하는 증강영상 시스템이다. KBS 기술연구소에서는 가상스크린 시스템을 개발하고 'K-비전'이라 이름지었다. 이 시스템은 사용자가 들고 움직이는 패널에 동영상이나 그래픽 영상 등을 보여줄 수 있는데, 보여지는 모든 영상은 카메라의 움직임과 패널의 움직임에 따라 정확하게 입혀진다. 패널 추적을 위하여 블럽 분석(blob analysis)이나 특징 추적(feature tracking)과 같은 영상처리 기술을 이용한다. K-비전은 모든 타입의 카메라와 사용 가능하며. 특별한 부가장치가 필요하지 않다. 센서를 부착하지 않아도 되고. 캘리브레이션(calibration) 과정 또한 필요하지 않다. K-비전은 선거개표 방송. 다큐멘터리, 오락 프로그램 등 생방송 프로그램에서 활용한다.

성능이 우수한 H.264동영상압축표준이 발표된 이후, 기존 동영상압축표준인 MPEG-2에서 H.264표준으로 대체되었고, 이로 인하여 기존에 MPEG-2표준으로 압축된 콘텐츠들은 H.264표준을 따르는 디바이스에 적합한 트랜스 코딩 방법들이 연구되어왔다. 또한 H.264표준으로 압축된 동영상은 현재 IPTV 및 DMB 등 서비스를 제공하고 있으나 MPEG-2 표준 디바이스를 사용하고 있는 사용자들은 시청할 수 없게 되었다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 MPEG-2 표준 디바이스를 사용하고 있는 사용자들은 H.264표준을 이용할 수 있는 H.264 to MPEG-2 트랜스코딩을 제안한다. 제안한 알고리즘은 H.264인코더의 특징인 가변블록의 움직임벡터를 MPEG-2의 매크로블록에 적합한 한 개의 움직임벡터를 예측하여 MPEG-2인코더의 계산량을 향상시키는 방법이다. 이때 물체의 경계와 배경의 특성을 파악하여 수정된 경계정합알고리즘을 사용하여 최적의 움직임벡터를 예측한다. 실험 결과, 제안한 방법은 MPEG-2 인코더의 "전역탐색"보다 PSNR은 거의 비슷하면서 부호화 계산 속도는 평균적으로 약 65% 감소하였다.

한국산 담수어류 4종(잉어과)에 대한 염색체 및 DNA 상대량을 조사하여 아래와 같은 결과를 얻어 이들의 세포유전학적 특징을 계통학적인 면에서 고찰하였다. 1) 참마자(Hemibarbus longirostris) 및 누치 (H. labeo)의 염색체수는 2n=50으로써 그중 참마자는 7쌍의 metacentric (A그룹), 14쌍의 submeta와 subtelocentric(B 그룹) 그리고 acro 내지 telocentric 염색체(C그룹) 4쌍으로 구성되며 arm수 (AN)는 92였다. 누치의 핵형은 A, B 및 C 그룹이 각각 9, 11 그리고 5쌍으로써 AN은 90이된다. 2) 버들개(Moroco lagowskii) 및 버들치 (M. oxycephalus)의 염색체수는 역시 2n=50이었으며, 이들의 핵형도 다같이 A그룹이 6쌍, B그룹이 14쌍 그리고 5쌍의 C그룹으로 이루어져 있으며 AN은 90이었다. 3) 4종의 DNA상대량은 모두 붕어의 약 60%에 해당하였다.

The Pasadena Freeway follows the Arroyo Seco through foothills and scenic passes to link Downtown Los Angeles with Pasadena. The approximately 10 mile road was the first freeway built in the West during the 1930's and is today designated as a Historic Parkway. As it approaches Pasadena, it terminates at a traffic light intersection at Glenarm Street, and then becomes a commercial road the Arroyo Parkway. This one and a quarter mile long, north south road moves significant volumes of traffic both into and out of Pasadena. The Arroyo Parkway is thus a major 'gateway' and an important axis of orientation and movement, terminating in the City's core civic, commercial and retail district. Planting, lighting, signage, paving, furnishing and fixtures ought to all be properly designed and coordinated to create a distinctive 'gateway' experience arriving to Pasadena and driving along the Arroyo Parkway. Alternate design studies, developed in discussion with City officials and others involved in the redevelopment of the area, would need to be done to properly decide on the best direction. Issues of heritage and traditional streetscape will likely have to be reconciled with both the reality of the vehicular character of the road and more contemporary themes. Obviously with such large parcels of property available in the Arroyo Fair Oaks corridor, there is a huge potential for redevelopment and building. This potential would only be strengthened by the Light Rail Line and its stations, the improvements to the Arroyo Parkway, and the redevelopment of the Arts Center College of Design. Guides and controls to the development process, including programming and physical design studies, would need to be developed in order to ensure that the maximum potential for the corridor be realized. This concept proposal suggests that the whole strip might be developed as a Arts and Technology corridor, with special emphases on education, public culture, media and lifestyle. The full programming possibilities need to be further developed. Additionally, appropriate urban design guidelines to ensure high quality development also need to be incorporated into an overall development plan.

The nursery active-wear uniform designs of Internet shopping malls are simple and similar; however, the latest children's wear trends (mostly composed of training jumpers and pants) do not reflect these qualities. Children's folklore plays (widely used in child education) have an instructive value for the emotional and intellectual development of a child. Nursery active-wear uniform designs applied to children's folklore's plays could be positive for the emotional development and specialized cultural education of children. We designed three nursery active-wear uniforms with three different design concepts (casual, semi-formal and sporty) regardless of sex. The main color of the three nursery active-wear uniforms was yellow. We used three different chroma and values of yellow through three design concepts: Design I of a nursery active-wear uniform (a training suit style with a good activity), Design II of a nursery active-wear uniform (a semi suit style), and Design III of a nursery active-wear uniform (a sportswear style that reflected a sport wear trend). We expressed children's folklore plays in the pattern of a nursery active-wear uniform. The pattern was characterized as a pair of bears flying kites. This pattern was utilized in three nursery active-wear uniforms with the logo and name of the nursery. We modified the designs of active-wear nursery uniforms based on an evaluation of 33 special panels. We made three nursery active-wear uniforms for five-year olds.

일반적으로 특수영상 및 3D 애니메이션 제작에서 캐릭터와 배경을 3D 모델링을 할 때 MAYA나 3DS MAX 등의 3D 프로그램을 사용하여 제작한다. 그러나 이러한 제작방식은 작업 시간이 많이 소요될 뿐만 아니라 고비용이 발생한다. 본 연구에서는 2D 포토스캔 제작기술을 활용한 3D 모델링 제작방법의 우수성과 효율성을 증명하기 위하여 두 가지 실험을 하였다. 첫 번째, 동일한 오브젝트를 다양한 방법으로 모델링을 하였다. 두 번째, 동일한 백그라운드를 각기 다른 방법을 이용하여 모델링을 하였다. 이 두 가지 실험을 통하여 효과적인 2D 포토스캔 제작방법으로 모델링 시 유의해야할 사항과 제작기술 등을 제시하였다. 또한 실험에 따른 결과물을 바탕으로 2D 포토스캔 모델링 제작방법의 효율성과 우수성을 증명하였다.

변형, 또는 변신을 의미하는 메타모포시스는 근본적으로 A라는 이미지 또는 형태에서 B라는 이미지로 변형되는 과정이라 정의할 수 있다. 수많은 민족들의 신화에서 출발한 메타모포시스는 문학, 음악과 미술 등 다양한 예술분야에서 등장하게 된다. 정지된 이미지에 시간이라는 요소를 부가할 수 있게 한 시네마토그래피의 발명은 영화와 애니메이션이라는 새로운 예술장르를 낳았고 이를 통해 변형의 과정을 관찰할 수가 있게 되었다. 특히 애니메이션은 영화와는 달리 이미지를 이루는 요소들을 개별적으로 자유롭게 변형시킬 수 있기 때문에 많은 작가에 의해 개성적이고 환상적인 변형의 형태들을 만들어 낼 수 있었다. 그리고 메타모포시스는 기능적면에서 대부분이 장면 전환으로 사용되지만 또한 그 자체로서 내러티브 구조의 의미와 상징을 가지고 있는 은유적인 역할을 담당하고 있다. 본 논문에서는, 마술적이고 환상적인 유희적 효과에 가려진 메타모포시스의 함축적 영화언어로서의 기능에 대해 서술하고자 한다.

This research aims to cast light upon security characteristics of the Peace Line, which have been underestimated. To understand maritime order and maritime security policy of the Republic of Korea between 1950 and 1970, it is necessary to analyze the Peace Line as line of defence and to investigate its character This research begins with analyzation of historical facts and investigation on security characteristics of the Peace Line. It goes further to examination of legal justification of the Peace Line, which was one of international legal issues of the period, principally regarding its security characteristics. As results of the study, it could be said that the security characteristics of the Peace Line was the line of defensive waters, which set its goal mainly to prevent infiltration of communist spies. The Peace Line had practical effect as it functioned as a base line of the ROK Navy to take anti-spy operation. At the early phase of the Korea-Japan Negotiation, the Korea delegation interpreted significance of the Peace Line passively. After abrogation of Clark Line, the delegation, however, became positive to maintain the Peace Line and its security characteristics. Security characteristics of the Peace Line was recognized again, as it became the base line of special maritime zone which was made in 1972. Through analysis on international law, it is concluded that the Peace Line was fair as a part of the right of self-defense against indirect aggression. North Korea attempted indirect aggression mainly from sea way, and these might undermine peace and cause urgent and unjust damage on the ROK. Thus the ROK's action of anti-spy operation through the Peace Line can be justifiable as considering the right of self-defence. Also the Peace Line accorded with principles of necessity, immediacy and proportionality. As it was argued on the above, the Peace Line as line of defence was one of the most significant factor in the ROK's maritime security history from the Hot war against communist forces to Cold war period after Korean War and must not be underestimated.
