지방정부의 공간정보화 수준 측정을 위한 주요 지표의 중요도 평가 (An Evaluation of the Importance of Major Indicators for Measuring the Level of Spatial Informatization in Local Governments)

  • 본 연구는 디지털 전환기를 맞이하여 지방정부의 공간정보 정책의 성숙도를 진단하였다. 이를 위하여 계층화(AHP) 분석 기법을 이용하여 공간정보 전문가 집단을 대상으로 공간정보화 수준 측정 지표들의 선정과 함께 중요도 평가를 수행하였다. 먼저, 이론적 고찰을 통해 지방정부 공간정보 정책 측면에서의 현황 및 지표들을 연구하였다. 또한 선행 연구를 검토함으로써 본 연구와의 차별성을 제시하였다. 본 연구에서는 3개 지표와 18개의 세부항목의 공간정보화 수준 평가 지표들을 선정할 수 있었다. 평가 결과, 측정 지표에 대한 종합 중요도 순위는 자체 공간정보시스템 구축·활용 0.125(12.5%), 기본공간정보 품질 관리 0.109(10.9%), 자체 공간정보 구축·활용 0.107(10.7%), 기관 내부의 협업과 공유 0.073(7.3%), 공간정보 교육지원체계 운영 0.071(7.1%), 전담조직 및 전문 인력 0.065(6.5%), 기관 차원의 관심도 0.053(5.3%) 순으로 도출되었다. 본 연구의 결과는 지방정부에서 추진하고 있는 공간정보 정책의 수준을 평가할 수 있는 기초자료로 유용하게 활용될 수 있을 것으로 전망된다. 또한 연구에서 도출된 주요 지표를 중심으로 지방정부의 공간정보 정책을 추진한다면, 효율적인 정책 운영이 가능할 것으로 기대된다.

  • This research is devoted to the development of methods general and standard methodological approaches and approbation those for the evaluation of economic potential and level of concentration of the regions of Kazakhstan. This paper presents the results of development of the authors on the selection and justification of the methodological approaches for quantitative evaluation of the economic potential (the degree of territorial differentiation of the profile) and concentration of regions. In this study, we used scientific methods: method of analysis the main trends of economic development, and method of evaluation of concentration of the region. Based on the analysis of foreign techniques developed and tested methodical approaches to the assessment of the economic potential (index and coefficient methods). Proposed methodological approaches to the assessment profile of the territory and developed a system of indicators, which includes an aggregated index of spatial concentration, which accurately reflects the concentration of production in the region. This study shows the results of the analysis of the potential regional disparities and trends of economic development of Kazakhstan. By using, the proposed methodology shows the possibility of their use; we calculated the indicators of integrated assessment of the economic potential and indicators of spatial concentration.

  • Thought of postmodernism accepted between variety and differentiation is characterized by variability and indeterminacy aimed at continuous change. For that reason, modern fashion has been grouping a lot of manners for creation of the various different form and structure. This paper studies the characteristics of the folding system, which expands efficiency of the spatial utility and shows various forms. Folding system expressed in modern fashion could be divided the pleats, which were made of the folding, and the dreaperies, which were made of bending. This selects the pleats as a enlarged concept of the folding system that contains between the former and the letter. Pleats did not mean two dimensional folding surfaces, but three dimensional spatial structures. For understanding of the folding system as a three dimensional spatial structure, this is utilized with the thought of the 'le pli' of G.W.Leifniz and G.Deleuze. The pleats expressed in modern fashion can subdivided into 4 sets; crinkle system, origami system, fractal pleats by folding system, and drapery system. And Formative characteristics of the pleats are analyzed with enlargement, fluidity, deconstruction, irregularity.

Genetic Diversity and Spatial Structure of Symplocarpus renifolius on Mt. Cheonma, Korea

  • Genetic variation and structure of 9 subpopulations of Symplocarpus renifolius Schott ex Tzvelev on Mt. Cheonma, in Korea, were determined via starch-gel electrophoresis. The genetic diversity at 10 loci for 8 isozymes ($P_{99}=66%,\;A=2.26,\;H_o=0.212,\;H_e=0.230$) was found to be considerably higher than that seen in other long-lived perennial plants. On the whole, the genotype frequencies were in accordance with Hardy-Weinberg expectations. Approximately 5%($\theta=0.049$) of the total variability was among subpopulations. The high levels of observed genetic diversity in S. renifolius were attributed to a universal outcrossing system and other specific factors like differences in age classes and widely scattered individuals around the main distribution. Heterozygosity was highest at a mid-range of elevation($450m{\sim}600m$). The lowest heterozygosity at lower elevation was attributed to the possible origin of seeds transported by water from upstream regions during the monsoon season. Spatial structure in a subpopulation evidenced a strong autocorrelation between closer individuals within $3{\sim}4m$ of distance. This was assumed to be attributable to the restricted seed dispersal characteristics of S. renifolius. In accordance with the findings generated in this study, some implications regarding the conservation of S. renifolius at the Mt. Cheonma were also presented.

블록 비교를 이용한 내용기반 동영상 복사 검색용 영상 지문 (Image Fingerprint for Contents based Video Copy Detection Using Block Comparison)

  • 동영상 복사 검출을 위해서 사용되는 내용기반 정보는 크게 공간적인 정보와 시간적인 정보로 나눌 수 있다. 이 중에 공간적인 정보는 내용기반 영상 지문(fingerprint)을 의미한다. 이러한 영상 지문이 갖추어야 할 바람직한 특성으로는 추출이 간단해야 하며, 서로 다른 영상에서는 어느 정도 거리를 갖는 독립성(independence)을 가져야 하되, 변형된 영상과 원본 영상 사이에서는 짧은 거리가 나와야 하는 강인성을 가져야 하며 또한 정합 속도가 빨라야 한다. 본 논문에서는 내용기반 동영상 복사검출을 위해 공간 정보를 사용한 새로운 영상 지문을 제안한다. 제안하는 방법에서는 블록 영역의 평균과 1차, 2차 미분 값을 사용하는데 이러한 방법은 특징 추출 시 덧셈과 뺄셈만을 사용하므로 빠른 추출이 가능하고, 강인성과 독립성을 모두 가진다. 또한 사용된 특징 비교를 통해 2진화하고, 거친 지문과 미세 지문의 단계적 처리 방법을 사용하여 빠른 정합이 가능하다. 본 논문에서는 MPEG-7의 VCE7실험 조건을 사용하였으며 다수의 변형된 영상을 이용하여 제안된 방법의 성능을 검증 하였다.

렘 콜하스의 실내공간과 질 들뢰즈 회화론의 유사점 연구 (Research about Similarities in Interior Space of Rem Koolhaas and Painting Theory of Gilles Deleuze)

  • 현대에 이르러 공간디자인 분야에 나타난 의미 있는 시도는 공간구축과 담론의 교차점을 찾으려 시도한 것으로 평가된다. 본 연구는 현대 철학자인 질 들뢰즈가 프란시스 베이컨의 회화를 분석하여 자신의 담론을 전개한 문헌에서 공간적 단서를 찾아 현대 공간디자인과의 공통적 특성을 밝히는 것이다. 들뢰즈의 분석에 따르면 베이컨의 회화는 골격-배경(아플라), 형상-형태(형상) 그리고 윤곽-한계(트랙)라는 세 가지요소로 구분된다. 이러한 회화의 세 요소로부터 '형상-사건의 발생', '트랙-감각의 장소', '아플라-배경과의 상호작용'이라는 공간적 분석어를 추출했다. 그리고 이 분석어로 렘 콜하스의 최근 작품을 분석했다. 렘콜하스의 작품에서 확인되는 들뢰즈 공간론은 사용자와 공간 사이에 발생하는 사건 중심, 사건 발생을 유도하는 장소, 사용자와 공간 또는 공간과 대지 사이의 차이생성이란 방식의 적용이다. 결과적으로 현대 담론과 공간디자인 모두는 생명 운동에 의한 '차이'로서 이해된다는 공통의 특성을 확인할 수 있었다.

Genetic Variation and Population Structure of Alder (Alnus hirsuta : Betulaceae) in Korea

  • Variation at 25 allozyme loci in Korean wateralder (Alnus hirsuta Rupr.) from nine distinct populations was measured to estimate the amount and pattern of genetic diversity and population structure. The mean genetic diversity within population was 0.166. Korean alder populations have slightly high levels of genetic diversity compared to those present in associated temperature-zone species and two Canadian alder species. Among population s genetic differentiation accounted for an significant 9% of the total variation. High gene flow(Nm=2.63) was observed. Analysis of fixation indices, calculated for all polymorphic loci in each population, showed a substantial deficiency of heterozygotes relative to Hardy-Weinberg expectations. The mean GST value A. hirsuta in Korea (GST = 0.087) is similar to those of A. rogosa in Canada (GST = 0.052). These low values of GST in two countries. reflecting little spatial genetic differentiation, may indicate extensive gene flow (via pollen and/or seeds) and/or recent colonization. These factors reduce the effect of geographic isolation of breeding and the chance for genetic divergence. A pattern of increasing is observed with increasing rainfall per year. Regression analysis indicates that 54% (F = 4.67) of the variability observed can be explained by this relationship.

Lung interstitial cells during alveolarization

  • Recent progress in neonatal medicine has enabled survival of many extremely low-birth-weight infants. Prenatal steroids, surfactants, and non-invasive ventilation have helped reduce the incidence of the classical form of bronchopulmonary dysplasia characterized by marked fibrosis and emphysema. However, a new form of bronchopulmonary dysplasia marked by arrest of alveolarization remains a complication in the postnatal course of extremely low-birth-weight infants. To better understand this challenging complication, detailed alveolarization mechanisms should be delineated. Proper alveolarization involves the temporal and spatial coordination of a number of cells, mediators, and genes. Cross-talk between the mesenchyme and the epithelium through soluble and diffusible factors are key processes of alveolarization. Lung interstitial cells derived from the mesenchyme play a crucial role in alveolarization. Peak alveolar formation coincides with intense lung interstitial cell proliferation. Myofibroblasts are essential for secondary septation, a critical process of alveolarization, and localize to the front lines of alveologenesis. The differentiation and migration of myofibroblasts are strictly controlled by various mediators and genes. Disruption of this finely controlled mechanism leads to abnormal alveolarization. Since arrest in alveolarization is a hallmark of a new form of bronchopulmonary dysplasia, knowledge regarding the role of lung interstitial cells during alveolarization and their control mechanism will enable us to find more specific therapeutic strategies for bronchopulmonary dysplasia. In this review, the role of lung interstitial cells during alveolarization and control mechanisms of their differentiation and migration will be discussed.

Multi-dimensional analyses of plant chromosomes and genomes.

  • Genome and chromosome analyses in plants using fluorescence in situ hybridization (FISH) and immuno-staining (IMS) methods are reviewed by presenting the recent results obtained by the Chromosome Link, a group of chromosome and genome researchers. FISH is now effective to detect unique nucleotide sequences with 153 bp on the extended DNA fibers. Genomic in situ hybridization (GISH) also allows painting plant chromosomes of different genomes. GISH is quite effective to detect the genomic differentiation in the individual chromosomes within a nucleus. Three dimensional (3D) analyses are now available by confocal microscopy and a deconvolution system. These techniques are invaluable to visualize both the structural and functional dynamics within a nucleus. 3D-FISH revealed the spatial differentiation of different genomees within a nucleus. 3D-FISH also proved structural partition of centromeric and telomeric domains within a barely nucleus. The dynamic acetylation of histone H4 at the specific regions of a genome during a cell cycle is also analyzed using 3D-IMS. It is anticipated that these methods will provide us powerful tools to understand the structural and functional significance of plant chromosomes and genomes.

Multi-parametric MRIs based assessment of Hepatocellular Carcinoma Differentiation with Multi-scale ResNet

  • To explore an effective non-invasion medical imaging diagnostics approach for hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC), we propose a method based on adopting the multiple technologies with the multi-parametric data fusion, transfer learning, and multi-scale deep feature extraction. Firstly, to make full use of complementary and enhancing the contribution of different modalities viz. multi-parametric MRI images in the lesion diagnosis, we propose a data-level fusion strategy. Secondly, based on the fusion data as the input, the multi-scale residual neural network with SPP (Spatial Pyramid Pooling) is utilized for the discriminative feature representation learning. Thirdly, to mitigate the impact of the lack of training samples, we do the pre-training of the proposed multi-scale residual neural network model on the natural image dataset and the fine-tuning with the chosen multi-parametric MRI images as complementary data. The comparative experiment results on the dataset from the clinical cases show that our proposed approach by employing the multiple strategies achieves the highest accuracy of 0.847±0.023 in the classification problem on the HCC differentiation. In the problem of discriminating the HCC lesion from the non-tumor area, we achieve a good performance with accuracy, sensitivity, specificity and AUC (area under the ROC curve) being 0.981±0.002, 0.981±0.002, 0.991±0.007 and 0.999±0.0008, respectively.
