Among floor planning features, natural sunlight, built-in closets, and differentiated floor plans are well considered, but the flexible floor plan for resident's lifestyle and green space are lack. Among material planning features, environment-friendly finishing materials, environment-friendly products and energy-efficient double-pane windows are well considered, but implementation for resource savings using recycled materials are lack. Among universal design planning features, removal of threshold and installation of safety device in bathroom are not well considered. Among environmental planning features, usage of alternative energy like solar energy are not applied. The environment-friendly planning features in interior space should be introduced in diverse ways.

  • Recent trends in urban policies show the increasing importance of urban parks. Moreover the park policy and planning are increasingly important for the good urban park system. Comparative studies in the operational system and planning contents of the parks and green space plans of the major cities would be timely and meaningful. This study aims to provide a comparative study in operational system and planning contents of the Parks and Green Space Master Plan at urban scale. Sites include London, New York, Berlin, Sydney and Seoul. Analyses are focused on the master plans and strategy reports of each city. Frameworks for analysis are divided into operational system and planning contents. The results are as follows. First, the Parks and Green Space Plans as an open space planning linked to related resources would contribute to both integrated resources management and practice of the fairness. Second, evolution from quantity to quality of the parks and green space plan enhances revitalization and regeneration. Third, shift from the 'supply oriented plan' to 'need based plan' model provides flexible planning model to meet the demographic change, trend change, preference and use. Fourth, planning agents, enlarged opportunities for participation within each phase, diversified of the participants lead the changes from the passive participation to active one. In order to improve the practicability of the parks and green space master plan, a flexible planning strategy including social awareness changes and park governance is required.

We can expect that the apartment house will be differed with area of living space of apartment house in the requirement of storage space. Small apartment house is requried various storage planning because of confined living space But big apartment houses required storage planning of simple type because it have already storage space. So we have to do efficiency storage planning because of limited space in the apartment house. Base on this results we will show storage space according to the type of pyeong. So this study show proper storage type according to the scale of apartment house,.

  • In this paper, we analyze the existing ecovillages in order to establish a planned-ecovillage model to suggest improvement in direction of ecovillage planning; namely, efficiency of planning elements through analysis of changes in ecovillages. Changes to living environment require increased relaxation and convenience to ensure quality of life. Unlike general ecovillages, planned-ecovillages differ in their introduction of planning elements by autonomous decision-making through discussions and meetings among residents. In the village planning process, complex planning, community facilities, ecology-base facilities, water-resource utilization, and waste disposal can waver from initial planning, giving rise to realistic alternatives to village characteristics for those considering changes to space organization.

  • Purpose: This study is to present basic data on the Architectural planning of the college of medicine by arranging the functional zoning planning, functional unit planning, and circulation planning, based on the diversification of medical education and the changes of Learning spaces. Methods: This study was conducted by literature review on existing medical education method and learning space planning. And then on-site surveys and questionnaire were conducted on existing facilities. Results: The diversification of medical education has already been progressing for a long time, and the development of information technology is integrated into the learning space, and the evolution of the learning method and the flexibility of the learning space give effect to the change of the learning space. ① This study reconstructed the existing classification method of university facilities into the fuctional zoning method that combines the architectural concept of function and movement. ② The functions and functional units of the college of medicine according to the proposed functional zone were arranged, and the space required for the medical college was suggested. ③ The function and type of movement of medical college can be classified into professor/student fusion type, teaching and research separation type, and learning and learning shared space integrated arrangement type. In the future, it is necessary to consider fusion type or integrated arrangement type rather than separation type. Implications: the evolution of the learning method and the flexibility of the learning space give effect to the change of the learning space.

  • This study is a basic study for reorganizing the facility system of agriculture and rural areas necessary for establishing a rural spatial plan. Accordingly, the newly implemented rural spatial planning system was briefly reviewed. As the scope of the study, the facility-related laws and the classification and classification system of facilities of previous studies were set as the scope of the study. In order to reorganize the facility system in rural areas necessary for establishing a rural space plan, this study compared and analyzed the facilities according to the laws related to the facilities and the use of previous studies. As a result of analyzing 21 target sites for rural agreements with 12 sectors of service facilities in rural areas as indicators, 14 facilities in 8 sectors were found to be commonly introduced for the establishment of living areas in rural areas or regional development. However, the classification of production space facilities related to agriculture as functional facilities necessary for rural life was insufficient. Accordingly, when considering the specificity of rural areas, it is necessary to classify facilities of living spaces in rural areas and production space of agriculture according to their use.

  • The latest urban planning is taking advantage of the city's spatiality, and its weight is increasing. The spatiality of the city extends to the three-dimensional air space, including the underground space and the surface space, and this is the relative location of land-use situations utilizing the characteristics of the feng shui geography. In this study, the urban planning of the Suwon Department and the construction process of the Suwon Hwaseong Fortress were analyzed based on the feng shui geography, using the topography and geographical features of Paldal Mountain as the center of the data. Natural-friendly urban planning is required to adapt to natural laws and to preserve and share the ecosystem while harmonizing with the surrounding environment.

  • Purpose: This study identified the planning trends for formal and informal learning spaces in the college of medicine through literature reviews. And then, by the analysis of the actual condition of existing domestic facilities, It was organized the architectural planning baseline data and future directions for the formal and informal learning spaces in the college of medicine. Methods: This study was conducted using literature reviews on the existing medical education method and learning space planning. Subsequently on-site surveys and questionnaires were conducted at existing facilities. Results: In the past, learning space of the college of medicine was considered only a formal learning space such lecture rooms, labs. But lately it has been turned into a total learning concept that embraces shared learning spaces such as libraries, student spaces, amenities and common spaces such as lobbies and hallways. ① Formal learning spaces are composed of teaching and practice areas. Since It is the basic functions that comprise the college of medicine, this paper conducted a functional analysis based on the current operating system of the College of Medicine and provided baseline data on architectural planning such as function, layout, zoning, and detailed planning. ② The informal learning sharing space was divided into a library area and a student well-being and convenience area to analyze the real conditions of domestic medical college. In addition, by comparing the trends and differences in foreign medical colleges identified by literature analysis, this paper summarizes the need to revitalize informal learning spaces and their integration into formal learning spaces, architectural planning considerations, etc. Implications: the evolution of the learning method and the flexibility of the learning space bring about changes in the learning space.
