The use of digital information according to the development of information and communication technology and the 4th industrial revolution is continuously increasing and diversifying, and in proportion to this, crimes using digital information are also increasing. However, there are few cases of establishing an environment for processing and analysis of digital evidence in Korea. The budget allocated for each organization is different and the digital forensics laboratory built without solving the chronic problem of securing space has a problem in that there is no standard that can be referenced from the initial configuration stage. Based on this awareness of the problem, this thesis conducted an exploratory study focusing on tools and equipment necessary for building a digital forensics laboratory. As a research method, focus group interviews were conducted with 15 experts with extensive practical experience in the digital forensic laboratory or digital forensics field and experts' opinions were collected on the following 9 areas: network configuration, analyst computer, personal tools·equipment, imaging devices, dedicated software, open source software, common tools/equipment, accessories, and other considerations. As a result, a list of tools and equipment for digital forensic laboratories was derived.
The general solution for classification and regression problems can be found by matching and modifying matrices with the information in real world and then these matrices are teaming in neural networks. This paper treats primary space as a real world, and dual space that Primary space matches matrices using kernel. In practical study, there are two kinds of problems, complete system which can get an answer using inverse matrix and ill-posed system or singular system which cannot get an answer directly from inverse of the given matrix. Further more the problems are often given by the latter condition; therefore, it is necessary to find regularization parameter to change ill-posed or singular problems into complete system. This paper compares each performance under both classification and regression problems among GCV, L-Curve, which are well known for getting regularization parameter, and kernel methods. Both GCV and L-Curve have excellent performance to get regularization parameters, and the performances are similar although they show little bit different results from the different condition of problems. However, these methods are two-step solution because both have to calculate the regularization parameters to solve given problems, and then those problems can be applied to other solving methods. Compared with UV and L-Curve, kernel methods are one-step solution which is simultaneously teaming a regularization parameter within the teaming process of pattern weights. This paper also suggests dynamic momentum which is leaning under the limited proportional condition between learning epoch and the performance of given problems to increase performance and precision for regularization. Finally, this paper shows the results that suggested solution can get better or equivalent results compared with GCV and L-Curve through the experiments using Iris data which are used to consider standard data in classification, Gaussian data which are typical data for singular system, and Shaw data which is an one-dimension image restoration problems.
This study was described to examine the meaning of the media exhibition work <70mK>, which aims to capture the topography of the collective consciousness of the Korean people through large-scale interviews. <70mK> edits and organizes interview images of individual beings in mosaic-like layouts and forms, creating video exhibitions and holding exhibitions. The objects in the split frame show the continuity of differences that reveal their own thoughts and personalities. This is a synchronic and conscious collective typology in which the intrinsic nature of the individuals is embodied in a simultaneous and holistic image. Interview images reveal their own form as a actual being and convey the intrinsic nature of one's own as oral information. <70mK> constructs a new individualization by aesthetically structuring the forms and information of life individuals in the extension of a specific group. The beings in the frame are not communicating with each other and are looking straight ahead. it conveys to visitors their relationship and personality as the preindividual reality. It is the repetitive arrangement and composition of heterogeneity and difference that each individual shows, and is a chain operation that includes collective identity behind it. <70mK> constructs the direct images and sounds of individual interviewee, creating a new form of information transfer called Video Art Exhibition. This makes metaphors and perceptions of the meaning and process of transindividual relationships and the meaning of psychic individuation and collective individuation. This is an appropriate case to explain with modern technology and individualization of Gilbert Simondon thought together with the meaning of becoming and relation of individualization. The exhibition space constructed by <70mK> is an aesthetic methodology of the psychic and collective meaning and its relationship to a particular group of individuals through which they are connected. Simondon studied the meaning of the process of individualization and the meaning of becoming, and is a philosopher who positively considered the potential of modern technology. <70mK> is a new individual as structured and generated ethical reality mediated by modern technology mechanisms and network behaviors. It is an case of an aesthetic and practical methodology of how interviews function as 'transduction' in the process of individualization in which technology is cooperated. The direct images and sounds of <70mK> are systems in which the information of life individuals is carried, amplified, accumulated and transmitted. It is also a new individual as a psychic and collective landscape. It is a newly became exhibition art work through the multiple individualization, and is a representation of transindividual meanings and process. The media exhibition art of individualized metastable states leads to new relationships in which viewers perceive the same preindividual reality and feel affectivity. The exhibition space of <70mK> becomes a stage for preparing the actual possibility of the transindividual group beyond the representation of the semantic function.
This study was conducted to verify whether smartphone hiking apps, which generate social network data including location information, are useful tools for analyzing the use characteristics of a forest recreation area. For this purpose, the study identified the functions and service characteristics of smartphone hiking apps. Also, the use characteristics of the area of Daegwallyoung were analyzed, compared with the results of the field survey, and the applicability of hiking apps was reviewed. As a result, the service types of hiking apps were analyzed in terms of three categories: "information offering," "hiking record," and "information sharing." This study focused on an app that is one of the "hiking record" types with the greatest number of users. Analysis of the data from hiking apps and a field survey in the Daegwallyoung area showed that both hiking apps and the field survey can be used to identify the movement patterns, but hiking apps based on a global positioning system (GPS) are more efficient and objective tools for understanding the use patterns in a forest recreation area, as well as for extracting user-generated photos. Second, although it is advantageous to analyze the patterns objectively through the walking-speed data generated, field surveys and observation are needed as complements for understanding the types of activities in each space. The hiking apps are based on cellphone use and are specific to "hiking" use, so user bias can limit the usefulness of the data. It is significant that this research shows the applicability of hiking apps for analyzing the use patterns of forest recreation areas through the location-based social network data of app users who record their hiking information voluntarily.

This study focused on the park as a space to support the behavior of urban citizens in modern society. Modern city parks are not spaces that play a specific role but are used by many people, so their function and meaning may change depending on the user's behavior. In addition, current online data may determine the selection of parks to visit or the usage of parks. Therefore, this study analyzed the change of behavior in Yeouido Park, Yeouido Hangang Park, and Yangjae Citizen's Forest from 2000 to 2018 by utilizing a time series analysis. The analysis method used Big Data techniques such as text mining and social network analysis. The summary of the study is as follows. The usage behavior of Yeouido Park has changed over time to "Ride" (Dynamic Behavior) for the first period (I), "Take" (Information Communication Service Behavior) for the second period (II), "See" (Communicative Behavior) for the third period (III), and "Eat" (Energy Source Behavior) for the fourth period (IV). In the case of Yangjae Citizens' Forest, the usage behavior has changed over time to "Walk" (Dynamic Behavior) for the first, second, and third periods (I), (II), (III) and "Play" (Dynamic Behavior) for the fourth period (IV). Looking at the factors affecting behavior, Yeouido Park was had various factors related to sports, leisure, culture, art, and spare time compared to Yangjae Citizens' Forest. The differences in Yangjae Citizens' Forest that affected its main usage behavior were various elements of natural resources. Second, the behavior of the target areas was found to be focused on certain main behaviors over time and played a role in selecting or limiting future behaviors. These results indicate that the space and facilities of the target areas had not been utilized evenly, as various behaviors have not occurred, however, a certain main behavior has appeared in the target areas. This study has great significance in that it analyzes the usage of urban parks using Big Data techniques, and determined that urban parks are transformed into play spaces where consumption progressed beyond the role of rest and walking. The behavior occurring in modern urban parks is changing in quantity and content. Therefore, through various types of discussions based on the results of the behavior collected through Big Data, we can better understand how citizens are using city parks. This study found that the behavior associated with static behavior in both parks had a great impact on other behaviors.

Biotope, which represents the characteristic habitats of living organisms, need to be identified as essential for the efficient creation and sustainable management of urban ecosystems. This study was carried out to provide the basic information for ecological urban planning by analyzing types and attributes of the biotop established throughout the whole area of the Pohang city, a representative industrial city in Korea. The biotop established in Pohang city is composed of 12 types including forests (coniferous, deciduous, and mixed forests), agricultural fields (rice paddy and upland field), green facilities, river, reservoir, bare ground, residential area, public facilities, commercial area, industrial area, roads, and schools. As a result of analyzing the properties according to biotop types, industrial, commercial and residential areas, which represent urban areas, was dominated by introduced vegetation. Moreover the introduced vegetation is usually composed of exotic plants or modified forms for landscape architecture and horticulture rather than native plants, which reflects ecological property of both region and site. As the distance from the urban center increases, the agricultural field showed a form of typical farmland, whereas the closer it is, the more form of greenhouse farming. Natural green spaces were divided into riparian vegetation established along the stream and forest vegetation. Forest vegetation is consisted of secondary forests (seven communities) and plantations (three communities). The urban landscape of Pohang city is dominated by the industrial area. Among them, the steel industry, which occurs large amounts of heat pollution and carbon dioxide, occupies a large proportion. On the other hand, green space is very insufficient in quantity and inferior in quality. This study proposed several restoration plans and further, a green network, which ties the existing green spaces and the green space to be restored as a strategy to improve the environmental quality in this area.

This paper proposes an on-line mining algorithm of moving trajectory patterns in RFID data streams considering changing characteristics over time and constraints of single-pass data scan. Since RFID, sensor, and mobile network technology have been rapidly developed, many researchers have been recently focused on the study of real-time data gathering from real-world and mining the useful patterns from them. Previous researches for sequential patterns or moving trajectory patterns based on stream data have an extremely time-consum ing problem because of multi-pass database scan and tree traversal, and they also did not consider the time-changing characteristics of stream data. The proposed method preserves the sequential strength of 2-lengths frequent patterns in binary relationship table using the time-evolving graph to exactly reflect changes of RFID data stream from time to time. In addition, in order to solve the problem of the repetitive data scans, the proposed algorithm infers candidate k-lengths moving trajectory patterns beforehand at a time point t, and then extracts the patterns after screening the candidate patterns by only one-pass at a time point t+1. Through the experiment, the proposed method shows the superior performance in respect of time and space complexity than the Apriori-like method according as the reduction ratio of candidate sets is about 7 percent.

The paper attempts to design and implement the system which can remotely check visitors' speech or Image by a mobile phone. This system is designed to recognize who a visitor is through the automatic calling service, not through a short message, via the mobile phone, even when the home owner is outside. In general, door locks are controlled through the home Server, but it is more effective to control door locks by using DTMF signal from a real-time point of view. The technology suggested in this paper makes it possible to communicate between the visiter and the home owner by making a phone call to tile home owner's mobile phone automatically when the visiter visits the house even if the home owner is outside, and if necessary, it allows for the home owner to control the door lock remotely. Thanks to the system, the home owner is not restricted by time or space for checking the visitor's identification and controlling the door lock. In addition, the security system is improved by changing from the existing password form to the combination of password and speaker verification lot the verification procedure required for controlling the door lock and setting the environment under consideration of any disadvantages which may occur when the mobile Phone is lost. Also, any existing problems such as reconnection to tile network for controlling tile door lock are solved by controlling the door lock in real time by use of DTMF signal while on the phone.

This paper addresses techniques for predicting a future path of an object moving on a road network. Most prior methods for future prediction mainly focus their attention on objects moving in Euclidean space. A variety of applications such as telematics, however, deal with objects that move only over road networks in most cases, thereby requiring an effective method of future prediction of moving objects on road networks. In this paper, we propose a novel method for predicting a future path of an object by analyzing past trajectories whose changing pattern is similar to that of a current trajectory of a query object. We devise a new function that measures a similarity between trajectories by reflecting the characteristics of road networks. By using this function, we predict a future path of a given moving object as follows: First, we search for candidate trajectories that contain subtrajectories similar to a given query trajectory by accessing past trajectories stored in moving object databases. Then, we predict a future path of a query object by analyzing the moving paths along with a current position to a destination of candidate trajectories thus retrieved. Also, we suggest a method that improves the accuracy of path prediction by regarding moving paths that have just small differences as the same group.
