  • In this study, we fill a person's shoes human knowledge use a computer fast and simple repetition in architecture design. this study are launched from a assumption that a optimized arrangement spaces are able to measure and gauge. but automatic space arrangement program is first step, we have a value that propose a differential cell space and valuation space and process of optimized space arrangement. the merits of this design process are as follows; 1. this program has a advantage high the building-to-land ratio land and business area in space design. 2.this program can design a economy building and calculate rent benefit and calculate cost of construction. 3. this program can adapt for digital GIS. this program can down cost in labor productivity. 5. a layman can design high level. the weak point of this design process are as follows; 1. the design product is simple box shape. 2. this program has a weak in large area and complicated land shape 3. complex use space design are difficult in this program.

중국에서의 자동차 공유의도 요인과 공유 행동에 관한 연구 (Factors that Influence the Sharing Intention of Vehicle and Sharing Behavior in China)

  • 인터넷과 스마트폰 기반의 사회적 경제 활동의 일종으로, 물건이나 공간, 서비스를 빌리고 나눠 쓰는 공유경제는 융합 분야의 새로운 연구 주제이다. 가장 대표적인 공유경제 영역으로 공간 공유와 자동차 공유가 있다. 본 논문은 자동차 공유의도의 선행요인과 공유행동을 미치는 요인들을 파악하고자 한다. 본 논문에서는 선행연구에 바탕으로 공유의도와 관련된 경제적 혜택, 사회적 혜택, 사회적 영향, 심리적 혜택, 지각된 위험을 연구 변수로 도출하고, 이들이 공유의도에 어떤 영향을 끼치는지 연구하였다. 한국과 달리 중국은 자동차 공유가 법적으로 허용되고 많은 활성화 되어 있다. 가설을 검증을 위해서 중국 시민한테 설문지를 수거하였고, SPSS 프로그램으로 통계분석을 실시하였다. 분석결과 경제적, 심리적 혜택, 사회적 영향, 지각된 위험은 공유의도에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났지만, 사회적 혜택은 가설과 다르게 공유의도에 영향을 미치지 않았다. 또한, 공유의도가 공유행동에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다.

포스트텐션에 의해 시공된 공간 트러스의 거동 (Behaviour of Space Truss Erected by Post-tensioning)

  • This paper suggests that post-tensioned and dome-shaped space truss formed by post-tersionong is easy to fabricate in construction process. In particular, a laboratory model is used to show how a flat space truss system can be transformed into a dome-shaped space truss by means of post-tensioning. There are some diserpancy in vertical displacement of the dxperiment and theoretical analysis for space truss. Nonlinear analysis is used to predict the final shape shape of the space truss, the experiments tndicates that this construction method can offer economy over traditional methods. In addition, the analysis indicates that when all the sxisting mechanisms are controlled, the nonlinear finite element method is more reliable way to predict the shape of the dome-shaped space truss than the linear analysis.

  • Activation of conventional market in small town is important in the reinvigoration of local economy as an economical center. The revitalization of local economy is closely related to the fosterage of conventional market. So the local government is trying to activate the market. However, the projects for the activation of conventional market are mostly centered on the modernization of facilities which is carried out at urban districts. Those facilities-centered plans, being carried out at urban district, lack the consideration of the peculiarities of rural districts and the regional conditions of the conventional market in small towns. And some projects for the modernization of facilities produce negative results. Especially the conventional market in small town shows a spatial structure of a five-day market and a market place and it was influenced by the spatial relationship between the permanent market and periodic market. So analyses on the spatial lay-out and form, store facilities, spatial distribution of types of business, spatial utilization on market place are needed to improve the physical environment of the conventional market. In this context, the study analyzed systematically the space of an old and lagged Hongseong conventional market located in central district of a small town. And It is expected that the results use as a basic data to establish effective space improvement plan for conventional market in small town.

Analysis and Improvement of the Chrysanthemum Festivals for the Revitalization of Regional Economy

  • This study is to analyze the current state, trend, and preference of the three chrysanthemum festivals representing South Korea that are hosted by local governments, and it is to be used as the basic data for preparing effective plans for the chrysanthemum festivals. The study was conducted from April 20, 2013 to November 25, 2017, and literature review, online search, interviews with persons in charge, field survey, and questionnaire survey were performed. As a result of the field survey, all three festivals had their space structures divided, themes decided and space images depicted based on chrysanthemum sculptures. The landmarks of the city, cultural assets, or great figures were selected to the main theme of the major chrysanthemum sculptures. The sculptures were decorated realistically for users to easily recognize the image. The main chrysanthemum sculptures tended to be introduced repeatedly. As results of the current state of visit and preference, it was found that the number of visitors has increased every year, along with revisits. The satisfaction and the preference for the festival were evaluated positively, and the chrysanthemum festival has become a local festival representing autumn, and a resource for vitalization of the regional economy. However, as a result of the survey, insufficient parking space and resting place, change of image of the sculptures, experience programs, and food shall be improved in order to increase the users satisfaction.

  • 창조경제 새로운 패러다임의 변화는 사회적 관계의 변화에 영향을 끼치고 있으며, 소셜 네트워크 서비스 등의 발전에 따라 나타나는 새로운 관계의 공간적 특성에도 영향을 끼치고 있다. 본 논문에서는 이러한 변화에 영향을 미치는 동력을 '소셜 네트워크 리소스(social network resource)'로 명명하고, 그에 따라 나타나는 제반 특징과 경제지리학적 관점에서의 공간적 특성을 설명하고자 하였다. '소셜 네트워크 리소스'는 개방성과 공유, 참여, 협력의 특징을 보여주는 동시에, 공간적으로는 로컬과 글로벌의 특징을 모두 아우르는 소위 '트랜스 로컬리티'의 특성을 보이고 있는데, 서울시의 사회적 지식공유 웹 플랫폼인 '위키서울닷컴'의 사례를 통해 그러한 특성을 확인할 수 있었다. 특히, 물리적자원, 인적자원, 정보자원의 특성과 함께 관계자원으로서의 특징이 모두 나타나고 있으며, 이러한 특징에 공간이 투영되어, 사회적 관계가 공간에 표출되는 질적 공간의 특성 또한 나타남을 확인할 수 있었다.

  • In correlation to the rapid growth of Korea's economy and increased international exchange, hotel architecture in Korea has likewise evolutionized in its own distinctive style. Since hotels accomodate foreign visitors, they should be representative of the local architecture in which they reside, to add to the experience of the regions culture. City hotels provide not only primary housing functions but also many different varieties of services. Furthermore, city hotels operate as a focal point for their local communities. Seoul announced special measures for the expansion of accommodations for foreign tourists, and a large number of hotel construction entities have consequently propagated. Unfortunately, the designs for most of these new hotels have failed to reflect their local cultural characteristics, with most having similar designs and programs. As Korea enters an era seeing ten million foreign tourists annually, progressive reform is especially necessary. Space marketing, which is based on strategies of cultural experience, is a crucial element to city boutique hotel planning. It must be applied to satisfy both the cultural needs of its local communities and well as to vitalize the local economy through development of cultural tourism. To date, there have been numerous studies on boutique hotels and space marketing. However, most of these studies are limited to interior designs and artistic trends rather than focusing on the unique architectural and public aspects of their respective cities. In this thesis, the overall aim and strategies of space marketing for the city boutique hotel are analyzed, and the elements of strategies are used for further case analysis. The purpose of this study is to find applicability of Korean boutique hotel development through the result of case studies. Also, this thesis aims to advocate space marketing for Korea's forthcoming boutique hotels, as a means to showcase its unique cultural assets as well as to advance its international appeal and competitiveness.

Moving from Cash to Cashless Economy: Toward Digital India

  • The study evaluates India's technological advancement, which has created a range of opportunities for consumers to enter into digital payment space. Demonetization in India has forced all consumers and companies to embrace and create cashless digital payment platforms. The cashless economy scenario involves various factors for its adoption such as reach, availability and awareness. This study considers factors responsible for adopting new digital payment technologies in India's different regions across various consumers. The study includes descriptive statistics and variance analysis (ANOVA) to identify elements to achieve maximum satisfaction. The research collects data from 250 respondents living in India, experiencing digital payments and online transactions. The data is collected through a structured questionnaire and critically analyzed using statistical analysis. The data has been analyzed with no sectorial biases and tracked by creating real-time indications. The study uses various hypotheses after taking responses from a sample of respondents. Cronbach's Alpha analysis is also used to determine the validity and reliability of the data. The study illustrates the complete shift of consumer behavior from cash to a cashless economy. A certain number of factors are shown to directly influence the rate of such a shift toward digital transactions in India.

세계화/지방화와 경제공간의 조직 (Globalization/Localization and Organization of Economic Space)

  • 최근 들어서 본격화된 '경제의 세계화'는 세계경제공간조직에 심대한 변화를 야기하였다. 본 연구에서는 세계화와 지방화의 개념, 태평양지역에서 나타난 경제공간조직 변화의 흐름, 그리고 경제공간조직 변화와 관련된 주요 과정을 검토하였다. '영역과 영역사이의 상호의존성 증대'로 인식되는 세계화의 진척은 특히 태평양 지역의 경제공간조직에 큰 변화를 가져왔으며, 이는 크게 지역내 교역과 해외직접투자의 증가, 신산업지구의 발전, 국경지대의 성장삼각지대의 등장 등으로 요약될 수 있다. 이러한 경제공간조직의 변화를 야기하는 요인으로는 세계적 차원에서 이루어지는 공간분업과 상품체인, 신흥 공업국의 산업구조재편, 생산조직 및 산업의 네트워크 형성 등을 꼽을 수 있다. 앞으로 세계화/지방화로 인한 변화가 가져오는 부정적 효과를 최소화하고 지속가능한 발전을 하기 위해서는 '협력적 네트워크 전략'을 추진하는 것이 필요하다.
