In cluster computers, it is essential to Implement the single I/O space(SIOS) supporting integrated I/O substructure to efficiently process I/O intensive applications. SIOS service provides with global I/O address space to directly access peripherals and hard disks in its own or remote nodes from any node in the cluster computer In this thesis, we propose the implementation method of SIOS in Linux clusters by using only freewares. This method is implemented at device driver level that uses Enhanced Network Block Device(ENBD) and file system level that uses S/W RAID and NFS. The major strengths of this method are easiness of implementation and almost no cost due to using freewares. In addition, since freewares used are open sources, it is possible to apply this method to other platforms with only slight modification. Moreover, experiments show that I/O throughputs are up to 5.5 times higher in write operations and approximately 2.3 times higher in read operations than those of CDD method that uses the device driver developed at kernel level.
The Sputnik 1 launching in 1957 made the world recognize the necessity of international regulations on space development and activities in outer space. The United Nations established COPUOS the very next year, and adopted the mandate to examine legal issues concerning the peaceful uses of outer space. At the time, the military sector of the U.S.A. and the Soviet Union were in charge of the space development and they were not welcomed to discuss the prohibition of the military uses of outer space at the legal section in the COPUOS. Although both countries had common interests in securing the freedom of military uses in outer space. As the social and economic benefits derived from space activities have become more apparent, civil expenditures on space activities have continued to increase in several countries. Virtually all new spacefaring states explicitly place a priority on space-based applications to support social and economic development. Such space applications as satellite navigation and Earth imaging are core elements of almost every existing civil space program. Likewise, Moon exploration continues to be a priority for such established spacefaring states as China, Russia, India, and Japan. Recently, Companies that manufacture satellites and ground equipment have also seen significant growth. On 25 February 2012 China successfully launched the eleventh satellite for its indigenous global navigation and positioning satellite system, Beidou. Civil space activities began to grow in China when they were allocated to the China Great Wall Industry Corporation in 1986. China Aerospace Corporation was established in 1993, followed by the development of the China National Space Administration. In Japan civil space was initially coordinated by the National Space Activities Council formed in 1960. Most of the work was performed by the Institute of Space and Aeronautical Science of the University of Tokyo, the National Aerospace Laboratory, and, most importantly, the National Space Development Agency. In 2003 all this work was assumed by the Japanese Aerospace Exploration Agency(JAXA). Japan eases restrictions on military space development. On 20 June 2012 Japan passed the Partial Revision of the Cabinet Establishment Act, which restructured the authority to regulate Japanese space policy and budget, including the governance of the JAXA. Under this legislation, the Space Activities Commission of the Ministry of Education, Culture, Sports, Science, and Technology, which was responsible for the development of Japanese space program, will be abolished. Regulation of space policy and budget will be handed over to the Space Strategy Headquarter formed under the Prime Minister's Cabinet. Space Strategy will be supported by a Consultative Policy Commission as an academics and independent observers. By revoking Article 4 (Objectives of the Agency) of a law that previously governed JAXA and mandated the development of space programs for "peaceful purposes only," the new legislation demonstrates consistency with Article 2 of the 2008 Basic Space Law. In conformity with the principles laid down in the 1967 Outer Space Treaty JAXA is now free to pursue the non-aggressive military use of space. New legislation is the culmination of a decade-long process that sought ways to "leverage Japan's space development programs and technologies for security purposes, to bolster the nation's defenses in the face of increased tensions in East Asia." In this connection it would also be very important and necessary to create an Asian Space Agency(ASA) for strengthening cooperation within the Asian space community towards joint undertakings.
This paper first gives a brief overview of the history of space law making in the international geopolitical context and recalls some of the main principles as elaborated in the framework of the United Nations. Next, several topics are discussed that will require the attention of space lawyers in the near future. They are the International Space Station, space debris, exploitation of space resources, space tourism, private property rights in space, and militarization and weaponization of space. The paper raises some questions in each of these areas that need to be addressed and concludes that the general legal framework for space activities under public international law as contained in the UN treaties is in place, and is sufficiently general and flexible to enable and encourage states to carry out space activities in an orderly manner. However, as demonstrated by the examples discussed in the paper, the time has come for the international community to agree on the further development of these general principles, starting perhaps with space debris, imminent 'new' uses of space such as space tourism, or some of the 'age old' issues such as the weaponisation of outer space that will continue to require our attention and vigilance. Whether such rules can be in the form of non binding guidelines, codes of conduct and the like, or should be embodied in solid legal instruments creating rights and obligations remains to be seen.
In this paper, a new ray tracing algorithm which uses space subdivision method is introduced. In order to reduce huge number of ray-surface intersection calculation, the space is subdivided as lattice that contains minimum number of objects. With lattice structure, the process that calculates unnecessary ray-surface intersection is eliminated.
As our global population grows each day, it is apparent that we must find new ways to provide space for habitation and the services necessary to support large urban areas. It is no longer advisable nor acceptable to continue to expand our cities on the surface, encroaching on valuable agricultural land and open space. We must also find ways to be more energy efficient in every aspect of our societies. Effective use of underground space can provide the space necessary to accommodate larger populations and the services necessary for their support in existing urban areas we can also find new ways to utilize underground facilities to improve urban efficiency and function. Underground technology has improved dramatically in the last two decades and continues to evolve to meet a great variety of applications. The confluence of available technology, economic feasibility, and greater acceptance of underground solutions with recognition of the need to change the ways we build and use out urban areas and their surrounding environment indicates that we are witnessing only the beginning of appropriate and innovative use of underground space future generations will indeed 'Think deep'.

The purpose of this study was to analyze the Site layout of Buddhist Architicture by water space of landscape architecture. As a result, the following fact is identified; We knew that land scape of Buddhist Architecture is intentional device. Example from the Tong-do Temple, it leads cleary the intention of water-space. The case of Tong-do Temple, water space is divided into Yeon-ji(lotus pond) and the Yeong-gi(shadow pond) and Gye-ryu(mountain stream). The viewing intention of Gu-Ryong-ji where Yong-ji the construction intention characteristic is positive it was intended there is a possibility of knowing. From the research which it sees it is limited in case of the Tong-do Temple tries to search a concrete instance. but on this outside many multiple architectural space uses water space and It creates the space where it leads the harmony of architecture and intention it was plentifully included.

Recently, many nations are operating and developing Global Navigation Satellite System (GNSS). Also, Satellite Based Augmentation System (SBAS), which uses the geostationary orbit, is operated presently in order to improve the performance of GNSS. The most widely-used SBAS is Wide Area Augmentation System (WAAS) of GPS developed by the United States. SBAS uses various algorithms to offer guaranteed accuracy, availability, continuity and integrity to its users. There is algorithm for guarantees the integrity of the satellite. This algorithm calculates the satellite errors, generates the correction and provides it to the users. The satellite orbit errors are calculated in three-dimensional space in this step. The reference placement is crucial for this three-dimensional calculation of satellite orbit errors. The wider the reference placement becomes, the wider LOS vectors spread, so the more the accuracy improves. For the next step, the regional features of the US and Korea need to be analyzed. Korea has a very narrow geographic features compared to the US. Hence, there may be a problem if the three-dimensional space method of satellite orbit error calculation is used without any modification. This paper suggests a method which uses scalar values to calculate satellite orbit errors instead of using three-dimensional space. Also, this paper proposes the feasibility for this method for a narrow area. The suggested method uses the scalar value, which is a projection of orbit errors on the LOS vector between a reference and a satellite. This method confirms the change in errors according to the baseline distance between Korea and America. The difference in the error change is compared to present the feasibility of the proposed method.

The Korea Astronomy and Space Science Institute (KASI) plans to develop a coronagraph in collaboration with the National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA), to be installed on the International Space Station (ISS). It uses multiple filters to obtain simultaneous measurements of electron density, temperature, and velocity within a single instrument. The primary science goal is to understand the physical conditions in the solar wind acceleration region, and the secondary goal is to enable and validate the next generation of space weather science models. The planned launch in 2022 provides great potential for synergy with other solar space missions such as Solar Orbiter and Parker Solar Probe.
