  • 최근 공간에 대한 사회과학연구는 권력과 억압, 자원분배 등 권력관계 분석에 토대를 둔 사회적 공간 개념에 기초하여 공간에 작동하는 사회적 관계를 변화시키는 데에 초점을 두어왔다. 그러나 인간을 둘러싼 환경의 중요성을 강조해온 사회복지에서는 정작 현대 공간학에 대한 이해를 담보하지 못하고 공간을 중성적이고 추상적인 차원에서 이해해 온 경향이 있다. 이에 본 연구에서는 대표적인 공간사회학자인 Lefebvre의 사회적 공간이론을 중심으로 이 시대의 공간담론을 정리하고, 그 내용에 근거하여 '공간기반 사회복지실천(Space-based Social Work Practice)'의 개념정립을 시도하였으며, 실제 사회복지 현장사례를 통해 공간기반 사회복지실천의 적용가능성을 검토해 보았다. 이러한 결과를 토대로 공간기반 사회복지 실천이 대안적 방법론으로 가질 수 있는 함의를 논하고 그 실천적 방향을 제시하였다.

  • 임대주택단지는 저소득 계층에게 주거의 안정적 공급을 위해 조성되는 단지로서 주거복지측면에서 우리사회에서 갖는 의미가 크며, 지속적인 논란과 관심의 대상이 되어 왔으며, 저소득계층의 거주환경에 대한 관심 등으로 이슈가 되어 왔다. 또한 임대주택단지는 주거사와 궤를 같이하며 발전해 왔으나 저소득계층의 삶의 질 측면에서는 일반 공급 주거와 상당한 차이를 보이며, 이는 궁극적으로 소득계층에 따른 누려야 하는 삶의 질에 대한 권리문제로 논란이 지속되고 있다. 본 연구를 위해 총 6곳의 임대주택단지 답사를 실시하였으며, 시설이용성과 물리적 환경에 대한 조사를 실시하였다. 시설의 이용은 단지의 물리적 환경에 대한 배치계획에 영향을 받으며, 특히 단지의 주진입과 주변 단지와의 관계 등에 영향을 받고 있다. 또한 커뮤니티 공간의 디자인과 시설계획의 정도에 따라 이용자의 이용성에 영향을 미치는 것으로 파악되었으며, 커뮤니티 시설의 복합적 기능 확보를 통해 이용자 요구를 수용할 필요성을 확인하였다.

청주 도시한옥 주공간의 변용에 나타난 지속적 요소에 관한 연구 (Sustainable Elements in Transformation of Dwelling Space of Urban Traditional Houses in Cheongju City of Korea)

  • The purpose of this study is to investigate the present status of dwelling spaces and deduct sustainable elements in transformation of them by comparing the restored drawings with the surveyed drawings focused on traditional houses that exist in the urban area of cheongju city in Korea. In alteration and extension of these traditional houses, scale of a private room became larger as it has been connected and expanded, the exterior main hall (Daecheong) became the interior living room, and the conventional kitchen was westernized and changed from K type to DK or LDK type. The toilet located at outside was installed by the attached aisle (Toetgan) inside and the existing room. The extension was completed with equipments, storage space, and rental accommodation. The conservative and sustainable elements in the various transformation of them are as follows. Firstly, it was to maintain 3 rooms such as main room (anbang)-main hall (daecheong)-detached room (gunnunbang). Secondly, it was to sustain the circulation of kitchen and arrangement of the - type worktable even though it was westernized. Thirdly, extension of storage space was completed less than 600 mm within the eaves. Although there were functionally and structurally many changes in 18 houses, 4 houses had maintained wooden floor of main hall, 5 houses long planked wooden floor of the attached aisle, and 12 houses rafter ceiling of the main hall and the attached aisle.

  • Social welfare center is a representation agency in the local welfare system to provide the local residents with necessary services directly. The purpose of this study is to give the fundamental materials for space program in terms of planning a social welfare center by means of analyzing spatial arrangement of each section in senior welfare activity. The structure of the social welfare center should be adopted to the reality and the center of local should pay attention to enhance the quality of life in elderly. As the aspects of the programs, distinctive program should be designed. To do so, social welfare center should be adjusted to the local situation and get flexibility on operating in the local level. Each program in senior welfare activity should be connected in the spatial organization and various space should be provided in desire of elderly. So the section of dining room and medical rehabilitation is a places mostly for the elderly. Multipurpose space for the interest and leisure and the space of the senior education facility are provided in social welfare center.

공동주택 세대외부창고의 활성화 방안을 위한 사례 연구 (A Case Study on Active Usage of the Storage Space Outside Housing Unit of Residential Complex)

  • This study aims to analyze the cases of storage space outside housing unit and propose the activation plan. The issue of storage in residential complex has continued to be reported. This is more salient due to the recent preference trend for small houses, the constant increase of living goods and the limitation of the available space inside housing unit. Although more apartment houses are trying to have individual storage in the exterior space to address these issues, there is still a paucity of the related studies and more studies are required. In this study, we conducted on-site investigation and user interview of each case to propose active usage of the storage space outside housing unit. Result of this study shows that the most crucial factor to improve is 'accessibility' in order to activate the storage space. Storage room should be located close to each household or the individual parking space. The second factor is the size and the structure of the storage room. The sufficient space for keeping and taking large objects out are required. The front of the storage room should have a clogged structure to insure privacy. The third is the provision of suitable support programs such as the system that occupants can check remotely what items are in their storage rooms, garage sale, laundry service, auto cleaning system and rental program. Those programs are required for efficient management and activation of space. Another requirement is to improve environmental factors which include maintenance of optimal temperature and humidity, automatic ventilation system, control of individual lights, and security enhancement. Based on the results of the survey, we provide basic data which can be used for practical space planning to activate exterior storage space of the housing unit. Further surveys are required to develop this study by obtaining more data for generalization.

  • The present state of possesion of durable consumer's goods in on family in Korean is could be similar with that of about 25 years ago in Japan. Korea meet a period of high rate of economic growth, Japan had already experienced this 25 years ago. It would be important to predict and plan the storage space in the planning house since purchase of durable consummers' goods increase greatly as the rapid economic growth. In order to grasp the dweller's way of thinking and an attitude of living in small size house in Japan, questionaire owe prepared focusing on the "small space", possession of excess living goods and dweller's state of living. From the analysis of the answers for questionaire, the result is as follows. (1) Most of dweller's conclude that the reason of the disorder in their house is that their house in too small, so that they think the part of thier living goods must be disposed. This concept is also available even when they buy new living goods. (2) Disposal of living goods not in use, restraint of buying those are considered inevitable. In addition, changing of place of furnitures is also introduced. (3) The dweller living under 50m2 area dosen's not consider the disorder the house by the living goods. they have interest in how the tradition could be kept their home.

  • 최근 대형쇼핑몰이 들어서며 변화의 과정에서 과다하고, 원칙과 기준에서 벗어난 임대료 인상으로 많은 선의의 임차인들이 피해를 보는 경우도 다수 발생하고 있으며, 경쟁 입찰로 인한 임대시장의 교란을 초래하여 왜곡을 유발하고 있어 적정 임대료 산정에 대한 연구 분석이 시급히 요구되고 있는 실정이다. 이와 같은 상황으로 볼 때 현재 활용되고 있는 길별 기준가격과 주요 거점과의 관계, 보행량을 감안한 임대료를 산정한다면 앞으로 임대료 분쟁에 큰 도움이 될 수 있으리라 판단된다.

부산연제우체국청사 조경설계 (Landscape Design of Busan Yeonje Post Office)

  • This design is for the landscape of Busan Yeonje Post Office. The design requirements were: the preparation of an open space, the expression of regional identity, total design concept, and application of environmentally-friendly materials. The Busan Yeonje Post Office is not a just post office building but also a place for people including a communications center, rental offices, and a post office, facilities which require publicity, functionality, and symbolism. Therefore, this design reflected the design requirements, and considered the following to include the theme of "Pleasant messages and a pleasant post office with vitality and comfort. First, the open space was to be increased in the adjacent public vacant lot and street park by pulling back the construction line. In this way, the publicity, accessibility, and spatiality of the prepared open space were strengthened. Second, a sense of place for the landscape was expressed through the image of a wave representing Busan, a coastal town. Recognition of the space was strengthened, while regional identity and the concept of transmission of information were expressed. In addition, Citrus junos Sieb., representing 'Happy news' was Planted as a symbolic tree to denote a meaningful resting Place. Third, with respect to the design of reception facilities, considering the general purposes of the construction, post office stamps, envelopes, and postal delivery persons were portrayed on the walls, decorative walls, and environmental formations respectively The flooring was decorated with stamps and waves in keeping with of the total design concept. Fourth, to select environmentally-friendly materials, soil block and eco-grass block were introduced as major paving materials, and folk kinds of trees were included on site. According to the aforesaid plans, the researcher attempted to convert the public agency and office space characterized by feelings of dullness and rigidity into a soft and vivid outdoor space. It is expected that the location will be an open place in the downtown area and be recognized as a 'shared' space for citizens of Yeonje-gu.

지하철 역사 내부 상업공간 활성화 방향 (Direction for the Revitalization of Commercial Space in the Subway Stations)

  • 역사 내부 상업공간은 역별 활성화 정도 차이가 심화되어져 가고 있다. 본 연구는 역사 내부 상업공간은 공적 관리가 필요하다는 전제하에 역사 내부 상업공간의 활성화에 영향을 주는 요소를 찾고자 하였다. 이를 위해 AHP 기법을 통해 활성화 지표의 중요도를 도출하였다. 도출된 활성화 지표의 중요도를 적용하여 서울 260개 역을 대상으로 역별 활성화 순위와 지역별, 지표별 특성을 분석하였다. 분석 결과 생활권, 자치구별 활성화 정도의 차이가 크며, 활성화에 영향이 큰 요인으로는 유동인구와 승하차 인원임을 알 수 있었다.

  • 2017년 공공도서관 메이커스페이스 조성과 운영 현황조사를 위하여 공공도서관 사서를 대상으로 공간과 프로그램 운영현황을 조사하였다. 공간사항으로는 전용공간의 개방여부, 장비대여여부, 공간이용횟수, 관리비용, 운영인력과 어려운 점을 조사하였다. 프로그램 사항으로는 프로그램 종류, 운영장소, 참여자연령대, 시간대, 예산 등에 관하여 조사하였다. 조사결과 장비, 공간부족, 인력 면에서 어려움을 겪고 있는 것으로 조사 분석되었다. 이를 통한 정책 제언사항으로는 전용공간의 명칭에 대한 논의와 통일화, 전용공간의 면적, 비용, 장비 등에 대한 가이드라인이 필요함을 제안하였다. 또한 중장기 계획과 전문가그룹을 통하여 자문이 지속적으로 이루어지기를 제언하였다.
