Eye-tracking 연구: SPA 브랜드 확장에 대한 소비자 지각 과정 (An Eye-tracking Study: Consumer Perceptual Processing of SPA Brand Extensions)

  • 최근 국내 의류 시장에서 SPA 브랜드의 급격한 성장을 기반으로 관련 업체들이 기존 의류 이외에 다른 종류의 다양한 제품(SPA 브랜드 확장)을 출시하는 추세이다. 이와 같은 추세 이면의 심리적 기제를 알아보기 위해서 본 연구는 SPA 브랜드 확장에 대한 소비자 정보 처리 과정을 개념적으로 (1) SPA 브랜드 확장과 원 SPA 브랜드 간의 유사성 지각과 (2) 평가(태도와 구입의향)로 구분하였다. 이후 가상의 3종류 SPA 브랜드 확장(저, 중, 고 유사성 조건)에 대한 소비자의 유사성 지각 과정과 평가를 각각 아이트래커와 자기 보고식 설문지를 이용해 측정하였다. 통계 분석 결과, SPA 브랜드 확장의 유사성 지각 과정에서 외적 정보 탐색량과 정보 처리 수준은 '중>저>고 유사성 조건' 순으로 차이를 보였다. 또한 SPA 브랜드 확장에 대한 태도와 구입의향은 '고=중>저 유사성 조건' 순으로 높은 것으로 나타났다. 이와 같은 결과는 SPA 브랜드 확장에 대한 평가가 유사성 지각 정도와 유사성 지각 과정에서 투입된 인지적 노력량에 영향을 받는다는 점을 제안한다.

  • This study explored the degree of cognition, purchasing experience and attitudes towards SPA brand attributes. This study examined the differences in variables and demographic characteristics against appearance interest groups. A questionnaire survey collected data from November $1^{st}$ and $15^{th}$ 2012. The convenience sample was drawn from females between the ages of 20 and 39 who lived in the Daegu and Gyeongbuk regions of South Korea. A total of 255 responses were complete and usable questionnaires. Data were tested through factor analysis, t-test, and ${\chi}^2$ test using SPSS 21.0. The results show that there were significant group differences in the cognition and purchasing experience of SPA brands and the attitudes towards SPA brand attributes. The high appearance interest group was more aware of SPA brands and evaluated SPA brand attributes more positively and bought more SPA brand products than the low appearance interest group. The high appearance interest group showed that domestic brands were excellent in low price among brand attributes but foreign brands were relatively excellent in various design and store display. There was a significant difference in educational level between appearance interest groups; however, there were no significant differences in age, marital status, and income level group. This study contributes to basic information for the SPA brand buying behavior research field and apparel industry marketing strategy by analyzing the relationship among appearance interest, cognition, SPA brand purchasing experience and SPA brand attribute attitudes.

RESTful API를 위한 SPA ViewModel 변환 (SPA ViewModel Transformation for RESTful API)

  • SPA(Single-Page Application)는 RESTful API와 통신을 위해 데이터의 변환을 필요로 한다. BFF(Backend for Frontend) 패턴은 이 변환을 서버에서 처리하고 있으나 통신 횟수를 증가시키고 개발과 배포를 어렵게 하는 문제가 있다. 본 연구에서는 SPA의 ViewModel과 RESTful API의 모델을 SPA에서 직접 매핑하는 아키텍처를 제안한다. 제안한 아키텍처는 RESTful API의 문서 모델인 OpenAPI 사양을 이용하여 RESTful API 모델과 ViewModel 간의 매핑 모델을 자동 생성한다. SPA의 통신 컴포넌트는 생성된 모델을 이용하여 RESTful API 데이터와 ViewModel을 자동 변환한다. 사례 연구를 통해 기존 BFF 방식과 비교한 결과 제안한 아키텍처는 BFF에 비해 높은 개발 생산성을 보였고 부하테스트 결과 BFF에 비해 약 6 %이상 낮은 서버 CPU 점유율을 기록하였다.

SPA 브랜드의 마케팅 성공요인 탐색 -근거이론을 중심으로- (Exploratory Study on the Success Factors of SPA Brands from Marketing Perspectives -Based on Grounded Theory-)

  • The fashion industry has been rearranged by Global SPA brands (like ZARA and H&M), which are powerful retailers that integrate the value chain ranging from manufacturing to sales. SPA brands can offer good quality of clothing at a reasonable price by cutting the margin between the supply chain. They are also called fast fashions since they make expedited efforts to respond to market trends and consumers. Despite the slow growth of the fashion industry in Korea, as global SPA brands rapidly expand market share, traditional fashion companies have launched several SPA brands such as MIXXO and SPAO (E-LAND), 8SECONDS (CHEIL INDUSTRIES). The few academic studies on this subject are focused on the analysis of secondary data such as news and books. The current research is qualitative and empirical attempts to explore the success factor of SPA brands with analysis of 1:1 in-depth interviews with experts who have worked for global SPAs such as Uniqlo, H&M, and ZARA, based on the grounded theory. The main phenomenon was shown to be that global SPA brands were popular since they offer a variety of products with a large assortment at reasonable and cheap prices in a large scale and multifunctional retail store. Most of them displayed main phenomena that can be realized due to the purchasing cycle of clothing that is shorter with consumers' regarding clothing as consumables. Global SPA brands had three types of marketing strategy: sellable product, sales strategy according to consumer response, and multifunctional stores. Each global SPA brand developed marketing strategies based on core competency and national conditions. The three success factors shorten the consumer decision making process of clothing. This study concludes with implications for practitioners of SPA brands born in Korea.

IP분석에 의한 온천관광지 선택속성 평가 연구 (A Study on the Evaluation of Selection Attributes of Spa Destination by IPA)

  • 본 연구는 중요도-성취도 분석에 의한 온천관광지의 선택속성에 대한 중요도 및 성취도 평가 그리고 선택속성 중요도의 차이 분석에 목적이 있었다. 연구대상인 유성 온천관광지 방문객을 대상으로 온천관광지 선택속성에 대한 실증분석을 실시하였으며, 분석결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 32개 선택속성에 대한 요인분석결과 5개 요인('온천 및 부대시설', '온천관광지 주변여건', '친절 추천의사', '온천수' 및 '온천비용')이 추출되었다. 둘째, 온천관광지의 선택속성별 중요도 및 성취도에 대한 평균값의 차이에 대한 검정 결과, 통계적으로 유의하였으며, '온천 및 부대시설' 요인, '친절 추천의사' 요인, '온천비용' 요인, '온천관광지 주변여건' 및 '온천수'의 순위로 평균값의 차이가 큰 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, IP분석에 의한 온천관광지 선택속성 평가결과, I사분면('지속적 노력필요')에 9개, II사분면('과잉노력 지양')에 4개, III사분면('우선시정 필요')에 7개 그리고 IV사분면('저 우선순위')에 12개의 선택속성이 위치하고 있는 것으로 나타났다.

Clinical experience with single-port access laparoscopic cystectomy and myomectomy

  • Objective: This study was performed to assess our clinical experience with single-port access (SPA) laparoscopic cystectomy and myomectomy and the surgical outcomes of those procedures at our institution. Methods: The authors evaluated the surgical outcomes of SPA laparoscopic cystectomy in 293 patients and SPA laparoscopic myomectomy in 246 patients. The surgical outcomes comprised operation time, the amount of blood loss during the operation, the change in hemoglobin (before and after the operation), the change in hematocrit (before and after the operation), switching to the multi-port access method, complications, transfusions, and the duration of the postoperative hospital stay. Results: The Pearson correlation coefficient and the Spearman correlation coefficient between the operation time and the amount of blood loss were 0.312 and 0.321 for SPA laparoscopic cystectomy, respectively, and 0.706 and 0.674 for SPA laparoscopic myomectomy, respectively. The drops in hemoglobin and hematocrit were $1.33{\pm}0.78g/dL$ and $4.14%{\pm}2.45%$, respectively, in SPA laparoscopic cystectomy, while the corresponding figures were $1.34{\pm}1.13g/dL$ and $4.17%{\pm}3.24%$ in SPA laparoscopic myomectomy, respectively. Conclusion: This study reported the surgical outcomes of SPA laparoscopic cystectomy and myomectomy and compared them to previously published findings on traditional laparoscopic cystectomy and myomectomy. No significant differences were found in the surgical outcomes between SPA and traditional laparoscopic cystectomy and myomectomy.

Effects of Sodium Polyacrylate and Phytase-Supplemented Diet on Performance and Phosphorus Retention in Chicks

  • Two experiments were conducted to evaluate the effects of addition of sodium polyacrylate (SPA) to a phytasesupplemented diet on the performance and phosphorus (P) retention of chicks. In experiment 1, chicks were randomly allocated to four dietary treatments which were fed from 7 to 21 days of age: i) basal diet (low nonphytate phosphorus (0.23% NPP)); ii) basal with 250 U/kg diet of phytase; iii) as (ii) with 2.5 g/kg diet of SPA; and iv) as (ii) with 5.0 g/kg diet of SPA. In experiment 2, three replicates, each with three chicks, were fed from 7 to 28 days of age the basal diet (0.23% NPP) with supplementation of phytase (0, 300, 600, 900 U/kg diet) and SPA (0, 2.5 g/kg diet) in a $4{\times}2$ factorial arrangement. In Experiment 1, feed efficiency was improved and excreted P was 10% less with phytase supplementation. However, the addition of SPA did not affect performance or P excretion. Dietary SPA supplementation to the diets showed significantly higher amounts of P retention, and highest values were observed in chicks fed 2.5 g/kg of the SPA-supplemented diet. In Experiment 2, feed efficiency was improved with phytase supplementation, and the addition of SPA showed significant improvement in feed efficiency. Excreted P was significantly lower in chicks fed SPA-supplemented diets, and the retained P coefficient improved with SPA supplementation. In conclusion, the increased transit time of digesta with suitable supplementation levels of SPA may allow phytase activity to be more effective in the degradation of phytate, and improve P retention.

SPA0355 prevents ovariectomy-induced bone loss in mice

  • Estrogen withdrawal in post-menopausal women leads to overactivation of osteoclasts, which contributes to the development of osteoporosis. Inflammatory cytokines are known as one of mechanisms of osteoclast activation after estrogen deficiency. SPA0355 is a thiourea derivative that has been investigated for its antioxidant and anti-inflammatory activities. However, its efficacy in bone resorption has not been previously investigated. The aim of this study was to investigate the impact of SPA0355 on the development of osteoporosis and to explore its mode of action. In vitro experiments showed that SPA0355 inhibited receptor activator of $NF-{\kappa}B$ ligand (RANKL)-induced osteoclastogenesis in primary bone marrow-derived macrophages. This effect appears to be independent of estrogen receptor activation as ICI 180,782 failed to abrogate its effects on osteoclasts. Further signaling studies revealed that SPA0355 suppressed activation of the MAPKs, Akt, and $NF-{\kappa}B$ pathways. SPA0355 also increased osteoblastic differentiation, as evidenced by its effects on alkaline phosphatase activity and mineralization nodule formation. Intraperitoneal administration of SPA0355 to ovariectomized mice prevented bone loss, as verified by three-dimensional images and bone morphometric parameters derived from ${\mu}CT$ analysis. Noticeably, SPA0355 did not show hepatotoxicity and nephrotoxicity and also had little effect on hematological parameters. Taken together, the results indicate that SPA0355 may protect against bone loss in ovariectomized mice by stimulation of osteoblast differentiation and by inhibition of osteoclast resorption. Therefore, SPA0355 is a safe and potential candidate for management of postmenopausal osteoporosis.

Generally, the SPA brand emphasizes the low price strategy against the quality. 5. The promotion strategies are focused on conducting various unique and high sensible VMDs, fashion shows, star marketing, campaigns, aggressive publicity, magazine & outdoor advertisement and various events through the internet website, etc. 6. The place (distribution) strategies of SPA brand are focused on launching into global, expanding number of stores, increasing large-sized stores and diversifying the forms of store and selling.

SPA에 안전한 Unsigned Left-to-Right 리코딩 방법 (SPA-Resistant Unsigned Left-to-Right Receding Method)

  • Vuillaume-Okeya는 스칼라 모듈러 지수승 연산에서 SPA공격에 안전한 리코딩 방법을 제안하였다. 제안한 방법은 역원 연산의 비용이 큰 RSA 또는 DSA 같은 시스템에서 효율적으로 구성 될 수 있게 비밀키의 표현을 0을 포함하지 않는 양의 디짓 셋 ${1,2,{\cdots},2^{\omega}-1}$을 이용해 리코딩 하였다. 제안된 방법은 비밀키의 최하위 비트부터 스캔하면서 리코딩하는 Right-to-Left기법이다. 따라서 지수승 연산 전에 리코딩이 연산되고 그 결과를 저장하는 추가적인 공간이 필요하게 된다. 본 논문은 Left-to-Right 방향으로 수행하는 새로운 리코딩 방법들을 제안한다. 본 논문에서 제안하는 방법은 (1) 일반적으로 윈도우 크기가 ${\omega}$인 SPA에 안전한 부호가 없는 Left-to-Right리코딩 방법이고 (2) 윈도우 크기 ${\omega}=1$(즉, {1,2}로 구성된 부호가 없는 이진 표현)인 경우는 일반적인 윈도우 크기 ${\omega}$에 제안된 기법보다 훨씬 간단하게 변형할 수 있다. 또한 (3) 제안된 리코딩 방법은 부호가 없는 comb 방법에도 적용하여 SPA에 안전하게 수행할 수 있고, (4) 기수가 ${\gamma}$인 경우에도 확장하여 SPA에 안전하게 대응할 수 있다. 본 논문에서 제안한 Left-to-Right리코딩 기법들은 메모리의 제약을 받는 장비인 스마트 카드, 센서 노드에 적합하다.
