Background: This study aimed to identify the role of dental hygienists in exchanges between North and South Korea to lower gaps in the level of dental healthcare between the two countries by conducting a Delphi survey with specialists and identifying alternative policies regarding the utilization of dental hygienists in such exchanges. Methods: Two Delphi surveys were conducted with the participation of nine specialists, and descriptive statistical analyses including mean and standard deviation were performed on the collected data. Results: Among methods of exchange and cooperation regarding oral healthcare under the current North Korean medical system, the issue considered most urgent was the "establishment of oral healthcare infrastructure." The most important short-term strategy was identified as the "selection and formation of partnerships in the field of inter-Korean oral health exchange and cooperation." The mid-term strategy was identified as the "establishment of cooperation in the dental industry, centered on educational cooperation projects." The long-term strategy included "joint R&D projects, oral health surveys, and business development." In order to determine how best to use dental hygienists during inter-Korean exchanges and cooperation, the respondents placed urgency on the "establishment of joint cooperation projects for oral health promotion and early examination and the treatment of dental diseases and planning of community research projects" and "the role of oral health education and media development for residents." Conclusion: Cooperation is necessary regarding the preparation of oral healthcare exchanges that aim to encourage unity between North and South Korea and reduce the gaps between the North and South regarding oral health conditions. Therefore, continuous and reasonable discussions and research are needed regarding the utilization of dental hygienists in such exchanges.

본 연구에서는 남한과 북한의 자료를 통합하여 한반도 단위로 식량과 에너지 자원 소비량 추이를 살펴보았고, 여러 Case를 생성하여 통합 이후 한반도의 식량과 에너지 자원 소비량을 예측하고 자원 관리 방향을 제시하였다. 1990년대 이후 북한의 일인당 식량 공급량, 열량 공급량, 단백질 공급량은 모두 남한, 동아시아, 세계보다 낮으며, 동물성 식품군 공급 비중도 남한, 동아시아, 세계보다 매우 낮은 상황이다. 통합 이후 북한이 2011년 남한 수준으로 식량을 소비한다면, 2055년까지의 예상 통합 인구가 최대일 때 통합 한반도의 식량 소비량은 2011년 통합 소비량에 비해 약 25% 증가할 것으로 예상된다. 따라서 사전에 통합 이후 안정적인 식량 공급과 환경 영향 최소화를 위해 소비를 줄이고 농업 생산성을 향상시키기 위한 방안을 마련해야 한다. 북한의 에너지 소비량은 남한에 비해 매우 적으며, 지난 15년간 석탄 사용 구성비가 매우 높았다. 북한의 일인당 에너지 소비량이 2011년 남한 수준으로 증가하면, 통합 한반도의 에너지 소비량은 남한에서의 증가분을 제외하더라도 2011년 통합 한반도의 에너지 소비량에 비해 약 45% 증가할 것으로 예상된다. 따라서 에너지 소비에 의한 환경 영향을 최소화하기 위해 북한의 석탄 구성비를 줄여나가는 방향의 에너지 계획을 수립하고 에너지 설비 확충에 선진 기술 적용하는 방안을 마련해야 할 것이다.

남 북간 정상회담을 위한 서해 임시직항로가 개설된 이후부터 서울과 평양 간 직항로를 이용한 민간항공의 교류는 부정기적이며 당국자간의 필요에 의하여 계속되어 왔다. 남 북한 간의 정상적인 항공기운항은 양국 간 협의에 의하여 이루어 질수도 있고 또는 부지불식간에 예상치 못한 상태에서 이루어 질수도 있다. 본 연구는 남 북간 항공법의 차이를 비교연구 함으로써 향후 남 북한 간 민간 항공기의 정상적인 운항에 기여할 수 있는 바람직한 제도적 기틀을 마련하는데 목적이 있다. 남 북한은 혈연, 역사, 언어 등을 같이하는 분단체제이나, 남한과 북한은 법체계가 다르게 되어 있다. 남한의 법은 대륙법계의 영향을 받아 체계적인 규정형식을 취하고 있는 반면에 북한의 항공법은 사회주의법계의 영향으로 그 규정이 일반적이며 추상적인 것이 특징이다. 항공법의 법원에 있어, 남한과 북한은 모두 국제민간항공협약의 체약국으로 협약상의 규정과 권고사항을 바탕으로 제정된 결과 많은 유사점이 있으나 항공기 및 비행장등에 대한 소유권의 유무, 공법 및 공사법 체계에서 오는 항공사의 책임제도와 보험가입의무등 상이한 내용도 연구결과 도출 되었다. 그러나 북한법에 관한 연구는 자료가 매우 제한적일 뿐만 아니라 북한의 법령자체도 거의 공표되지 않고 있는 실정이기 때문에 본 연구에서는 국내에서 수집 가능한 자료를 중심으로 북한의 항공법과 남한항공법을 내용상의 차이점을 중심으로 비교 연구하였다.

In Europe side, Most of North Korean refugee lives in New Malden, Kingstone resident with South Korean and international student near London, United Kingdom (UK).The reason why dispersed around in Europe is can be issue in societies with secure problem and temporary protection status have to be accept for change the concept in international law and refugee law. their ethnicity is organized by North Korean defectors, South Korean, Korean-Chinese in the area of New Malden and Kingstone.it means small unification is going to foundation on abroad. also their solidarity of diasporic integration development would ahead. and have to organise of Coexistence between U.K and thier ethnicity. for Humanitarian way for vulnerable. But Europe is not the most welcoming place for North Koreans at the moment. The European Alliance for Human Rights in North Korea, an advocacy group, reported in 2015 that many European countries had rejected the vast majority of North Korean asylum cases. Partly this is to do with how governments view North Korean defectors: the UK "considers North Koreans as South Korean citizens, thus excluding them from refugee status".

현재까지 북한의 수학교육에 대한 이해는 문헌분석을 통한 남북 수학과 교육과정 및 교과서의 비교 연구가 주류를 이루어왔다. 이는 북한학교에서 다루어지는 수학 내용에 대한 이해를 가능하게 하나 학교 수업에서 수학을 가르치고 학습하는 방식에 대해서는 거의 알려진 바가 없다. 이에 본 연구에서는 북한에서 이루어지는 수학 수업의 모습을 이해하기 위해 수업환경, 교사의 수업 준비, 북한의 수학과 교수 학습 방법 등을 탐색하였다. 북한의 수업을 직접 관찰하기는 매우 어려우므로 현재 남한에 거주하는 탈북자 중 북한 학교에서 수학을 가르친 경험이 있는 교사를 대상으로 면담을 실시하여 제한적이나마 북한 수학 수업의 모습을 이해하고자 시도하였다. 연구결과 수학수업을 둘러싼 환경과 교사의 준비 과정뿐만 아니라 교수학습 방법 상에도 남북의 차이를 확인할 수 있었다.

In order to investigate processes and factors controlling the chemical and isotopic compositions of the Han River, seasonal studies were carried out. The North Han River was much lower in the concentrations of total dissolved solids (TDS), dissolved inorganic carbon (DIC) and major ions than the South Han River, but higher in $SiO_2$ concentration, $\delta$$^{34}$ $S_{so4}$ value and $^{87}$ Sr/$^{86}$ Sr ratio. This indicates that the chemical and isotopic compositions of the Han River were strongly controlled by the geology of their drainage basins: silicate rocks in the North Han River and carbonate rocks in the South Han River. The $\delta$$^{34}$ $S_{so4}$ values were relatively higher in the North Han River (5.90$\pm$1.46$\textperthousand$)) than in the South Han River (3.48$\pm$0.73$\textperthousand$). This implies that dissolved S $O_{4}$$^{2-}$ in the North Han River might be mostly derived from deposition of atmospheric sulfates, whereas in the South Han River from oxidation of sulfide minerals in the abandoned poly-metallic deposits and the coal-bearing sedimentary rocks distributed over the upstream as well as deposition of atmospheric sulfates. The $^{87}$ S $r^{86}$ Sr ratios in the North Han River were distinctly higher than those in the South Han River, reflecting water-rock interaction with different rock types.pes.

Korean Studies in China is centered on Korean language program and is very successful, creating and instilling positive images of Korea. In China, Korean Studies means both North Korea and South Korea and is called "Korean Studies," "Chosun Studies," "Peninsula Studies" or "Chosun Peninsula Studies." Korean Studies includes international economics, South Korea-North Korea relations, Korea-China relations, centering on international relations as well as domestic issues of South Korea and North Korea. It has continued to develop despite limitations due to South and North Koreas' domestic political situations. However, changing in Korea-China relations is an important factor in expansion of Korean Studies. According to the time period, subjects and the areas of studies vary, significantly affecting the results. Despite the fact that Korean Studies in China has experienced identity crisis, it continues to maintain Chinese perspective, endeavoring to form Chinese Studies School. It is developing to promote friendship and cooperation between the two countries as well as to enhance economic ties. Presently researching on Korean Studies and Korean language education in China is influenced by practical motives and needs, rather than pure academic purposes. This study analyzes what Korean Studies in China means and how it has progressed. After examining Chinese scholars' identities and differences in their approaches, I plan to propose the direction for Korean Studies in China.

The purpose of this study was to improve the understanding of the essential experience of Separated Families in South and North Korea in a socio-cultural context and to explore their post-separation adjustment process from the perspective of the families. Major findings in this study are summarized as follows. First, 'han' was the central phenomenon that the participants experienced following their separation. Second, the core issue in the process of post-separation adjustment was 'accepting the separation and rearrangement of reality for reunion', and over time the participants went through four stages in their adjustment process: the stage of being overwhelmed, the stage of conflict, the stage of awareness, and the stage of acceptance. Third, the main factors affecting the participants' adjustment were supportive systems, available resources(individual variables) and interaction with other separated families. fourth, four types were observed in the typology of adjustment and reunion of the participants.

본 연구는 북한이탈주민의 자기효능감이 그들의 남한사회문화적응에 어떤 영향을 미치는지 살펴보았다. 이를 위하여 인천, 서울, 안산, 원주에 거주하는 북한이탈주민 209명을 대상으로 설문조사하였다. 연구결과 북한이탈주민은 남한사회에서 거주기간이 길어질수록, 연령이 낮아질수록 남한사회에 대한 언어나 문화적인 측면에서 이질감이 낮게 나타났다. 반면, 나이나 거주기간이 탈북이주민의 낮은 사회적 지위에 대한 지각, 차별감 및 편견을 극복하는데 사회적응에 영향을 미치지 못하는 것으로 나타났다. 즉 북한이탈주민은 남한에 오랜 기간 거주해도 그들에 대한 차별감이나 편견을 극복하지 못하며 대부분 살아가고 있음을 알 수 있었다. 북한이탈주민이 남한사회에서 사회문화적응에 가장 높은 영향을 미치는 요인은 개인의 내적요인인 자기효능감임이 밝혀졌다. 이 자기효능감은 남한사회에서 사회문화적응뿐만 아니라 경제적 적응을 하기 위해 필요한 자신의 능력과 업무에 대한 유능감에 영향을 주어 그들이 사회현장에서 자신감을 가지고 생활하게 하며 이밖에 외부의 다양한 스트레스를 극복해 가면서 나아갈 수 있도록 작용하고 있음이 검증되었다.

The purpose of this thesis is to help the teachers in school to widen the knowledge and to understand the North Korean society by comparative analysis of South and North Korean elementary school's mathematics education process and text books. It is needless to say that we need to have more knowledge and understanding about North Korea as the international and national situation is changing so rapidly these days. One of the most effective ways to understand North Korea is to understand their education. So, 1 wrote this thesis as a way of getting ready for the united Korea by knowing mathematics texts and their system, composition, contents of elementary school in North Korea If this little try is going to be a help in anyway, I will try to do a better study in future.
