유지관리 성능중심의 층간차음재 개발 및 적용효과 분석 (Development and application effect analysis of sound insulation materials between floors focusing on maintenance performance)

  • Inter-floor noise in an apartment building is a serious problem that causes conflicts between tenants. Accordingly, there are various attempts to solve this problem, but it is not easy to find a clear solution. Therefore, in this study, a soundproofing material between floors was developed that can improve the sagging that occurs after construction. And as a result of testing the developed interlayer soundproofing material, both light weight and weight were grade 1. And it was analyzed that maintenance performance could be improved with integrated structural characteristics.

표면에 다수의 구멍을 뚫고 차단 주파수 영역의 선택이 가능한 풍압저감형 방음벽 (Wind Pressure Reducing Soundproof Wall Which Has Many Holes on the Surface and Selectable Stop-Frequency Ranges)

  • 파동의 에돌이와 공명식 머플러 원리를 이용하여 통풍형 방음을 구현하고 그 이론을 설명하였다. 이 방음기술은 차단하고자 하는 주파수영역의 선택이 가능하다. 방음벽을 이중으로 만들고 그 사이를 비워, 방음벽의 구멍을 통해 들어온 음파가 내부에서 공진하여 소멸되도록 하였다. 두께 8cm인 공진통마다 직경 5cm의 공기구멍을 2개씩 뚫고 실험한 결과 넓은 주파수영역대서 평균 25dB정도의 차음효과가 있었다. 일본 컴넥스사의 산란에 의한 투과손실만 있는 경우와의 차음효과를 비교한 결과 같은 통풍능력인 경우에 적어도 10dB이상 차음효과가 높았다. 또한 컴넥스사의 기술은 차음주파수 영역을 선택할 수 없다는 한계가 있었다.

  • Recently Among indoor noises plumbing noise from supply and drain water pipe is being pointed out as a annoying noise following to floor impact noise, and it is increasing the rate to point the noise due to the following several reasons: water pressure, vibration by fabricated structures and direct noise propagation from upper floor through ceiling This study aims to analyse the characteristics of toilet stool plumbing noise in apartment bathroom which are generated by crossing plumbings and elbows. And it analyse the effect of noise reduction by soundproofing and insulations which are covered at crossing plumbings. And also analyse the characteristics of noise about a type of elbows, crossing plumbing and result of dB(A). At last it provide a fundamental data for the purpose of reduction of plumbing noise in apartment.

  • After rapid running is begun in domestic, problem by the train wind that was not considered at existent train running appeared. If the High-Speed railway business speed rises by 350km/h in the future, is going to become more big issue. This study conducts an experiment that measure in local about KTX train beside Gyeongbu High-Speed railway track about aerodynamics effect that happen by passage of train and analyzed. In case KTX II runs with the 350km/h speed, forecasted effect that get in the simple vertical surfaces parallel to tracks according to distance from rail center. Compared construction size with structural analysis in case do not consider with case that consider the train wind about soundproofing walls representatively. As a result, proposed wind load standard that apply at soundproofing walls design.

초등학교 특별교실 활용 및 환경 평가 (The Physical Environment Evaluation and Utilization of Extra Activity Classrooms in the Elementary School)

  • The Purpose of this paper was to study the uses of the extra activity classroom of elementary school and the satisfaction of the students. The SPSS 10.0 for windows was used to analyze data collected from 397 elementary school students in Kunsan and Seocheon. The results were as follows: (1) More than 2/3 students have experienced special activities. The extra activity classroom was not effectively used showing less than one or two hours use a week for the lecture and extra activities. (2) Generally the students were satisfied at the condition of extra activity classroom, but dissatisfied with the degree of the independence, of deterioration, and of safety while moving. That is because the building and its equipment were old, and soundproofing and safety establishments were not well equipped. (3) There was difference between schools. Students at city had more satisfaction than at county. (4) The most important item of extra activity classroom was esthetics followed by function, safeness. and healthiness. It shows that the important item is being moved to esthetics and healthiness from function of extra activity classroom.

  • 발파를 통한 암반 굴착작업은 폭약의 폭발 시 발생하는 충격압과 가스압을 이용하여 암석을 파괴하며, 폭원으로 부터 3차원적으로 전파되어온 충격압에 의한 충격파는 발파에 의한 에너지의 $0.5{\sim}20%$가 탄성파의 형태로 균열대 외부의 지반속으로 전파되면서 공기매체를 타고 전달되는 것이 발파소음이다. 발파소음은 공기의 진동에 의한 음파 가운데 가청범위 ($20{\sim}20000Hz$)의 주파수를 갖는 충격성 소음으로 인체 감응에 의해 영향이 제기되는 것으로, 정신적 고통에 의한 민원발생으로 공사정지, 발파규모 축소 등으로 발파작업에 지장을 주고 있다. 본 연구는 터널발파작업에 따른 발파소음 저감을 위해 현장마다 설치하고 있는 방음시설의 설치시기와 설치방법 그리고 재질에 대하여 현장시공 사례를 통하여 고찰하였다.

Characteristics of noise generated during treatment in dental clinic

  • 본 연구는 치과병원에서 진료 시 발생하는 소음특성을 NR-곡선, PSIL에 적용하여 소음수준 및 적절한 대화거리를 산정한 결과를 제시하고자 실시하였다. 치과병원에서 치료 시 소음특성을 분석한 결과 소음에 의한 건강 보존한계 값인 60dB(A)을 초과하고 고주파 성분의 소음도가 높은 것으로 분석되었다. NR곡선에 적용하여 평가한 결과 일부 치료 시 작업장 소음기준을 초과하고 근무자와 환자 사이에 이루어지는 대화에 대한 회화방해도 수준을 분석한 결과 보통크기의 소리일 경우 0.13m~0.42m, 큰 소리일 경우 0.26m~0.85m 정도 인 것으로 분석되어 환자와 근무자 간의 정확한 의사전달을 위하여 가급적 1m 이내의 거리에서 대화가 이루어지는 것이 바람직 할 것으로 판단된다. 병원의 의료서비스 질의 향상을 도모하고 치과공포를 감소시키기 위하여 근무자에게 방음보호구를 지급하고 소음 발생원(진료 시 사용되는 치료기기) 및 수음원(환자 및 근무자)에 대한 방음대책도 필요 할 것으로 판단된다.

도로경관의 자연환경성 모형 -교외지역 국도를 중심으로- (A Model of Environmental Naturalness for Roadscape - Focused on the National Road in Suburb Areas -)

  • This study was attempted to review the information data for minimizing the destruction of environmental naturalness and the visual damage of landscape from road construction by establishing a model of environmental naturalness for national roads in the suburb areas to suggest an answer to a research question, ' hat does decide the environmental naturalness of roadscape?'. We found that 1) The road-side slope showed no statistical significance in the description of environmental naturalness of roadscape, but the fact that the road-side slope from road construction is the destruction of natural topography cannot be overlooked. 2) In terms of the direction of value variations for independent variables, signboard and telegraph post, soundproofing and protection wall, structure, and building acted toward negative (-) direction, while mountains, sky, road trees, fields, and surrounding green including the road-side slope acted toward positive(+) direction. 3) The variable with highest relative contribution to dependent variables among independent variables is building, which has importance as many as 148 times of road-side slope, while the variable road-side slope has the least importance. Building has the importance of 7.22 times, mountains 5.51 times, road trees 2.59 times, surrounding green 2.54 times, structure 2.41 times, signboard and telegraph post 2.37 times, soundproofing and protection wall 2.20 times, and sky 1.32 times of the fields as a standard criterion values 1.

대구지역 경부선 철도주변의 소음실태와 특성 (The Actual Conditions and Characteristics of Railroad Noise Level in Taegu Area in the Seoul-Pusan Line)

  • We investigated and analysed the actual conditions and characteristics of railroad noise levels for 17 sites in the vicinity of the Seoul-Pusan Line. The results i,we summarized as follows : 11 Railroad noise level ranged to 64 ~ 74 $L_{eq}$ dB(A) at day time and ranged to 60 ~ 72 $L_{eq}$ dB(A) at night time. 21 Increased night noise level depend on the increase of trains passing at night time. 31 The major factor of Increased noise level in the vicinity of stations are using loudspeakers and stream whistle on trains. 4) Decreased effect of noise according to distance is able to be described quantitatively using regression equations of multiplicative model. $L_{eq}$=$78.59^{X-0.056}$, n =25, r=-0.994, s.e. =1.007 $P_{av}$ = $105.68X^{-0.073}$, n =25, r =-0.997, s.e. = 1.007 Also increased and decreased effect of noise according to floor in apartment Is able to be described quantitatively using regression equations of multiplicative model. $L_{eq}$ = $64.238X^{0.0567}$, n = 39, r = 0.787, s.e. = 1.004 $P_{av}$ =79.963X0.0524, n =39, r =0.689, s.e. = 1.056 5) Average noise level in high floor is over 70 $L_{eq}$ dB(A) at day and night time. so more detailed soundproofing countermeasured in high floors apartment is required.
