Gubong Song Ik-pil could not behave according to his aspiration directly due to restrictions in his social standing. Despite that, he actually did so indirectly through either close friends or younger students by exhibiting 'cheobyeonwigwon (處變爲權) with the goal of jichijuui (至治主義). He insisted on people-oriented politics grounded on cheonmyeongsasang (天命思想) and also suggested the humbleness of the royal family and jinhyulchaek (賑恤策) based on love of the people. In addition, he promoted public welfare and stability to enhance patriotism and also insisted on the policy of strengthening national defense with seoeolgongsacheon (庶?公私賤)'s provision of military service through the enforcement of yangcheonjongbujongmobeop (良賤從父從母法). Also, according to the letter sent to Lee San-bo, he suggested public service ethics, for instance, personally, getting rid of ulterior motives, exhibiting diligence, integrity, and wisdom, and doing one's utmost to handle tasks fairly without causing any problems and externally, being actively involved in managing and utilizing persons of ability and also relieving the poor and managing masters as well. In brief, we can assume that Song Ik-pil's thought of statecraft (經世思想) is the concrete methodology to reach the politics of kingcraft called 'jichi (至治)' by stabilizing public welfare grounded on benevolent and benign administration. He is often compared to Jegalryang on account of his innate qualities and cleverness. He was equipped with the excellent capacity of gyeongse even referred to as the moju (謀主) of four persons, Yi Yi, Seong Hon, Jeong Cheol, and Lee Gwi, and harshly criticized as a slick evil (奸鬼), too. His gyeongsesasang, however, ended up being incomplete due to restrictions in his social status. He was a person who loved the people more than anyone else, kept suggesting innovative reform plans to stabilize the people's lives, and was capable of practicing them all. His ideal of jichi was left unfulfilled, however.

PZT thin films(3500 ) have been prepared onto $Pt/Ti/SiO_2/Si$ substrates with a RF magnetron sputtering system using PB1.05(Zr0.52,Ti0.48)O3 ceramic target. We used two-step annealing techniques. As the RTA times and temperatures were increased, crystallization of PZT thin films were enhanced. The ferroelectric characteristics of PZT capacitors fabricated at $700^{\circ}C$ for 60 seconds were like these remanent polarization were $12.1 \muC/cm^2$, coercive field were 110 kV/cm, leakage current density were $4.1\times10-7 A/cm^2,\; \varepsilonr=442,$ and remanent polarization were decreased by 22% after 1010 cycles, respectively.

We try to use isopropanol which has low boiling point to prepare ZnO thin films at low temperature. ZnO thin films were prepared by sol-gel spin-coating method using zinc acetate dehydrate-isopropanol-monoethanolamine (MEA) solution. The c-axis preferred orientation and optical properties of ZnO films with preheating temperature have been investigated. ZnO thin films were preheated at 200 to $300^{\circ}C$ with an interval of $25^{\circ}C$ and post-heated at $650^{\circ}C$. The ZnO film preheated at $275^{\circ}C$ and post-heated at $650^{\circ}C$ was highly oriented along c-axis (002) plane, and the surface with homogeneous and dense microstructures was formed having nano-sized grains. The optical transmittance was above 90 % in the visible range and exhibited absorption edges at 368 nm wavelength.

A study of low NOx atomizer was carried out to reduce nitrogen oxides(NOx) in a liquid fuel burner flame. The basic concept of NOx reduction in this atomizer is the fuel 2-staging combustion which is generated by a single atomizer forming two different stoichiometric flames. Two orifices swirl atomizer was selected and modified to realize this concept, and it was tested to obtain the design process of low NOx atomizer. These experiments were achieved to find out the relationship between the injection pressures and the flow rate, spray angle and drop size of swirl atomizer as well as to confirm the NOx reduction concept in real plant(power boiler). In comparison between experimental and theoretical results, the correct discharge coefficient and spray angle were obtained. In real burning test, NOx reduction rate was reached to above 27% of the case using conventional swirl atomizer.

Songgubong is a person in the mid-Choseon Dynasty, but he is a person who is exalted as a teacher of four generations. However, the life of Songbong was a series of trials of 'returning' due to the environment and political changes born in prestige. There was also a political upheaval in the era where he lived, such as a Sinsamuok, Kichukoksa the beginning of Parts. Songgubong also shared his friendship with YulGon, Sounhorn in his life. This paper examines the narrative style of the Songgwon legend, who was a real person of the Choseon Dynasty, and examines the historical meaning of the Gubong legend. In this paper, 40 pieces of Songbong were analyzed. So I made 20 pixels and 5 narrative types. The basic form of the Songgwangbong legend is 'the exchange between the man and the gongbong - the complaints of the surrounding men - Songbongbang face to face and overwhelming'. This basic type is expanded to an anger that strengthens Songbong's greatness, an anecdote that worsens Songbong's desire, and an anger that emphasizes the misery of Songbongbong. Following the basic type and the extended type, the comprehensive type is combined with the active play. Actually, Songbong was in exile and could not participate in the war. However, the legendary Songbong is short enough to shorten the duration of the imprisonment, or to give the Turtle Ship to Yi Soon Shin. The story of the ending of the Imran in a few months if it has been used properly has been handed down on the Internet. Song Hyung-bong, who is a politically talented person, plays an active role as a novi in the story. Songbong is a "hero" who escapes from the constraint of "novi" and interacts with them in a similar way, controlling them with "eyes" and charisma. Song Jung - bong 's performance succumbs to Lee Yong Song and controls Yulgok and Yi Soon Shin. In addition, the legend of Jinan, which can be said to be the scene of Ogasaki, is still handed down to the dignity of Songbong. The evaluation of the Songbong who made a stroke of the company is interpreted as a political sacrifice in narrative. Compared to the spiritual virtue of the person who interacted with him, the marriage, and Jungchol, Songbong was the one who was able to withstand the years of vigor due to the occasional ox. The meaning of the Songgwon legend in the Conflict is that, apart from the partisan lessons that had to be taken from the existing records, the people are worshiping him as the epitome of the great weak which is excluded from real power. I hope that this legend will make it possible to look at the existing evaluation from a new angle.

This study look into the place-name change by social influence around Jin-An region. The place-names were made through joining natural environment with social condition. The place-names were born as a river name firstly, and it was selected as the artificial administration district name in this region(Ju-Chon, Jeong-Chon, An-Chon). Generally the place-name is reflected by a terrain feature of narrow area but this region's place name was made by wide river drainage area as a system. It is different point to others place-name and the social factor played more important role than natural environment in this process. The displacement process of mountain name which is from Ju-Jul to Un-Jang was through social situation change without the natural conditions change. It was used to the Ju-Jul firstly and coexistent the Ju-Jul with Un-Jang and only use the Un-Jang recently. Formal change period was 1910s in the map, Mt. Un-Jang(雲長山) had the advantage at the pronunciation and written than Mt. Ju-Jul. Mt. Gu-Bong(九峰山) was played important role for new mountain name and Song Ik-Pil(宋翼弼) was appeared for rationalization of Mt. Un-Jang.
