Fresnel lens optics simulation with middle sized linear concentration without secondary optics (2차 광학계가 필요없는 프레넬 렌즈를 이용한 중집광 광학계 시뮬레이션)

  • HCPV(High Concentrated PV) systems have well known for CPV market all over the world. Low concentration type silicon based modules have been introduced in the market. But low cost of standard flat silicon modules made them useless nowadays. High cost of compound semiconductor solar cell reduced cost effective cpv module production than that of recently silicon solar cell. In order to overcome increasing cost of CPV module, we study middle concentration type fresnel lens simulation using concentrated type silicon based solar cell. Linear type fresnel lens made production of CPV module without secondary optics such as light pipe or light tunnel. This type of fresnel lens design makes more cost effective solution for cpv niche market.

  • Solar photovoltaic power generation system is judging that by the most suitable new refreshing energy in real condition of our country forward continuously interest for solar photovoltaic power generation system and diffusion me enlarged. Output decline problem is item to consider necessarily and should be verified in continuous interest for solar photovoltaic power generation system are diffusion. Present plan that minimize output decline calculating module liver optimum interval that consider recitation of a poem to reduce output decline by module liver shade by incidence angle consideration and this that occupy most parts among factor because do output of solar photovoltaic power generation system well.

  • In this study, major problems, such as licensing problems due to civil complaints, deterioration of facility period, and damage of modules, are exposed to many problems in domestic businesses. Particularly, the photovoltaic (PV) modules applied to early PV systems have been repaired and replaced over the past two decades, and a new module-based aging detection method is needed to expand the maintenance market and stabilize and repair power supplies. PV modules in a PV system use a string that is configured in series to generate high voltage. However, even if only one module of the solar modules connected in series ages, the power generation efficiency of the aged string is reduced. Therefore, we propose a topology that can measure the instantaneous PV characteristic curve to determine the aging module in the solar string and the aging judgment algorithm using the measured PV characteristic curve.

  • The photovoltaic module connects the voltage generated by the solar cell to the inverter. In the photovoltaic module, a diode is used to block the reverse voltage from the inverter to the solar cell. The heat generation of this diode is the main cause of the solar connection fire. In this paper, we propose a method to monitor the heat generation of diodes and prevent fire by using IoT devices.

  • In this paper, we introduce the status of certificate test on crystalline silicon photovoltaic module in Korea. Up to 3. 2009, about 149 models have passed certificate test under KS C IEC61215 standard. Most products are from Korea, Japan, China. And some are from USA, German and Taiwan. A few environmental test items' results and standard test methods will be discussed. The detail discussion will be shown in the following paper.

  • Nowaday, The Sustainable Development about global environment is the most important subject. In urban environment, a variety of the nature energy utilization such as the solar energy are the most efficient solution to solve this issue. One of these efficient solutions, a photovoltaic system using sunlight has been introduced to the building with an advantage such as cost-effective, safe for using and good for environment friendly in light with energy utilization. The BIPV is one of the most interesting and promisingly possibilities of an active use of solar energy at the building. Therefore the goal of this study is to get securing the application information of BIPV as finished envelope. The purpose of this study is to investigate the current performance measurement methods of BIPV module and to measure the performance of BIPV module by mock-up tests.

  • Long-term stability of dye-sensitized solar cell (DSSC) module is critical for the commercialization. We investigated the effect of sealing technology on the long-term stability of the $10cm{\times}11cm$ sized DSSC modules. We applied the concept of secondary sealing to the module and then performed several stability tests such as humidity cycle, 1 sun light soaking and outdoor stability tests. The enhanced stability was confirmed for the DSSC module employing optimized sealing materials and architectures.

  • In this paper, I performed the IEC test in crystalline photovoltaic module described in test standard. And sometimes I changed the test sequence and impact factors for testing modules. Comparing the current test trees in IEC 61215, some ideas are suggested in proper test sequence to guarantee the long-term durability for 25 years..   • Individual solar cells must be connected together to give the appropriate current and voltage levels and they must also be protected from damage by the environment. [1] PV module consists of a glass/ polymer encapsulation/ solar cell string/ polymer encapsulation/ back sheet. Usually, encapsulation materials is used EVA(ethylene vinyl acetate), PVB(polyvinyl butyral), PO(polyolefin)sheet. This study is about fabrication of module using silicone material instead of above them. We got to know advantage that is fabrication time and efficiency of modules.
