  • 네트워크 기능 가상화와 소프트웨어 정의 네트워킹의 융합은 현재의 네트워크를 대체할 새로운 매커니즘으로써 대두되고 있다. 특히 서비스 기능 체인은 네트워크에 유연성을 효율적으로 부여할 수 있다는 장점으로 인해 부각되고 있다. 그러나 서비스 기능 체인은 그 특유의 체인형 구조로 인해 생존성에 큰 약점을 갖고 있기도 하다. 이에 기존 방법들은 별도의 백업 가상 네트워크 기능을 배치하는데, 이는 자원 효율적이지 못하다. 본 논문에서는 추가적인 백업 가상 네트워크 기능 배치 없이 서비스 기능 체인의 생존성을 보장하는 백업 시스템을 제안한다.

  • 하나의 폰트를 제작하기 위해서, 로마자 폰트는 200여자만 디자인하면 되지만, 한글 폰트는 11,172자나 되는 많은 글자를 하나하나 디자인해야 하는 어려움이 있다. 하나의 한글 폰트 제작에 많은 시간과 노력이 드는 기존 문제점을 해결하기 위해, 메타폰트와 같은 프로그래머블 폰트를 이용하는 방법이 제안되었으나, 이를 실제 사용하는 것은 용이하지 않다. 따라서 이러한 문제를 해결하기 위해 한글 가변폰트 서비스를 위한 한글 매개변수 조절 서비스 "STEMFONT'를 개발하였다. 본 논문에서는 STEMFONT 서비스에 대한 소개와 더불어 서비스 기능에 맞는 인터페이스 구성에 대해 설명한다. 이러한 인터페이스를 통해 사용자들이 쉽게 폰트를 제작할 수 있다.

  • 인체의 미세먼지 노출에 의한 연구가 활발히 진행되면서 미세먼지와 건강 영향에 대한 인과 관계가 입증되고 있다. 미세먼지는 기침, 재채기, 심혈관 질환, 폐암 등 가벼운 증상부터 심각한 질병까지 인체의 건강에 다양하게 영향을 미칠 수 있다. 미세먼지는 2000 년 초부터 꾸준히 높은 농도를 보여왔지만, 사람들이 실제로 미세먼지를 위험 물질로 인식하기 시작한 것은 10 년이 채 되지 않았다. 이에 본 논문은 실외 미세먼지에 대한 정보 제공뿐만 아니라 사용자가 실제로 위치한 실내 미세먼지 농도까지 함께 제공하여 미세먼지에 관한 관심을 증가시키고자 한다.

  • Virtualization technology supports the execution of software unrelated to the hardware environment through the decoupling of software and hardware. Additionally, it enables network slicing, allowing one physical device to be divided and used by a function or service by supporting sharing with isolation. Virtualization enables flexible platform use, allowing a variety of services to be launched without changes or additions to the hardware platform. We describe virtualization technology trends in satellite/mobile communication systems. Basic concepts and technical definitions are included, and the current status of research and development by domestic and foreign organizations, including the Electronics and Telecommunications Research Institute, is analyzed. Finally, future prospects and implications are discussed.

  • 현대 사회에서 디지털 기기의 장시간 사용으로 눈 건강 문제가 심각해지고 있지만, 많은 사람들이 초기 눈 건강 문제를 인식하지 못해 안질환이 악화된 후에야 치료를 받는 경우가 많다. 이를 해결하기 위해 본 연구는 예방적 관리를 가능하게 하는 눈 운동 디지털 헬스케어 솔루션을 제안한다. XR(eXtended Reality) 기술을 활용하여 사용자가 눈 건강의 중요성을 인식하며 눈 운동을 실천할 수 있도록 유도하는 시스템을 구축하며, 자가 관리를 촉진한다. 향후 사용자 배포를 통해 눈 건강 관리에 있어 실질적인 효과와 발전 가능성을 평가할 계획이다. 이를 통해 디지털 헬스케어가 눈 건강에 긍정적인 영향을 미칠 수 있음을 입증하고자 한다.

  • 본 연구는 개인 맞춤형 요가 동작 추천 시스템을 개발하여 사용자의 요가 경험과 목표에 맞는 동작을 추천하고 실시간 자세 교정을 지원하는 것을 목표로 한다. 미디어 파이프와 서포트 벡터 머신(SVM) 알고리즘을 활용하여 사용자의 신체 관절 포인트를 실시간으로 추적하고, 이를 통해 정확한 자세 분석과 피드백을 제공한다. 해당 웹서비스의 데이터베이스는 Supabase를 통해 운영되어 사용자의 정보와 설문 조사 결과를 저장하며, Python Flask를 기반으로 한 백엔드 시스템으로 효율적인 데이터 처리와 API 연동이 가능하다. HTML, CSS, JavaScript를 사용한 프론트엔드 개발로 사용자에게 직관적인 인터페이스를 제공하였다.

The Effect of Frontline Employees' Experienced Customer Incivility on Service Performance (고객접점직원의 고객무례경험이 서비스 성과에 미치는 효과: 감정소진과 정서조절역량의 역할을 중심으로)

  • Purpose - The present study examines the effect of service employees' experienced customer incivility through their emotional exhaustion. We identified service employees' emotion regulation ability as a boundary condition (i.e., moderating variable) that decreased the positive relationship between service employees' experienced customer incivility and their emotional exhaustion. Furthermore, we also investigated the negative relationship between service employees' experienced customer incivility and their service performance via emotional exhaustion. Research design, data, and methodology - Drawing on AET (affective event theory) and COR (conservation of resources) theory, we developed three research hypotheses (i.e., mediation, moderation, and moderated mediation). Online panel survey data from 552 frontline employees at several service organizations (e.g., department stores, retail stores, hotels, restaurants, airlines, banking, insurance company, and etc) in South Korea were examined. To assess two types of validity (i.e., convergent and discriminant validity) and reliability of measurement model, we employed the CFA (confirmatory factor analysis) using M-plus 8.2 software. Internal consistency also was tested by Cronbach' α. In addition, we employed the SPSS PROCESS MACRO 2.16, which was recommended by Hayes (2013, 2015), to estimate mediation, moderation, and moderated mediation effects. Results - As predicted, the negative relationship between service employees' experienced customer incivility and their service performance was mediated by emotional exhaustion. Furthermore, service employees' emotion regulation ability also played a significant moderating role of the relationship between service employees' experienced customer incivility and emotional exhaustion, such that this relationship was less pronounced when service employees had a high level of their emotion regulation ability than when thir emotion regulation ability was low. Service employees' emotion regulation ability further moderated this mediation effect of service employees' experienced customer incivility on service performance through emotional exhaustion. These findings have theoretical implications for employees' experienced customer incivility and emotion regulation ability research and provide managerial implications for practitioners. Conclusions - This study empirically elaborated the previous model of service employees' experienced customer incivility and personal resource (e.g., emotion regulation ability) literature by presenting the findings that service employees' experienced customer incivility influences their service performance via emotional exhaustion and that emotion regulation ability effectively reduces this negative effect.

Development Strategy of SaaS Service based on User Behavior Analysis (이용자 행태분석 기반의 SaaS 서비스 발전 전략)

  • The appearance and evolution of cloud service is potentially one of the major advances in information and communication technology. However, it is necessary to identify and understand the various issues of cloud service, both from the perspectives of the providers and the consumers of it. While a lot of studies such as cloud business model, profit model and technology itself are currently taking place in cloud service considering provider's aspects, there are a few researches dealing with cloud service user's aspects. This paper presents the user behavior analysis focused on SaaS users and discusses the development strategy of SaaS service based on the results of user behavior analysis. In order to analyze the user behavior, we surveyed SaaS users divided into two groups such as present and future user groups. Eventually, we proposed the SaaS prospects, development strategy and policy issues based on user behavior analysis.

A Prototype BIM Server based viewer for Cloud Computing BIM Services (클라우드 컴퓨팅 기반 BIM 서비스를 위한 BIM 서버 기반의 뷰어 개발)

  • Recently BIM technology has been expanded for using in construction project. However its spread has been delayed than the initial expectations, due to the high-cost of BIM infrastructure development, the lack of regulations, the lack of process and so forth. Therefore, this research proposes the cloud computing based BIM service for saving the cost of BIM infrastructure development and providing various BIM Services to meet the domestic process. In order to achieve this, we perform a survey on the cloud computing based BIM service and develope the prototype system as the core technology of proposed service. The developed the prototype system consists of the IFC based BIM server for IaaS (Infrastructure as a Service) and the viewer for SaaS (Software as a Service). This research also conducts the performance test for their applicability and verifies that the results of this research can be used as core components in the cloud computing based BIM service.

  • Service discovery protocols is software components to find specific services or resources on network. The SLP defined by IETF protocol is a framework for automatic service discovery on IP based networks. Automatic service discovery is an important component on ubiquitous computing environment. This paper proposes a service discovery architecture named as SLPA(Service Location Protocol based on AMAAM). AMAAM(Mobility Agent Advertisement Mechanism) is an aggregation-based Mobile IP implementation in MANET. In SLPA, the role of the directory agent is assigned to the mobility agent in AMAAM. The mobility agent periodically beacons an advertisement message which contains both the advertisement of the directory agent in SLP and the advertisement of the mobility agent in Mobile IP. For evaluating the functional correctness of SLPA and the overhead of maintaining a service directory of SLPA. We simulate SLPA using ns-2 and analyze the overhead of control overheads for the aggregation. Through the simulation experiments we show the functional correctness of the proposed architecture and analyze the performance results.
