Git's commit message is closely related to the project life cycle, and by this characteristic, it can greatly contribute to cost reduction and improvement of work efficiency by identifying risk factors and project status of project operation activities. Among these related fields, there are many studies that classify commit messages as types of software maintenance, and the maximum accuracy among the studies is 87%. In this paper, the purpose of using a solution using the commit classification model is to design and implement a complex classification model that combines several models to increase the accuracy of the previously published models and increase the reliability of the model. In this paper, a dataset was constructed by extracting automated labeling and source changes and trained using the DistillBERT model. As a result of verification, reliability was secured by obtaining an F1 score of 95%, which is 8% higher than the maximum of 87% reported in previous studies. Using the results of this study, it is expected that the reliability of the model will be increased and it will be possible to apply it to solutions such as software and project management.
Software summarized packaging technology related is needed for low cost and high efficiency in production and packaging design of corrugated board, and in development of these softwares, distribution and packaging environment of one's country must be reflected, well. In domestic occasion, software related to corrugated board packaging dont's exist nearly, and in many industrial fields, the more higher role and importance of packaging in various industrial field is, the more higher necessity of that is. In this study, on the base of preceeding studies (Park, 2001; 2003; 2003), software to optimize board combination that is most importance and sensitivity in composition of cost elements in production and packaging design of corrugated board was developed. This software was composed of input module, output module, database and management module, and calculation module, and efficiency of this software was analyzed on the both sides of sensitivity in design result and effectiveness in a case analyse. In the inward design results having same strength, board combination balance, bursting strength, box weight, and cost were greatly different. Therefore, optimum inward design according to user's design specifications is possible, and in a case analysis for actual products, obtained the more profitable results than before design.

Most of the existing studies on functional safety testing for the railway signaling system software have focused on verifying the functional safety through the monitoring of internal memory embedded railway signaling system. However, the railway signaling system is one of the typical embedded control system in the railway sector, and the embedded software has a characteristic of generating an appropriate outputs through the combination of internal processing in consideration of the current internal status and external input. Therefore, the test approach of using the interface communication channel can be effective way for the functional testing for railway signaling system software in consideration of these characteristic. Since a communication interface specification of the railway signal system has a the properties of the sequence input and output signals, test-case for software testing is the most effective methodology by MSC (Message Sequence Chart) language, one of the graphic language. The MSC-based test-case generating methodology for signaling system software was proposed in this paper.
The importance of low-power embedded system is being increased. The studies on low-power system have been performed in issues of hardware architecture and operating system. However because the behaviors of software control the working of hardware devices, the power analysis of software is one of critical issues in energy-efficient embedded system development. This paper proposes a technique to extract tasks from software design models with considering power consumption. We first define the criteria for task extraction, and then propose the way to separate out the task from UML 2.0 design models. Our technique can provide the chance to reduce the power consumption as well as to fulfill the performance requirement in the early phase of software development.

Effective monitoring and testing during each step are essential for document verification in research and development (R&D) projects. In software development, proper testing is required to verify it carefully and constantly because of the invisibility features of software. However, not enough studies on test processes for R&D projects have been done. Thus, in this paper, we introduce a Test Maturity Model integration (TMMi)-based software field R&D test process that offers five integrity levels and makes the process compatible for different types of projects. The Software & Systems Process Engineering Metamodel (SPEM) is used widely in the software process-modeling context, but it lacks built-in enactment capabilities, so there is no tool or process engine that enables one to execute the process models described in SPEM. Business Process Model and Notation (BPMN)-based workflow engines can be a solution for process execution, but process models described in SPEM need to be converted to BPMN models. Thus, we propose an approach to support enactment of SPEM-based process models by converting them into business processes. We show the effectiveness of our approach through converting software R&D test processes specified in SPEM in a case study.

The effectiveness of testing in Model-based Testing (MBT) for Software Product Line (SPL) can be achieved by considering fault detection in test case. The lack of fault consideration caused test case in test suite to be listed randomly. Test Case Prioritization (TCP) is one of regression techniques that is adaptively capable to detect faults as early as possible by reordering test cases based on fault detection rate. However, there is a lack of studies that measured faults in MBT for SPL. This paper proposes a Test Case Prioritization (TCP) approach based on dissimilarity and string based distance called Last Minimal for Local Maximal Distance (LM-LMD) with Dice-Jaro-Winkler Dissimilarity. LM-LMD with Dice-Jaro-Winkler Dissimilarity adopts Local Maximum Distance as the prioritization algorithm and Dice-Jaro-Winkler similarity measure to evaluate distance among test cases. This work is based on the test case generated from statechart in Software Product Line (SPL) domain context. Our results are promising as LM-LMD with Dice-Jaro-Winkler Dissimilarity outperformed the original Local Maximum Distance, Global Maximum Distance and Enhanced All-yes Configuration algorithm in terms of Average Fault Detection Rate (APFD) and average prioritization time.

Investigations on information security factors re- main elusive at small and medium enterprises (SMEs), es- specially for custom-made software solutions. This article aims to investigate, classify, adopt factors from recent literature addressing information security resources. SMEs al- ready have information security in place, but they are not easy to adopt through the negotiation processes between the in-house software development companies and custom-made software clients at SMEs. This article proposes a strategic framework for implementing the process of adoption of the information security factors at SMEs after conducting a systematic snapshot approach for investigating and classifying the resources. The systematic snapshot was conducted using a search strategy with inclusion and exclusion criteria to retain 128 final reviewed papers from a large number of papers within the period of 2001-2022. These papers were analyzed based on a classification schema including management, organizational, development, and environmental categories in software development lifecycle (SDLC) phases in order to define new security factors. The reviewed articles addressed research gaps, trends, and common covered evidence-based decisions based on the findings of the systematic mapping. Hence, this paper boosts the broader cooperation between in-house software development companies and their clients to elicit, customize, and adopt the factors based on clients' demands.

The development and integration of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems have consistently attracted attention from software engineering researchers. Many studies have examined the factors that influence successful ERP integration, while others have focused on introducing integration models that address issues and challenges that affect the successful integration of ERP. However, it is crucial to recognize that the key player in successful integration is the individual involved. This paper aims to investigate how individuals based on departmental attachments and experiences have viewed the factors that affected the success of ERP integration. A case study was conducted at one large organization namely Umm Al Qura University, Saudi Arabia. Five departments were involved namely: Financial management, purchasing management, warehouse management, human resources management, and the Deanship of Information Technology. The results of 78 participants were collected and analyzed. Furthermore, it was different how individuals from different departments involved in the ERP integration viewed the factors that affected the success of integration. In addition, it was noticed that individuals with different experiences have various views on the factors. Moreover, it was evident that departmental attachments and individual experience might play a role in the successful integration of ERP.
