  • Railway construction in the random vibration natural phenomena, as well as a relatively regular train loads for dynamic loads, such as a usability and safety should be ensured. Vibration due to train loads and seismic vibrations caused by wind compared to the typically very small in size, rather than the safety of the structure affects the usability. Recently in the downtown area, ground and underground facilities, such as a permanent facility that may cause excessive vibration increases, associated with the construction of these transportation facilities on ground vibrations of structures has been increasing concern and complaint. More recently, high-speed train vibration and noise due to furnace is increasing. In order to solve this problem, such as soundproof considering several feet, but by applying the vibration and noise reduction measures insufficient for the study is Free. In this study, track structure, track, and the inside of the building to support the system, the different forms of neurological history and share about the history cheonanahsan high-speed rail, if passed by the bus stop on the train loads of noise, and the history of interior noise and vibration measurement / analysis of measurement results to assess the relative comparison with the relevant provisions were reviewed. Based on this history, future plans for the design of the bridge to reflect the results of a study is intended to provide information. Waiting for the analysis of vibration and noise reduction, cheonanahsan history passed quietly in the train, on average, appeared to 67.53dB and 65.41dB nervous week on average, were measured with the history. Nervous week waiting room of history and the history cheonanahsan radically different shapes and sizes, so a direct comparison is impossible, but the vibration caused by the disc on the base of the polyurethane elastomer disk is not supported by GERB SYSTEM Waiting more effective in reducing the noise level considered in The main materials for railway and for the localization will help to ensure affordability is considered.

  • The systematic research on the Joseon history under Japanese imperialism in the 1920s, including that of the Joseon History Compilation Committee, was one of the stratagems that Japan employed to perpetuate the colonization of Joseon. The 'renovation of national traits', one of the three cultural measures taken by Japanese imperialism after the 1919 Independence Movement, was an attempt to degrade Joseon's nationality as extraneous, dependent, factional, and uncivilized. Against this, Koreans tried to create their own tradition that could prove Joseon's uniqueness and independence. The purpose of their study on ancient history, which became animated in the 1920s, was not to escape from the reality of Joseon into the idealized past, but to construct the history of Korean people anew. In this context, Dangun could refer to cultural identity as the communal origin of the nation, and this invented identity could lead to the healing of the injured subject. An Hwak's attempt was part of this efforts to call out myth as history. He suggests that Joseon's national traits are superior even to the Western civilization in several ways, and his vast plan to set up Joseon's cultural uniqueness and identity as history of universal civilization bore fruit in the History of Joseon Civilization. With cultural research for figuring out Joseon's national peculiarity and identity and historiography for revealing Joseon's national potential, he makes it possible for people to imagine various agents in the Joseon's past as belonging to a single nation with an identical history. Through his study on Joseon, he fought back the Japanese colonial view of history and tried to exalt national consciousness. Asserting independent and rational individuals as agency of civilization and culture though firm in the national perspective, he eventually went a way quite different from that of Japanese history of culture.

  • In order to find out how SoGal was perceived in the Korean medical history and under what logic it was treated, the SoGal section of UiBangYuChi and DongUiBoGam were compared and examined. Through this process, the following could concluded. First of all, in UiBangYuChi's SoGal Section, mainly the fire/heat theory was adopted. In DongUiBoGam's SoGal Section, the lack of Bodily Liquids and Blood theory was selected. Secondly, in DongUiBoGam's SoGal Section, it went beyond UiBangYuChi's perspective of viewing all thirst caused by fire/heat as SoGal, and perceived SoGal as a state of thirst reached for the lack of Bodily Liquids and Blood. Lastly, UiBangYuChi's SoGal Section accepts the fire/heat theory, and heavily restricts the use of BuJa in PalMi, while DongUiBoGam's SoGal Section elucidates the use of BuJa when needed.

  • This paper aims to introduce and understand critically the work of Edward Soja, mainly the First part of the which develops his own concepts, such as 'synekism', 'trialectics of space', 'regionality' and 'geohistory'. Most of all, in explaining Geohistory, he emphasizes three 'Urban revolutions': First Urban revolutions in Jericho and ÇatalHüyük, which shows first synekism as proto urban society, Second in Ur and other Sumerian cities where appeared a concentrated power of central government and its transcendental ideologies, and Third in Manchester and in Chicago, typical capitalist cities. These three urban revolutions don't correspond to the established historical periodization. In order to understand these revolutions, it is necessary to comprehend the concept of 'machine' of G. Deleuze and F. Guattari, inspired, in fact, by Lewis Mumford - Primitive Territorial machine, Barbaric Despotic machine, and Civilized Capitalist machine. However, these periodization and concepts of E. Soja have to be applied very cautiously in accordance with concrete historical sources, avoiding theoretical distortion on positivity of historical facts.

  • Objectives : Balhae was a Kingdom forming the Period of Southern and Northern Kingdoms with shilla. Because there have been paid little attention to the medicine of Balhae in the medical history field, we have little information on the medicine of Balhae thoroughly in detail. The aim of this study was to explorer on the acupuncture and moxibustion in Balhae as a part of the study on the medicine of Balhae. Methods : Because the historical remains of BalHae is not sufficient, it is hard to find out the part directly related to medicine However, the study established the category of acupuncture and moxibustion based on two rational frames from both diachronic and synchronic respects. Results : BalHae succeeded to the unique tradition and manufactured excellent needles which is harmless to human body. And BalHae's acupuncture was the highest level in those days by succeeding to the tradition from Gogugryeo. There might have been the Bi-Bo idea that we can treat country's disease with the Bo-sa (補瀉) theory of acupuncture in BalHae. Conclusions : We could know that there has been many medical scriptures of our own in BalHae, We could find out that BalHae succeeded to the legitimacy of our native medicine from Gojosun to Goguryeo and that they had the highest Acupuncture and Moxibustion in those days.

  • The chemical and kinematic properties of stars in the Galactic halo provide crucial information on the origin of the Galactic halo as well as the assembly history of the Milky Way. In this study, we present metallicity distribution functions (MDFs) in different regions of the Galactic halo as well as the kinematic characteristics in each region. The different MDFs and kinematic properties of stars in investigated regions allow us to associate them with the possible progenitor dwarf galaxies discovered to date; hence the assembly history of the Galactic halo.

  • This study, targeting Deokbongmaeul, Choonchonmaeul, Hyodongmaeul and Kangsanmaeul, drew the characteristics of history culture resource utilization through the analysis of project plans and performance reports and field surveys. First, Deokbongmaeul is a rural village with scattered Confucian facilities. Ipsanmaeul conforms to Confucian order and has an attractive housing area landscape. Hoechonmaeul has forest landscape and distinguishing intangible recourses like Maeji farmer's music and traditional techniques and legends. Hyodongmaeul shows folk resources and folk behavior like traditional play and techniques. Second, the history culture resources chosen from the project plans focus on intangible history resources like individual historic buildings & structures and customs & traditional techniques. Third, cultural historic village projects are categorized by repair and restoration of historic buildings and structures, development of experience program and building facilities and maintenance and establishing the village landscape elements. From the research results, it is explained that history culture resource utilization methods of cultural historic village project are hard to be expected to have the project results based on the landscape identities of four villages.

  • This study investigated the effects of stress and time history of overconsolidated clayey soils on pore pressure parameter, A. Laboratory tests were carried out under the conditions of both varying stress and time history. The stress history is classified into (i) rotation angle of stress path, (ii) overconsolidation ratio, and (iii) magnitude of length of recent stress path. The time history is divided into (i) loading rate of recent stress path and (ii) rest time. Pore pressure parameters are different both in the magnitude and trend with the rotation angle, depending on the magnitude of overconsolidation ratio but not in a trend. In addition, the pore pressure parameters have no effects on the magnitude of length of recent stress path except the level of initially small strain, while loading rates of recent stress path have effects on it. Finally, the pore pressure parameters of overconsolidated clays increase with the existence of the rest time, until either the deviator stress exceeds 70 kPa or the strain up to 0.1%.
