Online brand communities have become a major component of marketing strategy given that these communities encourage participation and share the culture of Web 2.0 core concepts to Internet users. This study investigated the effects of social capital and knowledge quality on the success of online brand communities. A research model suggests that trust among members and the identification derived from social capital theory and knowledge quality influence individual community participation; knowledge quality also influences brand trust. In turn, community participation and brand trust develop brand loyalty. The model was empirically analyzed using structural equation modeling with data from online brand community members in Korea. The results indicate that identification and knowledge quality significantly affects brand trust and brand loyalty through community participation. This study provides a basis for developing a success model for online brand communities. Also, this study identifies a new role of knowledge quality in an online brand community context.

본 연구는 서울시 광진구에 소재한 사회적경제의 노인돌봄 클러스터를 사례로 지역사회 네트워크 역량을 분석하였다. 이는 지역사회기반 노인돌봄 서비스의 공급주체로서 사회적경제의 활동과 한계점을 탐색하기 위함이다. 분석의 틀은 OECD 지역경제와 고용프로그램에서 도출된 지역사회 네트워크 역량기준을 사용하였으며, 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 사회적경제 조직들은 지역사회 정체성에 편차가 크고, 지역사회 공익을 위한 가치상품을 생산하기에 내부역량이 부족하며, 종사자 노동에 대한 우선적 고려로 인하여 새로운 투자가 어려웠다. 그 결과 사회적경제의 지역사회 네트워크는 외부자원에 의존하는 한계를 보였다. 둘째, 사회적경제의 지역사회기반 서비스는 이용자가 사회적경제의 소비자가 아닌 환경에서 공급자들 간의 협력 상품에 한정되었고, 사회적경제의 생산-소비의 관계적 특성은 공급자 네트워크만으로는 형성되기 어려웠다. 셋째, 지역사회기반 노인돌봄의 조건과 주민욕구에 부합하는 좋은 서비스가 만나기 위해서는 지역사회 개발 접근이 동시에 요구되었으나 지역주민과 사회적경제가 만나는 마을공간의 창출은 사회적경제의 역량을 넘어서는 것이었다. 넷째, 서비스 구매지원과 같은 공공의 서비스 직접 지원은 공공경제와 사회적경제의 구분을 더욱 모호하게 함으로써 오히려 사회적경제의 생태계를 악화시키는 위험성을 지녔으며, 이 경우 지역사회 돌봄 주체로서 사회적경제는 좀 더 신뢰받는 서비스 공급자에 지나지 않았다. 결국 지역사회기반 돌봄서비스가 창출되기 위해서는 사회적경제와 주민이 만나는 플랫폼에 대한 공공 투자가 우선이다. 신뢰와 호혜성이 없는 공간에서는 사회적경제의 장점이 발현되기 어렵기 때문에 사회적경제가 주민들과 소통하고 착한 공급과 소비를 유도할 수 있게 하는 지역사회개발 접근이 필요하다.

The goal of this study is to find a design pattern of platform of chapel according to acceptance of community's social activities and classify a forms of platform design between urban and rural community church. It was surveyed by 18 community churches including of 8 rural churches. And it was comprised in main contents that this study surveyed about social functions of church and composition of room, a transformation of worship and platform, and furniture of platform. As a results of this study, I could suggest a conclusions as follows; firstly, community churches are trying hard to make their social functions wide and deep. Secondly it was necessary for them to prepare a spaces and rooms for service of community people like a social welfare and christian cultural activities. Thirdly, the form of platform and style of worship were serviced by transformation for the acceptance of community requirements. Finally, the service style of chapel and platform have been transformed in a view point of accommodation of community since early 2000.

This study is to analyze the social integration plan characteristics of public rental housing community facilities in England, Singapore and Korea. The purpose of this study is to present the direction of social integrated community facility planning and management system for the revitalization of the Korean public rental housing community. To this end, similarities and dissimilarities are derived by comparing cases of community facilities in apartments. Methods of this study include literature survey, analyzed government web sites in overseas cases. Also domestic cases are analyzed qualitatively through field visits, expert interviews, and internal data review. The results of this study are as follows: First, various community facilities plans are needed to accommodate the role of private and public spaces. Second, activate the professional community facilities operation system with public-private cooperation. Third, Community facilities should be planned as local infrastructure.

본 연구는 농촌지역사회에 대한 지역아웃리치를 실천하는 사례를 대상으로 지역실행연구를 수행하였다. 재구성한 실행계획 중 지역아웃리치의 성과는 첫째, 서비스 전달체계의 변화, 둘째, 자원동원, 셋째, 주민조직화 및 옹호활동 등으로 구성하였다. 이러한 실행계획에 의한 실천결과 지역아웃리치의 절차를 지역사회 들어가기, 지역사회 뿌리내리기, 사업의 이양과 종결하기로 도출하였다. 또한 재구성된 실천결과를 분석해서 발견한 지역아웃리치의 함의는 첫째, 지역아웃리치 접근법은 사회복지 서비스 전달체계로부터 단절 고립된 농촌지역을 발견하고 그 곳에 서비스를 제공하는데 효과적이다. 둘째, 지역아웃리치 접근법은 복지 소외지역사회와 일반지역사회를 연계하는 실천이다. 셋째, 지역아웃리치 접근법은 복지 소외지역을 위한 사회자본의 재구조화를 촉진하는 함의를 지닌다. 따라서 다음과 같은 정책제언을 한다. 첫째, 농어촌이동복지관 사업 법령 제정과 전달체계 마련, 둘째, 사업의 지속성 확보를 위한 지방자치단체의 지원, 셋째, 의료 전문직 전달체계와의 연계 시급, 넷째, 농어촌 형 사회복지전달체계 마련이 시급하다.

본 연구는 최근 우리나라에서 다양한 형태로 펼쳐지고 있는 지역사회복지네트워크를 대상으로 한국적 특성에 맞는 사회자본 척도를 개발하는데 있다. 이를 위해 문헌연구와 심층인터뷰를 통한 질적 분석으로 신뢰, 규범, 네트워크와 관련된 개념들을 도출하였다. 도출한 개념은 양적 측정지표 문항으로 전환, 선행 사회자본 측정지표와의 비교분석, 전문가집단의 문항내용 검토와 예비조사를 통해 총 90개의 예비문항으로 개발되었다. 본조사를 통해 최종적으로 확정된 지표는 총 79개 문항으로 신뢰 30개, 규범 22개, 네트워크 27개로 구성되었다. 각 영역에 대한 Cronbach's Alpha 값은 신뢰 .948, 규범 .899, 네트워크 .906으로 높은 신뢰도를 나타냈다. 또한 탐색적 요인분석에 의해 추출된 요인들과 질적연구에서 도출된 신뢰, 규범, 네트워크 영역별 범주와의 연결에 있어서도 양호하게 연결되었다. 본 연구에서 개발된 지역사회 사회자본 척도는 지역사회복지네트워크의 운영 실태에 대한 객관적 파악 및 이를 통해 지역사회복지네트워크의 활성화를 위한 효율적인 방안마련이 가능할 것으로 본다.

본 연구는 지체장애인의 지역사회참여를 결정할 수 있는 요인으로 사회적 지지와 스트레스 대처 능력을 선정하고, 사회적 지지가 스트레스 대처 능력을 매개하여 지역사회참여에 영향을 미치는지를 실증적으로 분석하여, 지체장애인의 지역사회통합을 위한 기초자료를 마련하고자 하였다. 이를 위해 부산광역시의 시각, 뇌병변, 발달 장애인 복지관을 제외한 장애인복지관 11개를 전수조사하여, 총 292부의 설문지를 회수․분석하였다. 분석결과 첫째, 지체장애인의 사회적 지지는 지역사회참여에 정적인 영향을 미치는 변인으로 밝혀졌다. 둘째, 사회적지지는 스트레스 대처 능력에 정적인 영향을 미쳤다. 셋째, 스트레스 대처 능력은 지역사회참여에 정적인 영향을 미쳤다. 넷째, 사회적지지는 스트레스 대처능력에 부분매개효과를 가지는 것으로 나타났으며, 지역사회참여에 정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 밝혀졌다. 이러한 연구결과를 토대로 지체장애인의 지역사회참여를 위해 제언을 시도하였다.

본 연구는 한부모 여성의 공동체 참여요인과 사회자본, 그리고 임파워먼트 간의 구조적 관계를 분석함으로써 한부모 여성의 임파워먼트 향상에 미치는 공동체 참여요인과 사회자본의 직·간접적 영향력과 경로를 분석하였다. 이를 위해 공동체에 참여하고 있는 한부모 여성 420명의 설문자료로 구조방정식모형 분석을 실시하여 변인들 간의 관계 구조를 설명하는 최적의 이론구조모델이 검증되었다(χ²=86.851, df=28, GFI=.958, CFI=.944). 분석결과 첫째, 한부모 여성들의 공동체 참여요인을 공동체의 임파워먼트 실천수준과 공동체 참여정도 변인으로 구분하여 각각의 영향력을 검증한 결과 공동체의 임파워먼트 실천수준은 임파워먼트에 향상에 대한 직접적 영향력이 없으나 공동체 참여정도와 사회자본을 매개로 임파워먼트에 영향을 미치는 반면, 공동체 참여정도는 임파워먼트에 직접적인 영향력을 나타내 차이를 보였다. 둘째, 한부모 여성들의 공동체 참여의 두 요인은 모두 사회자본의 축적을 매개로 할 때 임파워먼트 향상에 대한 영향력이 더 큼을 알 수 있었다. 셋째, 한부모 여성의 사회자본 축적이 임파워먼트 증진에 대한 직접적 영향력이 가장 큼을 발견하였다. 이러한 결과를 바탕으로 연구의 이론적, 실천적 함의를 제시하였다.

The purpose of this study is to determine the impact of social network sports community consciousness on loyalty and sports attitude. In order to achieve this research purpose, the population of the study was selected as adult men and women over the age of 20 who are active in the social network sports community in 2022. The sampling method used cluster random sampling to select a total of 300 people, 150 men and 150 women, as research subjects. The survey tool used was the questionnaire method, and the questionnaire whose reliability and validity had been verified in previous studies at home and abroad was used by requoting, modifying, or supplementing it to suit the purpose of this study. It was also structured on a 5-point scale. Frequency analysis, factor analysis, reliability analysis, simple regression analysis, and multiple regression analysis were performed on the collected data using the statistical program SPSS Windows 20.0 Version. The results obtained through this process are as follows. First, social network sports community consciousness was found to have a partial effect on loyalty. Second, social network sports community consciousness was found to have a partial effect on sports attitudes. Third, social network sports community loyalty was found to have a partial effect on sports attitudes. Considering these results, various activities such as decision-making process, relationship formation, and opinion expression of modern people are carried out by the O-line community. In addition, while in the past it was a format that led from offline activities to online activities, currently, there are more and more formats that lead from online activities to offline activities. Therefore, modern people's SNS sports community activities provide many experiences, which creates a sense of community and sports attitudes are formed based on this. This can be said to lead to loyal activities.

본 연구는 기업 사회공헌활동을 지역사회 참여수준에 따라 적극적 지역사회공헌활동과 소극적 지역사회공헌활동으로 분류하여, 지역사회 참여수준에 따른 기업 사회공헌활동의 지역사회발전 효과성을 지역주민을 중심으로 분석하였다. 국내기업의 사회공헌활동 우수사례를 지역사회 참여수준에 따라 정리하여 선정하였으며, 선정된 활동들을 대상으로 경제성, 안전성, 편리성, 쾌적성, 사회 문화성의 5개 요인을 조사하여 지역사회발전 효과성을 분석하였다. 분석결과, 지역사회 참여수준이 높은 적극적인 지역사회공헌활동의 경우, 지역사회발전 효과성이 5개 지역사회발전 요인 모두에서 높게 나타났다. 따라서 기업 사회공헌활동의 지속적인 발전을 위해서는 보다 적극적으로 지역사회와 소통하고 다양한 네트워크를 구축해나갈 필요가 있다. 이에 향후 효율적인 커뮤니케이션을 위해 역할을 조정하고 유연하게 대응해줄 중간매개기관의 중요성이 높아질 것으로 판단된다.
