본 연구는 지역사회복지관 한부모 자조집단 실천방안 모색을 위한 참여실행연구 자료를 활용하여, 연구를 수행한 사회복지사들이 참여실행연구과정에서 성찰한 내용이 무엇인지를 구체적으로 탐색하는 데 목적을 두고 있다. 참여실행연구에는 지역사회복지관 한부모 자조집단 실천의 어려움을 공유한 사회복지사와 교수자 9명이 참여했고, 10회기의 연구모임을 통해 동료 수퍼비전을 비롯한 다양한 활동을 하면서 사회복지사들이 소속된 기관의 4개 자조집단 실천에대한 계획-실행-성찰-재계획을 반복하는 순환적 연구를 수행하였다. 그 결과 현장에 밀착된 다양한 실천방안이 도출되었는데, 그 중 핵심은 사회복지사의 인식이 변화해야 한다는 것이다. 본 연구에서는 참여실행연구에서의 성찰을 통해 사회복지사의 인식이 변화된 것에 주목하고, 연구모임 녹취록 등 참여실행연구에서 생성된 자료를 활용하여 성찰의 구체적 내용을 질적으로 분석하였다. 그 결과, '자조집단에 적합한 실천이 미흡했음을 깨닫고 고민함', '회원-사회복지사 관계에 대한 변화된 관점을 바탕으로 사회복지사 역할을 다시 알아감', '당사자 주도 실천의 가능성을 확인함', '지역사회복지관 한부모 자조집단을 더 세밀하게 이해함', '지역사회복지관 한부모 자조집단의 발전을 새롭게 인식함' 등 5개 주제가 도출되었다. 이러한 결과를 토대로 지역사회복지관 한부모 자조집단을 중심으로 역량강화 실천과 성찰?반성적 실천에 대해논의하였다.

We examined dietary habits, food intakes, health status, and school and community life of meal skipping children, and investigated factors predicting meal skipping of children. A sample was composed of 944 children in low-income families who were provided with public meal service. The sample was obtained from the Survey of Meal Service for Poor Children conducted by the Korea Institute for Health and Social Affairs in 2007. Meal skipping was significantly associated with a lower nutrition and health status, and poor school performance of children, as hypothesized. The school age of child, family structure, region, job of caretaker, concern about diet, and the child's visit to welfare center significantly predicted frequency of meal skipping. We suggested a few implications for community practice to reduce meal skipping of children.

본 연구는 경기도 지역사회복지관 사회복지사의 가족중심실천에 관한 중요도와 수행도 간의 차이를 분석하고 이러한 차이를 개선할 수 있는 기관 차원의 전략을 탐색하기 위한 목적으로 수행되었다. 이를 위해 경기도 지역사회복지관 54개소 사회복지사 232명을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하여 대응표본 t-검증과 IPA분석기법을 활용하였다. 연구결과 첫째, 지역사회복지관 사회복지사의 가족중심실천에 관한 중요도는 높게 인식하고 있으나 현재 수행도는 낮은 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 가족중심실천에 관한 중요도-수행도 차이 검증 결과, 가족중심실천의 6개 하위요인 영역과 18개 세부 항목 모두 통계적으로 유의미한 차이가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 가족중심실천의 중요도-수행도 IPA분석한 결과, 하위요인별 유지영역(가족의사결정, 포괄적서비스), 과잉영역(가족초점), 저순위영역(가족강점, 개별화), 집중영역(가족과의 협력)으로 조사되었다. 이러한 결과를 중심으로 가족중심실천에 관한 중요도와 수행도의 차이를 개선할 수 있는 기관차원의 전략적 방안을 제시하였다.

본 연구는 결혼이민자 가족이 직면하고 있는 다양한 도전에 대해 사회복지실천현장의 효과적인 접근방법으로 임파워먼트 접근의 틀을 제시하고자 하였다. 구체적으로 첫째, 결혼이민여성의 프로필과 지원서비스현황을 파악하고, 둘째, 적응관련 쟁점을 정리하였다. 셋째, 적응쟁점을 개인과 가족 관계, 지역사회 관련 및 사회문화 관련으로 구분하고, 임파워먼트 기반 사회복지실천 접근의 내용을 각각의 쟁점별로 거시 중도 미시적 수준에서 논의하였다. 결혼이민자 가족을 위한 차별화된 접근은 다문화역량과 밀접한 관계에 있다고 보고, 사회복지사 자신과 사회복지기관, 지역사회의 문화적 편견에 대한인식과 다문화 지식 및 기술의 개발 필요성을 지적하였다. 끝으로 다문화역량 확보에 대한 사회복지학계와 실천현장의 대응에 대해 논의하였다.

역사 속에서 사회복지가 하나의 전문직으로 등장한 이래 거시와 미시이론, 구조와 주체, 근대주의와 탈근대주의 간 긴장과 갈등이라는 이론적, 실천적 이원화(dualism) 이슈들이 존재해 왔으며 이를 극복하기 위한 다양한 이론적 시도들이 이루어져 왔다. 그 중 대표적인 생태체계론와 임파워먼트는 통합적 패러다임 정립을 위한 노력으로 사회복지 실천이론의 발달에 일정 정도 기여한 것은 분명하지만 보다 정교한 통합적 실천 패러다임으로서는 일정한 한계를 보여 왔다. 이러한 맥락에서 본 연구는 새로운 사회비판이론으로 등장한 기든스의 성찰성 이론이 통합적 사회복지실천 패러다임 모색에 중요한 기여를 할 수 있을 것이라는 전망을 제시한다. 사회과학의 고질적 논쟁인 개인-구조의 이원성에 대한 통합적 설명을 정교하게 제시하는 동시에 근대-탈근대 논쟁에 있어서도 새로운 지평을 연 것으로 평가되어 온 성찰성 이론은 사회복지의 이원화 이슈 극복에도 중요한 통찰력을 제시한다. 특히 성찰성으로 표현되는 인간주체의 능력에 대한 재발견과 이를 통한 비판적 사회복지실천의 가능성은 사회복지가 지향하는 본질적 가치와 이념과도 적절히 부합하고 있어 임파워먼트를 발전적으로 재해석할 수 있는 토대를 제공해 준다.

본 연구는 가족중심실천이 아동의 자기효능감에 미치는 영향을 탐색하고, 가족중심실천의 일차적 대상이 되는 가족강점의 매개효과를 검증함으로써 가족중심실천의 성과를 확인하고, 실천 함의를 도출하고자 하였다. 연구 분석은 삼성과 사회복지공동모금회 기획사업인 우리아이 희망네트워크 지원 사업에 참여한 아동과 주 양육자가 작성한 서비스 평가 자료를 기초로 다중회귀분석을 활용한 매개분석을 하였고, 연구모형검증을 위해 Sobel test를 하였다. 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 가족이 경험한 가족중심실천에 대한 평가는 상당히 높아 가족중심실천이 충실히 이루어지고 있는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 가족중심실천에 참여한 아동의 자기효능감과 가족강점 수준의 사업 참여 전후를 비교해 보면 둘 다 참여 후에 유의하게 향상하였다. 셋째, 가족강점은 가족중심실천과 아동 자기효능감 간의 관계에서 완전매개효과를 갖는 것으로 나타났다. 즉, 가족중심실천은 아동의 자기효능감에 가족강점을 매개로 간접적인 영향을 미쳤다. 이러한 결과를 근거로 아동복지 영역에서 강점관점에 기반을 둔 가족중심실천의 필요성과 좀 더 효과적인 실천을 위한 방안을 제언하였다.

Religious organizations execute various social welfare programs on the basis of their religious ideology and faith. Their practice vividly aim at mission, propagation, edification, and spreading, but also is practised as a way of philanthropy, an universal value. Daesoonjinrihoe's social welfare program can be understood in this respect. This paper investigates on which idea Daesoonjinrihoe's social welfare program takes its basis, and examines the current situation and tasks of the social welfare program. Daesoonjinrihoe runs their social welfare program on the idea of 'Resolution of grievances for the mutual beneficence of all life[Haewonsangsaeng: 解冤相生]' and 'Boeunsangsaeng(報恩相生)'. Their program is concentrated on medical welfare, welfare for elderly people, and youth welfare. It is noteworthy that Daesoonjinrihoe's welfare program is not subsidized by government as much as those of other religious organizations. This paper looks into the tasks for Daesoonjinrihoe's social welfare program in terms of operational system and hardware, and suggests that we need to show interest in multicultural welfare systems and support it as Korean society is becoming a more multicultural society.

The purpose of this paper is a case study on welfare QC circle which is considered as one of the management techniques to improve service quality among recently changing welfare environment. Futhermore this paper is also to suggest a new introduction of the welfare QC circle in korean social welfare agency. To accomplish these purpose, this study theoretically examines activity process and techniques of welfare QC circle. In practice, three social workers and one supervisor working at 'D' community welfare center in pusan are participated during six months. As a result, we founded the specific problems that is aroused from youth volunteer group within by fish bone chart, and proposed the alternative choices by 5W1H check sheet, and also certified to decrease turnover ratio in youth volunteering by pareto chart. This study, however, has its limitation in selection only one case study on welfare QC circle of youth volunteering. Welfare QC circle could be much contributed as one of the management techniques to enhance the quality of social welfare service from the viewpoint of the customer, If it is well developed korean welfare QC model which is suitable to social welfare organization and service. Therefore, in order to introduce welfare QC circle in korean social welfare organizations, I would like to suggest to find out a useful text of welfare QC and organize some welfare QC study groups including other suggestions.
