  • The historical, social, and cultural value of Internet resources is indisputable, therefore many national institutions have created Web archiving projects to hand down this heritage to future generations. The selection guidelines are the most crucial aspect of these projects because they aid in differentiating which resources are worth collecting and preserving from the large number of web resources available. The purpose of this study was to suggest improvements for the OASIS Selection Guidelines by analyzing the selection guidelines of other domestic and international Web archiving projects. First, based on the results of Web archiving projects abroad, we proposed improvements for the definition of Web data and other terms, the basic principles of the collection, collection methods, and collection cycle. Second, we proposed substantial improvements in the target resources for archiving, and also stated what kind of web resources must be excluded from Web archiving. Finally, we discussed the relationship between data collection methods and the legal deposit of online resources, the necessity of constructing a database for selected target materials, and the necessity of cooperative archiving policies.

The data was subjected to regression analysis to analyze the impact of consumer motives on revisit intentioned. Results show that gourmet is B=0.553 (p<.001), convenient, B=0.093 (p<.05), social B=0.294 (p<.001), and showing off is B=0.085 (p<.01) consumer goods all have a significant positive influence on revisit intention. Second, a significant moderating effect of web based rumores on the relationship between consumer and franchise restaurants motives and re-visit, 0.683, F=116.279 (p<.001). • The arrival of the Web 2.0 age, which is characterized by such key words as participation, sharing and openness, provides a learning environment in which both instructors and students can experience interactivity. In the educational area, we are particularly witnessing a growing interest in the social software like Wiki as one of the communication tools that reflects the characteristics of Web 2.0 and focuses on the interactivity with others. Based on this background, this study aims to examine into the meanings of interactivity inherent in the Wiki-based learning by studying such cases where Wiki is being used as a learning tool. For the purpose of our study, we practiced the Wiki-based learning method on the study subjects of the 17 junior students from U- University and 18 junior students from K- University during their 2009 fall semester teacher training courses. Through a comprehensive analysis of the questionnaires, interviews, Interactivity Measurement Diagram, examinations on the Wiki uses, Daily Self-reflection Records, and any other materials collected throughout the program, we could garner the following results: First, most of the students acknowledged that the use of Wiki was a useful communication means and helped promote their interactivity during their learning activities. Second, the interactivity of the Wiki-based learning was found to be more dynamic in the team-based projects or the community-based Wiki uses than in the instructor-oriented cases. Third, the Wiki-based learning is judged effective in expanding the scope of thinking and improving the learning capabilities through the collaborative knowledge-building process. The educational employment of the social software like Wiki in this web 2.0 age has great potentials for the true establishment of the learner-oriented learning environment, which has long remained at a standstill.

  • Over the years, cultural mapping methods have been used in several applications and contexts, for diverse cultural assets and to create new conditions for the development of local and regional resources. These methods were inspired by the development of big urban centres and regions, which have been the great engine of cultural mapping growth. The main objectives of the present paper are to provide a literature review on cultural mapping methodologies and to develop exploratory research on crowdsource tools on creative tourism which were applied to one Portuguese municipality in 2017. The research was supported by the implementation and integration of geographic information systems (GIS) and web mapping, which will become part of the solution for the growth of less developed territories and to make more interactive tourist activities. Web mapping's contribution to enhance crowd participation was measured via analysis of 12 digital photos shared through crowdsourcing. The originality of this research lies in the attempt to develop a new model for creative tourism, trying to extend the implementation of Web Mapping crowdsourcing to deprived low density territories. Results show how public participation can be amplified for the tourism market by crowdsourcing tools. These tools look very promising since they can help several members of the public at different ages to contribute to territorial knowledge, engage in activities, and collaborate through digital tools. It is a step to fulfil the lack of studies in this subject and it contributes to the way we think about future studies.

  • A lack of trust in the technical and institutional environments surrounding the web can hinder e-commerce adoption, because Internet social cues are minimal and trust is difficult th establish. Web vendors must act purposefully to overcome consumer perceptions of uncertainty and risk by building trust-both in their own web sites and in the broader Internet environments. Trust makes consumers comfortable by sharing personal information making purchases, and acting on web vendor advice-behaviors essential to wide-spread adoption of e-commerce. Understanding the nature and antecedents of trust is, therefore, a major issue for both Internet researchers and practitioners. Prior research on e-commerce trust has used diverse, incomplete, and inconsistent definitions of trust therefore, making it difficult to compare results across studies. This study tried to and the empirical relationships among the trust-related factors on the usage of Internet shooing mall. The model includes five high-level constructs-disposition to trust institution-based trust trusting beliefs, trusting intention and environmental factors. The results showed that the disposition to trust and the environmental factors had a significant effect on the web site trust however, their effect was not consistent Moreover, the model suggested in this study need to be extended including with the more sociological factors and results in this study required to be verified with those extended model.

  • Since the Web is dynamic, it is necessary to analyze scholarly Web space with both quantitative and qualitative methods for better understanding of communication characteristics. In this study, we analyzed contents of pages and links to ascertain the characteristics of Korean scholarly Web space in terms of network structure and communication behavior. The result shows that the structure of the original network with all the external links remained is not much different from that of the network with activated external links only. However, the purposes of linking vary among scholarly institutions. The centrality measures correlate more strongly with the clustering coefficient than with the constraint index implying the similar explanatory power of the two types of structural indices.

  • This research conducted a before/after naturalistic field experiment, with the early Arab Spring as the treatment. Compared to before the early Arab Spring, after the observation period the associations became stronger among the Web terms: 'Jihad, Sharia, innovation, democracy and civil society.' The Western concept of civil society transformed into a central Islamist ideological component. At another level, the inter-nation network based on Jihad-weighted Web hyperlinks between pairs of 46 Muslim Majority (MM) nations found Iran in one of the top two positions of flow betweenness centrality, a measure of network power, both before and after early Arab Spring. In contrast, Somalia, UAE, Egypt, Libya, and Sudan increased most in network flow betweenness centrality. The MM 'Jihad'-centric word co-occurrence network more than tripled in size, and the semantic structure more became entropic. This media "cloud" perhaps billowed as Islamist groups changed their material-level relationships and the corresponding media representations of Jihad among them changed after early Arab Spring. Future research could investigate various rival explanations for this naturalistic field experiment's findings.

  • For the excellent U web services, the program developers should create both user's client program and the sewer program Recently, the structural alteration of programs are often caused by infernal and external environment concerned with social trends and preferences as well as user's requirements expectations. So, for reducing the development time and workload of XML web service programs, it is necessary to develop the web program generation tools. This paper suggest how to design and implement the web-based XML Tree builder, which was able to provide the information for promptly and easily generating the XML Schema, XML Stylesheet and XML Document through the XML Development Supporting Server System.
