Most people are connected to Social Network Services (SNS) through smart devices. Social Network Services are tools that transport information fast and easily. It does not care where he or she comes from. A lot of information circulates and is shared on Social Network Services. but Social Network Services faults are magnified and becoming a serious issue. For instance, malicious users generate multiple IDs easily on Facebook and he can use personal information of others on purpose, because most people tend to undoubtedly accept friend requests. In this paper, we have specified research scope to Facebook, which is one of most popular Social Network Services in the world. We propose a way of minimizing the number of malicious actions on Facebook from malignant users and malicious bots by setting criteria and applying reputation system.

Recently the private security industry is showing rapid growth compared with the different types of industry. However, it is not prepared the device for the system to verify the professional qualification of the security guards. To protect individual life and property, body and security guards have to be qualified professionally. For it the role of professional qualification systems is emphasized. The problem of the certification of the qualification about the security guard to play the role to protect a body / life of the individual and property are the part to need necessarily as the quality problem of the individual and the trust of the people. The settlement of the qualification system which is such system can induce the development of the security industry with social trust. The certified security certification is needed and how to control the security quality to get better service to the clients. The professional qualification system to be carrying out with America and Japan is fixed through the cooperation of the business world and steady research for the qualification system plan, these are giving the trial of the qualification system of a security of Korea full of the suggestion. This study will do this to the basis which a necessity about the qualification system of the security man emphasis and considerate professional qualification system concerning the private security development plan around the Bodyguard Qualifying Examination which are carried out at twice by the Korea Security Association and the Korean Institute of Security. In summary to meet the social demand professional qualification for the security guards will be drawn from the analyses of civil security qualification systems.

Health insurance has gone far toward solving Korea's health related problems through thirty years. Health Insurance as social security system has a role of national system to secure national health. But there are many problems in health insurance. There is a dispute about many issues, coverage of health security, compulsory appointment of health insurance organization, coverage and level of health insurance benefit, decisionmaking right of health insurance price, examination of health insurance etc. Generally, the opinion for health insurance policy to be leaded by nation sets against the opinion to be leaded by private sector. It is necessary to study politics of law, constitute law and comparative law for rational solving these problems. If desirable setting of health law system can be made, legal system must be set during a long time and be discussed synthetically in different standpoint.

This study explores the trends of social security expenditures after financial crisis in welfare states. For the purpose, this study analyzes changes in social expenditures during 1980~2003 in 22 OECD countries. The results show that average total social security expenditure(as a percentage of GDP) among the 22 countries increased from 18.0% in 1980 to 22.3% in 2003. Compared to sharp increases during the great expansion period of the welfare state before 1980s, the increase in social expenditures after 1980s is substantially weakened. The slowdown in the increases of social expenditures is remarkable in the social democratic welfare states where social expenditures have already reached a high level. On the other hand, social expenditures are considerably increased in the lagged welfare states such as South European countries and Japan. As a result, the cross-national difference in social expenditures has continuously decreased. These findings suggest that financial crisis is a key factor of welfare-state reorganization. Countries where social expenditures are in high level need more reforms under the pressure of financial deficits. Since 1980s, they have tried various reforms especially in pensions and unemployment benefits. Facing new and increasing demands for social security as well as financial limitations, the welfare state needs major reforms in the social security system to increase effectiveness/efficiency of existing programs and to iron out priorities among programs.

Recently the Korean government announced that minimum wage policy would be applied even to apartment security staffs by 2015 who had been waived from the policy enforcement for their unique work conditions. This caused apartment management to introduce unmanned security system instead of employing security staffs because of fearing possible hike of management fees. People recklessly tend to believe unmaned system is cheaper than maned system if minimum wage guideline is applied. This study examines the economic feasibility of two different apartment security systems by utilizing cost-benefit analysis: maned and unmaned security systems. The authors estimate the costs and the benefits of each security system for 5 years(2014-2018) with application of social discount rate(5.5%). Thirty six apartment complexes at 8 different areas(meons and dongs) in Asan, Chungcheongnam-do province were surveyed. And to attain the exact costs of unmaned system establishment and operation, the authors interviewed persons working for the unmaned security corporations. The benefit-cost(B/C) ratio for unmanned security system is 1.66% at minimum and 1.30% at maximum. while B/C ratio for manned security system is 1.42% and 1.66% respectively. This results mean that people's belief is not correct, that is, transferring from maned system to unmaned is not always economically efficient. Benefits of maned security system is more diverse than unmaned system. The former provides living conveniences(parking helps and keeping parcels) and social benefits(employing aged worker and giving them opportunities to enjoy happier lives) as well as security benefits like crime prevention. The latter provides security benefits only, but that effect is also doubtable. Taking into account these diverse benefits maned system provides, the B/C ratio of maned system is equitable or higher than unmaned system.

Most of protecting security activity is carried out by manpower partly by security equipment. The protecting security market and the area of protecting security activity is increasing in spite of change of economic and social environment situation. For more effective protecting security activity, the coordination of electronic equipment and manpower is required. So some application method is suggested throughout the thesis, which is especially focused on new approaching method. The integration of intrusion detecting system, C.C.TV system and Access control system is introduced for general application in chapter III, and some application systems are proposed for protecting security activity in chapter IV. But the security equipment is only aid for manpower, so manpower and equipment should be coordinated well.

This study aims to suggest an analysis method for the research on the transformation of welfare states. To this end, 'restucturization' and 'change inside the structure' were differentiated. The 'restucturization' indicates a fundamental change of the structure itself, while the 'change inside the structure' means the modification of elements inside the structure. If 'abolition', 'substitution'/'entrust' and 'introduction' occurred, the changes are considered the 'restucturization'. Then it is examined, how the competence of the public organizations for social security systems is changed after the 'restucturization'. On the basis of this evaluation measure, the changes of 'restucturization' are defined as 'public-oriented restucturization', 'private-oriented restucturization' or 'status quo'. For analyzing the 'change inside the structure', coverage, entitlement, the level and length of benefit, finance and delivery system were compared within each country. The current study applied this analysis method to the research on the transformations of social security systems of Great Britain, Sweden and Germany.

Privacy of personal information disclosure incident occurs frequently as a problem to our society's most important and sensitive social agenda is emerging. Personal information is actually more accurate, depending on the type or types of economic value and sensitivity, the quality of the information, because it can cause a spill a serious social threat and systematic personal information protection and management are not carried out and the information society in a big mess can result. Customers my affairs when small guard security companies, especially the sensitive personal information of customers who need to work, the collected information be leaked or the company's trade secrets, are exposed on the outside, it could be a serious threat to a greater problem cause. Small escort guard companies, however, compared with large companies to build its own security system, due to issues such as the extent of funding, staffing shortages, there are many difficulties. Status of Information Security, scale and analyze the characteristics of small escort guard companies occupied by guard security companies in the present study, sleep, look at him in the solution of the practical issues of information protection system laid small guard. Expenses supplier of propose a security system for preventing the leakage of personal information.

최근 소설 네트워크 서비스(Social Netwrok Services)를 활용한 소설 태깅 서비스에 대한 연구가 활발하게 진행 중이다. 특히 태그 기술을 이용한 협력적 태깅 시스템(collaborative tagging system)은 북마크, 문서, 사진, 동영상과 같은 웹 자원을 조직화하고 공유할 수 있는 수단으로 제공하고 있다. 그러나 광고 홍보 목적을 가진 스패머들은 콘텐츠와 관련 없는 태그를 달아 놓아 검색 키워드와 무관한 결과 값이 검색되어 웹 검색 서비스를 이용하는 사용자들에게 불편을 주고 있다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 콘텐츠와 태그의 연관성을 높이기 위해 태그에 일반 사용자가 유사도를 입력할 수 있는 추천 시스템을 적용하여 순위 조작 방지방법을 제안하였다.
