This article examines the multidimensional index extraction method of the disability social security system based on data mining. While creating the data warehouse of the social security system for the disabled, we need to know the elements of the social security indicators for the disabled. In this context, a clustering algorithm was used to extract the indicators of the social security system for the disabled by investigating the historical dimension of social security for the disabled. The simulation results show that the index extraction method has high coverage, sensitivity and reliability. In this paper, a multidimensional extraction method is introduced to extract the indicators of the social security system for the disabled based on data mining. The simulation experiments show that the method presented in this paper is more reliable, and the indicators of social security system for the disabled extracted are more effective in practical application.

Social engineering attack means to get information of Social engineering attack means to get information of opponent without technical attack or to induce opponent to provide information directly. In particular, social engineering does not approach opponents through technical attacks, so it is difficult to prevent all attacks with high-tech security equipment. Each company plans employee education and social training as a countermeasure to prevent social engineering. However, it is difficult for a security officer to obtain a practical education(training) effect, and it is also difficult to measure it visually. Therefore, to measure the social engineering threat, we use the results of social engineering training result to calculate the risk by system asset and propose a attack graph based probability. The security officer uses the results of social engineering training to analyze the security threats by asset and suggests a framework for quick security response. Through the framework presented in this paper, we measure the qualitative social engineering threats, collect system asset information, and calculate the asset risk to generate probability based attack graphs. As a result, the security officer can graphically monitor the degree of vulnerability of the asset's authority system, asset information and preferences along with social engineering training results. It aims to make it practical for companies to utilize as a key indicator for establishing a systematic security strategy in the enterprise.

The Serial Securities and the Social Welfare, as the national policy aimed at securing generals' lives, are the policies or systems for the stabilization in lift; especially of law-incomers and workers, for which the povernment has to establish the Social Security System. No wonder the Social Insurance System is a part of the Social Security System and the most important. The Social Insurance System, along with Public Assistance, is underlying the Social Security System. Social Security System includes medical insurance, industrial accident Compensation insurance, national pention insurance and employment insurance. The study is on 'The Oriental Medical Insurance and the Industrial Accident Compensation in the Social Security System' . The rate of industrial accident in Korea marks the highest rank in the world. for laborer, industrial accident do not merely mean the loss of health but the question of the right to live in terms of their loss of opportunity of life. The industrial accident compensation system should be established as the es post facto remedy system to guarantee the injured worker and his/her family's life. The oriental medical insurance system which began to operate in 1987 in Korea is based on unionism and divided into 3 parts; one part for the worker, a second part for the community inhabitants, and a third part for the public service personnel and private school personnel. Today the medical problem must be the most important social assignment to be considered. The medical system of contemporary industrial society has began greatly stood out in relief as a part of social welfare not emphasized on gainings of physicians. Accordingly systematization of the oriental medical insurance was strongly Pursued and it was developed to to the extent of entire nation insurance. Though the history of it is very short, most of the people are getting benefit from the insurance system by the social security system method. This study develops the Oriental Medical Insurance, the Workmen's Accident Compensation Insurance, the Pension System in relation to the industrial accident compensation of Employees, along with the ideas and principles of social insurance.

This study analyzes the social function of democracy and the essential problems of social security of democracy. So far democracy has used a political term in politics. Democracy allows us the right to the freedom of individuality and social equality. Even scholars however, neglect to study about the criticism of democracy and social problems that are caused by democracy. It was expected that democracy would be valued by humans throughout the world. People have been fighting to establish a reliable political system of democracy. So they can have security in their society and the subject of politics. Therefore, We should consider study on democracy in function of democracy in relation to security of society and essential problems on what is democracy? Does democracy change with social change? Didier Bigo said, 'rising of freedom cause rising of a social unrest', B. Jeanneau said 'Democracy itself is the starting of social discord'. These are criticism of social security, the system and the function of democracy. It especially explains social discord and unrest that has occurred by an authoritative interpretation of democracy or the meaning of a word interpretation. It is a question of the day that it's converse the function of the system and the operation of democracy, act as social unrest.

Recently the demand for civil security and security guards shows rapid growth. However the supply and training system have some limitations. Educational and training systems for civil body and security guards are in the basic level and private organizations trained the professional work force. So this paper is showing what a social dominant factor and a divice of development of the private security. Capitalism is based on a material desire of the human being. the social control of capital value and the management of capital ability reflects the actual condition of the capitalism well. The unconstrained growing and the expansion of capitalism, it finally lost social meaning and an importance of human being element and the safety of the civilian life, began to threat the security of citizen by forming over the material center structure of society. Improving human life quality and material richness on their life leads positive factor of capitalism whereas is causing several crimes through the society which is being threatened around a human being life for a negative factor of the capitalism. Therefore capitalistic social system has offered both a positive factor 'growing' and 'richness' and that of a negative 'structural poverty' and 'lack of security' and they have been remaining the assignment of capitalism 'poverty' and 'security' by settlement in the society for a extremely phenomenon of both sides. In Korea because their recognition of the study approach and the social safety for social security control function is still staying first step and our daily life is annoying from various threat of the society. many studies and the realistic necessity of experience related with social security is being studied. In addition. The development possibility of the civil guard and defense at the civil field which will be keep the social security has a wide position but its study approach and realistic comprehension is still in insufficient condition.

The purpose of this study is to derive periodical characteristics of the policy for the elderly in Japan by investigating the changes of social security system. The target period of 1946~2000 in Japan was divided into 3 periods for the understanding of periodical characteristics in the focuses of medical, welfare and pension system for the elderly; establishment of concept for the social security and welfare of Japan(1946,1950), appearance of social security system and the elderly problem(to late 1960's), infra construction for aging society(to late 1980's), development and reappraisal of practical policy for the elderly(to late 1990's). It is expected that this paper could provide basic data for the elderly-related policy making in our country.

The purpose of this paper is to examine the issues and the characteristics of the recent social security pension debate in the United States. For the purpose the transforming process from the funded system to the pay-as-you-go system in the 1930s, three alternatives of social security reform proposed by the Social Security Administration in 1996, and the other various alternatives proposed by the politicians, the business leaders and the scholars were analysed. While the alternatives were compared, the critical issues could be identified. The core issues were as follows. First, the individual accounts should be newly made or not? Second, who is the main administrator, government or private investment companies? Third, what is important, the inter-generational and the vertical income redistribution effect or the individual equity in social security pension system? Besides, the different positions of the social forces were also examined. The supporters of privatizing the social security pension, supporters of IA and PSA, prefer the value of equity, the effect of promoting savings, the private management of the social security funds, and the investment of the funds to the private capital markets. The supporters of pay-as-you-go system, supporters of MB, prefer the inter-generational and the vertical income redistribution effect of social security pension, and were convinced that fundamental changes of the systems are not necessary, and the insolvency problem could be overcome through a few reform, for example, increasing the rate and decreasing the benefits.

However, the current edition of the social services in the country to provide security services do not have the right. Therefore, we suggest a social book Retrieval service in social network environment that can support user authentication and partial filter search method on smartphone. our proposed system can to provide more speed responsiveness, effective display result on smartphone and security service.

This paper analyzed electronic transaction systems of social commerce service which have rapidly grown recent days, and as a result found that most of the electronic transaction systems of social commerce service had payment amount modification issue. This paper proposes a method for solving the payment amount modification issue. The proposed method adds an authentication process between servers of social commerce service provider and payment-gateway company. The added authentication process prohibits user getting involved in payment procedure, and thus prevents payment amount modification.
