This article examines the multidimensional index extraction method of the disability social security system based on data mining. While creating the data warehouse of the social security system for the disabled, we need to know the elements of the social security indicators for the disabled. In this context, a clustering algorithm was used to extract the indicators of the social security system for the disabled by investigating the historical dimension of social security for the disabled. The simulation results show that the index extraction method has high coverage, sensitivity and reliability. In this paper, a multidimensional extraction method is introduced to extract the indicators of the social security system for the disabled based on data mining. The simulation experiments show that the method presented in this paper is more reliable, and the indicators of social security system for the disabled extracted are more effective in practical application.

Social engineering attack means to get information of Social engineering attack means to get information of opponent without technical attack or to induce opponent to provide information directly. In particular, social engineering does not approach opponents through technical attacks, so it is difficult to prevent all attacks with high-tech security equipment. Each company plans employee education and social training as a countermeasure to prevent social engineering. However, it is difficult for a security officer to obtain a practical education(training) effect, and it is also difficult to measure it visually. Therefore, to measure the social engineering threat, we use the results of social engineering training result to calculate the risk by system asset and propose a attack graph based probability. The security officer uses the results of social engineering training to analyze the security threats by asset and suggests a framework for quick security response. Through the framework presented in this paper, we measure the qualitative social engineering threats, collect system asset information, and calculate the asset risk to generate probability based attack graphs. As a result, the security officer can graphically monitor the degree of vulnerability of the asset's authority system, asset information and preferences along with social engineering training results. It aims to make it practical for companies to utilize as a key indicator for establishing a systematic security strategy in the enterprise.

The Serial Securities and the Social Welfare, as the national policy aimed at securing generals' lives, are the policies or systems for the stabilization in lift; especially of law-incomers and workers, for which the povernment has to establish the Social Security System. No wonder the Social Insurance System is a part of the Social Security System and the most important. The Social Insurance System, along with Public Assistance, is underlying the Social Security System. Social Security System includes medical insurance, industrial accident Compensation insurance, national pention insurance and employment insurance. The study is on 'The Oriental Medical Insurance and the Industrial Accident Compensation in the Social Security System' . The rate of industrial accident in Korea marks the highest rank in the world. for laborer, industrial accident do not merely mean the loss of health but the question of the right to live in terms of their loss of opportunity of life. The industrial accident compensation system should be established as the es post facto remedy system to guarantee the injured worker and his/her family's life. The oriental medical insurance system which began to operate in 1987 in Korea is based on unionism and divided into 3 parts; one part for the worker, a second part for the community inhabitants, and a third part for the public service personnel and private school personnel. Today the medical problem must be the most important social assignment to be considered. The medical system of contemporary industrial society has began greatly stood out in relief as a part of social welfare not emphasized on gainings of physicians. Accordingly systematization of the oriental medical insurance was strongly Pursued and it was developed to to the extent of entire nation insurance. Though the history of it is very short, most of the people are getting benefit from the insurance system by the social security system method. This study develops the Oriental Medical Insurance, the Workmen's Accident Compensation Insurance, the Pension System in relation to the industrial accident compensation of Employees, along with the ideas and principles of social insurance.

This study analyzes the social function of democracy and the essential problems of social security of democracy. So far democracy has used a political term in politics. Democracy allows us the right to the freedom of individuality and social equality. Even scholars however, neglect to study about the criticism of democracy and social problems that are caused by democracy. It was expected that democracy would be valued by humans throughout the world. People have been fighting to establish a reliable political system of democracy. So they can have security in their society and the subject of politics. Therefore, We should consider study on democracy in function of democracy in relation to security of society and essential problems on what is democracy? Does democracy change with social change? Didier Bigo said, 'rising of freedom cause rising of a social unrest', B. Jeanneau said 'Democracy itself is the starting of social discord'. These are criticism of social security, the system and the function of democracy. It especially explains social discord and unrest that has occurred by an authoritative interpretation of democracy or the meaning of a word interpretation. It is a question of the day that it's converse the function of the system and the operation of democracy, act as social unrest.

Recently the demand for civil security and security guards shows rapid growth. However the supply and training system have some limitations. Educational and training systems for civil body and security guards are in the basic level and private organizations trained the professional work force. So this paper is showing what a social dominant factor and a divice of development of the private security. Capitalism is based on a material desire of the human being. the social control of capital value and the management of capital ability reflects the actual condition of the capitalism well. The unconstrained growing and the expansion of capitalism, it finally lost social meaning and an importance of human being element and the safety of the civilian life, began to threat the security of citizen by forming over the material center structure of society. Improving human life quality and material richness on their life leads positive factor of capitalism whereas is causing several crimes through the society which is being threatened around a human being life for a negative factor of the capitalism. Therefore capitalistic social system has offered both a positive factor 'growing' and 'richness' and that of a negative 'structural poverty' and 'lack of security' and they have been remaining the assignment of capitalism 'poverty' and 'security' by settlement in the society for a extremely phenomenon of both sides. In Korea because their recognition of the study approach and the social safety for social security control function is still staying first step and our daily life is annoying from various threat of the society. many studies and the realistic necessity of experience related with social security is being studied. In addition. The development possibility of the civil guard and defense at the civil field which will be keep the social security has a wide position but its study approach and realistic comprehension is still in insufficient condition.

The purpose of this study is to derive periodical characteristics of the policy for the elderly in Japan by investigating the changes of social security system. The target period of 1946~2000 in Japan was divided into 3 periods for the understanding of periodical characteristics in the focuses of medical, welfare and pension system for the elderly; establishment of concept for the social security and welfare of Japan(1946,1950), appearance of social security system and the elderly problem(to late 1960's), infra construction for aging society(to late 1980's), development and reappraisal of practical policy for the elderly(to late 1990's). It is expected that this paper could provide basic data for the elderly-related policy making in our country.

본고는 1990년대 중반부터 벌어진 미국의 사회보장연금 개혁논쟁의 내용과 쟁점 그리고 그 성격을 규명하는데 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 미국의 사회보장연금이 적립방식으로 시작했다가 부과방식으로 전환한 과정, 논쟁의 기본 안이 된 사회방청 자문위원회의 세 가지 안, 이 세 안을 다소 변형시킨 정치계와 기업계 및 학계의 각종 제안들을 분석했으며, 각 안들의 비교 분석을 통해 주요 쟁점들을 추출하여 비판적으로 논의하였다. 최대 쟁점은 개인계정의 신설 여부와 펀드의 관리운영 주체를 정부로 할 것인가 아니면 민간투자회사로 할 것인가의 여부 및 사회보장연금의 세대간 소득계층간 재분배 효과에 있다는 사실을 규명했다. 동시에 핵심 쟁점을 둘러싼 입장의 차이도 밝혔다. 민영화를 주장하는 입장(IA 및 PSA 지지자)에서는 사회보장연금의 세대내 소득계층간 재분배 기능보다는 개인적 형평성과 저축제고 효과 그리고 민간의 관리운영과 민간 자본시장에의 투자를 선호했고, 부과방식 옹호자들(MB 지지자)은 사회보장연금의 세대간 소득계층간 재분배의 기능의 여전히 유효하고, 부과방식 연금의 기본 틀을 유지하면서 약간의 개혁(사회보장 세율의 인상과 급여 수준의 하향조정)으로 재정불건전 문제를 해결할 수 있다고 보는 것으로 확인되었다.

2006년부터 Facebook, Twitter, Blog와 같은 소셜 네트워크 서비스 사용자가 급격하게 늘어나고 있다. 더욱이 스마트폰을 이용해 편리하게 도서를 검색하고 여러 대학이 소장한 자료를 공유해 편리하게 사용할 수 있는 소셜 도서 검색시스템에 대한 요구도 급증하고 잇다. 하지만 현재까지 국내에서 소셜 도서 검색 서비스에 알맞은 보안서비스를 제공하지 못하고 있다. 그러므로 본 연구에서는 소셜 도서 검색 서비스를 위한 안전한 사용자 인증시스템과 부분 Filter 기법을 적용해 스마트폰 환경에서 응답성을 높일 수 있는 새로운 시스템을 제안하였다. 제안시스템은 소셜 도서 검색 서비스를 부정적으로 사용할 수 없도록 사용자 인증 서비스를 제공할 수 있을 뿐만 아니라, 스마트폰에서도 소셜 도서 검색 서비스를 사용하는데 효과적인 응답시간을 제공할 수 있음을 보인다.

현재 큰 성장세를 나타내고 있는 소셜커머스 서비스의 전자결제 시스템을 분석한 결과 대부분 결제금액을 변조할 수 있음을 발견하였다. 본 논문은 이러한 카드결제 시스템 상에서 발생하는 금액변조의 문제점을 해결하기 위한 방안을 제안한다. 제안된 방안은 소셜커머스 업체의 서버와 전자결제대행업체 서버간의 검증 체계를 추가하여 구매자가 결제흐름에 관여할 수 없도록 함으로써 결제금액 변조를 원천적으로 막는 방법이다.
