In this paper, we propose a software education ecosystem model for activating software education donation. First, in order to investigate current software education donation status, we will conduct a survey on software education donors and analyze the results. 39.6% of the software education donors responded that they were introduced to software education donation activities through their affiliated companies, institutions, organizations. Therefore, it can be seen that the promotion of software education donation activities is the most effective by promoting through software companies, organizations, and organizations and using human networks. The subjects of software education donation activities were the highest at middle school students (73.9%), and the contents of software education donations were the highest at programming practice (63.3%). Donors' satisfaction with software education donation activities was 57.9%. The social support for SW education donors was in the order of software education contents support, activity cost support, equipment and network support, and place sponsorship. 87.4% of donors were willing to continue to donate to software education. The reason why they did not want to continue donating software education was 'lack of personal time' (65.4%). Therefore, it is necessary to develop appropriate social support and incentive system to overcome shortage of personal time in order to activate software education contribution. In order to promote sustainable software education donations, it is essential to establish a virtuous circle of software education donation ecosystem based on cooperation and solidarity with various organizations such as government, corporations, institutions, universities and civil society organizations.
This study suggested a theoretical research system on the effects of the corporate social responsibility in family restaurants upon corporate image, corporate preference and revisit intention. Based on total 342 university students from the empirical research, this study confirmed the reliability and fitness of research model and verified total 4 hypotheses with structural equation modeling(SEM) by Amos program. SEM results showed that the corporate social responsibility of family restaurants had positively significant influence on corporate image(legal and economic aspect 0.203-p<0.05; philanthropy aspect 0.318-p<0.001; ethical aspect 0.203-p<0.05), and corporate image had positively significant influence on corporate preference(0.979-p<0.001) and revisit intention(0.258-p<0.05) as well. Also, corporate preference had positively significant influence on revisit intention(0.844-p<0.001). The findings of this study verified a hypothetical ground that the corporate social responsibility of family restaurants has positive effects upon revisit intention. Additionally, regarding the activity of social responsibility in the foodservice industry, it is proved that the practices in the activities of philanthropy and contribution to society rather than the practices in the legal and economic aspect had significant relations with the customer's favorable behaviors.
Companies have developed a keen interest in bolstering their CSR activities. Especially in Japan, CSR is strongly associated with social contribution and $m{\acute{e}}c{\acute{e}}nat$ activities. On the other hand, the primary purpose of companies is to provide their products and services to consumers and thereby return value to their shareholders through sales and profits. It is, however, difficult to estimate directly the relationship between CSR and sales/profits. This study focuses particularly on CSR activities related to environmental and consumer issues and community involvement and development. It is also analyzed the relationship between the degree of CSR empathy and product purchase motivation. For accomplishment the purpose, a questionnaire is designed that elicits the respondent's degree of purchase intention and empathy toward CSR activities supported through sales. The object industry for questionnaires is TV maker. For results of the questionnaire, a covariance structure analysis is conducted to understand potential relationships among CSR activities, sales, and disposable budget. Through this study, it is able to clear the relationship between CSR activities and sales/profits. It is one of the advice to future prospect, strategy and CSR concept for the companies.
Not only the government, but private corporations have contributed a lot to growth and development of culture. Corporations have mainly made charitable, dispensational Macenat activities which are separate from their business activities. Such an one-sided and charitable method of supporting culture cannot last long - Part of the reason why the number of corporations supporting culture is decreasing lies in it. In order to have sustainable partnership with culture, first, corporations should figure out needs of the other party. Second, the activities of corporations to support culture should be corporate citizenship activities which are linked to their business activities. In particular, the existing concepts of CSR and CSV have some limits. CSR separates business activities of corporations and their social contribution activities, and CSV mainly assumes corporate social activities helpful to their business activities. But, the concept of corporate citizenship suggested in this study assumes corporate activities where corporations do their best not only in their business activities, but in solution of social problems. Accordingly, searching for the ways to practice corporate citizenship, this study analyzed global agendas of UN, UNESCO, and UCLG which suggest sustainable development with culture and corporate citizenship activities related with culture among corporations in Korea and other countries. The findings and hints of the analysis are as follows. First, corporate citizenship activities can contribute to building of unique images of corporations and improvement of brand identities. Second, such activities can help corporations to be born again as life style companies by using local cultures and their attractiveness. Third, corporations should have partnership with cultural associations creating shared values and provide them with continuous and stable support. And, cultural associations should try to grow with corporations through efforts to develop attractive contents and programs harmonious with management purposes of corporations.
The purpose of this study was to identify organizational effectiveness and organizational commitment according to participation satisfaction in leisure sports activities of police organization. To do this, the researcher selected five police stations using convenience sampling method targeting the police officers who participated in leisure sports activities among those police officers who were working in Gwangju Metropolitan City as of 2009. And as for the subjects of this study, total 200 police officers were sampled. Excluding 27 responses which were insincerely answered or not returned, 173 questionnaires were used for final analysis. The results were made as follows. First, the results from analysis revealed that contribution to public goods, social recognition, and individual accomplishment, which are sub variables of participation satisfaction, had influences on both job satisfaction and organization immersion which are sub variables of organization effectiveness. Second, results from analysis showed that value commitment and continuance commitment which are sub variables of organizational commitment were affected by contribution to public goods social recognition and public goods individual accomplishment, respectively. Third, the results from analysis revealed that both job satisfaction and organization immersion which are sub variables of organizational effectiveness affected value contribution, and that, only organization immersion had an influence on the continuance commitment.
This study aims to analyze the impact of ESG activities on the corporate performance of logistics companies in Korea. To achieve this, the study examines the factors influencing the adoption and implementation of ESG activities, assesses the extent to which ESG activities enhance corporate trust and image, and empirically analyzes the effect of ESG implementation on the corporate performance of logistics companies. An online survey was conducted using Google Forms for Korean logistics companies, and a total of 463 data sets were utilized for PLS structural equation analysis using the SmartPLS 4.0 software tools. The findings of the study are as follows: Firstly, external pressure, specifically government pressure, significantly influences environmental responsibility activities, while investor pressure significantly affects social responsibility activities and governance responsibility activities. Additionally, internal management pressures significantly impact environmental responsibility activities, and employees have a significant influence on all ESG responsibility activities. Secondly, environmental responsibility activities positively affect corporate image, whereas social and governance responsibility activities influence trust and corporate image. Thirdly, trust and corporate image demonstrate significant effects on both financial and non-financial performance. Fourthly, trust significantly mediates the relationship between social responsibility, governance responsibility, and non-financial performance, while image mediates the connection between ESG responsibility and both financial and non-financial performance. The contribution of this study lies in providing practical insights for logistics companies to actively promote ESG activities, thereby establishing a reputation for being environmentally, socially, and governance responsible and gaining customer trust. By doing so, this study aims to raise awareness of the importance of ESG activities in the logistics industry and help companies recognize their significance for sustainable management
Purpose - The purpose of this study is to formulate a plan to cope with tourists' rights which can occur in tourist attraction place and anywhere for tourist activities and to seek a plan for introducing a watchdog system for tourists' civil complaints. Design/methodology/approach - To perform this purpose, this article will discuss a research review of the scope of tourist activities in terms of space and place perspectives and compare them to the watchdog and ombudsman concepts. And the study analyses and look at the suggestion about Tourism complains center and the Tourism policy system of procedure function and role critically. Findings - The Watchdog system is a routine activity in which citizen monitoring activities are developed in the form of a system and share inconvenience and anxiety detected in time and space in the expanding range of entertainment, leisure, and sports tourism activities. The resulting accident rate can be reduced, the administrative and private businesses can be resolved, and the cost of handling can be solved. Research implications or Originality - The social contribution of Watchdog can be systematically expanded and resolved at various sites by securing public trust in the country threats in daily places preventing risks securing continuous safety management of related facilities and other industries
Purpose Virtual communities (VCs) are becoming ever more important in these days, sometimes more than offline communities. Notably, they have become significant sources of knowledge sharing. Therefore, in order to foster a VC, it is very important to understand why people share their knowledge in the VC. Under this background, this paper aims at proposing the behavioral model best explains knowledge sharing activities in VCs. Design/methodology/approach We basically design our behavioral model for knowledge sharing in VCs based on theory of reasoned action (TRA). However, to understand knowledge sharing in VCs better, we specify knowledge sharing by dividing it into knowledge contribution and knowledge use. Also, instead of 'subjective norm', we adopt 'sense of virtual community (SOVC)' as a main social factor, which has been found to be important in the literature. We also include the antecedents such as 'quality of the shared knowledge', 'trust in community members', 'passion of the community leader', 'reciprocity', and 'self efficacy', which affect VC users' attitude towards knowledge sharing and SOVC. To test the hypotheses in our proposed model, we collected 253 valid surveys from the VC users. Structural equation modeling (SEM) using AMOS 23 is employed to assess the relationships proposed as the hypotheses. Findings Major findings are as follows. SOVC positively affects both intention to contribute knowledge and intention to use knowledge. And, trust in community members positively affects the attitude towards knowledge use and SOVC. The attitude towards knowledge use is also affected by the quality of the shared knowledge. Reciprocity is found to strongly positively affect the attitude towards knowledge contribution. However, passion of the community leader and self efficacy are found to have insignificant effect on SOVC and the attitude towards knowledge contribution respectively. Our study sheds a light on how to foster VCs from the perspective of knowledge management.
Meantime there has been a tendency to keep silent about the role of Afro-Ibero America Diaspora which contributed to the spirit of independence and the realization of country foundation ideology in the official history of Latin America. In some countries, although the collective resistance of Afro-Ibero America Diaspora, which intended to establish a liberal and equal society resisting against slavery and colonization system, was the foundation of independence and the establishment of a new country, their contribution has been difficult to leave an official trace in Caucasian criollo-centered history system. Along with the development of Hcienda in 17th Century, black slaves' collective resistance was developed mainly with el Virreinato de la Nueva Granada, the center of the Independence movement of Brazil and South America. The black people who escaped resisting against slavery formed communities and developed organized activities through various politics and social activities. However, such communities were mostly dispersed or destroyed by the colonial power, and the collective resistance of Afro-Ibero America Diaspora lost life. On the other side, in case of Colombia, a community of escaped black slaves which was formed in the early 17th Century is solely remaining in Latin America, moreover, Afro-Ibero America Diaspora's struggle for liberty and equality became the foundation for Comuneros revolution and Independence movement in the late 18th Century. Comuneros revolution which occurred in 1781 awoke self-awareness of liberty and equality, and became an ideological base for independence movement based on revolutional republicanism and philosophy of enlightenment. It is considered that South America's independence movement lead by $Sim{\acute{o}}n$ Boívar was a history that could not have started without historical base of Afro-Ibero America Diaspora's resistance against colonization system. Therefore, this study intends to discuss the role and achievement of Afro-Ibero America Diaspora in the process of independence of Latin America mainly with Colombia, which is the center of Independence movement of South America. Through this process, this study intends to revaluate historical contribution of Afro-Ibero America which has been relatively neglected meanwhile in the process of independence and the establishment of country.

This study would prove the logic that business practice CSR has a positive impact on efficient product value while philanthropic CSR has a positive impact on socio-ethical product value to promote product purchase intention. It would also test the mediating role of efficient product value and socio-ethical product value. Methods: AMOS 22.0 was used to analyze the structural equation model in this work, and the hypotheses were tested after setting the impact of corporate variables on intrinsic variables additionally. Results: This study conducted research that has not been attempted in the preceding studies, classifying CSR into business practice CSR activities related to economic, legal, and ethical responsibilities and philanthropic CSR activities related to the contribution to the community, the connection of donation and business, company-wide philanthropy, and appropriate donation performance. Conclusion: This study would prove the logic that business practice CSR has a positive impact on efficient product value while philanthropic CSR has a positive impact on socio-ethical product value to promote product purchase intention, and evaluating the mediating role of efficient product value and socio-ethical product value, thus providing implications from a new perspective that has not been explored in previous marketing studies.
