As physical activity declines, the number of people who feel bored, restless and immune deficient is increasing. As indoor life becomes more permanent, multiple approaches to home workout are becoming active. This paper examines how the Covid blue (boredom and social anxiety) produced in the no-touch era affects quality of life through the use of home training applications. Questionnaires were collected from Chinese people using a website dedicated to Chinese questionnaires, and finally 383 appropriate data were analyzed using SPSS24.0 and AMOS24.0. The research results showed that the actual experience of using home workout had a positive impact on quality of life. The higher the user's sense of social unease about being late in the untact, It was found that the higher the social anxiety perceived by users about the untact era, the higher the interactivity and exercise satisfaction with the home workout app. Home workout application can improve exercise satisfaction and quality of life, which are more positive effects beyond the result of resolving consumers' boredom. Therefore, it can be used as a channel for digital services.

  • The current National Curriculum clearly states that students should utilize digital information as a core competency. With ICT-based non-face-to-face learning has become commonplace, that ability has become as basic and essential as the competency to read and write in traditional education. Therefore, this work analyzed the characteristics of ICT utilization learning in the social studies curriculum of elementary school to cultivate basic abilities and skills for learners' future, and these discussed from the perspective of digital literacy. The results are as follows. First, the ICT utilization learning could be found in most units for the subject, but most of them were just the searching material and the watching video. Second, when approached from the perspective of digital literacy, the main activities were the 'access' in the lowest level. Third, the higher levels such as 'understand' and 'create' were few activities. This result gave the task of reflecting on the ICT education so far. Rather than just focusing on increasing the frequency of the ICT using, it is necessary to improve the quality of students' activities in ICT learning for progressing digital literacy. For the students' skills of utilizing digital information could be developed differently depending on the type of ICT learning activity.

  • Social media is becoming the platform for users to communicate their activities, status, emotions, and experiences to other people. In recent years, microblogs, such as Twitter, have gained in popularity because of its ease of use, speed, and reach. Compared to a conventional web blog, a microblog lowers users' efforts and investment for content generation by recommending shorter posts. There has been a lot research into capturing the social phenomena and analyzing the chatter of microblogs. However, measuring television ratings has been given little attention so far. Currently, the most common method to measure TV ratings uses an electronic metering device installed in a small number of sampled households. Microblogs allow users to post short messages, share daily updates, and conveniently keep in touch. In a similar way, microblog users are interacting with each other while watching television or movies, or visiting a new place. In order to measure TV ratings, some features are significant during certain hours of the day, or days of the week, whereas these same features are meaningless during other time periods. Thus, the importance of features can change during the day, and a model capturing the time sensitive relevance is required to estimate TV ratings. Therefore, modeling time-related characteristics of features should be a key when measuring the TV ratings through microblogs. We show that capturing time-dependency of features in measuring TV ratings is vitally necessary for improving their accuracy. To explore the relationship between the content of microblogs and TV ratings, we collected Twitter data using the Get Search component of the Twitter REST API from January 2013 to October 2013. There are about 300 thousand posts in our data set for the experiment. After excluding data such as adverting or promoted tweets, we selected 149 thousand tweets for analysis. The number of tweets reaches its maximum level on the broadcasting day and increases rapidly around the broadcasting time. This result is stems from the characteristics of the public channel, which broadcasts the program at the predetermined time. From our analysis, we find that count-based features such as the number of tweets or retweets have a low correlation with TV ratings. This result implies that a simple tweet rate does not reflect the satisfaction or response to the TV programs. Content-based features extracted from the content of tweets have a relatively high correlation with TV ratings. Further, some emoticons or newly coined words that are not tagged in the morpheme extraction process have a strong relationship with TV ratings. We find that there is a time-dependency in the correlation of features between the before and after broadcasting time. Since the TV program is broadcast at the predetermined time regularly, users post tweets expressing their expectation for the program or disappointment over not being able to watch the program. The highly correlated features before the broadcast are different from the features after broadcasting. This result explains that the relevance of words with TV programs can change according to the time of the tweets. Among the 336 words that fulfill the minimum requirements for candidate features, 145 words have the highest correlation before the broadcasting time, whereas 68 words reach the highest correlation after broadcasting. Interestingly, some words that express the impossibility of watching the program show a high relevance, despite containing a negative meaning. Understanding the time-dependency of features can be helpful in improving the accuracy of TV ratings measurement. This research contributes a basis to estimate the response to or satisfaction with the broadcasted programs using the time dependency of words in Twitter chatter. More research is needed to refine the methodology for predicting or measuring TV ratings.

  • In this paper, to analyze the meaning of middle-aged men's economic activities, TEXTOM was used to analyze them. The data collection period is set from 2017 to 2019. Among the collected data, 100 refined words were converted into a matrix in which the degree of social connection was calculated, and the keyword network analysis was performed again with the NetDraw program. According to the study, middle-aged men put more meaning on their current work and family than their future retirement. Also, the related word commonly included in the top five for all three years was 'work'. Related words commonly included in the top 10 were 'old age', 'family', and 'work', and in 2018 and 2019, 'health' was included in the top 10. As a result of this, the middle-aged men living in the modern age are the generation who keep their families through economic activities and are increasingly interested in health and prepare for retirement. Therefore, policy support for stable economic activities is needed to improve the quality of life for middle-aged men. It is necessary to extend the retirement age, expand jobs and provide effective vocational training so that it can handle its role as the head of a family. In addition, measures should be taken to reduce the wage gap between highly skilled and low-skilled workers.

  • It has been reported that large amounts of information on agri-foods were delivered to consumers through television and social networks, and the information may influence consumers' behavior. The purpose of this paper was first to analyze relations of social network service and broadcasting program on paprika consumption in the aspect of amounts to purchase and identify potential factors that can promote paprika consumption; second, to develop prediction models of paprika consumption by using structured and unstructured big data. By using data 2010-2017, cross-correlation and time-series prediction algorithms (autoregressive exogenous model and vector error correction model), statistically significant correlations between paprika consumption and television programs/shows and blogs mentioning paprika and diet were identified with lagged times. When paprika and diet related data were added for prediction, these data improved the model predictability. This is the first report to predict paprika consumption by using structured and unstructured data.

  • In 2020 when the COVID-19 pandemic began in full-scale, the WHO Director-General warned of the dangers of an infodemic. The infodemic is a phenomenon in which false information spreads rapidly like an epidemic and causes chaos, and it was noted that the COVID-19 pandemic is not just limited to health problems, but also linked to a variety of issues such as human rights, economic inequality, various discrimination, hate speech, fake news, global governance etc. In the field of education, it is necessary to think about how to connect this global situation with school classes. Accordingly, this study suggested the direction for global citizenship education by analyzing how the infodemic spreads on Korean social media with the case of the recent global COVID-19 pandemic. According to the research results, the rate of negative emotions was higher than positive ones in the emotions that generate infodemic, while anxiety and anger were focused among negative emotions. In addition, the infodemic tended to spread widely with the feelings of anger rather than anxiety, and the feelings of anger led to advocating aggressive policies against certain country and regions. Therefore, global citizenship education is required to focus on a sense of duty and responsibility as a citizen, not on the level of national identity based on an exclusive sense of belonging. Furthermore, global citizenship education needs to lead to presenting a blueprint for education in a way that can enhance the awareness of the global community for joint response to global challenges and realize common prosperity based on sustainability and justice.
