Recently, it has become a social problem due to fine particles. There are more people wearing masks, weather alerts and disaster notices. Research and policy are actively underway. Meteorologically, the biggest damage caused by fine particles is the inversion layer phenomenon. In this study, we designed a system to warn fine Particles by analyzing inversion layer and wind direction. This weather information system proposes a system that can efficiently perform scalability and parallel processing by using OGC sensor web enablement system and NoSQL storage for sensor control and data exchange.

The importance of managing blind spots in the welfare crisis is increasing. Accordingly, in order to manage the blind spot of the welfare crisis, it is necessary to manage the social safety net with the contents of supporting income and self-reliance of low-income families, and actively discovering and supporting poor and crisis households. In this paper, we reviewed various problems related to blind spots for the management of welfare blind spots, and proposed the applicability of blockchain-based distributed ID and the possibility of distributed ID technology in stages by considering the range of blind spots.

With the continuous acceleration of economic and social development, people gradually pay attention to their health, improve their living environment, diet, strengthen exercise, and even conduct regular health examination, to ensure that they always understand the health status. Even so, people still face many health problems, and the number of chronic diseases is increasing. Recently, COVID-19 has also reminded people that public health problems are also facing severe challenges. With the development of artificial intelligence equipment and technology, medical diagnosis expert systems based on big data have become a topic of concern to many researchers. At present, there are many algorithms that can help computers initially diagnose diseases for patients, but they want to improve the accuracy of diagnosis. And taking into account the pathology that varies from person to person, the health diagnosis expert system urgently needs a new algorithm to improve accuracy. Through the understanding of classic algorithms, this paper has optimized it, and finally proved through experiments that the combined classification algorithm improved by latent factors can meet the needs of medical intelligent diagnosis.

As the level of consumption is improved and cultural life is pursued, the consumer's consciousness structure is rapidly changing, and the demand for product selection level, variety, and quality is becoming more diverse. The restaurant economy is falling due to the prolonged COVID-19, the economic recession, income decline, and changes in population structure and lifestyle, but the Meal- kit market is growing rapidly. This study aims to identify the consumer perception of Meal-kit, which is rapidly growing as an alternative to existing meals in the fields of dining out, food, and distribution due to the development of technology and social environment using big data. As a result of the analysis, the keywords with the highest frequency of appearance were in the order of Meal-kit, Cooking, Product, Launching, and Market and were divided into 8 groups through the CONCOR analysis. We want to identify consumer trends related to the key keywords of Meal-kit, present effective data related to Meal-kit demand for Meal-kit specialized companies, and provide implications for establishing marketing strategies for differentiated competitive advantage.

The growth of online market is accelerating due to the development of technology and the era of pandemic. In order to deliver the ordered product to customers courier service should be used. In addition, the courier logistics market is growing with the growth of the online market. With the growth of the logistics market, traffic and environmental problems are emerging as social issues. Logistics technology of urban community logistics courier terminal system utilizing vacant space in the city has been developed as a new alternative to environment and traffic problems by increasing logistics efficiency in the city area. In this study, we propose a concept of a system that performs operational concept definition and scenario analysis by applying model-based perspective analysis to urban community logistics courier terminal system under development. Through this study, we defined the operating concept of the urban community logistics courier terminal, which is the target of development, and defined the scenario for system operation by grasping the structure and function of the system and applied it to system development.

Currently, the rapid growth of electric vehicles and the collection and disposal of waste batteries are becoming a social problem. The purpose of this paper is to propose a fast and efficient battery screening method through a safe inspection and storage method according to the collection and storage of waste batteries of electric vehicles. In addition, as the resistance inside the waste battery increases, an instantaneous voltage drop occurs, and there is a risk of overcharging and overdischarging compared to the initial state of the battery. Accordingly, there are great difficulties in operation, so the final goal of this study is to develop a device for diagnosing aging through real-time battery internal resistance measurement. Final result As a result of simulation of the internal resistance measurement test circuit through external impedance (AC), the actual simulation value was 0.05Ω, RS = Vrms / Irms => Vrms = 8.0036mV, Irms = 162.83Ma. Substitute the suggested method. The result was calculated as Rs = 0.0495Ω. It is possible to measure up to 64 impedances inside the aging diagnostic equipment that enables real-time monitoring of the developed battery cells, and the range can be changed according to the application method.

The purpose of this study is to confirm and analyze the impact on consumers through big data keyword analysis on weak food. For data collection, web documents, blogs, news, cafes, intellectuals, academic information, and Google Web, news, and Facebook provided by Naver and Daum were used as analysis targets. The data analysis period was set from January 2018 to December 2021. For data collection and analysis, the frequency and matrix of keywords were extracted through Textom, a social matrix site, and the relationship and connection centrality between keywords were analyzed and visualized using the Netdraw function among UCINET6 programs. In addition, CONCOR analysis was conducted to derive clusters for similar keywords. As a result of analyzing yakseon food with keywords, a total of 35,985 cases of collected data were derived. Through this, it was confirmed that medicinal food affects consumers. Furthermore, if a business model is created and developed through yakseon food, it will be possible to lead the popularization of yakseon food.

The purpose of this study was to objectively explore and discuss the effect of trainer's communication style on rehabilitation ability and rehabilitation satisfaction of elite athletes. we observed the relationship between rehabilitation trainers and injured athletes and found that communication between them plays an important role. In this study, we criticized that most of the studies related to rehabilitation were conducted from the point of view of natural science. The results of this study emphasized that rehabilitation-related research should broadly accept social science positions such as business administration. The main research findings are as follows. As a result of analyzing the relationship between trainer's communication style and rehabilitation ability, first, the trainer's cooperative and professional communication style affects emotional factors of injured players. Second, the trainer's cooperative and controlled communication style affects the cognitive factors of injured players. Third, the trainer's cooperative and professional communication style affects the behavioral factors of injured players. Fourth, the trainer's cooperative and professional communication style affects the rehabilitation satisfaction of injured players. Based on these results, this study was conducted to validate the necessity of discussing the trainer's communication style preference according to the individual background such as the injured player's gender, personality, and injury level, and the classification and composition of communication styles that match Korean culture and sentiment. As suggestions for follow-up research, active sharing of problems with adjacent disciplines such as sports sociology, sports education, and sports marketing, and parallel qualitative research centered on individual cases were suggested

This study aims to explore how college students have adjusted to Internet-based learning (IBL) since the pandemic and how they have subjectively experienced their Internet-based classes including live-streaming and recorded classes. We conducted a qualitative study on 16 college students in South Korea. The analysis of the in-depth interviews revealed that despite early negative experiences regarding adjustment to IBL, the participants seemed to have developed an increased sense of control over their learning and simultaneously reported a greater need for self-discipline and social support in order to stay motivated. Also, instructors' digital competence and creative attempts to facilitate class communication and discussion appeared to have influence on successful IBL. Lastly, the participants' physical learning environments seemed to impact their online learning in terms of their level of alertness and motivation for study. Implications and suggestions were discussed.

In this study, keywords from representative online portal sites such as NAVER, Google, and Youtube were collected based on text mining analysis technique using TEXTOM to check the changes in the restaurant industry before and after COVID-19. The collection keywords were selected as dining out, food service industry, and dining out culture. For the collected data, the top 30 words were derived, respectively, through the refinement process. In addition, comparative analysis was conducted by defining data from 2018 to 2019 before COVID-19, and from 2020 to 2021 after COVID-19. As a result, 8272 keywords before COVID-19 and 9654 keywords after COVID-19, a total of 17926 keywords, were derived. In order for the food service industry to develop after the COVID-19 pandemic, it is necessary to commercialize the recipes of restaurants to revitalize the distribution of home-use food products that replace home-cooked meals such as meal kits. Due to the social distancing caused by COVID-19, the dining out culture has changed and the trend has changed, and it has been confirmed that the consumption culture has changed to eating and delivering at home more safely than visiting restaurants. In addition, it has been confirmed that the consumption culture of existing consumers is changing to a trend of cooking at home rather than visiting restaurants.
