The concept of social media is top of the agenda for many business executives and decision makers, as well as consultants try to identify ways where companies can make profitable use of applications such as Netflix, Flixster. The social media is playing an increasingly important role as the information sources for customers making product choices etc. With the flourish of Web 2.0 technology, customer reviews are becoming more and more useful and important information resources for people to save their time and energy on purchasing products that they want. This paper proposes the Bayesian Probabilistic Classification algorithm to mine the social media review, and evaluates it by different splits and cross validation mechanism from the real data set. The explored study experimental results show the robustness and effectiveness of proposed approach for mining the social media review.

Corporate social responsibility (CSR) is of increasing interest to both industry practitioners and academics because of increasing public awareness of environmental, economic and social sustainability. The last decade witnessed a large number of studies on the development of CSR principles and the implementation of CSR in various industries such as the mining industry, oil industry and food industry. However, there is limited number of CSR studies focusing on the construction industry. Considering the critical role the construction industry plays in achieving economic, social and environmental sustainability, it is imperative to extend the current CSR research to the construction sector. This paper provides a critical review of literature related to corporate social responsibility in construction context. A special focus is placed on the current practice adopted by the industry to be socially responsible. A research agenda is set up to tackle this critical issue.

애니메이션은 계몽 형태의 대중예술로서 다양한 연령대에게 쉽게 다가가 그들이 외면하는 사회문제를 재고찰하게 한다. 따라서 본 논문은 애니메이션 <윌러비 가족>의 캐릭터 설정과 조형의 상징성이 사회 의제의 인식 제고 방안으로써 작용하는지 분석했다. 현대의 심각한 문제로 대두되고 있는 아동학대와 가족 형태의 수용 필요성에 대한 실태를 파악했으며, 애니메이션의 색채와 조형성은 관객의 심리적 감동과 변화를 유도한다는 선행 연구를 살펴봤다. 작품은 아동학대 유형 중 정서적 학대와 방임을 캐릭터로 보여주며, 가족의 형태를 세분화했다. 조화로운 색채의 무지개는 다양한 가족 구성원을 상징했으며, 각진 형태와 차가운 푸른색의 조형적 특징으로 이루어진 고아국 요원은 무관심한 이웃과 함께 현대의 원칙주의적인 2차 가해자로 표현하여 관객의 인식변화를 촉구한다. 본 논문은 복지사회 건설과 지원체계에 앞서 국민적 인식 제고가 필수인 시점에 사회 의제를 작품으로 표현하여 관객의 문제 인식을 깨우칠 수 있는 애니메이션의 가치를 제시하고 있다.

Korea Credit Guarantee Fund(KODIT) is a public financial institution under the provision of the Korea Credit Guarantee Fund Act. Facing the waves of change both locally and globally, KODIT will serve as 'social value creator' in making a paradigm shift from a large corporation(Conglomerate-dominated) economy to a social enterprise-oriented one based on social economy. This study focuses on the supporting service programs for social enterprises and job creation how it affects the performance of social value creation of KODIT. There is currently no detailed research of the social value in terms of the business and management academic agenda. Therefore, the present study describes the importance of social value creation on the policy financial institution. This study conducted in-depth case study for social value performance. As a public policy financial institution, KODIT exert diverse efforts to correct market failure and achieve inclusive growth. For example, KODIT extends credit guarantee services for the liabilities of promising corporations and stimulates financial and non-financial supporting programs for social enterprises. Although the role of social value and social economy has gained business field attention, few investigations have been conducted to explain how social value is achieved. The present study can thus act as the foundation for exploring the social value creation in the circumstances of public financial institution.

The issue "Exploring Social Media and Other Crucial Success Elements of Attitude towards Politics and Intention for Voting in Pakistan" is a huge study embracing more issues. The politics of Pakistan is basically the politics of semantic groups. Pakistan is a multilingual state more than six languages. There are 245 religious parties in Pakistan, as elaborated by the Daily Times research. The use of social media sites in Pakistan peaked to its maximum after announcement of election schedule by the Election Commission of Pakistan in March 22, 2013. Most of the political parties used it for the recent elections in Pakistan to promote their agenda and attract country's 80 million registered electors. This study was aiming to investigate the role of social media and other critical variables in the attitude towards politics and intention for voting.

Since the early 1990s, cluster-based policies have been celebrated as the basis of successful regional industrial and technological development strategy by encouraging regional innovation and technological spillover. Most recently, the Korean government has also begun to seek to initiate some strategies for promoting industry clusters. However, it is problematic that the cluster policies still focus on attracting related firms and establishing supporting agencies and physical infrastructures rather than improving social and institutional dimensions for cluster development such as social capital, networks, social learning capabilities, the governance of regional innovation. In this paper we attempt to elucidate social and institutional dimensions for cluster development and suggest some policy agenda to promote innovative cluster.

본 연구는 정책네트워크이론을 적용하여 한국과 일본의 노인장기요양(개호)보험제도의 정책결정과정을 상호 비교, 분석하고 우리나라에의 정책적 이론적 시사점을 도출하고자 하였다. 연구결과로는, 한국과 일본 모두 노인요양(개호)문제에 대한 정책의제형성은 정부 주도로 이루어지고 정책과정단계별 특성에 따라 정책참여자의 범위가 확대되었으나, 두 나라간 노인요양문제에 대한 정책의제형성 배경에는 차이가 있음을 알 수 있다. 그리고 두 나라 모두 정책의제형성 초기단계부터 정책참여자간의 상호 작용은 비교적 협력적이었으나, 제도골격이 국민들에게 공표되면서 급격히 갈등관계 내지 비판적으로 변화해 갔으며, 정책과정단계별 특성에 따라 주도적 참여자들의 역할이 두드러졌고, 연계형태도 비슷한 모습을 보여주고 있다. 또한 정책과정별로 정책참여자의 범위와 정책산출에의 정책참여자들의 의견 반영 정도가 다르지만, 한국, 일본 모두 정부주도로 노인요양문제에 대한 정책 추진결과로 정책의제형성기부터 국회심의결정기까지 매우 유사한 정책네트워크모형을 보여주고 있다. 정책참여자의 범위 뿐만 아니라 개방적인 상호작용시스템 구축의 중요성, 개호보험제도 정책결정과정의 많은 한계점, 과도한 정부주도 정책네트워크로 인한 정책산출에 정부의지가 너무 많이 반영되는 단점 등이 본 연구의 시사점으로 볼 수 있다.

There have been many studies that applied a data-driven analysis method to social media data, and some have even argued that this method can replace traditional polls. However, some other studies show contradictory results. There seems to be no consensus as to the methodology of data collection and analysis. But as social media-based election research continues and the data collection and analysis methodology keep developing, we need to review the key points of the controversy and to identify ways to go forward. Although some previous studies have reviewed the strengths and weaknesses of the social media-based election studies, they focused on predictive performance and did not adequately address other studies that utilized social media to address other issues related with public opinion during elections, such as public agenda or information diffusion. This paper tries to find out what information we can get by utilizing social media data and what limitations social media data has. Also, we review the various attempts to overcome these limitations. Finally, we suggest how we can best utilize social media data in understanding public opinion during elections.

이 논문은 특히 아시아-태평양 지역의 대도시들에서 상수원 정책의 지속가능성의 평가를 위한 연구 과제를 개관하고, 이에 근거하여 한국의 서울과 호주의 시드니 지역의 맑은 물 공급을 둘러싼 갈등을 공동 연구한 것이다. 우선, 아시아-태평양지역의 대도시 물 갈등에 관한 연구 과제가 소개될 것이다. 둘째, 도시의 맑은 물을 위한 갈등과 관련된 서술 및 분석을 위한 기본 틀이 제시될 것이다. 셋째, 맑은 물 갈등에 관한 분석틀에 기초하여 시드니 및 서울의 사례가 고찰될 것이다. 넷째, 끝으로 이 지역의 도시에서 맑은 물의 지속가능성을 위한 미래의 정책적 요구 사항들에 관한 예비적 제안들이 제시될 것이다.

본 연구는 1980년 이후부터 국제이주의 현상이 세계화, 다변화로 외국인 근로자들의 노동시장의 유입과 여성결혼이민자 증가로 인해 '다문화가족지원법'을 탄생시키게 된다. 다문화가족이라는 사회문제가 공공의제로 부각하여 '다문화가족지원법'의 제정으로 연결될 때 참여자들은 누구인가?를 알아보고자 한다. 또한 사회문제 중에서 정부의 공식의제로 확정하여 추진하는 과정에는 동원형, 외부주도형, 내부접근형의 3유형에서 동원형을 선택하여 설명할 것이다. 사례의 특성을 염두에 두고 기존 이론과 모형을 바탕으로 분석할 것이며, 연구논문과 서적, 신문, 일간지, 선거공약, 시민단체, 인터넷, 세미나자료 등을 사용하는 사례분석방법을 택하여 연구할 것이며, 시간적범위는 2003년 11월 21일 "이주노동자 추방반대 재외동포법 개정하라" 한 시점에서 '다문화가족지원법안(대안)'을 제271회 임시국회 제7차 본회의에서 재석 165인 중 165인 찬성으로 입법되는 2008년 2월 19일까지로 한정짓는다.
