유비쿼터스 및 자동화된 컴퓨팅 환경은 개방적이고 동적이어야 하며, 끊김 없는(seamless)소프트웨어와 시스템 구조의 연동을 통한 일반적인 무선 접근으로 사용자에게 다가가는 퍼베이시브 서비스를 제공해야한다. 하지만 다양한 네트워크에서 모든 이동 기기들 간에 미리 정의된 보안 인증을 포함한 로밍 서비스를 제동하기는 매우 복잡하고 어렵다. 더욱이 퍼베이시브서비스 환경에서 끊김 없는 통신 서비스를 제공하기 위해, 다양한 무선 사업자간에 로밍 협정을 세팅하거나 스마트카드 기반의 효율적인 사용자 프로파일 모델링 연구나 다양한 종류의 사용자 인터페이스를 이용하여 자동화된 사용자 인증 시스템을 위한 보안 방안에 관한 연구는 많지 않다. 사용자에게 다가가는 네트워크 도메인 간의 퍼베이시브 보안 서비스를 포함한 상호 로밍이 가능한 로밍 코디네이터 기반의 보안 관리 프레임워크를 제안한다. USIM(Universal Subscriber Identity Module Card)을 이용한 상용 이동 통신은 하나의 서비스 도메인에서만 가능하지만 본 논문에서 제안한 로밍 코디네이터(Roaming Coordinator)는 PWLAN(Public Wireless Local Area Network)이나 3G 이동통신 그리고 WMAN(Wireless Metropolitan Area Network) 등의 다른 네트워크 도메인에서의 보안 서비스를 보다 안전하고 쉽게 제공할 수 있다.

In this paper, Blockchain is mentioned as the next-generation core IT technology. As an immature technology, there are not many practical use cases, but it is expected to be widely applied in various industries such as cryptocurrency, finance, public, etc. to increase efficiency and enable new services that did not exist in the past. Nevertheless, the generalization of blockchain technology is still difficult. In particular, from the viewpoint of personal information protection, GDPR of Europe, etc., is becoming stronger. Considering that the core of the blockchain is the change of information sharing and processing method, it is very important how the blockchain can affect, especially from the viewpoint of privacy, and how the Privacy Act can be applied to the blockchain. However, the discussion on this part also seems to be insufficient. Therefore, in this paper, blockchain By analyzing the implications and implications of technologies and services using them from the perspective of the Privacy Act, we will discuss how the blockchain will be used to prevent leakage of privacy.

이 연구의 목적은 코로나19 기간 동안 대학도서관에서 실시된 다양한 비대면, 온라인 서비스를 살펴보고 뉴노멀시대 대학도서관에 적용할 수 있는 지속가능한 서비스를 제시하는 것이다. 이를 위해 코로나19 사태로 인한 대학도서관 서비스의 운영 현황을 살펴보고, 국내 대학 중 재학생 10,000명 이상 대학의 도서관 63개관의 비대면·온라인 서비스 현황을 분석하였다. 분석 대상 도서관의 홈페이지와 대학도서관 발전계획을 살펴보았으며, 비대면·온라인 서비스를 '장서', '시설·공간', '프로그램'의 범주로 분류하여 서비스 사례를 분석하였다. 또한 국내 공공도서관 및 해외 도서관의 비대면·온라인 서비스 사례를 분석하여 국내 대학도서관에 적용할 수 있는 지속가능한 비대면 서비스를 살펴보았다. 연구의 결과, 뉴노멀시대 대학도서관의 지속가능한 서비스로 '수업자료에 대한 비대면·온라인 서비스 확대', '연구·학습지원 큐레이션 확대를 통한 도서관 자원의 이용 활성화', '스마트도서관 구축 및 시설·공간 서비스 혁신', '이용자와의 상호작용 확대를 통한 비대면·온라인 프로그램 기획'을 제시하였다.

In this study, in line with the era of the fourth industrial revolution, general concepts, technologies, trends, and examples of virtual reality and augmented reality were examined, and based on this, a plan that could be applied to libraries in the future was proposed. As a result of the study, first, it is necessary to construct a smart space as an experiential play space that can satisfy cultural desires transcending time and space by providing immersive contents using 4th technology such as VR and AR. Second, it is necessary to expand experiential cultural support services through VR, AR and MR. Third, to develop educational contents based on augmented reality technology. In order to apply and activate virtual reality and augmented reality in libraries in the future, based on a survey of librarians and users of public libraries, a survey on the application status, satisfaction, and demand of current public libraries should be conducted.

Trust is essential for tax compliance. Various tax management issues might diminish taxpayer trust. As a result, as a measure of transparency in the services of the Indonesia's Directorate General of Taxes (DGT), a method for filing various taxpayer complaints is necessary. Whistleblowing is a service given by the DGT that accepts taxpayer issues and complaints. It may be accessed on the DGT's official website. This strategy was intended to increase compliance by instilling trust among taxpayers. This study aims to show how whistleblowing affects tax compliance by utilizing trust as a mediating variable. The study relied on 400 questionnaires issued directly to East Java I DGT Region taxpayers. SEM-PLS with the Smart-PLS tool was utilized for data analysis. According to the study's findings, whistleblowing positively impacts tax compliance, and trust partially mediates the effect of whistleblowing on tax compliance. The outcomes of this study provide empirical proof for the Slippery Slope Framework's contention that building trust is an essential technique for increasing taxpayer compliance.

본 연구에서는 디지털자료 운영 현황을 분석하여 도서관의 스마트디지털 환경을 위한 스마트도서관 도입에 필요한 기초 자료를 제공하고자 하였다. 이를 위해 전국 공공도서관 디지털자료실·디지털자료 담당자 213명을 대상으로 디지털자료 운영실태 조사를 실시하였다. 연구 결과, 첫째, 응답 공공도서관의 80.8%가 디지털자료실을 운영하고 있으며, 평균 1.75명이 디지털자료 관리 업무를 담당하고 있다. 응답 공공도서관은 개방형 와이파이가 설치되어 있으나 5G 서비스는 11.3%만이 도입하고 있는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 응답 공공도서관이 가장 많이 보유하고 있는 디지털자료는 영상 콘텐츠(63.8%)이며, 다음으로 전자책(53.5%)과 오디오북(53.5%) 순으로 조사되었다. 그 외, 오디오북은 평균 781종, 영상콘텐츠는 4,985종, 영상외 비도서 콘텐츠는 3,616종, 기타 디지털자료는 626종을 보유하고 있는 것으로 조사되었다. 본 연구는 도서관 스마트디지털 환경 구축과 스마트도서관 도입을 위한 기초 연구로서 향후 디지털 자료 활성화 방안, 스마트도서관 도입에 관한 사서의 인식조사 연구가 수행될 필요가 있다.

This research was conducted to propose the basic direction of a smart city plan for the satisfaction of residents of Gangwon-do. Initially, the awareness of smart cities among the residents of Gangwon-do was as follows: The response "I have no idea" was 21.7% higher and "I do not know the details, but have heard of it" was 15.1% lower than the awareness among residents across the nation. Based on these results, it was confirmed that awareness was very low despite the government's smartification reinforcement policy. In addition, the residents of Gangwon-do expected that their time would be saved and their living convenience would increase but were worried that their privacy would be invaded and that the conflict between generations would intensify. Thus, it is necessary to develop a plan to enhance the awareness of smart cities, as well as a plan to enhance digital awareness. Second, based on the importance of and satisfaction with the urban problem response system examined among the residents of Gangwon-do, it seems necessary to prioritize improvements in public space control and administrative problem responses involving deteriorated parks/plazas, pedestrian environment, and administrative processing inefficiency and fairness. Additionally, the first prioritization priority of the residents of Gangwon-do was "health/welfare/medical service" (27.7%); the second and third highest priorities were "transportation service" (26.3%) and "environmental service" (19.0%), respectively. In particular, as "transportation service" was highly preferred in the Chuncheon and Wonju regions and "health/welfare/medical service" was highly preferred in the Gangneung, Sokcho, and other southern regions, it was confirmed that the level of urbanization is deeply associated with smart services.

최근 의료서비스 추세는 소비자의 교육과 생활수준의 향상으로 인해 의료기관이 추구하는 일방적인 형태의 의료서비스에서 벗어나 보다 차별화되고 지속적으로 자신의 건강관리가 가능한 능동형 의료서비스 형태로 변화하고 있다. 따라서 스마트 텔레메디슨 시스템은 기존의 단순한 혈압, 혈당, 심장박동, 체온 측정기 등에 블루투스와 이동통신 모듈의 결합을 통해서 의료서비스를 제공하며, 환자가 인식하지 못하는 사이에 환자의 건강 상태 패턴을 분석하여 예방적인 건강관리가 가능한 능동형 유비쿼터스 의료서비스를 제공하게 한다. 즉 온라인과 오프라인의 의료서비스 환경이 상호 연결되어 시간과 장소에 구애 받지 않고 스마트폰과 모바일 의료검진 디바이스를 통해서 양방향으로 의료서비스를 제공한다. 특히 정보통신 기술의 발전과 더불어 새롭게 등장하는 스마트 텔레메디슨 서비스 사업자를 통해 환자들이 효과적인 의료 검진을 위해 장시간 이동하고 대기하는 시간과 비용을 절감하고 환자의 종적 건강 데이터관리를 통해서 환자 스스로가 건강관리를 하게 한다. 또한 개인화된 맞춤형 예방 건강관리 의료서비스를 이용하게 함으로써 다양한 형태의 의료서비스 비즈니스 상거래를 가능하게 하고 있다. 본 연구는 예방의학적인 스마트 텔레메디슨 시스템을 정의하고 이를 기반으로 한 비즈니스 모델 설계와 분석 및 평가모델을 제시하고자 한다.

This paper proposes the architecture and major functionalities of IT converged smart outdoor exercise equipment and health cashback system. It provides basic information such as date, time, weather information, and display the amount of exercise, thermal images for monitoring the change of user's body temperature and health cashback point. The amount of exercise is transferred to a health cashback server via mobile communication network and the server provides the exercise history and health cashback point. Also, as additional public services, a fine dust alarm light and an emergency alarm function are embedded. The proposed IT converged smart outdoor exercise equipment will be a reference model for studying and commercializing the next generation product.

The purpose of this study is to analyze user perceptions of tourism platforms through big data. Data were collected from Naver, Daum, and Google as big data analysis channels. Using semantic network analysis with the keyword 'tourism platform,' a total of 29,265 words were collected. The collection period was set for two years, from August 31, 2021, to August 31, 2023. Keywords were analyzed for connected networks using TexTom and Ucinet programs for social network analysis. Keywords perceived by tourism platform users include 'travel,' 'diverse,' 'online,' 'service,' 'tourists,' 'reservation,' 'provision,' and 'region.' CONCOR analysis revealed four groups: 'platform information,' 'tourism information and products,' 'activation strategies for tourism platforms,' and 'tourism destination market.' This study aims to expand and activate services that meet the needs and preferences of users in the tourism field, as well as platforms tailored to the changing market, based on user perception, current status, and trend data on tourism platforms.
