SMRT(Seoul Metropolitan Rapid Transit Corporation) changed PC-oriented office system to Smart-Phone oriented mobile office system(STnF: SMRT Talk & Flash), and provided smart phone to all staffs. STnF make it possible not only voice communication between staff, but also to input and inquiry all kind of information related to work(ex: Facility maintenance, Rolling Stock management, office management, Finance, human resource etc.) based on smart phone. STnF conquers the limitation of time and space. All staffs can commute to the site directly to reduce moving time and to share information between staffs, so SMRT improve speed and reliability of work by making a quick decision and action on the spot. After introduction of STnF, within 1 year, the equipment failure ratio fell to 47%. Mobile office system reduced and level-off the step of approval. so enhanced civil customer service. Quantification and scientific movement of work make it fast evolution and development. These business improvement make it possible to put more outstanding manpower on new business and R&D project, and this contributes to company's management effectiveness.

In the rapid industrialization and civilization, the material and the life have been enriched, but smart phone and the Internet are spreading and the spirit of Korean modern people is falling into addiction without knowing themselves. In particular, according to the recent Internet addiction reported by the National Statistical Office, "the Internet addiction rate in 2014 is the highest among adolescents to 19 years old." This study empirically analyzed whether internet addiction, smart phone addiction, sports activities and reading affect adolescents' emotional intelligence and self-esteem. Regression analysis showed that internet addiction, smart phone addiction and sports activities affected emotional intelligence and reading did not affect. Also, internet addiction, smart phone addiction and sports activities were found to affect self-esteem and reading did not affect. Reading and emotional intelligence, reading and self-esteem seem to require further study in the future.

본 논문에서는 스마트폰, 스마트 TV와 PC를 이용하여 사용자에게 보다 편리한 서비스를 제공하기 위한 방안을 제시하였다. 편리한 서비스를 제공하기 위해 스마트 폰, 스마트 TV와 PC 간의 상호 연동을 위한 플랫폼을 설계하고 이를 소프트웨어로 구현하였다. 본 논문에서 개발한 스마트 폰 어플리케이션은 스마트 TV와 무선 통신하여 스마트 TV 채널과 음량등을 제어하고 사용자 인증 서비스를 제공한다. PC는 스마트 폰에 저장되어 있는 사용자 정보를 이용하여 원격 부팅과 원격 로그인 서비스를 제공한다. 본 논문에서 설계하고 구현한 소프트웨어 플랫폼이 가까운 미래의 스마트 생활에서 다양한 스마트 기기간의 상호 연동 소프트웨어 플랫폼 개발에 초석이 되길 바란다.

모바일 오피스 환경으로 업무처리의 방식에 변화가 이루어지고 언제, 어디서나, 업무처리가 가능하도록 스마트 폰으로 회사의 결재를 처리하는 앱을 구현한 후 각각의 직위별로 본인에게 할당된 업무결재를 처리하는 모바일 오피스 앱을 구축하여 적용하고 사용 만족도를 조사하고자 한다. 본 연구에서 구현한 시스템을 고객의 필요사항과 함께 개선한다면 보다 효율적인 근무환경을 기대할 수 있으며, 본 앱을 통해 업무개선사항이 결재관리 앱에 추가되어 지속적으로 모바일 오피스 환경이 효율적으로 개선되며, 기업의 생산성 및 효율성을 높일 수 있다.

본 연구는 미래 컨버전스의 패턴과 e-비즈니스에 있어서 발전 방향을 모색하고자 스마트폰과 기존 서비스 컨버전스 간의 연관 관계를 살펴보았다. 데이터 분석 및 결과 도출을 위해 연관성 규칙을 사용하였고, 이를 통해 다음과 같은 결과를 도출하였다. 첫 번째, 스마트폰의 주요 사용 패턴과 기존 서비스 컨버전스 패턴이 매우 유사하다는 점이다. 이는 스마트폰의 컨버전스는 이미 사용자들의 사용 패턴을 통해서 예견되었다는 것을 나타낸다. 두 번째, 스마트폰에서의 컨버전스 패턴과 기존 서비스 컨버전스의 패턴에 대한 분석을 통해 스마트폰은 홈 네트워킹과 사무기기와의 컨버전스로 이어지는 것이 사용자들의 요구사항과 가장 크게 부합할 수 있다는 점이다. 본 연구의 의의는 스마트폰 사용자들의 사용 패턴과 기존 서비스 컨버전스 간의 관계를 연관관계 분석을 통해 살펴보고, e-비즈니스의 새로운 발전 방향과 미래 컨버전스 패러다임에 새롭게 접근했다는 점이다.

PC와 그 주변기기는 실제로 사용하지 않는 대기 상태에서도 많은 전력을 소비한다. 특히 각급 학교나 학원 그리고 사무실에서 사용되는 PC와 그 주변기기는 근무시간에 항시 콘센트에 연결되어 있지만 사용시간은 많지 않으며, 플러그가 전원에 연결되어 있으면 전원이 꺼졌다 하더라도 일정 부분의 전력이 소모된다. 본 논문에서는 일반 사무실 및 홈 네트워크의 PC를 포함한 다양한 주변 기기들의 대기전력을 포함한 전력소모를 관리하기 위한 네트워크 기반의 스마트 플러그 시스템을 개발하고 그 성능을 평가하였다. 본 시스템은 전력관리서버, 네트워크 멀티콘센트, PC 제어를 위한 PC 에이전트 그리고 원격지에서의 관리를 위한 스마트폰 앱으로 구성된다. 본 시스템은 PC와 그 주변기기의 전력을 모발일 환경에서 편리하게 관리할 수 있을 뿐 아니라, 대기전력을 포함한 소비전력을 효율적으로 절감할 수 있다.

This paper introduces a novel concept of 'A Green LED Sensitivity Lighting System' which can automatically estimate QoS(quality of service) and emotional requirements of user using smart phone. And it can intelligently control ambient illumination lamp to conserve electric energy and to satisfy human sensitivity. The proposed system has 4 control modes; emotional lighting, smart lighting, green lighting and realistic lighting modes in order to comfort man's emotion, to maximize work efficiency, to save energy consumption and to make the entertainment more fun, respectively. When we choose green lighting mode for indoor office situations, an elaborate simulation shows that the proposed system with home network can reduce the energy by 50% compared to conventional light control system with a fixed time-based switching.

The rapid changes in business environments are also applicable to the delivery service field. Numerous companies are using smart phones in order to perform work of the delivery service field that is rapidly developing every year. Smart phones established ubiquitous work environments where access to the server of the head office is possible through telephones, scanners, and the internet anywhere and anytime. However, although smart appliances including smart phones have been diffused, empirical analysis of use of them in actual has not been attempted much. In this regard, current study empirically analyzes how connectivity and context-awareness function of smart phones based on the TAM(Technology Acceptance Model) influence the continuous intention to use through trust, usefulness, and ease of use. The results indicate that the connectivity and context-awareness function, which are natures of smart phones, had impacts on the ease of use and trust, but not on the usefulness. Based on these results, this study suggests implications and future research directions regarding the planning and realization of smart appliances.

우리사회는 급격한 스마트폰 확산은 개인생활 뿐만 아니라 조직의 업무 환경을 바꾸고 있다. 특히 스마트폰은 애플리케이션을 누구나 개발하고 사용할 수 있는 특성으로 인해 타산업과의 융합이 촉진되는 등 사회의 디지털 패러다임을 변화시키고 있다. 정부도 스마트폰 환경에 맞는 대국민서비스 향상과 국민과의 소통을 위해 '모바일 전자정부' 구축을 추진하고 있다. 하지만 스마트폰에 대한 보안위협이 급증하고 있어 이에 대한 대책을 마련하지 않으면 모바일 전자정부 활성화에 장애가 될 수 있다. 본 논문에서는 국가기관의 안전하고 효율적인 모바일 환경 구축을 위해 필요한 정보보호 방안과 이를 체계적으로 관리하기 위한 모바일 전자정부 정보보호관리체계(ISMS)를 제시하고자 한다.

스마트폰의 보급으로 모바일 환경으로의 변화는 모바일 시대라는 전환기를 가져왔다. 스마트 모바일 오피스는 바로 이러한 스마트폰이라는 새로운 모바일 환경과 소셜 미디어가 결합된 형태이다. 스마트폰을 이용한 모바일오피스 환경 구축은 스마트폰 시장의 활성화를 가져왔으며, 고객관리를 위한 CRM구축은 새로운 요구사항으로 대두되고 있다. 그러나, 현행 정보시스템 감리 기준만으로는 스마트 모바일 오피스 환경에서의 CRM 구축을 위한 감리에 적용하기에는 점검분야나 점검항목이 부족한 현실이다. 따라서, 본 논문에서는 스마트모바일 오피스 환경에서의 CRM 시스템 구축을 감리를 위한 모델을 제안하였다. CRM 구축에서 감리 영역 및 점검 항목들을 제안하였으며, 도출된 감리영역, 점검항목이 스마트 모바일 오피스 환경에서의 CRM 구축 감리의 목적에 부합되는지를 설문조사를 통하여 제안한 모델의 적합성을 검증하였으며, 검증결과 보통이상 만족도를 가지는 것으로 나타나 적합하다는 결론이 도출되었다.
