Smart education in the information window, type talent in modern society is changing as talented smart shoes, smart automation creative talent through education, training can be called education revolution. In other words, the advent of smart devices, such as knowledge and information and to actively growing individual customized training paradigm change in the way education and training to reflect this approach. Therefore, in this paper, a smart learning environment based technologies for implementing the system was designed to be the next generation of cloud computing and N screen-based smart education system was studied. From this, educational functions and features in a smart media environment, based on the analysis of the utilization of a smart education system, which maximizes the system design were studied.

We are fusing to the profiling techniques in education and making to a smart teaching plan production systems. Therefore, we investigated based on technical elements necessary for the proper look for profiling techniques, trends in the technology and product trends. We proposed that is smart teaching plan production system such as the smart teaching plan production and editing technique, the management technique for the smart teaching plan, and works for relation skill to smart teaching plan production systems. If you using the techniques that we were proposed to build effective smart teaching plan production system, management system for contents control, virtual classroom then they can management their's class and class teaching plan production, file management to teaching group easy. and those students can easy understand in their class too easy.

In this paper, we proposed the development of a smart factory intergrated technology education platform using smart factory based CPPS (Cyber Physical Production System) and VR (Vitrual Reality) technology and educational methods using the platform. A platform has been developed to learn how to integrate 3D digital twin and BOP (Bill of Process)-based manufacturing processes. In addition, Digital Twin established a smart factory-based integrated education platform by linking mechanical systems, digital twins, and virtual reality through the OPC-UA server. Based on this platform, the smart factory integration platform is proposed to have individual elements of the smart factory integration platform through BOP-based digital twin simulation, OPC-UA integration, MES system, SCADA system, and VR interworking.

The authors have been discussed the optimal voltage regulation method and on-line real time method using artificial neural networks in the distribution system interconnected with Distributed Generation and Storage(DSG) systems. However, these methods have difficulty in dealing with the random load variations and operation characteristics of a number of DSG systems. To overcome these problems, this paper shows the basic concepts of smart grid system which is considered as one of the power delivery system in the near future and presents an evaluation method on the impacts of customer voltages by the operation of smart grid system. The smart grid system can change the system configuration in a flexible manner by using the static switches and offer the different power qualities in power services through the power quality control centers.

본 논문에서는 낙후된 운전면허 학원 시스템 개선을 위한 운전면허 수험생 맞춤관리 어플리케이션을 제안한다. 제안하는 어플리케이션은 수강생 맞춤 가이드, 후기 서비스, 스케줄 조정, 채점표 제공 등의 다양하고 체계적인 서비스를 도입하여 기존의 시스템을 효과적으로 개선한다. 또한 기존에 개발되어 있는 운전면허 관련 어플리케이션과 달리 오프라인에서만 가능했던 부분까지 온라인 맞춤 관리로 포함하여 개발함으로서 사용자의 만족도를 향상시키도록 한다.

Usually, students write on a paper using writing materials and submit it to teachers when they do a homework or take an exam. However, there are temporal and spacial constraints because teachers and students should be in the same place at the time in this system. In addition, it is hard for teachers to maintain numerous papers from students. Applying a digital pen produced by Pen Generations Corporation to education system, we developed a smart education system transmitting image data from written papers using digital pen. As a result, teachers and students can use this system without any constraints. In addition, teachers are able to maintain their papers from students more effectively.

In the past, we implemented a web-based smart education platform, but this is not efficient in a smart or mobile education environment. Therefore, in this paper, we propose an Android-based e-board smart platform for a smart or mobile education system. Here, we use Anoto digital pen- and dot pattern-based technologies. This Android-based smart education platform is efficient for a smart education environment. Further, we implement the hardware and software parts of the technologies, an Anoto-based trajectory recognition algorithm, and a probabilistic neural network for handwritten digit and hand gesture recognition.

There is an increasing discussion about new teaching and learning methods in smart education environment due to the dissemination of smart devices. In this trend, in order to understand the smart education system, this study analyzed the domestic and foreign cases in K-12 smart education based on CTLA (Creation Teaching Learning Assessment) model through access to educational contents, environments, methods, and its curriculums. The teaching and learning methods in smart education are analyzed in foreign cases, domestic cases, and teaching-learning models presenting the positive part of the currently being implemented smart education and the further research for its improvement. Accordingly this study contributes to the specific formulation and successful realization of smart education.
