급식 대상 유형과 위탁급식전문업체 규모별 고객 만족도에 영향을 미치는 서비스 품질 속성의 규명 (Identifying the Effect of Service Quality Attributes on an Overall Customer Satisfaction by the Foodservice Type and the Contract Management Company(CMC) Scale)

  • The purposes of this study were to a) measure the service quality attributes of foodservice type such as school foodservice, hospital foodservice and business & industry(B&I) foodservice, managed by contract management company(CMC), b) compare with service quality attributes by CMC scale, c) analyze overall customer satisfaction(CS) by the foodservice type and the CMC scale, and d) identify the effect of service quality attributes on an overall CS by the foodservice type and the CMC scale. The questionnaires were handed out to 6,620 customers of 207 school, 38 hospital, and 86 B&I foodservices in 108 CMCs. The statistical data analysis was completed using SPSS Win(ver 12.0) for descriptive analysis, t-test, reliability analysis, and multiple linear regression analysis. From an analysis on service quality attributes, 'proper arrangement of table and chair at hall distribution(3.53)', 'operation of nutrition education(3.50)' were highly perceived to student, 'correctable serving(4.08)', 'serve at fixed distribution time(4.08)', 'kindness of serving employee(4.04)' were highly perceived to patient, 'employee's kindness(3.84)' were highly perceived to customer of B&I. In comparison of service quality attributes by CMC scale, most scores of large enterprise(LE) were significantly higher than small and medium sized enterprise(SME) in school foodservice, hospital foodservice and B&I foodservice. Overall CS levels were 3.53 out of a maximum 5 on B&I, 3.46 on school, and 3.44 on hospital and were evaluated differently CS score by CMC scale. Finally, regression results for the effects of service quality attributes on overall CS by each of foodservice type were identified significantly different service quality attributes by foodservice type such as school, hospital, B&I(p<.001) and by CMC scale. For considering the goal of enterprise on profit-making through CS and the needs of customer on CS at moment of truth(MOT), the findings should be applied to the CMC and the foodservice industry.

DEA를 활용한 R&D 프로젝트의 효율성 비교 : 산업기술사업을 중심으로 (Comparing Efficiencies of R&D Projects Using DEA : Focused on Industrial Technology Program)

  • In this paper, scale efficiencies and relative efficiencies of R&D projects in Industrial Technology Program, sponsored by Ministry of Trade, Industry and Energy, Korea, are calculated and compared. For the process, various DEA (Data Envelopment Analysis) models are adopted as major techniques. For DEA, two stage input oriented models are utilized for calculating the efficiencies. Next, the calculated efficiencies are grouped according to their subprograms (Industrial Material, IT Fusion, Nano Fusion, Energy Resources, and Resources Technology) and recipient types (Public Enterprise, Large Enterprise, Medium Enterprise, Small Enterprise, Lab., Univ., and etc.) respectively. Then various subprograms and recipient types are compared in terms of scale efficiencies (CCR models) and relative efficiencies (BCC models). In addition, the correlation between the 1st stage relative efficiencies and the 2nd stage relative efficiencies is calculated, from which the causal relationship between them can be inferred. Statistical analysis shows that the amount of input, in general, should increase in order to be scale efficient (CCR models) regardless of the subprograms and recipient types, that the 1st and 2nd stage relative efficiencies are different in terms of the programs and recipient types (BCC models), and that there is no significant correlation between the 1st stage relative efficiencies and the 2nd stage relative efficiencies. However, the results should be used only as reference because the goal each and every subprogram has is different and the situation each and every recipient type faces is different. In addition, the causal link between the 1st stage relative efficiencies and the 2nd relative efficiencies is not considered, which, in turn, is the limitation of this paper.

  • Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) is a software that manages and automate the internal processes of an organization. Process speed and quality can be increased, and cost reduced by process automation. Odoo is an open source ERP platform including more than 15000 apps. ERP systems such as Odoo are all-in-one management systems. Odoo can be suitable for small and medium organizations, but duo to efficiency limitations, Odoo is not suitable for the large ones. Furthermore, Odoo can be implemented on both local or public servers in which each has some advantages and disadvantages such as; the speed of internet, synced data or anywhere access. In many cases, there is a persistent need to have more than one synchronized Odoo instance in several physical places. We modified Odoo to support this kind of requirements and improve its efficiency by replacing its standard database with a distributed one, namely CockroachDB.

품질성공요소가 경영성과에 미치는 영향에 관한 비교연구 : 기업규모를 중심으로 (A Comparative Study of the Success Factors of Quality on Business Performance : Focused on Business Scale)

  • The purpose of this study is to observe effect on a result of a business performance depending on the business scale and the success factors of quality. Verified hypothesis of the quality of success factors and business performance are conducted in order to conduct this research. The results of hypothesis testing can be summarized as follows : First, depending on the size of the company, quality of corporate success factors in the management and significant positive was verified to be in effect. Second, depending on the size of the small business companies' human resource management, product/process is significantly positive in effect and medium companies' quality information, quality of suppliers in the commercialization of technology is significantly positive in effect. Third, depending on the size of the small business companies' human resource management, product/process financial performance is significantly positive in effect and mid-sized companies, suppliers in the quality significantly positive show the influence of financial performance. The results of measurement through the size of the enterprise and the successful factors of quality impacts on business performance directly.

  • 지난 5년간 국가기술의 약 200여건이 해외로 유출되었으며, 그 중의 70% 이상이 중소기업이며, 내부유출은 80%에 이르는 것으로 통계자료(국가정보원 산업기밀보호센터)를 통해 확인 할 수 있다. 이는 중소기업내의 내부유출 방지에 대한 정부의 산업기술 유출방지를 위한 정책이 중소기업에 집중되어야 한다는 것이다. 특히 기술유출 피해경험이 기업규모에 따라 유출방지 성과에 미치는 영향에 대해 분석한 연구는 전무하며 산업기술 유출에 대한 요인을 조사한 연구 또한 미약한 실정이다. 본 연구는 기존의 선행되어진 국, 내외의 연구들을 분석하여 산업기술 유출방지 성과에 미치는 요인을 바탕으로 각각의 특성들을 성질화 하여 변인들을 각각 TOE 프레임워크와 TAM모델을 적용하여 성과와의 영향관계를 실증 분석하였다. 산업기술 내부 유출을 보호하기 위하여 정부정책, 회사의 방향성 등이 어떤 영향을 미치는지 분석하여 방향성을 제시하는 것이 산업기술의 내외적인 유출보호에 대하여 기업과 조직에게 시스템 구축과 인력관리에 대한 실무적 시사점을 제공해줌으로써 정책과 제도를 수립하는데 방향성을 제시하고자 연구를 진행하였으며, 이에 따른 보다 올바른 방향성 제고에 그 의미를 두고 있다.

위탁급식전문업체 지적자본 측정도구의 운용시험 평가 (Practical Evaluation of Intellectual Capital (IC) Measurement Tool for Contract Foodservice Management Company)

  • The purposes of this study were to a) measure the IC identified of CFMC (contract foodservice management company) ,b) examine IC circumstance of CFMC, c) evaluate practically IC measurement tool of CFMC, and d) present information for selecting an adequate CFMC to clients. The questionnaires of IC measurement were handed out to 108 CFMCs, there composing of main office employees, foodservice managers, customers, and clients of 207 school,38 hospital, and 86 husiness/industry foodservices. The statistical data analysis was completed using SPSS Win (ver 12.0) for descriptive analysis, t-test, Mann-Whitney U test. First, CFMCs had operational experience for an average of 8 years and 8 months, and served an average of 38,540 meals a day. Most of the respondent companies specialized in the school foodservice field and managed an average of 66 clients for the contract period of 2 years and 3 months. Second, the respondent companies had gotten a score of 77.78 points for the total average, 77.7 points in the large enterprise group and 78.1 points in the small and medium-sized enterprise group. Therefore, the minimum number of points for the accrediting license on Qualification is suggested to be over 70 out of a 100 point scale; this study would be serve as reference for the certification license on qualification. On the level of evaluation category, the scores were 14.15 to 20 points on $\ulcorner$finance$\urcorner$, 19.24 to 25 points on $\ulcorner$customer$\urcorner$, 19.33 to 25 points on $\ulcorner$process$\urcorner$, 14.31 to 20 points on $\ulcorner$human resource$\urcorner$, and 8.6 to 10 point on $\ulcorner$renewal and development$\urcorner$ . $\ulcorner$Renewal and development$\urcorner$ and $\ulcorner$customer focus$\urcorner$ received better grades than other evaluation categories. Third, $\ulcorner$Finance$\urcorner$ indicated similar distribution overall. Small and medium-sized companies had lower grades than large companies on 'market ability' of $\ulcorner$customer$\urcorner$ , but, clients of small and medium-sized companies had higher grade for 'client satisfaction' than large companies. Most of the companies supported 'infrastructure support for foodservice operation' of $\ulcorner$process$\urcorner$ by the main office of CFMCs, but, the branch chain offices of CFMCs were not applied efficiently. Large companies made more effort to improve the 'employee ability' of $\ulcorner$human focus$\urcorner$ than small and medium-sized CFMC. The 'research and development cost' of $\ulcorner$renewal and development$\urcorner$ was increased compared to the previous year. In conclusion, if CFMCs were to perform self-evaluation and a routine checkups by utilizing CFMC's IC measuring tool, improvements in CFMC operational capacities as well as foodservice quality can be noted. 전통시장 내 소매업 경쟁구조에 관한 연구 (A Study on Retail Competition Structure in Traditional Market)

  • Purpose - Our Research is a study on the competition structure between retailers in traditional markets. Specifically, this study examined the effects of SSM, commodity supply store, Hanaro mart, food mart and other mart in traditional markets on retail stores of small businesses. The purpose of this study is to provide a solution to the market encroachment of large retailers in traditional markets. Research design, data, and methodology - This study is based on the data of 'Market Survey of Traditional Market·Shopping Mall and Store Management in 2016' and 'Current status of SSM(Super SuperMarket), commodity supply store, Hanaro mart, food mart and other mart in the traditional market in 2017' conducted by Small Enterprise and Market Service. In this study, a multiple regression equation was constructed using the number of SSM, commodity supply store, Hanaro mart, food mart and other mart as an independent variable and sales, number of customers as a dependent variable for analysis. Results - The increase of SSM and commodity supply stores in the traditional market affects the sales decrease of the surrounding small merchants in the traditional market. This means that the SSM and commodity supply stores can lead to the decline of the traditional market. However, it has been found that the penetration of these companies in traditional markets does not affect the number of visitors. Second, Hanaro mart's entry into the traditional market has a negative impact on the sales and visitor numbers of the surrounding small-scale merchants. The increase in the number of food mart has a significant effect on the sales and the number of visitors to the small stores. The results of this study indicate that the food mart can contribute to the revitalization of traditional markets. Lastly, other mart with more than medium size were found to affect the sales of small stores, the number of visitors. Conclusions - We examines the competitive structure among retailers in traditional markets. The penetration of large retailers in traditional markets has a negative impact on traditional markets, particularly Hanaro mart has a greater impact than SSM. We provide practical and theoretical implications for the retail competition structure in traditional markets.

입지환경수준 변수요인 분석 및 기업규모와의 관계 연구 (An analysis enterprise local environment factor and relationship of business scale)

  • 본 연구는 내실 있는 기업 유치를 증대시키기 위한 입지마케팅 정책을 수립하는데 적절한 함의를 제공할 목적으로 시도되었다. 구체적으로 본 연구는 충북지역의 기업체를 대상으로 기업의 입지환경수준을 기초자치단체의 지원정책, 광역자치단체의 지원정책, 중앙정부의 지원정책 등의 '지원정책요인', 동종 혹은 관련 산업의 집적, 풍부한 판매시장, 개방적 혁신적인 산업분위기, 대학, 연구소 등의 다양한 혁신기관의 집적 등의 '집적요인', 양호한 정보 통신망, 공항, 철도, 고속도로 등의 광역교통망과의 근접성, 저렴한 지가 혹은 임대료 등의 '입지기반요인' 등 세 가지로 구분하여 분석하였다. 이러한 기업의 입지환경수준을 세 가지 요인으로 구분하여 기업규모에 미치는 영향은 어떻게 존재하는 지에 대하여 실증적인 분석을 했다. 기업성장을 촉진시킬 수 있는 입지환경의 역할이 중요한 현실 하에서 입지환경수준과 기업규모의 관계를 분석하는 것은 중요하다고 할 수 있다. 이러한 연구결과는 기업에게 가장 적합한 입지마케팅 정책을 수립하고 방향을 설정하는데 도움을 제공할 수 있을 것이다.

외국인근로자 고용만료에 따른 귀국지원사업 분석 (An analysis on homecoming support project by employment expiration of foreign workers)

  • To solve the serious problem of insufficient manpower in medium and small scaled companies, our country allows introduction of foreign manpower for 5 business types such as manufacture industry, service industry, etc. and there are 226,825 people who entered by employment license system(E-9) in Sep. 2013. However, according to the results of investigation "actual status and difficulties of foreign manpower's employment of medium and small scaled manufacturing companies" of KFTA in 2013, 36.4% of respondents responded that current scale of introducing foreign manpower is insufficient to solve difficulties of insufficient manpower in industrial world and 37.7% of them responded that the quarter of new employment is insufficient. So, they hope that current quarter system of foreign manpower can be abolished. Meanwhile, introduction scale of foreign manpower was decided by 53,000 people so as to solve enterprise difficulties in manpower and vitalize economics this year, but illegal aliens are 39,623, more than 17.5%, in Sep. 2013 after employment expiration. Therefore, it becomes serious social problem. Government displays various support businesses so that foreign workers after employment expiration can return to their homeland legally. This thesis intends to find measures to maintain royalty for our country and support their smooth resettlement through the analysis on homecoming support business of foreign workers.

수출역량강화사업이 수출성과에 미치는 효과연구: 경기지역 창업 중소기업을 중심으로 (A study on the Effect of Export Support Policy to Export Performance: Focusing on Small-Medium Start-up Enterprises in Gyeonggi Area)

  • 이 연구의 목적은 중소기업청의 수출지원사업 중 수출역량강화사업(이하 '사업')이 중소기업, 특히, 업력 7년 미만의 창업 중소기업(중소기업창업지원법 제2조 제2호에 의함)의 수출증대에 미치는 효과를 분석하는데 있다. 이 목적을 달성하기 위하여 전국 12개 지방 중소기업청에 사업을 신청한 기업중 2014년, 2015년에 경기지방 중소기업청을 통하여 사업에 참여한 1,690개 기업의 수출성과에 대한 정량적 분석을 하고자 한다. 본 연구에서는 기존연구들을 바탕으로 기업의 수출성과와 관련된 선행연구들을 조사하여 주요 변수를 선정하였다. 또한 2000년대 이후 수출 입 관련 통계상 매년도 1위를 차지하고 있고, 산업별 고용인원이 1위인 경기지역의 사업 참여업체를 대상으로 표본을 수집하였다. 실증분석결과, 첫째로 사업은 중소기업의 수출성과에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 사업은 업력 7년 미만의 창업 중소기업의 수출성과에 긍정적인 효과를 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 마지막으로, 사업은 일반 중소기업보다 업력 7년 미만의 창업 중소기업에 더욱 긍정적인 효과를 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 향후 본 연구는 수출입 규모가 경기지역 다음으로 큰 울산지역과 서울지역에서 동일한 기간에 사업에 참여하였던 기업들의 수출성과를 추가하여 유의한 결과가 도출되는지에 대한 후행 연구를 하고자 한다.
