철근 콘크리트 공사에서의 BIM 적용 연구 (A Study on the Application of BIM for Reinforcement Concrete Structural Work)

  • BIM은 지금까지 건설업무에 적용하는데 많은 시행착오를 겪어 왔다. BIM인 이슈화된지 10여년이 지났지만 활성화가 안 되고 있는게 현실이다. 본 연구는 철근콘크리트공사에 BIM적용을 제안하고자 한다. 철근콘크리트 공사는 건축공사비 중 가장 큰 비중을 차지하는 반면에 재료의 수가 적고 한정적이다. 또한 구조물 공사에 대한 모델링을 하여야 다른 모델링을 할 수 있으므로 철근콘크리트공사의 3D모델은 모든 3D모델링의 바탕이 되기 때문에 3D 모델링을 가장 처음 하여야 한다. 철근 콘크리트공사에 대한 수량산출 프로그램개발 및 사례를 통하여 BIM기반의 철근콘크리트 공사에 지식기반의 수식DB를 적용하여 시공단계까지 활용할 수 있는 BIM기반의 산출정보를 구축하였고, 적용성을 검증하였다. 이로써 BIM기반의 타 공종도 구현 가능성을 제시함으로써 정보화, 지능화 시대에 건설산업도 BIM기반의 활성화가 가능하다는 것을 확인하였다.

  • Silicone structural glazing (SSG) is a method utilizing a silicone adhesive to attach glass, metal, or other panel material to the structure of a building. Windload and other impact loads on the facade are transferred from the glass or panel through the silicone structural sealant to the systems' framework. Silicone structural glazing systems are currently a very common method of glazing throughout the world. Locally, structural silicone glazing has become very common to achieve aesthetically pleasing and high utilization of small land for both residential and commercial building. Although structural silicone glazing has been utilized for approximately thirty years in Korea, the understanding of its technology was low and limited. Consequently, Korean projects experienced many quality issues during assembly and construction, even in very recently finished buildings. Adhesion loss and water infiltration occurred on more than one project, and the time and cost to repair these issues were substantial. In general, there are two kinds of structural silicones depending on fabrication methods. 1part structural silicone is for site glazing system and 2part structural silicone is for unitized factory glazing system. In this paper, 2part structural silicone which is very common for factory fabricating curtainwall systems was evaluated with regards to various mixing ratio. Since the structural performance of 2part sealant can be affected by mixing ratios, some extra ranges of recommended mixing ratio were evaluated to see any performance differences. Besides on cure profile, comparative evaluations for mechanical properties and adhesion develop on common building substrates were conducted.

북한 농업생산기반조성 현황과 협력 방안 (Cooperation Measures for Agricultural Infrastructure Development in North Korea)

  • The objectives of this article are to identify the current status of agricultural infrastructure in North Korea and to suggest some cooperation measures among South and North Koreas and international agencies in order to develop the North Korea's agricultural infrastructure. The area of cultivated land in North Korea is 1,992 thousand ha (paddy field: 585 thousand ha: upland: 1,407 thousand ha) in 1997. Major water use facilities in North Korea are 1,900 reservoirs (included 100 big dams), 36,400 irrigation pumping stations, 1,600 drainage pumping stations, and 14'a,000 wells. In addition, there is 'two thousand Ri canal construction project' linking the rivers of Aprok, Daeryong, Daedong, Jaeryong, and Yesong. The unit of paddy land consolidation is about 1 ha which is regarded as rational for agricultural mechanization. The project of 'Darak' upland construction to create small size farmland, which has been carried out since 1976 has been unsuccessful due to the shortage of construction equipment. The area of farmland created by reclamation by 1995 is only 75 thousand ha although the potential project area is at)out 320 thousand ha along the western coast. It is due to the fact that civil engineering technologies and equipments are old and investment funds are insufficient. These are a few suggested areas of cooperation among South and North Korea and international agencies in order to improve North Korea's agricultural infrastructure : i) see land reclamation and land consolidation projects to increase paddy fields for rice production; ii) rehabilitation project in farm land areas devastated by flood; and iii) agricultural water development project which including diagnosing and rehabilitating irrigation and drainage facilities.

3D 프린팅 기술 기반 보강토 옹벽 순환토사 적용 뒤채움재의 성능 평가 (Performance Assessment of 3D Printed Mechanically Stabilized Earth Retaining Wall Backfilled with Recycling Soil)

  • 최근 국내는 다양한 대규모 사회기반 시설물 공사 및 택지 개발 등이 시행되고 있으나, 이에 반해 제한적인 국토 여건으로 철도 또는 도로 흙쌓기 비탈면 다짐 시공 또는 보강토 옹벽 뒤채움재 시공 시 기준에 부합하는 양질의 토사 수급이 어려운 실정이다. 특히, 다수의 보강토 옹벽은 부적절한 뒤채움재 다짐 시공으로 인한 지지력과 배수 성능 저하로 인한 구조물 피해사례 등이 증가하고 있다. 이에 본 연구에서는 뒤채움재로 순환토사를 활용하는 보강토 옹벽에 대하여 3D 프린팅 기술 기반 실내 모형실험 및 2차원 수치해석을 수행하여 구조적 성능 및 안전성을 분석하고자 하였다. 그 결과, 순환토사 배합비 및 보강재 설치 방법에 따른 뒤채움재 성능을 확인하였으며, 3D 프린팅 기술을 통해 실제 보강토 옹벽 시공과 유사하게 보강재 체결이 쉬운 형태의 실험상 벽체를 제작하여 3D 프린터의 활용성을 확인하였다.

디지털 트윈을 적용한 소규모 건축물 대수선 프로세스 적용 사례 연구 (A Case Study on the Application of Digital-Twin to Small-size Building Remodeling Processes)

  • The number of old buildings in Korea is increasing. According to a report from the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport, the proportion of old buildings increased from 29.0% in 2005 to 37.8% in 2009. However, the ratio of repairs to improve usability and improve the environment through problem improvement The proportion of old buildings was 72% in 2010, but decreased to 38% in 2020 and does not exceed 40%. The reason is that the difficulty of remodeling old buildings is more difficult than repairing new ones, and business estimates are difficult to predict. Accurately reflecting the current condition of a building in a repair project has a huge impact on time and budget. Accurate and detailed measurements are essential. Current repair methodologies require a lot of manpower, time and money to remodel an old building. Therefore, it is necessary to improve the remodeling methodology applied in the field. In this study proposed a Digital-Twin-based remodeling process that introduced various digital technologies such as 3D Scanning, BIM, Reverse Engineering, and Digital Fabrictation in consideration of the latest technologies used in recent construction projects. In addition, the process proposed in this study was applied to an actual small-scale building remodeling project and the results were analyzed. In addition, useful basic data were provided for the establishment of plans related to the repair process of buildings in the future.

공동주택 리모델링 수요에 대응한 정책 추진방안 (Policy Direction in Responses to Demand for Apartment Remodeling)

  • This study aims to seek a proper policy direction in response to the demand for apartment remodeling. As the research methods, we diagnosed the current status of the remodeling policy and analyzed the demand for apartment remodeling nationwide. According to the result of analysis, we suggested the fundamental direction and tasks for remodeling policies to be pursued at the government level. The results of the study are summarized as follows. First, the result of analysis showed that the demand for environmental improvement(performance improvement) remodeling project was much higher than other types of remodeling projects. The percentage of unit increased-type remodeling that can secure business feasibility is about 10% and only 30% when it comes to reducing project costs. The remaining 70-90% need to be promoted in environmental improvement remodeling projects which dependent on the residents' payment. Second, in order to prepare a policy action plan in response to the demand for apartment remodeling, it is necessary to set up clear policy goals and strategies for apartment remodeling in advance at the national level. Along with proactive goals and strategies, graded policy support should be accompanied per type of remodeling and business demand. We also suggest to simplify administrative procedures and support the R&D research to develop technologies. It would help to utilize the unit increased-type remodeling. On the other hand, for utilizing the environmental improvement remodeling which takes up a relatively high proportion, the policy should take care of as follows: offering housing performance information, rationalizing long term repair reserve, fostering small companies and experts. Finally, apartment management system should be advanced from the perspectives of managing old apartments and institutional foundations such as new construction and customized regulations for differentiated remodeling should be accompanied.

해외건설 프로젝트 특성에 따른 입찰 성공률 분석에 관한 기초연구 (Preliminary Analysis of the Bid Success Ratio according to the Characteristics of Overseas Construction Projects)

  • 건설산업에 있어 입찰 경쟁력은 기업의 가장 기본적이며 중요한 역량이다. 입찰 경쟁력은 기업이 보유한 경쟁우위에 기인한 것이나, 입찰 경쟁력을 확보하기 위한 기업의 전략은 결국 프로젝트의 특성에 따라 달라질 수 있다. 특히 해외건설은 건설업의 고유성과 해외사업이라는 특수성이 공존하는 분야로, 본 연구는 국내기업들이 도급형 방식으로 실시한 12,952건의 해외 프로젝트 입찰 사례를 수집하여 프로젝트 특성에 따른 입찰 성공률을 분석하고 그 차이를 확인하여 상황별 입찰 난이도를 진단하였다. 분석 결과, 지역별로는 중동 지역에서, 공종별로는 토목 부문이 입찰 성공률이 낮아 입찰활동에 대한 난이도가 높음을 파악할 수 있었다. 또한 프로젝트 규모나 기간이 작은 그룹이 상대적으로 입찰 성공률이 높음을 확인하였고, 입찰방식에 따라서는 수의시담 방식이, 발주자 형태별로는 민간부문 발주 프로젝트의 입찰 성공률이 높은 것으로 분석됐다. 반면 계약방식이나 시대구분의 경우 Kruskal-Wallis test 결과, 그룹 간 기업별 입찰 성공률이 통계적으로 유의미한 차이가 없음을 확인하였다. 본 연구는 산업차원에서 해외건설 프로젝트 특성요인에 따른 입찰 성공률을 다각적으로 분석했을 뿐 아니라 해외건설 실무자에게 상황별 수주활동 난이도 진단 및 효과적인 입찰전략 수립을 위한 기초자료를 제공한다는 점에서 의의가 있다.

하도급대금 직접지급에 대한 쟁점판례 분석 - 공공 건설공사를 중심으로 - (An Analysis of Judicial Precedents for Progress Payment to Subcontractor - Focused on Public Construction Projects -)

  • 우리나라의 공공 건설 산업은 다양한 이해관계자로 구성되어 있다. 발주자와 수급인, 수급인과 하수급인간의 중층 구조로 이루어져 있으며, 발주자인 국가와 수급인과의 계약관계 및 수급인과 하수급인과의 관계로 이루어져있다. 이러한 계층 구조에서 중간 역할을 하는 수급인의 파산, 부도 등의 경영위기는 발주자 및 하수급인에게 예측하지 못한 피해를 가져오게 된다. 이에 발주자에게 하도급대금 지급에 대한 후견적 지위를 부여함으로써 대기업인 수급인과 하도급 거래 관계에 있는 중소기업자를 보호함으로써 국민 경제의 균형 발전이라는 정당한 공익실현을 위하여 하도급대금 직접지급 관련 내용을 법령에 규정하였다. 그러나 관련 법령마다 지급기준과 지급방법이 다르고 법령해석에 있어 차이가 있기 때문에 분쟁이 많고 또한 판결 내용에도 차이가 있다. 따라서 직접지급 관련 법령의 비교, 분석뿐 만 아니라 이들의 실제 적용사례 중 쟁점이 되었던 사안에 대한 검토가 필요하다. 본 연구의 목적은 건설 사업을 관리, 감독하는 발주자의 입장에서 하도급대금 지급과 관련한 쟁점판례를 분석하는 것이다. 이는 향후 하도급대금 지급 관련 법규의 개선 방안을 제시, 관련 분쟁 발생 시 효과적인 해결에 도움을 줄 것이다.

신흥국의 의료시장 및 의료시설 인프라현황에 관한 조사연구 (A Study on the status of Healthcare Market and Healthcare Facilities Infrastructure in Emerging Countries)

  • In this study, the status of healthcare infrastructure in foreign countries was investigated for a Korean healthcare business planning to expand its business to these countries. Countries selected and surveyed are China, India, Indonesia, and the Middle East. When the surveyors visited the hospitals, the hospital facilities were investigated and medical professionals were interviewed to scrutinize the healthcare conditions in the hospitals. Also studied are healthcare related laws, trend of healthcare policies, hospital operations, medical staffing, and global healthcare service providers. Korea has expanded their overseas healthcare market only to small-sized hospitals and clinics. In order to keep up with global market expansion in the healthcare domain, strategic marketing is required. Especially, the most important key for overseas marketing is to make a synergizing system among hospitals, construction companies, medical equipment providers and IT solution providers. For the next step, the in-depth study will be conducted through real projects in the target countries per type of business.

새만금 종합개발계획에 따른 새만금 유역 치수 안전성 수치모의 (Numerical Simulation for River Safety of Saemangeum Basin according to Master Plan)

  • The Saemangeum master plan includes dredging and waterproofing materials, construction projects that can change the hydraulic characteristics of the Saemangeum and Mangyeong and Dongjin River basins. In this study, the river safety of 2030 when the Saemangeum master plan was completed for 100 year frequency, 500 year frequency and 100 year frequency applied RCP 8.5 scenario was examined using Delft3D. As a result of the analysis, it was confirmed that there was no overflowing point at the 100 year frequency, but the difference between the flood level and the river bank elevation was relatively small at the curved and river joint part. At the 100-year frequency with the 500-year frequency and the RCP 8.5 scenario, the possibility of overflowing at several locations was confirmed. The possibility of river bed loss due to fast velocity appears in the upstream part of Mankyung River and it is necessary to monitor the safety of hydraulic structures continuously. In addition, it is expected that the expansion of the area showing the characteristics of the lake due to dredging will affect the sediment mechanism and water quality, so detailed and diverse studies will be needed.
