의약품 도매상과 약국간 관계특성과 협력에 관한 연구 (The Relationship Characteristics and Cooperation between Wholesalers and Small and Medium Pharmacy Stores in Medical Supplies Channel)

  • 최근 영세한 국내 의약품 유통시장을 근대화하고 유통질서 확립을 위해 도매상 기능의 강화와 도매상과 약국간 협력체계 확립의 중요성에 대한 정부와 업계의 관심이 높아지고 있다 본 연구는 의약품 유통경로에서의 도매상과 소매상간 관계특성 변수들을 파악하고 이들 변수들과 협력간 관계를 실증분석 하였다. 기존 연구와 이론적 배경을 토대로 의약품 유통경로에서의 관계특성 변수들로 관계주의, 보상적 힘, 신뢰, 의존을 선정하고 이들 변수들과 협력과 만족간 관계를 살펴보았다. 연구결과, 보상적 힘을 제외한 관계특성 변수들은 협력에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며, 협력은 만족에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 연구결과를 토대로 의약품 유통경로에서 도매상과 중소형 약국간 협력관계를 강화시킬수 있는 방안들을 제시하였다.

기존 건물의 에너지 개수방법의 제안 및 사례연구 (Proposal of the Energy Retrofit in a Small Sized Office Building and its Application)

  • Recently, energy saving in building sector is of great important to meet national $CO_2$ reduction goals in Korea. In this sense, it is crucial to improve the energy performance for existing building. The energy efficiency investments, ESCO business, can be beneficial to expand the chance of energy retrofit for existing building. However, ESCO business hardly expand in Korea because it has many limitations in guarantee for energy saving. Also, it is more difficult to apply the energy retrofit measures in existing building than new building. Therefore, the retrofitting methods for existing small-and medium-sized buildings should be improved to initiate ESCO business and expand it in Korea. In this study, the energy retrofit methods for small sized office building were suggested and the case study for a small sized office building located in Suwon was accomplished.

중소형 건설현장의 추락재해 영향요인 분석 연구 (A Study on the Influencing Factors of Falling Disaster in Small and Medium-sized Construction Sites)

  • 본 연구에서 회귀분석을 통한 중소형 건설 현장 추락재해에 대한 안전사고 위험요소를 추출하기 위해 첫째, 10년간의 중소형 건설 현장에서 발생한 추락재해에 대한 데이터를 수집하였으며 둘째, t-test를 통해 중소형 건설 현장과 대형 건설 현장 두 그룹 사이의 추락재해 발생 시 진료일수의 차이가 있다는 것을 증명하였다. 마지막으로 회귀분석을 실시하여 안전사고 위험 요소에 대한 회귀 모델을 도출하였다. 추락재해에 영향을 미치는 요소는 사고 시간, 사고 요일, 직업 분류 순으로 크게 작용하는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구 결과는 건설 현장 규모에 따른 정책 개선 및 통계분석을 위한 기초자료와 중소형 건설 현장 위험 정량화 연구의 기초자료로 활용될 것으로 사료된다.

We suggest what government need to do to support SME's, which includes establishing a one-stop service center, outsourcing of public service, and triggering strategy In order for the government support to be effective, it should serve SME's needs continuously and professionally.

업무용 건물의 용도 및 운전 기간별 에너지 소비 특성 연구 (A Study on the Energy Consumption Characteristics for Use and Operation Period in Office Buildings)

  • The purpose of this study is to calculate the energy consumption rate based on data regarding energy use in office buildings, and to confirm the general characteristics of energy consumption. The energy consumption rate of the building is calculated by dividing the energy consumption by the floor area. The energy consumption rate of small-sized office buildings was calculated as $101.48{\sim}201.55kWh/m^2{\cdot}year$ and in the case of medium-sized buildings, the range was $92.77{\sim}177.89kWh/m^2{\cdot}year$. In the case of small buildings, it was found that the energy consumption was $73.24kWh/m^2{\cdot}year$ in electronic device, $34.31kWh/m^2{\cdot}year$ in hot water supply, and $18.37kWh/m^2{\cdot}year$ in heating. In the case of medium-sized buildings, electronic devices was $73.08kWh/m^2{\cdot}year$, lighting was $18.35kWh/m^2{\cdot}year$ and heating, $15.37kWh/m^2{\cdot}year$. In all of the study buildings, the peak heating energy use was observed from 8:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m during the winter, and the peak power management was required. Energy use at and around the midnight hour is confirmed to be 40~60% of weekly working hours, so it is necessary to manage power use at night time as well as during the day. In order to improve the accuracy of future studies, it is necessary to make efforts to secure the data with standardized energy measuring units for the various type of buildings.

중소규모 사업용 BIM을 위한 데이터 사전의 활용 (Application of Data Dictionary to BIM for Small and Medium Project)

  • 건설 산업의 전반적인 생산성 향상을 위하여 시설물의 전 생애주기에 걸쳐 정보의 시스템화가 요구되고 있다. 정보를 시스템화하는 방법의 하나로 3차원 정보모델을 기반으로 정보 관리하는 기술인 BIM(Building Information Modeling)이 활발하게 연구되고 있다. 하지만 BIM 연구의 초점은 대형 사업장에 맞추어져 있으며 중소규모 사업장을 위한 BIM 연구는 미비한 실정이다. 중소규모 사업장의 경우 대형 사업장보다 정보 손실이 더욱 심각하지만, 투자 자원의 부족으로 인해 BIM을 도입하기에는 힘든 실정이다. 따라서 이 논문에는 과도한 투자 없이 BIM의 효과를 얻을 수 있는 중소규모 사업장 대상 맞춤형 BIM 시스템 개발을 위한 연구를 수행하였다. 이를 Pseudo BIM(이하, 의사BIM)이라 정의하였다. 그리고 의사 BIM의 개념과 구축방법에 따라 PLIB Part 42, 건설정보분류체계 등을 활용하여 의사 BIM의 엔진 구조를 담당하는 데이터 사전 구축 방법을 제시하고 Pilot test를 실시하여 의사 BIM의 유효성을 검증하였다.

중소규모 건설현장 재해원인 분석 및 제도적 개선방안 (Accident Prevention and System Improvement Strategies for small and medium-sized construction sites)

  • This study is to analyse the causes of accident in small and medium-sized construction sites and to provide prevention strategies and system improvement guidance. Although occupational safety and health act regulates the standards and installations of temporary structures, about an half of construction accidents were caused by poor temporary structures such as guardrails, scaffolds, work platforms, etc. It investigated 51 construction sites which is located in metropolitan area by asking a series of questions including their knowledge about regulations and opinions about prevention strategies. The result shows that many of the respondents do not have sufficient understandings about the regulations, and it implies that education and training must be reinforced in order to enhance the safety-awareness and to develop the comprehension of regulations.

중소도시 가로경관의 건축적 특성과 만족도분석 연구 -포항시 중앙상가로변을 중심으로- (A Study on the Architectural Characteristics and Satisfaction Analysis of Street-scape in a Small and Medium City -Focused on the Street of Central Market, Pohang City-)

  • This study aims for proposing improvement method for streetscape in a small and medium city of Korea. According to this purpose, in chapter 2, by inspecting conservation of street environment and streetscape, deduce the frame for analyzing streetscape in commercial district. In chapter 3, analyzing present condition and problems of selected streets in Pohang City, derive the primary factors to induce desirable streetscape through problems and their reason between the analyzed elements of building form. Analyzed elements are composed of floor elements, wall elements, ceiling elements. The detailed elements are pavement of road, street furniture, height of buildings, color and material of building and outdoor advertisements. In chapter 4, by conducting a questionnaire survey of pedestrians about street images -choosing impressive physical elements and the feeling of the street by the list of adjective of semantic differential scale- and the preference, propose the direction of improvement about streetscape in commercial district.

  • Real-time information on the construction project required by the owner make the project's transparency and overall productivity will be improved. This study analyzes domestic and foreign patents for construction project management to identify trends in technology development, construct cloud-based construction project management system solution UI, and proposes functions and services for each module. Trend research is conducted through patent search, and the analysis is divided into quantitative analysis which means quantitative statistics and qualitative analysis which means the technical contents of each patent. The construction project management system solution is based on smart devices at small and medium-sized sites, allowing both the owner and the construction personnel to share information.

수원지역 중소기업 인력수급 불일치에 관한 연구 (Labor Mismatch Study on Medium and Small Companies in Suwon Region)

  • The purposes of this paper are to investigate mismatch in labor supply and demand on small and medium industries in Suwon region by conducting surveys to potential employees and employers, and to suggest alternative policy means to eliminate those mismatch conditions. Reasons of occupation change, difference in terms desired in occupation between potential employee and employer, understanding in mismatch, and measure of labor shortage by firms are analyzed in this paper. The report's recommendations to eliminate labor mismatch in small and medium industry are categorized into two groups: working conditions and occupation competence. Narrowing the working conditions gap, utilization of idle workers, establishment of flexible wage system are suggested to eliminate labor condition mismatch. In addition, potential employees need to meet working requirements by building up both wide use ability, occupation specific ability, and industry specific ability.
