최근 ERP Package를 도입하여 정보시스템을 구축하는 기업이 날로 증가하고 있다. 이것은 기업간의 경쟁이 날로 치열해지고 있는 기업경영적 환경과 정보기술적 환경의 급속한 변화에 기인한다고 할 수 있다. 또한 BPR을 성공적으로 추진함에 있어서 ERP는 핵심도구로 등장하고 있는 실정이다. 최고경영자에게 유용한 정보를 적시에 전달하여 생산성을 높일 수 있도록 의사결정을 지원하는 정보시스템이라고 할 수 있다. 그러나 외국의 ERP 도입 실태에 비하여, 국내에서는 그 수와 질에 있어서 초보단계에 머무르고 있는 실정이다. 본 논문은 이 방대한 ERP패키지의 내용 중에서도 중소기업 특히 매출액500억 미만의 제조업 체를 위하여 기업 실정에 맞고 자금에 부담을 느끼지 않을 정도에 투자로 최적에 환경과 최소에 비용으로 인터넷을 기반으로 한 중소제조업을 위한 전사적 자원관리 시스템을 설계하고 구현한 다음 기술적인 요인과 업무적인 요인 등으로 인한 문제점을 분석하여, 중소기업의 정보화 인프라 구축에 대하여 연구하였다.

본 연구는 벤처 또는 기술 기반 중소기업을 대상으로 기업의 신용등급에 영향을 미치는 요인을 분석하고 그 시사점을 제시하고자 하였다. 요인분석 결과에 따르면 벤처 기술 지향형 중소기업이 신용등급의 수준을 높이기 위해서는 기존의 재무적 성과만이 아니라 경영일반, 마케팅 및 인적자원관리, 연구개발, 생산 및 품질관리 등의 다양한 경영활동을 효과적으로 관리해 나갈 필요가 있음을 시사한다. 본 연구의 결과는 향후 벤처 기술 기반 중소기업의 경영성과 및 정부지원 사업의 정책적 효과를 평가함에 있어서 유용한 정보가 될 것으로 기대한다.

본 논문에서는 상호역회전 풍력발전기와 New Yaw System 실증시험에 대하여 제시한다. 상호역회전 풍력발전기는 공기의 유동을 가진 운동에너지의 공기역학적(aerodynamic) 특성을 이용하여 동일한 바람방향에 대해 상호 반대방향으로 회전하는 Front Blade와 Rear Blade를, Generator의 Rotor와 Stator에 각각 결합 형성한 것으로, Generator와 Dual Blade의 회전력이 원심력이 아닌 구심력으로 변환되어 무게중심이 균형을 이루게 한다. 이렇게 변환된 구심력은 회전구동부분의 편마모 현상, 소음발생 현상 및 불균형 톨크 발생 현상 감소효과가 공히 구현되도록 하여 풍력발전기의 구조적 안정성 및 발전효율 증대효과를 얻을 수 있도록 한 기술이다.

Since many small and medium sized enterprises in Korea have lack of funds to install a commercial computer packages for work standards and work scheduling. This study has been attempted to develop the computer-generated package to ease those problems. The system consisted of three major parts. The first part is a work measurement program applying W.F.(work factor) predetermined time standards for work standards. The second part is a work scheduling program which calculates each operator's machine and job allocation. The last part is a control program for the production outputs and the machine utilization monitoring. The system is programmed by dBASE III for the IBM-PC compatibles for the sake of user's conveniences.

It is childhood yet in uTradeHub system practical use. According as company's necessity of cost-saving is increased according to trade terms aggravation such as uncertainty of international money market, commodities prices rise, necessity of e-trade practical use in company is increased. Use is inevitable by state that link with e-Nego and e-B/L service with related presentation e-L/C banks is not made. At the present users are doing specification only service this main point, and practical use activation through public information and marketing about service is needed situation because most of, companies which is not using service, do not know about existence availability of uTradeHub system, usage, availability. This study presented five such as early materialization of user center's link and integration, medium and small enterprises e-trade participation extension, utilization ratio raising through government's public information, e-trade cooperation business activation between the country, electronic documents standardization etc. by prompting competition about practical use of uTradeHub system.

Industry for mobile camera module is a complex one based on various technologies, including mechanics, communication technology, material engineering, and electronics which are connected closely. This industry has been already known to a higher value-added business, and as going into an aging society, is expected a market growth. Also, it is a knowledge based component industry and each components assembled into product is almost home made items. This characteristics made many small and medium and venture enterprises participate in this area. Using this study, related companies refer the status and make the decision for commercialize the technology in the internal and world market.

This study examines the relationship between dynamic capabilities and operational capabilities as well as investigates the effect of these capabilities and performance. We also test these relationships on two industry groups categorized into high-tech industries and low-tech industries. We collected 221 firms' data from a questionnaire survey of small and medium-sized enterprises in Korea. Empirical results show that dynamic capabilities and operational capabilities influence performance positively. In high-tech industries dynamic capabilities directly affect performance while marketing capabilities appear to mediate the relationship between dynamic capabilities and performance. Dynamic capabilities show no significant effect on performance for low-tech industries; however, operational capabilities do mediate the relationship between dynamic capabilities and performance.

This study examines the international competitiveness of the Korean information and telecommunication industry by using competitiveness index such as the RCA index, the Trade Specialization index, and the Total Factor Productivity. The results of this study show that the industry's competitiveness slightly decreases since 1995, but not its the total factor productivity. In conclusion, the industry has kept the competitiveness over all. Therefore, to keep or improve the competitiveness continuously, the industry is required the government's intensive investment and administrative support. And the industry should bring up by venture and small-medium-size-enterprises to have great economic impacts on other industries. Also, the increasing production and export promoting policy will be enhance the industry and improve nation's balance of trade.

Overseas expansion by small and medium-sized enterprises of the Korean software industry has been sluggish, with many SMEs lacking the necessary capabilities required for successful entry into the overseas markets. This study aims to identify the capabilities SMEs require to advance into overseas markets and develop a diagnosis model for evaluating overseas entry capability appropriate to the characteristics of SMEs. A basic research was first performed to gain a comprehensive understanding of the characteristics of the software industry, software exports, and SMEs. Based on this research, the study aimed to develop a model for diagnosing overseas entry capability of SMEs by dividing the required overseas entry capability into globalization capability in product area and internal competence from a resource-based perspective. In addition, This study aims to contribute to the success of SMEs in overseas markets by presenting a diagnosis model that evaluates the capabilities required to advance into overseas markets.

전자상거래 또는 e-Business에 대한 정부 등 각계 기관과 기업들의 관심이 매우 고조되고 있다. 현실적으로 e-Business를 도입하려는 일반 중소기업들은 매우 많은 어려움에 직면하고 있다. 수많은 솔루션과 다양한 방법론 그리고 경영전략 등을 체계적으로 수립해야하고 다양한 정책을 활용하는 과정을 필요로 하기 때문이다. 본 연구는 중소기업을 위한 전자상거래 또는 e-Business 환경구축에 대한 eSCM과 eCRM의 핵심기능을 포함한 eSCS(eSCM+eCRM)통합시스템 모델과 설계에 관하여 다루고 있다.
