Considerable research has been done on the issue of succession in family businesses. However the process of induction, of preparing the members of the next generation for joining the family business has not been examined in detail. This paper attempts to analyse the relevance of three critical factors - 'quality of relations', 'willingness of the inductee' and 'the ability to manage tensions harmoniously' - to the induction process and the progress of the business. It focuses on the Indian context, specifically in the Small and medium Enterprise (SME) area. Qualitative research has been carried out. The Case Study method is used and data has been gathered from two families (including two branches of one family), using frequent unstructured interviews, over a period of five years. It is concluded that positive impact on business, family and the inductee depends to a large extent on the quality of relations, willingness of the inductee and the ability of both the inductor and inductee to handle and manage the tensions. Thus the findings of the study extend current understanding about succession drivers to the specific context of eastern cultural and developing economy represented by the Indian family businesses in the small and medium enterprise sector.

본 연구는 중소 제조 및 서비스업체의 ERP시스템을 사용하고 있는 사용자들을 대상으로 사용자의 직무특성과 임파워먼트가 직무만족에 미치는 영향을 분석하였다. 분석 결과, 직무특성의 세부 요인인 효율성, 권한위임, 복잡성은 ERP 사용자의 직무만족에 유의한 영향요인으로 분석되었고, 임파워먼트 요인의 업무영향력, 자기결정력, 과업의미성은 사용자의 직무만족에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 요인으로 분석되었다. 그러나 역할수행력은 직무만족에 긍정적인 영향을 미치지 않는 요인으로 분석되었다. 이러한 분석 결과에 따라 ERP 시스템을 사용하고 있는 중소 제조 및 서비스 기업에서는 ERP 시스템의 사용으로 인하여 대부분의 사용자들은 자신들이 담당하고 있는 직무에 만족하고 있음을 알 수 있었다.

Recently, it has been known that it need to be solved export marketing on expanding export of Small Business Commodity. Therefore, the purpose of this paper is to analyse on expanding export of Small Business Commodity through e-Trading Application in Industrie 4.0. This study deals with the terms of three connection success factors on expanding export of Small Business Commodity through e-Trading Application in Industrie 4.0 which are a firm's subjective factors, a industrial environment factors, and a governmental policy factors. According to analysis results of the three success factors, a firm's subjective factors(4.13 score) are scored at the most ones of the three success factors, to be compared with a industrial environment factors(3.89 score), with a government policy factors(3.72 score). Therefore, first of all, it is important to expanding export of Small Business Commodity through e-Trading Application in Industrie 4.0 through as follows, a firm's subjective factors : (1) to procure concentrated market strategy and real market capacity, (2) to procure speedy satisfaction of customer needs and confidence, (3) to procure ability of export marketing through e-Trading Application, (4) to enhance export expanding strategy coincided in Industrie 4.0. And, the next, we have to expanding export of Small Business Commodity through e-Trading Application in Industrie 4.0 through considering a industrial environment factors and a government policy factors.

The Small and Medium Enterprise is currently getting more attention from the Indonesian government as the contribution of this sector to the regional and national income has increased. Though the government is providing a lot of attention as well as facilities to the small businesses in the manufacturing sector, they face intense competition. Thus, the small enterprises need to ensure that they achieve good business performance. This research aims to investigate the role of entrepreneurial intensity and innovation in improving the performance of small businesses in Indonesia. For this purpose, one hundred and eighty-six small business owners participated in the survey. The data was analyzed using Structural Equation Modelling. The hypothesis results show that entrepreneurial intensity and innovation have a proven role in business performance of small enterprises. Entrepreneurial intensity in particular, significantly impacts innovation and exploration. And innovation is crucial for business performance. The results imply that to increase business performance, the owner and the manager also need to raise their entrepreneurial spirit, as it can enhance their willingness to explore and use their business experience to do more innovation activities. The more innovation is done by the company; the business performance is more likely to improve.

우리나라는 최근 온실가스 감축, 저출산 고령화 문제 해결, 생산성 향상 등을 위해 스마트워크를 서서히 도입하고 있다. 우리나라의 경우 ICT 인프라의 발달과 스마트 기기의 확산으로 스마트워크 유형 중 하나인 모바일 오피스가 가장 많이 도입되고 있으나, 중소기업의 모바일 오피스 도입률은 대기업의 절반 수준에 그치고 있으며, 중소기업의 스마트워크 도입에 있어 가장 큰 장애요인의 하나가 보안 문제인 것으로 나타났다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 중소기업이 스마트워크의 한 유형인 모바일 오피스를 도입하고자 할 때 우선적으로 고려해야 할 정보보호 요소를 분석하고자 하였다. 선행연구 분석을 통해 모바일 오피스 정보보호 요소를 단말기, 응용프로그램 및 플랫폼, 네트워크, 서버, 사용자 등 5개 영역으로 구분하여 각각 세부항목을 정리하였다. AHP를 활용한 조사 결과 상위계층에서는 '사용자'가 가장 중요한 항목으로 도출되었으며, 24개의 하위 요소 중에서는 '데이터 암호화', '무선랜 통제', '퇴사 시 단말 회수' 등이 중요한 모바일 오피스 정보보호 요소인 것으로 나타났다.

본 연구는 국내 벤처기업들의 외부 협력이 그 협력의 대상 및 협력 내용별로 벤처기업의 경영성과에 미치는 영향을 "벤처기업실태조사" 중 1,567개 벤처기업 자료를 활용하여 실증적으로 분석하였다. 분석 결과, 연구기관과 외국기업과의 협력은 벤처기업의 매출성장에 유의한 정(+)의 영향을 미쳤고, 다른 중소기업과의 협력이 미치는 영향은 유의하지 않은 반면, 대기업과의 협력은 유의하게 부정정인 영향을 끼치는 것으로 나타났다. 그런데, 대기업과의 협력 내용별로는, 공동기술개발 신제품 공동개발은 벤처기업의 경영성과에 매우 유의하게 긍정적인 영향을 미치고, 직원교육훈련 인력교류 및 공동마케팅 해외동반진출도 유의하게 벤처기업 성과에 긍정적인 영향을 미치고 반면, 자금지원 대출알선은 매우 유의하게 벤처기업 성과에 부정적인 영향을 미치고, 기술지도 정보제공 기술이전 및 성과공유제 시행은 유의한 영향을 미치지 못한 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구의 결과는 벤처기업의 혁신능력을 제고시키거나 새로운 시장개척과 관련한 협력 유형이 경영성과에 좋은 영향을 미친다는 것으로, 향후 대 중소기업간 협력정책의 추진방향에 시사점을 주고 있다.

최근 국내 외의 금융 위기는 중소기업의 경영환경을 더욱 힘들게 하고 있다. 국내 대다수 기업들은 자금부족 뿐만 아니라 인력부족, 시장 정보부족 등으로 혁신에 어려움을 겪고 있다. 이러한 문제를 극복하기 위해 중소기업 간 협업 활성화 방안이 제시되고 있으며, 협업 사업은 중소기업의 부족한 역량을 보완하기 위한 서비스를 제공하고 있다. 그러나 정부의 협업 활성화 노력에도 불구하고 기업들은 협업에 대한 의지가 부족하다. 협업과정은 복잡하고 상호의존적으로 얽혀 있어서 정부지원만으로 기업의 협업 의지를 높이기 어렵다. 본 연구는 협업적 리더십과 창의적 리더십이 기업 구성원의 협업지수에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지, 그리고 흡수역량(absorptive capacity)에 따라 이들의 관계가 어떠한 차이를 보이는지 실증 분석하였다. 연구의 결과 창의적 리더십은 흡수역량과 협업 지수에 영향을 주지 못하지만 협업적 리더십을 통해 흡수역량과 협업 지수에 영향을 주고 있다. 이러한 결과는 기업 간의 협업 활성화를 위해서는 창의성과 성과를 강조하는 기업 문화에서 벗어나 적극적으로 소통할 수 있는 유연하고 개방적인 태도를 가질 수 있는 조직 문화 환경을 만드는데 적극적인 노력이 필요하다는 시사점을 제시하는 것이다.

As the risk of technical leakage is increasing, technology protection support systems for small and medium-sized businesses have gained attention. This paper analyzed the perception gap of the user and policy-maker regarding technology protection support systems. First, to identify key elements of technology protection support systems and construct measurement factors, interviews with experts are conducted. Then, surveys are conducted to analyze the perception differences between the users and policy-makers. Factor analysis and ANOVA have been utilized to analyze survey results. The result shows that the perception gaps exist in the following areas: management system, cost reduction, copyright protection, customer satisfaction, leakage prevention, and awareness. To enhance the effectiveness of technology protection support systems, this paper suggests technology protection support systems should be customized in terms of the company's size and type of busines.

The demographic characteristics of a leader are important for small businesses during the COVID-19 pandemic. Several researchers have proven that demographic characteristics affect business success. Unfortunately, business success has only been analyzed from a financial perspective and has not been compared to the owner's interests perspective. This study examines business success from both perspectives. This study aims to analyze the demographic characteristics of small entrepreneurs and their impact on business success. Demographics consist of age, experience, education, and gender. Meanwhile, business success is seen from two perspectives: financial performance and the owner's interest. The study used an explanatory survey method. The number of samples is 155 entrepreneurs who are also the leaders of their businesses. The research was conducted in Bandung City, Indonesia, in 2021. The data was processed using descriptive statistics and multiple regression. The study results found that age only affects financial performance. Experience is proven to affect financial performance and the interests of the owner. Gender only affects the interests of the owner. This study concludes that in difficult times such as the COVID-19 pandemic, having young leaders who are experienced will make it easier to achieve business success.

The article analyzes the impact of factors affecting the use of management accounting in small and medium-sized firms in Vietnam, which adds to the empirical evidence on these factorsThe survey results collected 328 questionnaires using a questionnaire survey of managers at all levels, chief accountants, and accountants of 89 small and medium firms in Vietnam. Some questionnaires were invalid due to many blank cells, hence the author chose to use 315 questionnaires. Quantitative research was carried out with SPSS 25 software. Research results show that five factors have a positive influence on the application of management accounting including Competitive pressure, Decentralization of responsibility, Application of information technology, the level of interest of managers, and the quality of human resources, in which the application of information technology and competitive pressure are the factors that have the strongest influence on the application of management accounting in small and medium enterprises in Vietnam. Based on the findings of the study, the author has proposed recommendations to help small and medium-sized businesses improve their ability to successfully apply management accounting techniques, thereby improving their competitiveness and efficiency performance and contributing to the long-term sustainability of their businesses.
