The study was conducted to determine the effects of adding pig blood as an admixture to both mortar and concrete. The mortar tests included the determination of its unit weight, flow and its compressive strength. Moreover, the concrete test includes the determination of air content, slump, bleeding, setting time compressive strength and freeze-thaw resistance of the material. As the test result, the utilization of pig blood, as an additive to both mortar and concrete mixtures causes air entrainment. The mortar flow increased and both the unit weight and the compressive strength of mortar decreased. As the blood replacement rate increases, the air content decreases over time, the setting and amount of bleeding showed a tendency to decline and reduced compressive strength, and the freeze-thaw resistance of the concrete increased.
In this study, the properties of super flowing concrete containing fly ash were experimentally
investigated and compared with those of ordinary concrete. Tests were carried out on five types
of super flowing concrete mixes containing fly ash and three types of ordinary concrete mixes
without fly ash. Flow test, 0-funnel test, box test, L type test and slump test were carried out
to obtain the properties for flowability and workability of fresh concrete. The mechanical properties
of hardened concrete were also investigated in terms of compressive strength, splitting tensile
strength, modulus of elasticity, creep and drying shrinkage.
In fresh concrete, it was found that super flowing concrete had excellent workability and flowability
compared with ordinary concrete, and had self-compactable performance. Super flowing
concrete *also had good mechanical properties at both early and late ages with compressive strength reaching as high as 40 MPa at 28 days. The creep deformation of super flowing concrete
investigated was relatively lower than that of ordinary concrete, but drying shrinkage was much
higher.

The aim of this research is analyzing the fundamental properties and autogenous shrinkage reducing performance of 70 and 100MPa grade high performance concrete including emusified refined cooking oil(ERCO) under the mock-up conditions. As a results of experiment, the mixture contained 0.5% of ERCO showed slightly decreased slump flow while the slump was increased and segregation resistance performance was improved as 2.5 of EIS. For air content, all mixtures satisfied target air content with increased unit weight and delayed setting time with ERCO addition. In the case of compressive strength, when ERCO was added 0.5%, the result of approximately 5 to 10% of increased compressive strength was observed. For the autogenous shrinkage, ERCO contributed on 20-30% of shrinkage reducing performance comparing to Plain mixture without ERCO. It is considered that capillary pore filling action of soap particles occurred by the reaction of ERCO in cement paste between fatty aicd and calcium hydroxide contributed the shrinkage reducing performance. Based on these mock-up test results, application of the high performance concrete mixture with ERCO on CFT actual structure was decided.

This study, as mock-up test for applying Polylon Fiber engineering method to the field, analyzed the fundamental characteristics and the fireproof characteristics of high strength concrete mixed with Polylon Fiber 0.05% and the results are summarized as followings. From the characteristic of the fresh concrete, both slump flow and air content were appeared to satisfy target range. And from the characteristic of hardened concrete, all compressive strengths according to the curing conditions were appeared to satisfy design standard strength of 60 MPa. From the fireproof characteristic, small scaling and spalling phenomenon were partially appeared on the surface part of specimens, but generally the excellent fireproof capacities were appeared. From the characteristic of temperature hysteresis, the highest temperature and the average temperature of reinforcing part after fire-resistant test for 3 hours were $531^{\circ}C$ and $405{\circ}C$, respectively and then satisfied fireproof standard of the Ministry of Land Transportation and Maritime Affairs.

This paper is to investigate the affecting factors on spalling of the high strength concrete including W/B, air content and moisture condition as well as PP fiber contents subjected to fire. An increase with 0.05% of PP fiber resulted in a reduction of slump flow by as much as 11%. Ten percent of air contents due to excessive amounts of AE agent does not lead to variance of slump flow, regardless of PP fiber content. For the effect of the compressive strength, high strength concrete with 15, 25 and 35% of W/B gained 60 MPa~100 MPa of the compressive strength. High strength concrete with H-air had half of compressive strength of that with L-air due to large amount of air. Fire test was conducted in accordance with KS F 2257-1 for 1 hour. Spalling did not occur with all specimens containing more than 0.10% of PP fiber except those with 15% of W/B. Moreover, it is interesting to note that the specimens with more than 10% of air content and with oven dried condition, respectively, had no spalling even if the content of PP fiber is 0.05 vol.%.

Methods such table flow, slump and outflow time have used to be as a main evaluation criteria regards to fluidity of concrete. Since those methods mentioned above have some inaccuracies which are up to its condition of test. Studies that evaluate fluidity applying the rheology has increased its portion in this field. Meanwhile, demands for AAS binder have been increased in accordance with its demand for this market, studies for rheology of AAS binder are little though. Therefore, this paper mainly deals a rheological peculiarity of AAS binder according to its condition of W/B ratio and alkali activators. The fluidity of AAS paste was evaluated with the index of table flow and outflow time. And shear stress following its shear rate was analyzed through rheological test. Rheological parameters were deduced through this rheological test of Bingham model and analyzed its interrelation with fluidity test. As the final outcome, it proposed the interrelation among table flow, yield stress, viscosity and outflow time. In basis of this study, we would like to suggest a reference for mixing AAS mortars and concretes.

The overall quality of underwater concrete will ultimately be affected by factors such as performance of antiwashout admixture and mix proportions of concrete. Of these, performance of antiwashout admixture may significantly influence quality of underwater concrete. Thus, objectives of this experimental research are to evaluate the performance such as slump flow, setting time, compressive strength, and water segregation of the concrete containing antiwashout admixture. It was observed from the test results that concrete containing antiwashout admixture was found to improve quality of concrete such as fluidity, compressive strength, and antiwashout compared to plain concrete.
In case of constructing concrete structure under water, generally concrete mixed with antiwashout admixture, high range water reducer, or AE-water reducing agent etc has been manufactured to ensure the quality of antiwashout underwater concrete because of being difficulty in ascertaining construction situation by the naked eye. The properties of high quality antiwashout underwater concrete that were aimed at affluent fluidity, workability and the compressive strength of 450 kgf/$\textrm{cm}^2$ at 28 ages using two types of blended cements are following as;(1) Setting time of antiwashout underwater concretes using blended cements was more greatly delayed than that of control concrete, however, was satisfied with criteria value of "Quality standard specification of antiwashout admixture for concrete".(2) As a test results of slump flow, efflux time and box elevation of head, it was found that workability of high quality antiwashout underwater concrete was improved. (3) Heat evolution amount of OPC was 1.5 times as high as that of two types of bended cements in 72 hours. (4) Suspended solids of antiwashout underwater concrete using blended cements was more than that of control concrete, also compressive strength of high quality antiwashout underwater concrete was very low in early age, but was better than that of control concrete as to increasing ages.

The study examined fire resistance of concrete followed by change of mixed rate in PP and NY composite fiber and the results were as follows. In the event of fluidity in concrete not set, plane satisfied 600±100, its target slump flow, and fluidity was reduced as organic fiber's mixed rate was increased. Air amount satisfied 3.0±1.0, its target air amount, and didn't have distinct differences in reduction and increase according to organic fiber's kind and change of its mixed rate. However, it had a tendency that fluidity was reduced as the mixed rate was increased. In characteristics of hardening concrete, the 28th day compressive strength followed by organic fiber's kind and change of its mixed rate didn't have a lot of differences and satisfied high strength scope as about 70MPa. In spalling characteristics after fire resistance test, spalling was happened in non-mixture, plane combination, and P1N0. In other combinations, spalling resistance was happened. The relic compressive strength rate was 56%, the best condition, in P3N1(PP0.03%, NY0.01% compositeness) mixing PP fiber with NY fiber at once.
