The purpose of this study is to investigate the relationship between university students' interest in appearance management and various forms of appearance management behaviors converged with beauty trends. The questionnaire was distributed for 15 days from April 15 to 30, 2018 to the students in the G district. The data of 267 students who explained and agreed on the purpose and method of the study were analyzed using SPSS 18. University students' interest in appearance management showed a difference of interest according to university students, male and female students in body composition management, skin care, hair care, and cosmetics use management except for interest in health care. In addition, students with a high level of interest in managing cosmetics use had a positive effect on the degree of interest in managing cosmetics usage in fashion styles, cosmetics style, skin care, and body management behavior factors that were converged with trends. And negative (-) influence on the use of health equipment. Based on the study of the trend management behaviors of college students, I will expect to utilize the reference materials for new product development research of the beauty industry and will continue to study the new management mode of appearance management.

In this study, we tried to understand the effect and satisfaction of education perception on beauty education and its effect on Intention to Retrain, and to understand the correlation between each intention among students participating in after-school beauty education programs of beauty specialized high schools. According to the survey, those surveyed chose after-school beauty programs because they were likely to have the right interest and aptitude, and confirmed positive responses that after-school beauty education reduced the burden of private education. In addition, the correlation between the recognition and effectiveness of beauty education, satisfaction level and retraining level of those surveyed was confirmed. Based on this data in the future, it is believed that effective operation of the after-school beauty education program will be needed to enhance the quality and satisfaction of beauty education.

With the rapid development of economy, scientific technology, and medical technology, as the current society is also changing competitively, we are compelled to have many psychological and problems such as pressure, mental stress and tension as well as physical problems. Therefore, the more current industries develops, the more attention is given to health in preventive level rather than treatment level. Contemporary people have paid more attention to management of health and have a desire for beautiful and healthy life. In other words, their interest in consistent management of their health and beauty are getting stronger. To satisfy the desire to live healthily and beautifully, many natural therapies that can be applied for actual living have been developed, which the public are willing to accept. Therefore, this study is to specifically demonstrate the followings through interviews with the customers who have armoatherapy: What effect customers' knowledge on aromatherapy, frequency of use, expenses, experiences of side-effects, and perception on its effect on skin care will have on customer satisfaction and intention to reuse the service. The results are presented as follows: Though customers' perception on aroma is high, they usually use it only on their faces. So is should be promoted in various ways. It is demonstrated that customers' satisfaction has a significant effect on their intention to reuse it.

In this study would like to find extending or increasing the efficacy of the antibiotic substance for the strains with resistance to antibiotics or persister cells by inhibition of the resistance. This study was used different species of 'legal high' plants leaves from Leonotis leonurus, Mitragyna speciosa, and seeds from Ipomoea murucoides with antibiotics which are Amoxicillin, Chloramphenicol, Ciprofloxacin, Kanamycin, Oxacillin, and Vancomycin. Legal highs were extracted with methanol. Minimum inhibitory concentration(MIC) testing for a range of antibiotics with extracts of plant was fulfilled by broth dilution methods. In this essay, it was determined in a microdilution assay utilizing suspended in ISB up to a final concentration of 512㎍/ml in 96 wells microtitre plates, threefold and serial dilutions. After that, the microplates were kept in incubator between 35℃ and 37℃ for overnight. Leonotis leonurus, Mitragyna speciosa, and Ipomoea murucoides of Legal highs (512㎍/ml) investigated small activity to inhibit against pathogens which are susceptible Staphylococcus aureus, resistant Staphylococcus aureus, susceptible Enterococcus faecalis, resistant Escherichia coli.

To evaluate an effect of toluene application to skin on the enhancement of liver damage in $CCl_4$-pretreated rats, toluene (35 mg/$cm^2$) was sequentially applied for 5 days to the skin of liver damaged rats with $CCl_4$ (6 times every other day: 0.1 ml/100 g body weight-50% $CCl_4$ in olive oil) On the basis of the functional and morphological findings in rat liver, appling toluene to the skin in liver damaged animals led to the more enhanced liver damage. In addition, by applying toluene to skin of liver damaged rats, the hepatic cytochrome P450 content was somewhat more increased, but the hepatic benzylalcohol dehydrogenase activity was significantly decreased (P<0.001), whereas benzaldehyde dehydrogenase activity was not statistically changed. In conclusion, the toluene application to skin in liver-damaged rat led to enhancement of liver injury that may be due to the accumulation of toluene metabolite in liver.

Since 1990s the concern on essence and inside has transferred onto the surface and its style. The longing for plastic surgery and skin beauty might prove this fervent tendency. Furthermore the development of digital media and technology as well as high-tech material enabled this hope to be real in the realm of design. All these progresses and transitions toward the surface introduced more creative and novel phenomena of furniture design arena around its surface. The rising of surface has evolved through architecture, interior design and furniture. The surface of furniture can be easily transposed into the human skin. And it acquires the aspects of skin's metaphoric and symbolic meaning. The characteristics of skin effect in furniture design can be summarized as material aspects, relational aspects, and formal aspects. Material aspects shows skin's elasticity and smooth plane. Relational aspects express the reactive functions of skin. Formal aspects represent organic power through surface.

For the senses of beauty and texture, internal components of small passenger cars are manufactured by texturing plastic with drawplate but those of deluxe passenger cars are manufactured by bonding pre-embossed skin to the surface of drawplate. As the pre-embossed skin is bonded at high temperature and pressure, the pattern of skin is distorted. The corner part is hardened and its dimension tolerance is changed by resulting in the increase with its defective rate. This study provides the method to design and manufacture the door trim track by vacuuming the non-patterned skin to upper-side drawplate which forms the pattern of descending skin. It is pressed to the plastic product with hot-press method and the damage of bossed-pattern is prevented. Valuation in this study has been done by analyzing, designing and experimenting method.

Hyaluronic acid(HA) is a naturally occurring mucopolysaccharide composed of the repeating disaccharide unit of D-glucuronic acid and N-acetyl-D-glucosamine. HA exists as a high molecular weight polymer in the extracellular matrix of many tissues in the body. HA has been widely used not only for osteoarthritis and ophthalmology but also for cosmetics for skin care. Recently HA has drawin much attention for use in health foods. Bioland Corporation started production of HA t1y biotechnological process in 1990 for cosmetical use. At present Bioland produces HA for cosmetic and food use. We have done many researches to evaluate the helpful effect for skin and safety of HA as food. In order to evaluate the effect of HA on the skin after its oral intake, we measured its bioavailability, skin-care effects on anti-wrinkle, moisturization elasticity and desquamation by clinical trial. The results showed that HA is very safe and could bs helpful to improve anti-wrinkling, moisturization, elasticity, and desquamation on the skin.

Purpose: During the coronavirus disease-19 (COVID-19) outbreak, mask-wearing is required to protect against and limit the spread of infection, but it can directly affect skin problems. Change in skin condition might be related to mental health. This study explored the association between skin conditions and behavior of skin cares and stress levels during the Covid-19pandemics. Research design, data and methodology: A survey was conducted on 516 adults who were aware of damaged skin due to continuous wearing of masks for a long time during the COVID-19 Pandemic. The study included 164 men and 352 women in the Republic of Korea. Results: Skin conditions and behavior of skin cares associated with stress perceptions. A multiple linear regression model was used adjusting for potential confounder. Conclusion: Since management so far in the COVID-19 Pandemic can cause skin concerns and change the original skin type, it is necessary to redefine and improve the use of skin care, face-washing methods, and functional cosmetics. People with high and low interest in skin type recognition and management were evenly identified, and it was confirmed that stress awareness decreases as awareness of skin care attitude increases.

It has been well known that mushroom polysaccharide extracts have superoxide and hydroxyl radical scavenging activities. So we studied the efficacy and anti-oxidative effect of mushroom(Auricularia auricula U.) in rats treated with water and ethanol extracts of Auricularia auricula U after inducing dryness of skin by the application of detergent. The results of the research for of the efficacy and anti-oxidative effect Auricularia auricula U. are as follows thats. Weight gain and feed intake in animals treated with water extracts and ethanol extracts are significantly higher(p<0.05) than animal treated with detergent. Animals treated with water extracts of Auricularia auricula U. compared to animals treated with ethanol extracts have the higher HDL-cholesterol levels in the blood and the lower LDL-cholesterol levels in the blood. SOD-like activity of the ethanol extracts of Auricularia auricula U. was $27.39{\pm}1.61%$ at 2000ppm.
