피부 활성점 측정을 위한 회로설계 및 측정방법연구 (A Study on the circuit design and measurement method for the measurement of active points on skin)

  • 피부 활성점(경혈) 측정 방법은 편리성, 저비용 및 비 침습으로 측정하기 때문에 많은 생체정보를 얻기 위한 기술이다. 본 연구에서는 피부 아래에 활성점을 측정할 수 있는 장점이 있는 3전극 측정방법을 사용되었다. 임피던스측정방법은 측정실험 결과와 관련성이 있는 등가전기회로를 통해서 증명되었다. 활성점의 특성주파수는 주변 피부보다 15-30Hz 높고, 리액턴스는 35-77kΩ 더 작게 측정되었다. 이 기술은 비침습 측정 시스템을 이용해서 활성점과 주변피부의 리액턴스와 특성주파수를 정확하고 객관적으로 분석되었다.

  • The Surfactants composed of acylated aterocollagen which is produced by the acylation of the side chain amino radicals of aterocollagen with an aliphatic acid having 12 to 18 carbon atoms will be discussed in this study. This condensation is done at moderate reaction temperature (<$25^{\circ}C$) in aqueous alkaline solution. The products of this reaction were identified by UV/VIS spectroscopy and infrared spectroscopy. For these compounds, surface active properties and physical properties including isoelectric point, Krafft point, surface tension, critical micelle concentration(cmc), foaming power, viscosity behaviour, water holding capacity, skin irritation and emulsifying power were measured respectively. The experimental results received that the products have a good emulsifying power, excellent water holding capacity while having low skin irritation. Thus, these derivatives will be expected to be used as an emulsifying agent for O/W type cosmetic emulsion.

Feature Detection and Simplification of 3D Face Data with Facial Expressions

  • We propose an efficient framework to realistically render 3D faces with a reduced set of points. First, a robust active appearance model is presented to detect facial features in the projected faces under different illumination conditions. Then, an adaptive simplification of 3D faces is proposed to reduce the number of points, yet preserve the detected facial features. Finally, the point model is rendered directly, without such additional processing as parameterization of skin texture. This fully automatic framework is very effective in rendering massive facial data on mobile devices.

피부건강에 대한 인식과 관리에 관한 연구 -피부미용 전공과 비전공 여대생을 중심으로- (A Study on Skin Health Knowledge and Treatment -The case of female college students major and non-major in skin care-)

  • 본 연구는 서울소재 대학교에 재학 중인 여대생을 대상으로 피부미용전공과 비전공 여학생들의 피부건강관리의 관심도와 피부상태, 인식 및 관리 행위의 차이점 및 관련성을 파악하고자 하였다. 전공자들과 비전공자들의 대한 비교 분석은 동일한 생활권에서 궁극적으로 전문 학습과 비 전문학습의 일반적인 상태에 대한 지식과 행위를 의미하는 것으로, 연구결과는 다음과 같이 나타났다. 전공 여대생이 비전공 여대생에 비해 피부건강에 대한 관심도가 높은 것으로 유의미한 차이가 있었다(p<.01). 피부미용 전공 여대생은 복합성 피부, 비전공 여대생은 건성 피부가 많은 것으로 유의미한 차이를 보였다(p<.05). 피부 관리 실태에서 색조화장 후 전공여부에 따른 이중세안 정도, 각질 정리 횟수, 마사지나 팩 관리횟수, 선크림 사용 항목에서 각각 유의미한 차이가 있었다(p<.01, p<.001, p<.01, p<.01). 오백식품 및 인스턴트식품의 영향정도와 수분섭취 항목에서 각각 유의미한 차이를 보였다(p<.001).(p<.05). 화장품 사용은 다양한 채널을 통해 효율적인 구매를 하는 경향이었으며, 탁월한 기능이 있을 때는 경제적 부담이 있어도 구입 의향 항목에서 적극적인 성향인 것으로 유의미하게 나타났다(p<.001). 본 연구의 결과는 피부미용 산업 및 교육 분야에 기초자료로 활용되고자 하였다.

The Prevalence Rate of Tuberculin Skin Test Positive by Contacts Group to Predict the Development of Active Tuberculosis After School Outbreaks

  • Background: The tuberculin skin test (TST) is the standard tool to diagnose latent tuberculosis infection (LTBI) in mass screening. The aim of this study is to find an optimal cut-off point of the TST+ rate within tuberculosis (TB) contacts to predict the active TB development among adolescents in school TB outbreaks. Methods: The Korean National Health Insurance Review and Assessment database was used to identify active TB development in relation to the initial TST (cut-off, 10 mm). The 7,475 contacts in 89 schools were divided into two groups: Incident TB group (43 schools) and no incident TB group (46 schools). LTBI treatment was initiated in 607 of the 1,761 TST+ contacts. The association with active TB progression was examined at different cut-off points of the TST+ rate. Results: The mean duration of follow-up was $3.9{\pm}0.9years$. Thirty-three contacts developed active TB during the 4,504 person-years among the TST+ contacts without LTBI treatment (n=1,154). The average TST+ rate for the incident TB group (n=43) and no incident TB group (n=46) were 31.0% and 15.5%, respectively. The TST+ rate per group was related with TB progression (odds ratio [OR], 1.025; 95% confidence interval [CI], 1.001-1.050; p=0.037). Based on the TST+ rate per group, active TB was best predicted at TST+ ${\geq}$ 16% (OR, 3.11; 95% CI, 1.29-7.51; area under curve, 0.64). Conclusion: Sixteen percent of the TST+ rate per group within the same grade students can be suggested as an optimal cut-off to predict active TB development in middle and high schools TB outbreaks.

줄기세포배양액이 열 안정성에 미치는 영향 (Effect of stem cell culture on thermal stability)

  • In this study, when stem cell culture solution is used as a cosmetic ingredient, one of the most prominent problems is that the ingredients generally have low thermal stability. Therefore, in this study, in order to find out how the stem cell culture medium is heated or preserved at high temperature, the effect of various effects of stem cells on the various effects of the stem cells was investigated. Investigated. As a result of the experiment, the wound healing assay confirmed that the cell migration increased after 6 hours, and after 24 hours, it was confirmed that the cell mobility was increased and cell division was promoted, thereby being concentrated. As a result of investigating the amount of transdermal water loss by preparing a cosmetic product containing stem cell culture solution, it was confirmed that the culture solution addition group showed an improvement rate of 31% compared to the non-added group, thereby helping in skin wound recovery. As a result of this, it is considered that this point should be considered when the stem cell culture medium is used as an active ingredient in cosmetics in the future.

모바일 카메라를 이용한 경량 3D 모델링 (Light 3D Modeling with mobile equipment)

  • Recently, 3D related technology has become a hot topic for IT. 3D technologies such as 3DTV, Kinect and 3D printers are becoming more and more popular. According to the flow of the times, the goal of this study is that the general public is exposed to 3D technology easily. we have developed a web-based application program that enables 3D modeling of facial front and side photographs using a mobile phone. In order to realize 3D modeling, two photographs (front and side) are photographed with a mobile camera, and ASM (Active Shape Model) and skin binarization technique are used to extract facial height such as nose from facial and side photographs. Three-dimensional coordinates are generated using the face extracted from the front photograph and the face height obtained from the side photograph. Using the 3-D coordinates generated for the standard face model modeled with the standard face as a control point, the face becomes the face of the subject when the RBF (Radial Basis Function) interpolation method is used. Also, in order to cover the face with the modified face model, the control point found in the front photograph is mapped to the texture map coordinate to generate the texture image. Finally, the deformed face model is covered with a texture image, and the 3D modeled image is displayed to the user.

KNU 식물공장의 냉난방 에너지 부하 해석에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Heating and Cooling Energy Load Analysis of the KNU Plant Factory)

  • KNU 식물공장 모델의 냉난방 에너지 부하를 DesignBuilder를 이용하여 해석하였다. 실내설정온도, LED 보광주기, LED 보광량, 유리외피의 구조에 따른 에너지 소모량을 분석하였다. LED 보광이 없는 식물공장의 실내설정온도를 상추의 적정 생육온도인 $20^{\circ}C$를 중심으로 $15^{\circ}C$, $25^{\circ}C$로 변화시키면서 일정온도로 유지하는데 필요한 연간 냉난방부하를 분석하였다. $15^{\circ}C$일 때 냉방부하, $25^{\circ}C$일 때 난방부하가 가장 크게 나타났다. 상추 재배에 필요한 LED 보광 적용 시 난방부하는 감소하지만 냉방부하가 약 6배 증가한다. 또한 LED 보광 시 주간보다는 야간보광이 냉난방부하 감소에 유리한 결과를 주었다. 식물공장 외피가 냉난방부하에 미치는 영향을 비교하기 위하여 다섯 가지 종류의 외피를 적용하여 계산하였다. 이중창호의 열관류율이 작을수록 식물공장의 난방부하는 감소하고 냉방부하는 증가하였다. 재배할 작물의 적정생장온도 설정, LED 및 재배설비의 내부발열량에 따른 적절한 외피선택, 다양한 패시브 및 액티브 에너지 절감기술의 적용으로 냉방부하를 감소시키는 것이 식물공장 운영에 중요한 요소로 판단된다.

단일엽 회전 피판술을 이용한 당뇨병성 전족부 궤양의 치료: 5예 보고 (Treatment Using a Single-Lobed Rotation Flap in Diabetic Forefoot Ulceration: Five Case Reports)

  • Diabetic foot ulcers can progress to the point where amputation is needed, and so these ulcers require active treatment. Skin grafts or flaps can be performed for coverage of this type of ulcer. Local flap surgery is relatively easy to perform and good results have been previously reported. We performed single-lobed rotation flap on 5 cases of forefoot ulcer around the site of weight bearing. The location of the foot ulcers was the medial part of the first metatarsophalangeal joint in all the patients. The mean size of the defect was 4.70 ㎠. Managing of ulcers, controlling of diabetes and infection, and improving of peripheral blood flow were performed before surgery. In two cases, infection progressed to the articular cartilage and so metatarsophalangeal joint fusions were performed simultaneously. All the cases were completely transplanted. There was no recurrence of the ulcers, and all the patients were able to walk.

"황제내경"의 국소부위 망형태(望形態)에 대한 연구 (Study on Diagnosis by Visual Inspection of Local Regions in Nei-Ching)

  • Objectives: There are four types of diagnostic methods in Oriental medicine, and visual inspection is the first method among them. This study was written in order to complement further understanding on visual inspection. Methods: The authors reviewed a word related with visual inspection in Nei-Ching. The authors researched static words such as bigger/smaller, longer/shorter, slower/faster, curved/straight, one-sided/fair, and groove/uplift, and active words such as extension and contraction, shake, tremor, slow, fast, walk, run, standing, lying, and sitting related with visual inspection in Nei-Ching. Results: The static words linked with visual inspection are related with skin, muscles, fat, and especially the liver, stomach, and large intestine. The active words linked with visual inspection are related with movement of muscles, fat, and bone. Conclusion: In this study, the authors provided further understanding on visual inspection in Nei-Ching. However, there was no clear reference point about appearances and movements.
