A Study on the Development and Application of Movable Partition Components for Facilitating of Long-life Housing (장수명 주택의 활성화를 위한 가동칸막이벽체 개발현황 연구)

  • The purpose of this study is to develop the feasibility of movable partition wall components that are able to correspond changes of structure system and spatial configuration by the needs of residents for the activation of long-life housing. The key element of various movable partition wall components, a movable partition wall, was analyzed for problems through both as-is analysis and field installation in Korea and Japan, and then its feasibility was verified. The movable partition wall can break the uniformity of a fixed one, can integrate and separate limited space by changes in the demands of residents, can be easy to separate, and can be independent. The development of the movable partition wall is important for the realization of diverse residential space, ease of remodeling, environment adaptation, promotion of modularization, etc. It is comprised of surfacing materials, core materials, structural materials, and movable parts. The domestic movable partition wall was verified regarding the feasibility of an apartment house through on-site inspections and sound insulation tests by KOHP21, KICT. In conclusion, the construction of long-life housing that has sustainable values in the use of housing is nationally an important assignment, so as to secure good housing stock.

A Study on the Technical Method of the Apartment Remodeling Types (공동주택 리모델링 유형별 적용 가능한 공범에 관한 연구)

  • The purpose of this study is to provide the technical methods of apartment remodeling. To gather information, a survey of the technical methods of apartment remodeling in domestic and foreign was conducted. As a case study, three types will be applicable to apartment remodeling: Horizontally expanding remodeling, combining remodeling, conversion remodeling. The results of the study are as follows: 1. Horizontally expanding remodeling type will be applied the dry construction and anchor pile foundation at skeleton and the double flooring at infill. 2. Combining remodeling type will be applied the dry wall construction in order to establish or remove the partition walls. 3. Conversion remodeling type will be applied that converting building equipments and interior finish materials conversion of old to new materials.

A Study on the Present Condition of the Custom-built Apartment (국내 맞춤형 아파트 적용 현황에 관한 연구)

  • As the consumer's consumption standard has raised, occupants' needs for the apartment is diversified and complicated. But the existing mass housing supply method has many problems and it couldn't satisfy the dwellers' various needs and overall expected life span. In order to correspond those needs, construction firms have introduced several method, such as plus option, minus option, on-time option, change up service and so on. The custom-built apartment is more supplementary and it can reflect the consumer's needs to the apartment directly. But after running the custom-built apartment, several problems is revealed. So. in this study, I defined the general idea of the custom-built apartment and then collect the case of the custom-built apartment.

  • Technical improvement and the growth of the Internet environment make the market segmental of the manufacturing industry. These social trends have had an effect on the housing market, and the housing market changed from the supplier-oriented to the consumer-oriented. In recent years the occupants' needs for the apartment is diversified and complicated. But the existing mass housing supply method has many problems. It couldn't satisfy the dwellers' various needs and couldn't reflect overall expected life span either. In order to realize the sustainable building & environment, the research for the open housing system is actively performed. Finally the custom-built apartment which imported the concept of the open housing is constructed. But after running the custom-built apartment, several problems are revealed. Therefore the purpose of this study is to analyze the problems and then suggest the improving methods for a custom-built apartment.

  • As the interest of environment is increasing all over the world, the effort to protect environment in many industries is also being made. In the case of Construction, the effort keeps being made in effect as well. Therefore, this paper suggests the environmental-friendly smart component system which contains multiple performances such as Environmental-friendly, high-durability, variability, renovation and comfort and could be the basic factor of future building. As the enquired performances for the development of environmentally-friendly intelligent component system are grasped, the key technology to be embodied are analyzed. In the result of the analysis, SI(Skeleton & Infill) housing and Home automation are deduced as the key technology. Furthermore, it look through concept and development tendency of the main factors. Finally environmental-friendly smart component system is suggested with conversing the factors deduced.
